This hotel was awesome. It was clean, and nicely appointed. The room was huge and the beds were decadently comfortable. I felt like an angel floating upon a cloud top. There were miles of counters and storage space. The kitchenette was clean and it even had a dishwasher! We didn't use it but it made me feel good just to have it! The bathroom was incredible and very useful as well. My favorite part was the insanely spacious breakfast area. The food was top notch and I found a giant chair in which I sipped my morning coffee! This place is fit for a King! Thank you!

So many great things to say about this place. So clean and fresh. The sheets are like clouds of heaven. Salt water pool was exactly what we needed after a long days travel. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I stayed here 2 times when traveling to the Outer Banks from Florida. This hotel is AMAZING! Highly recommend! Stay is very nice, rooms were huge and super clean, pet friendly rooms are conveniently located to doors and reasonable pet fees. A++++ on both visits!

A Great, New, Modern hotel that allows Dogs! An Excellent Experience!

Indoor heated pool, game room for kids and outdoor patio with grills. Front desk staff was very accommodating for our early check in.

The room is very spacious and very clean. It's the nicest hotel room I've ever been in. The breakfast is nice not the best, but still good. The complementary Wi-Fi is pretty slow.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are huge! Was very happy to find this hotel while traveling up I 95 as hotels on the road can sometimes be iffy. About ten minutes drive from downtown and the hotel has a shuttle that picks up people going downtown every half hour.

I have been staying ay this hotel for years as a halfway point for my family and I as we drive to and from Florida. Usually, the service is superb, but last night was a different story. They had cancelled my room, same day as check-in, and did NOT notify me or the third party booking site I used when they did this. I was traveling with my three year old, and when we arrived at 1:20am exhausted, we came to find that we had no where to sleep. The young man at the front desk was incredibly rude, did not try to help accommodate us at a different location, and when I went to suggest that it be policy for them to call someone when they cancel a room without the person's knowledge, a phone call came in. And rather than putting that person on hold for a moment to allow me to finish my sentence and ask for a manager, he ignored me and continued to do so after he was off the line. We ended up not even getting a room anywhere until an hour later, no thanks to Home2Suites. I have never been so rudely treated by this establishment, and usually there is a nice lady there at the front, but it would seem they've taken some new hires who do not represent the high standards a Hilton brand hotel usually upholds. Due to this awful experience, we can no longer trust Hilton brand as a trustworthy place to stay if this is how they run their business. Wish I had caught the name of rhe rude young man. Be wary of this location, they may cancel your room and not notify you of doing so.

This is from someone who typically stays at Embassy Suites or Hilton Garden. Hotel accommodation is good. I was disappointed in how small the bathroom is. Its like one of those bathroom stalls that you have to squeeze beside the toilet to be able to shut the door or if you are by yourself you have to angle yourself sideways at the toilet because the door is going to be in your way. The room didn't have a TV guide, so I called front desk for one. They weren't sure if they had one so they put me on hold for a while to confirm and came back to phone starting someone will be right up to my room with one… They never showed up. The room is not sound proof from hallway or exterior sides. You can hear people talking at normal voice levels, doors shutting, and garbage truck emptying dumpster at 4 am on a Tuesday. You also can hear the water constantly running through pipes very loudly from what I assume is my neighbors shower's. My stay was during the summer so you also have a loud noise the unit makes when it auto shuts off. I recorded it so I could post, but only photos can be posted. For those interested in food… fresh apples were always available. Breakfast is make your own waffles, premade pouches stuffedvwith eggs, cereal, yogurt, sawmill/sausage gravy, bagels/breads, juice, and coffee.

It was a nice looking hotel in and out. Pet friendly. Has a nice area out back to take the dog. Unfortunately in the room above us it sounded like there was a room full of kids. They were banging and screaming and jumping on the beds almost to midnight and we had to get up at 5:30 to drive 8 hours. I didn’t get much sleep. It’s so nice there but sleeping is a problem.

We checked in late and the customer service representative was extremely friendly. We booked two rooms and wanted to ensure that both myself and mother in law received our Hilton honors points. Representative was very kind and ensured us that it would be taking care of. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ample and coffee delicious.

If I could give 0 star I would. They have bed bugs in the hotel. I got bit and the worst part was I brought them home. They have been very difficult to deal with. They refused to compensate the damages that It has caused me. Even refused to pay for my medical bills. I asked for a refund but they stop responding to me. Stay away at al cost.

Where the guest is not important… sorry for being one night there. It was a reason for avoiding home2suits. It was so dirty, even the sheets didn't gave a clean feeling and you can smell former guests on the pillow. Disgusting. We needed to clean the places we wanted to is in the room. The breakfast is quite funny. No bread, no lids for the coffee, lots of hungry persons were looking for something to eat. One positive thing is the number of towels. That's all. Three staff is unfriendly and unmotivated.

Liked the hotel and price point, but the towels and under mattress at top of bed need a thorough cleaning. Found a dirty stained towel in the stack of clean towels so I tossed it to the side. I inspect my room before I sleep in the room to make sure it is good to go. One bed had hair and dirt at top of bed under mattress. It got missed in the cleaning process. Other bed was top notch! Overall hotel was clean and inviting.

This is a great place. If you can get the rates down its even better. They have a great freindly staff. Decent saline pool, workout room and alright breakfast area. Main complaint is about breakfast it is free and have a decent selection but usually very busy and gets out of stock of plates and silverware glasses etc. For a full room price not the best. But for a lower price with the decent sized room its not a bad place.

Very comfortable place to stay. Nice decor inside and cozy fire place outside. The employees were AMAZING! Super friendly and efficient with answering questions and just general chit chat. The extra amenities definitely top off the WOW factor. Thanks Home2 Suites for making my time away from home so pleasant.

My experience: This is a decent hotel but may be lacking in some senior management oversight. Let me give you the run down. * upon checking in the sheets in the pull out sofa actually had blood on them. After informing the staff they promptly brought new sheets but the bloody sheet laid on the floor outside our door all night and was still there when we checked out. Is that a problem. Not really but it fit into the overall impression I was getting that some of the basics were… being missed. * popcorn scattered on the elevator floor. Problem? Not really. But for the length of out visit it was never cleaned up. * scraps of packaging on the floor on one of the downstairs common areas. Problem? Not so much but it was still there when we checked out. *garbage can out front of entrance overflowing with trash. * some overlooked human hair in the shower and (idk how?! ) but on the walls of the bathroom. * staff was friendly * beds were very very comfortable * rooms large and had a bit of a industrial / dormitory feel. * no keurig coffee maker * window blind somewhat tattered and showing wear. (not entirely believing this hotel is new. Saw some rust in bathroom. ) * breakfast was self serve and had some good options. Liked the heat up pre made sandwich and go option. * never saw anyone from housekeeping from check in to check out. * hotel looks impressive and new from outside.

Rooms are clean and staff very friendly. Our TV didn't work upon arrival and they immediately replaced our remote. Laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. Breakfast was ok, but prefer fresh eggs over microwaveable options. Only real negative though, was the pillow options. I'm a side sleeper, and pillows are way too thin. No other options when I inquired at front desk.

Great very modern hotel. Lobby was very inviting. Fitness center was well equipped. Room was nice and clean, fully functioning kitchen. Bed was a little too firm, but overall, a very nice stay.

Great staff. Everyone I see checking are always met with a professional attitude. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. During the winter storm Jan 2018, the staff did an excellent job caring for its guests. The most senior person available was the front desk manager and she was on-site for 24 hrs and another was there for 16 hours! Well done!

To my surprise the hotel is very nice one of the softest set of covers I slept in so to say the sleep was wonderful. The room had plenty of space nice option with mini kitchen. They also had leisure areas a firepit with couches an indoor heated pool. The night staff at the front desk for very kind. A little disappointed with the breakfast a very quick on the go style. I look forward to staying there again.

Stayed here 2 different times in the past week. First stay was fine. Issues this stay: nonstop barking in nearby room (front desk called the room, no answer, they assume dog left unattended, so the barking simply continued) ; improperly hung bathroom door that would not fully open unless shoved hard, and then it scraped loudly on tile floor (door bottom is shredding as result) ; room not completely cleaned (alcohol was left in fridge from a prior guest; stains on cloth couch) ; dirty elevator (dirt, grass, and debris on the carpeted floors of both elevators) ; front desk left unattended several times for several minutes, including when we tried to check in (no one in sight). As this is a very pet friendly chain, I'm surprised they have tile at entry/kitchenette but carpet in rest of room and a cloth couch. This stay left a lot to be desired. I might stay here again if I needed a quick overnight stay and had my dog with me; otherwise, I'd likely stay elsewhere.

Wonderful dog friendly hotel. Great staff, clean and spacious rooms and a huge lawn to walk your dog at out back. Conveniently located near food and big box stores.

Very comfortable, clean and pet friendly. Plenty of room for our large family in a double queen room with pull out sofa. Dog walk areas with pick up bags are a nice touch, lots of green for the dog to run around on. Nice local places to eat outside with the dog. Breakfast could have more fresh fruit. Eggs etc are microwave your own.

"Stylish" but kinda cold. Pleasant front-desk staff, comfortable beds, quiet on the back side away from the street. Objectionable $50 non-refundable pet fee, which makes this place more expensive than most places around for no real additional worth. I wouldn't stay here again for that reason.

We were down for the Darlington race and originally planned to stay at another hotel. When I asked for early check in the other hotel said no so I called around to the next company I found. A man named Clinton answered the phone and was amazing from the start, he walked me through their rooms and rates and said he could most likely check us in early. After making the reservation and hanging up the phone within 5 minutes Clinton called us back to let us know the room was ready! He was so super friendly and helpful when we arrived and the room was awesome! Very clean, very spacious and everything looked brand new! We only stayed one night but we were very impressed with the service and the room! Thank you Clinton and maybe we will see you again!

When we checked in, with Fox News blaring on the lobby TV, the desk clerk made a point of sharing all his completely unsolicited political opinions about some recent events in our hometown after finding out where we we had driven from. About 15 minutes after arriving in our room, another male employee barged in the door as we were unpacking and muttered something about not knowing the room was occupied (thankfully we weren't changing) and then left. This facility is all style and no substance; they should have cut the budget on the fake-classy decor in the lobbies and spent it on soundproofing and decent builders. The construction of the building is incredibly shoddy. A family with kids next door literally made the floor of our room jump up and down, we could hear every sound in the hallways in exquisite detail, and we could clear loud stomping all night from the floor above us. No fan in the bathroom, and the pillows and mattresses were cheap and awful. We paid extra for a better internet connection and still ended up with 2Mbps. We had a reservation for two nights, but left the first evening of our stay to drive through the night to get home. I'll never stay in a Home2 again.

We were traveling south from Richmond, VA and needed a stop over to break up the trip. We had (2) 20 year old girls, (2) 17 year old boys and 2 large dogs, we booked 2 rooms and were very pleased with the size of the rooms and comfort of the beds. The front staff was friendly and greeted us warmly. There is a large grassy lot behind the hotel with doggie clean up bags. There is a nice indoor pool and a work out center. We utilized all of the amenities and enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast. I was nervous about traveling with our dogs, but Home2Suites made us feel welcome and right at home!

The hotel, rooms and grounds were very clean and large enough for a family of 5. Our suite had a dishwasher in the kitchenette! It's location was amazing. Lots of great restaurants near by and when getting on the road the next day, access to the 95 was way easier than I thought. Lastly, their breakfast was awesome! Great stay, we've already booked again for our return to home trip.

Good hotel. A little pricey for what you get. It's a new brand and new hotel so everything was new. No meat on the free breakfast bar but good otherwise. Pet fee was 50 dollars, which is average. The AC worked great. Interesting design.

Terrible! DIRTY! One of the beds didn't have a top sheet and comforter was dirty! I asked to be moved but there are no more rooms. The front desk lady was very curt and my son (who went down to get sheets we had to put on bed! ) said the "lady was very mad when she got off the phone with us" Hey response to my being upset? "Talk to the morning manager M'am. I would have left immediately but it's too late to find another hotel. Think twice about booking a room here. There are MANY hotels right around this place. The room looks dirty …

One of the staff had a personal guest at breakfast. She was not doing her job but rather cuddling with her boyfriend. Also I took more than one shower at this hotel and neither had hot water. Not even close. It was colder than the pool water. I was highly unsatisfied. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities but I will never be back.

Would stay here again without question. Staff was professional and quite friendly. Huge breakfast area with included breakfast that was grease and tasted good. Rooms were clean and the two queen bed room was large. Pet friendly… large grass area in the rear with garbage stations that included dog poop bags. Plenty of parking. Very clean hotel. Convenient location.

We really liked this hotel! Clean, modern, up to date. The indoor heated pool was heavenly after a long drive. The rooms were well laid out and homey. The free contenental breakfast was perfect! This will be our regular stop over spot on the drive from NY to FL! Hubby was happy kids were happy Mom was happy! They also seemed very accommodating to guests with pets.

Absolutely awesome experience. I came to town from Florida for a family wedding. Between the awesome large discounted prices for our entire parties stay to the top of the line breakfast bar and even better spacious rooms. Hotel staff was even better! Way go!

Very nice room, but smaller than I thought. Traveling with twins I could use a bit more space with two packnplays in the room. Also just a shower in the room is hard at bath time.

I'll start with the good. The hotel looks newer and nice. They offer free breakfast. The front desk staff were all friendly. The saline pool was nice. The bad: Our room was very dirty. The carpet was sticky and made the bottom of my feet sticky. There were spider webs around the toilet and dust on the night stands. The duvet had stains on it and the pills were yellow. We stopped there to stay the night on our drive down to Florida. If we were all so exhausted I would have demanded another room.

The hotel was great. All of the staff was super nice, the room was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed at, and it's right next to a strip of shops and restaurants. Would stay at again definitely.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! I am a business traveler and frequently stay in extended stay hotels. Being a female traveling alone, I felt very safe and comfortable here. This hotel was very modern and especially clean. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were very friendly and are constantly staying busy keeping the hotel worthy of a five star review. The gym was excellent and the indoor pool was a plus. I will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The rooms are very clean and nice. The climate controls in the room are spot on. The sheets and bedding are soft. The free breakfast is ok, nothing special. Only complaint that it might be too modern giving the hotel a sterile feel.

Bed was very comfy and I like the modern finishes in the room. Bathroom had a couple issues… 1 of the 2 toilet paper rolls was empty, there was a previous guest's hairs stuck on the shower wall, and the shower walls themselves were a little grimy. The kitchenette was great and the king suite was plenty of room for two adults and our two small children. Breakfast was definitely best we've had at a hotel at this price point. Would stay here again for sure, over the other Hilton hotels in this price range.
