Very disrespectful staff. If you extend stay it’s like they are in your face and business every day. Me and my children were put out after 3 weeks of stay in the middle of the night no where to go all because of a staff member who lied about my children making noise this hotels hosted a lot of parties and when they do you mines well join! Never got the relaxation or a good stay. My original room had ants I was moved to a room that got multiple complaints before me. I stayed a few doors down from a lady that said I had the sweetest kids and they never made noise that’s because I assured of that. I teach my children all about respect. So to be treated like I was not guest and was lied on and threw out in the middle of the night nope I would not recommend this hotel. What’s sad is that it was so many people who were there to witness what happened and staff was not corrected but I was put out! Then bragged about it. All my years of working CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS FIRST AND RIGHT! These hotels that are all owned by the same people take all my money and treat me and others like trash! Ima speak up because we are already considered homeless neither the less we pay more than the average rent a month maybe 3 xs that.! It’s very sad how I got treated COUNYRY INN AND SUITES AND HOMEWOOD SUITES! I’m a single parent who did not know I was going to loose my home after 4 years due to sale!

This place is amazing and I wish I had this guys name so I can thank him for treating my girls like little princesses!

Excellent customer service!

I stayed there last month, our room had a previous guest socks and pills in the room, but they had a clean Lysol sticker on the room. Later on that evening, a bed bug crawled across my pillow. I took a picture and asked for a room comp, for the inconvenience and all I received was a new room and excuses from the general manager. If the other hotels weren't booked, we would have stayed elsewhere. I am highly disappointed, and I waited to post a review because I was promised some. Of money back by the front desk manager in an email and that didn't happen either.

Fantastic place to stay near 95 with Tesla Destination Chargers on-property! Clean, modern rooms and lobby with snack shop.

Room was amazing and Mr. Ernest made it a 5 star experience. He is exceptional.

Large spacious room with kitchen items, two queen beds and a nice pull out sofa. Great for a family.

Upon arrival our family of 5 was out in the wrong room with 1 bed. The new room's 2 phones didn't work and it took so long for the shower water to get warm… to the point where we thought it wasn't working either. Breakfast was lousy… subpar food compared to other Homewood Suites. I don't know what was done to the scrambled eggs but they were awful. As a tea drinker, the only tea options were green and Earl Gray (like drinking perfume) … plus the hot water dispenser is not washed properly or dedicated to just hot water cuz it tasted like coffee. Our last 5 stays have been in Homewood Suites and some were not as new as this one, but the quality and friendly service surpassed this hotel.

The best thing about this is the staff! They were really nice to our children during Christmas time they even dressed in holiday attire. When we asked for extra towels they gave us more than expected. We will definitely be back. The beds were super comfy. The entire hotel is spotless. LOVE! Highly recommend.
