Review of Homewood Suites By Hilton Florence 3*

Very disrespectful staff. If you extend stay it’s like they are in your face and business every day. Me and my children were put out after 3 weeks of stay in the middle of the night no where to go all because of a staff member who lied about my children making noise this hotels hosted a lot of parties and when they do you mines well join! Never got the relaxation or a good stay. My original room had ants I was moved to a roomthat got multiple complaints before me. I stayed a few doors down from a lady that said I had the sweetest kids and they never made noise that’s because I assured of that. I teach my children all about respect. So to be treated like I was not guest and was lied on and threw out in the middle of the night nope I would not recommend this hotel. What’s sad is that it was so many people who were there to witness what happened and staff was not corrected but I was put out! Then bragged about it. All my years of working CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS FIRST AND RIGHT! These hotels that are all owned by the same people take all my money and treat me and others like trash! Ima speak up because we are already considered homeless neither the less we pay more than the average rent a month maybe 3 xs that.! It’s very sad how I got treated COUNYRY INN AND SUITES AND HOMEWOOD SUITES! I’m a single parent who did not know I was going to loose my home after 4 years due to sale! My heart hurts and I can’t even be a little comfortable through this situation while spending up my savings! Tears!
