Wonderful place for a very relaxing holiday! The room service was great! Dewi, in particular, was wonderful, kind, and always so available to help! Thank you for keeping our apartment so clean and tidy! Dewi is amazing! 🥰🥰🥰

Honestly, do yourself a favour and don’t bother…
It’s a strange place with a strange vibe…
It’s literally in the middle of no where… it feels deserted… there is absolutely no vibe and a kinda awkward atmosphere…
There are hardly any staff, it feels like a lot of penny pinching is going on…
It’s almost like a ghost town but the facilities are new…
We asked for 2 rooms together, still got split up, requested a family room we’re told they were booked out but about 90% of them are empty, the air cond in one of our rooms didn’t work, the power in one of our rooms was tripped before we got in there, there’s a coffee machine but they ran out of pods so one of the rooms had none, the batteries in the remote were flat and couldn’t switch TV on.
We arrived half hour before check in and we’re literally told to go away and come back in 35mins… ok I admit we were half hour early but kinda expected that maybe we’d get a “come on in and we’ll get your room ready as soon as possible”… instead he looked at me like we’d arrived on the wrong day!
Don’t bother with the restaurant… again feels like a ghost town, meals were average.
The pool side bar wasn’t open at all…
No music, no atmosphere.

First time staying here. Hopefully not the last. It’s beautiful! Very comfortable rooms and the restaurant has amazing food.

So the restaurant looks great! The function room is spacious and has its own amenities which is handy. There was a party booking on and the decorations were stunning!
BUT staff were so rude to each other, and rude to customers. I watched a woman ask for a table and get told as it was for one person she would need to sit right in the back or outside. It was as if she were not worth the time being a singular person. The nicest staff member to customers was a older lady with dark hair and the other staff member really didn't speak to her nicely at all, which is odd as she seemed the only one with a good customer service vibe.
The younger staff member seemed to find everyone a bother.
The food is good but its hard to enjoy yourself when there's a bad atmosphere. Teach your lead staff more empathy and professionalism.

Friendly staff. Clean, well suited room for our needs although we were expecting laundry needs in our room considering we were booked into a serviced apartment. Peaceful! But we only just checked in…

Staff and Events Management are wonderful! But that's about it. The owner is not so pleasant. I recently attended a wedding at the resort and being in the bridal party I had a bit of interaction with the owner and events management and I must say the way the owner intersects with his staff is appalling, yelling and swearing directly at his staff in front of guests and others. Our 'bridal rooms' were not cleaned upon our arrival and being handed the keys, they had been trashed the night before and staff were still in the process of cleaning, bit of a miscommunication issue there. The wedding itself was wonderful, the staff were fantastic, especially Michaela from Events.

Beautiful resort and staff. If you visit here hope to never have to deal with the owner. I unfortunately did have to deal with him and witness his rudeness and bullying to his staff members. As a guest this is disgusting to witness him abusing them. I arrived with our wedding equipment and requested the events team. The owner then persisted to walk from the reception desk screaming the events ladies name to which he found her in the restraunt he then stated there you f@ are. We had our wedding here and the events team are amazing. After passing comment about the owners behaviour we were informed by the owner himself to take our wedding money and go somewhere else. My wife then overheard him state give this bride a bottle of wine to shut her up There was a failure of communication between the cleaners and reception so we recieved our room keys to find the cleaners still cleaning all our rooms after previous guests had trashed the rooms leaving dirty clothes and food wrappers. Our wedding went well only a few teething issues but the event coordinators were amazing. This place would be a great resort if the owner lets his staff do their jobs and not be there or changes how he communicates and not abuse his staff infront of guests or abuse them at all.

Bad customer service The ower micromanages he’s staff and has no idea on how to run a business would never stay here again.

Great restaurant, reception staff very friendly and helpful, room is very large and had a big fridge as well as microwave plus all the cutlery and crockery you need. Very comfortable bed with good pillows. Definitely recommend.

Lovely rooms, great service! Located in a quiet location, an enjoyable stay.

I stayed there for 5 days for a conference and CTR cannot be faulted. The staff were super helpful and very efficient and flexible with our timetable. The food is plentiful and just amazing. The location is out of town, so very quiet and peaceful and the pools are great. (Beach is pretty close too) You could just sit in the reception area lounges to soak in the Territory atmosphere. The rates were very good too.
I highly recommend it.

We loved it. Awesome visit. All staff were genuine and very helpful indeed. We will be back and next time under much happier circumstances.

This second times here but hubby is third times here.
First time here is November 2018 and now Jan 2019, we (hubby, myself and three out of youngest kids) here for 2 nights and late check out before we off to Bali.
The massive pool is awesome, first time I've seen a pool at any resorts, hotel etc that massive and clean.
Thanks to friendly crews at the reception and the crews at the restaurant (the wait staff named Simone, he's awesome)!

The location was nice and quiet. The rooms were big spacious and lovely and the service of hotel staff was amazing.

Big territory, but it's mainly parking — not green. Large room with kitchenette and coffee machine (that was nice surprise). Very near to Casuarina beach with beautiful sunset. BBQ pits.

Good. Friendly staff at check-in. Enjoyed our stay. Decent sized room. Full size fridge a very good idea for the tropics, pity more didn't do this. Wi-Fi sluggish if you are in a room some distance from reception. There were a lot of people staying though, so in fairness, the 'traffic' may have been very heavy. Didn't have a main meal in the restaurant but breakfast was acceptable. I would recommend this establishment, especially if you want stay outside of the CBD.

Clean comfortable spacious rooms, nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city crowd suitable for a weekend retreat. Good food, hospitable staff.

Attended a wedding here. Function room was a bit small. Bar was poorly organized. Food was great.

The room my BF chose was the One Bedroom Villa Poolside. Absolutely spacious and lovely. It has it's own kitchenette facing the pool with all the basic needs you want like plates, cups and glasses, frying pans etc. The rooms are spacious and tidy. I was totally amazed by the large bathroom with sensor lights. It also comes with bathrobes and fluffy towels. The main door is equipped with automatic door lock system so make sure you bring the card key at all times. Different types of accom. Are scattered around the place. Quite and romantic. Lots of greens. I had a great time at the massive covered pool. My fave area, actually! However, I need to walk down to the reception area to buy a bottle of mineral water. The staff were so helpful and excellent. The Duty Manager, Debbie was so accommodating and cheerful. Even gave us more info about the restaurant and other services. Simone, the FB manager was even more interactive and served us his best cocktails and great food he specializes. Indeed a wonderful and unforgettable experience. So glad my BF found a lovely place among the rest. I would definitely be coming back with more friends from Japan!

Loved every aspect of the resort. From the reception staff to cleaners, wait staff (esp Simone) and chefs. Meals and wine selection in the restaurant of very high standard. Amazing professionalism shown by all the staff.
The rooms are well appointed. Beds incredibly comfy. Cleaned regularly and extra coffee pods never an issue. Aircon worked a treat and balcony setting wonderful touch. Grounds and pool are immaculately kept. Size of the pool was outstanding. Easy walk to Lee Point Reserve a bonus. Just Fantastic.

Nice place to stay to get away from the city. The villas were nice and spacious and had everything you would need.

We had our wedding reception at Club Tropical Resort, in July this year. They did such an amazing job. We had it outside in the large court yard and it truly looked stunning. Service was fantastic and food was amazing! All our guests were so impressed! Most of our guests took advantage of Club Tropicals accomodation and stayed there whilst they were in Darwin, they were not disappointed and loved the large pool. We also stayed at the resort for a few nights over the wedding, the rooms were absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend for a truly stunning function location!

Cottage-style Two-storey two-ladder 16-door vacation homes, restaurants, free parking, near the Lee Point Coast Park, watching the night sky stars are very good, endless, the hotel out of the city center 18 km, adjacent to a three-minute drive to a large shopping mall.

ClubTropical Resort has been fantastic! I was in hospital so for my wife it was close to the hospital and now I'm out the comfort is great and relaxing. The pool is a great area and with transport it isn't that far to get into town. Highly recommended for a stay in Darwin.

It was a trip I didn't want to make but the staff at Club Tropical Resort made it enjoyable. Will absolutely stay there again next time.

We have just had our second visit to Club Tropical Darwin and we have to say the service and facilities are exceptional. The whole facility is kept in immaculate condition, not so much as a leaf is out of place. The reception and restaurant staff are true professionals and the resort should be very proud of the service they provide to their customers. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Darwin.

Wow! Excellent place to stay! Pool is massive! Restaurant is fantastic food was delicious! Staff are so friendly and helpful! Close to everything you could ever need but feels like you're in a tropical paradise! We were lucky enough to get special room rates for our group booking I will be recommending this as the place to stay for all our wedding guests later this year. Beds are fantastic, no idea what that lady was on about in her review
It would be fantastic to receive special locals rates as we would love to make this our new getaway spot instead of the Freespirit.

We stayed for a week and were totally happy with the quiet location, the cleanliness and the service we received. Will most definitely be back. Loved the price too. Thanks for looking after us. You guys are sitting on a gold mine. Keep up the great work.

Very accomodating, clean and spacious.

This place is under construction and the use of power tools made me cancel my last night. Very far from the city and shuttle bus only goes to nearest shopping centre (still 20km from city) and only goes untill 4.30pm. Restaurant not finished either with very limited menu. Room itself is spacious clean and quiet.

I was impressed with the large and clean rooms. The shuttle bus only goes to the local shopping centre (between 9pm and 4.30pm). Constructions for the restaurant and some of the bungalows are still going. If you don't need to be in the city centre and have your own transport I would definitely recommend the hotel. Otherwise, it's probably better to look elsewhere.

Great service, spacious, quiet and relaxing with free bbqs. Very clean too.

The motel has the brand new rooms clean and quiet … only problem … Is not in Darwin! 20 minutes by taxi and $ 40 to get to civilization! If you arrive after 17 check-in you you do it alone, you'll find the keys on the reception door. Poor breakfast. The personala super helpful and nice! If you car is okay!
