Great service. We arrived 4 hrs before check in. They held our bags in the back office & had a room ready for us in 1 hour! Breakfast was tasty. Room was average size. Decent beds & pillows. Quiet.

A good hotel centrally located in Rapid City Nice room & facilities only thing that has marred our stay is being woken @6.15am first morning to sound fire alarm & all being evacuated — on this I have no issue and it was thankfully a false alarm. However we were unamused to be woken on our 2nd night @ 1.45am to fire alarm going off, to eventually be told it’s a false alarm & then again @ 6.30am same morning — apparently there is an issue with the alarm system — our concern is why has this not be corrected after first night? It has left us feeling rather tired & pleased to be moving on!

Nice hotel. Comfortable modern rooms, beds were great! Lobby much more traditional, nice. Two restaurants and nice outdoor space. Within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Shuttle!

Very nice place to stay, only draw back is no free breakfast similar to the Holiday Inn Express route. Same breakfast choices really but at a very steep cost. Do yourself a favor and have breakfast some other place. Bar area is great, staff everywhere are friendly and the hotel is always in great condition.

As always, the room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff is amazing, so friendly, courteous and yet professional. Our favorite is Ellen, the hostess for the morning breakfast. In our many appointments at he Black Hills Eye Institute, we have formed a friendship. We will back on May 21st. We have recommended the Rushmore Hotel to many people.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was good! The hotel is next to several interesting stores, restaurants and cafes on Main street.

Fast friendly check in, even at 10 pm. Very nice and impressive artwork in the lobby. Great view from the corner room of the 6th floor. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Very cool glass sliding door In The rooms bathroom. Very nice "lake view" photograph print in the room. The bars in the hotel are very busy and breakfast had a nice menu to chose from. One more night to go. But so far very worth it to try to stay in this hotel. Also very quiet and we didn't hear the neighbors.

We stayed there after our son passed away, beds were so comfortable we were able to sleep well despite our mental state.

Great atmosphere, clean rooms, comfortable beds and mountain views from the 7th floor. The wall of fame in the lobby has many famous guest that have stayed at the Rushmore. I would recommend the Rushmore to anyone travelling through the Black Hills area.

Everyone was super nice, hotel room was very clean, located downtown (Which is great for food options)! Wish that there was a refrigerator and/or microwave in the rooms. All in all it was a great stay!

The hotel is very nicely appointed, and the Enigma restaurant is second to none. I couldn't quite figure out what makes the "President's Floor" so special, however. Also, the front desk staff needs to be on the same page. I received incorrect information about the breakfast that caused me to miss the buffet.

Nice updated rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. The only negative was the breakfast buffet which did not have many healthy food options, and service was slow.

Great location with several restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were clean, and the amenities were modern. The air conditioning system in my room happened to be extremely loud throughout the night. Breakfast was nothing special, typical breakfast snacks (breakfast cerial, some pastries, hard boiled eggs, fruit and coffee). Overall great place to stay if your visiting the greater Mount Rushmore area.

The room was nice, clean, and cozy. It was in a great location and close to great restaurants! The breakfast that was included was the only downfall, I've been to worse places that had better. However, overall I think the stay went well.

I was impressed at the layout and look of the hotel. We were there for a dinner party. The food was pretty good but they made a weird choice for dessert. All in all a grear venue for an event.

The 445 is a cool bar. Decent prices. Gets loud depending on the band. Hotel is always clean and the staff is nice.

The hotel had an amazing "mystery dinner". Costly but worth it. The rooms surprisingly also had heated bathroom floors and everything was very pleasant. Rooms need more outlets and vents for the bathrooms.

The room we got was dirty. There was dental floss on the floor and hairs on the bathtub plus sink. Also, the "modern look" is getting old. The room looked like a 60s room. I recommend decorating the rooms more traditional and elegant.

The Rushmore is centrally located, right on Main St. In adorable downtown Rapid City. The rooms are decorated in a modern, fun style inspired by local landmarks. The bed was comfortable and there were a nice variety of pillows. Service was very friendly and really went the extra mile to make everything comfortable and welcoming!

Had a night of drinks at the 445. Atmosphere is great, and drink selection is great, seating is a bit limited however. Seats fill even faster than normal if there is a band performing that night.

Very nice hotel, right in downtown Rapid City, easy walk to stores, restaurants. Rooms and decor were contemporary. Room and bath were clean, neat. Front desk very helpful, friendly. Free breakfast buffet was ok, but not as good as expected. It was same caliber as any other "brand" hotel/motel. Stayed here 2 nights, while with a tour group. Would stay here again.

Great atmosphere. Drink menu is some of the best in Rapid, and the food is great, when you can get it. What I mean is that the kitchen can get slooooow. Bartenders do their best to keep you hydrated, but food time can be long.

Beautiful hotel on Main Street in Rapid City, SD. Rooms were clean and fresh, bathrooms were spotless. The front desk staff rocked. They held our luggage safely until our room was ready so we could enjoy the town. Our shuttle driver, Jim, was super accommodating and even took us to a local store so that we could try to find the elusive glasses to see the eclipse. Only down side for me was no pool. Would definitely stay here again though!

It is an average hotel. Rooms are nice but showers could be nicer. No mini fridge to put food. Breakfast in the morning leaves a lot to be desired. They make it seem fancy but you get a very limited meal. I have had better breakfasts at chain hotels.

Location was great, staff was excellent. Bathrooms left something to be desired. Not the nicest decor.

Not as exceptional as the website claims. It's an older building with a face lift. Nothing more really. Sure the rooms are unique, but it felt a little too touristy and gimmicky. Certainly not worth the price. The room we stayed in was acceptable, comfortable bed, clean overall. However, the overall fit and finish lacked professionalism. You could tell there were time constraints and corners cut during the renovation process. If you are looking for a unique experience, this may intrigue you. Just be prepared for minor disappointment.

Service are 454 club was awesome. A little loud if there to socialize, but the band was great.

Very nice place to stay in Rapid City. Right next to downtown, good restaurants/bars very near, convenient to area attractions, great views. Rooms are a good size and modern, although the bathroom design is strange. Bonus, includes a really good Breakfast at Enigma, the 1st floor restaurant.

This is a decent hotel. Rooms are nice but basic without a refrigerator or microwave. Internet has been good and breakfast is better than most.

Very well done renovation inside. Contemporary cosy place. Modern style. Awesome beds and rooms. Clean fresh and professional. Definitely good for weekend getaway to Rapid City or and Mt. Rushmore.

Rooms are very cool due to different themes. Downside is no mini fridge or microwave. Staff in the hotel lobby are nice and there is a bar for all you drinkers in hotel that has live music.

Staff and band at the 445 were great. Martinis were awesome. Old fashioneds weren't anything special. Great time all in all. Decent prices.

Guest services were very good, but I found the room to be cold, I think the windows weren't sealing, and the shower controls were unlike any I had seen before. The decor of the room was nice, and the bed was very comfortable.

I love this hotel. A great experience every time, comfortable beds, clean, nice staff, and the free breakfast is really good and more than a typical continental. Also recommend eating at Enigma for supper and go for the mystery dinner! You will not be disappointed with this place.
