Rooms outdated and the beds were anthing but soft … but wat can u expect from a cheap super 8

This is the worst I have ever seen. The customer service was bad and would not help me at all. I offered to pay for a room, but they would not do it. I never plan on using this hotel/motel ever!

Clean room good simple breakfast. Pool was nice but unfortunately it was cold outside and didn't get to use it much.

This is a great Economy Motel. It is clean. The staff that I met were welcoming and efficient. Yes, the place is older and the bedspreads are 'vintage' looking. But it is clean clean clean. New sheets, plump pillows. I appreciate not having to spend a bunch of $ for a clean bed and a nice breakfast. Will stay again if I come this way again.

Room was semi cleaned, toilet had pee stained on toilet bowl, shower wall was leaking. The front desk lady was very nice and breakfast had variety of cereal, oatmeal and they also have a waffle maker.

Wasn't a bad Hotel I've only stayed there once for work I probably wouldn't stay there for a nun work stay.

You get what you pay for. Not bad not best. Perfectly average. Neighborhood is fine though.

This is a budget motel, but the people are 5 star… I've stayed here a couple times and will stat anytime I'm in Cleveland!

Easy to find, friendly staff, decently sized and clean room with the necessities. Later checkout which is nice. Breakfast was minimal but golden malted waffles were delish as always! Would recommend for anyone needing a cheap room for a night.

Large rooms, clean and very friendly staff.

Rooms for very clean and tidy also continental breakfast was best I've seen at a hotel in a long time.

Pam the night shift attendant was excellent. However there were no holiday lights. Felt very sterile and non-festive. Also there was a cigarette burn on one of my blankets. And the shower drain was too slow.

Location was very convenient for highway access. Rooms were average. Not good, not bad. Slept well.

Great place to stay. Easy check in. Clean and great beds… Highly recommended.

I read reviews about bed bugs, so I was kinda concerned wheb I came in. Turns out I had mining to worry about, but it also wasn't amazing. Warm bed and all. Bathroom was a little tight and if we're being honest the showerhead was a little concerning. I thought it might fall off at times.

I had a child support warrant I was unaware of. This hotel apparently gives names of all guests to the local police. On my last night of a five night stay the Police department is knocked on my door stating I had a warrant and took me to jail. Lesson learned.

The price was good and the staff were very helpful. Free breakfast in the morning.

Nice clean rooms, no old and moldy smells. The cleaning Ladies are helpful and considerate.

I do not like writing negative reviews. But I cannot forget what happened here. The pictures describe the condition of the room when I checked in. You do not expect this even from a cheapest motel. When I informed the lady at front desk, she said she could not help as there were no other rooms available. While I turned back, she said something to one of the guy over there and they started laughing. This is not what one would expect from a "Help" desk! Service is poor. People are not friendly. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Don't expect more than the existing stereotype. But this place was especially grungy, grimy. Police were there the morning we left. Was hoping that because of the area and right off the highway it would be one of the better ones. Sleep in your clothes.

Great hotel great prices for night stay. I'm sure it's good even for longer stays. They had drive thru check in I'd never seen that before. I checked in around 12 midnight and it went really fast. Rooms were great and the building was new. I hope they continue to maintain it I will definitely come again. FYI breakfast can be better. It almost finished by 8:45 in morning.

BED BUGS FOUND I stayed there two times different weeks, and I got bites from bed bugs all over my hand, its dirty dirty, I wrapped off the sheet I found hair, dirt and bed bugs the city should come and inspect this hotel, the staff are good other than this nothing, I recommend you guys to inspect the bed pretty well before even sleep on it, I had such a bad experience with this hotel.

Overall a good experience. Room was sizeable and so was the bathroom, but the shower was extremely small and dated. Room and grounds were clean, and the mini fridge came in very handy. For the price, I would stay again.

Room was clean and quiet, drive thru checkin was very convenient and staff was very friendly. Several good restaurants/bars within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Worst management… rude lady owner… worst place to stay no one hear your complaint. No action on complaint not a place to stay even for free… total waste of money.

There was bed bugs and the picture fell off the wall and almost hit me in the head on my bed.

Friendly desk help… good cable TV selection… close to restaurants… quiet rooms… clean… a nice breakfast. Anyone giving less than 4 stars are not comparing the value to price… an excellent bargain.

We reserved a room, turned out it was reserved for the wrong date and there were no rooms "available" for us that night though there were very few cars in the lot at work and MANY rooms were obviously empty.

Latrell was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and patient during my stay!

Hotel Cleveland is a super trendy hotel smack dab in West lake, OH You'd never know it by just looking at its street level, though. It's completely unassuming until you walk in. thet was super nice! At the end of our check in, we were offered a couple of glasses of bubbly, how could we say no to that? Wow, I can't even describe the level of luxury I felt just looking at the room. It was definitely THE nicest hotel I've been to. The boo always treats me like a princess &Hotel Clevelandsure made us feel like royalty! The TV screens greeted us with a personalized welcome & the suite felt very relaxing.

Great weekend getaway, great clean rooms.

Worst money I ever spent! Would rather sleep in my car in the snow.

A big nope, why? bed bugs.

Night attendant was not available when we walked up to check in, and when he did arrive he would not let us into the lobby despite us standing outside with our bags in the cold. Room was $10 ($70/night) more than advertised and told us we would have to stand outside and book the room on the Internet to get the cheaper price, which would "take about 30 minutes to show up in our system. " Rooms are in pretty rough shape and very outdated. Worked for a quick overnight in a pinch, but you may have better results sleeping in your car in a Walmart parking lot.

Room (king bed) was clean. The building on the outside clearly needs some TLC but overall fine. It seems they replaced all the pillows in the rooms because outside there were boxes with many (dirty) pillows, so I guess that's a good thing. Breakfast had the standard waffle maker, juices, coffee, apples and cereal.

Cleveland Clinic Discount. — If you have to go to the Cleveland Clinic nearby, you should ask about it, I over heard the friendly and polite, daytime front desk clerk talking to someone about it. A good thing, if you or a family member have to go to the clinic. — I found the Hotel to my liking when I stayed there. I would stay again, and highly recommend it. R_ Recently updated their Wi-Fi so more rooms get a better connection.

Stayed here for a wedding. The first night, I was exhausted from travel and went to bed. The next day, I found what appeared to be mold on the mattress, and ants in the room. I asked to be moved, and they moved me next door. I can't believe that when the staff came to clean the room, they didn't inform me that was what I had found-bedbugs! They moved me to the room next door, which my exterminator says wouldn't have helped as it was most likely infested too. If it wasn't, by not telling me and having me treat my belongings, I would have just transported them with me anyway. I now have found traces of bedbugs in my car, and had to call the hotel where friends and I got ready for the wedding, plus everyone that was in the room with my luggage. All because they didn't bother to inform me what I had. If they have been brought into my house (I hope not, once the bites appeared during my drive home I knew I had a problem so I did treat things before I took them inside) it will cost $8000 to have the house treated! All because the staff didn't bother to inform me that what I had found were bedbugs, failed to move me farther away, or have me treat my belongings before moving. No wonder they can't stop the outbreaks. Nobody uses common sense or COMMON COURTESY! The bites are still appearing, and I am furious. They refunded me one night, but heck, that hardly covers the treatments I've done and won't even put dent in the $8000 if I need it.
