Very quiet and a interesting breakfast.

We are only here for a night to catch an early flight. We walked into a dirty floor, unvacvumed carpet, dirty nightstand and disgusting bathtub! We're hoping that the sheets were truly changed! we will be showering with flip flops on. My husband washed the tub down with a washcloth but it didn't do much. It looks like it's never been cleaned! He also cleaned the floor down, and that wash cloth turned black quick! Very dissatisfied and very grossed out. We're stuck since we're only passing by.

Booked a room for June 21st via the park n fly package. Never did reservation individual state that shuttle to the airport was done by first come first serve during the day prior. Had I known this I would have reserved a 5 AM spot when I made my reservation on May 29th. When we checked in at 8:30 PM we were told the morning shuttles were all full and we would need to make other arrangements to get to the airport on Saturday morning. This was major disappointment. The shuttle run every 45 min and there is only one. We had too leave early in the morning and pay for the Park and Fly lot closer to the airport. Again had we known this on May 29th we would have never paid extra to stay here. When I contacted the manager her stated in basic terms too bad. So by word of mouth I will make sure to inform anyone needing an over night stay, for any reason, to not go to the Comfort Inn in Middleburg Has ohio because they are not upfront and could careless for their customer once they have your money.

I was ready to give your location a recommendation as my stay had been great. A woman at the front desk the day of my check in was more than helpful in ensuring my company’s information was sufficient for my stay. Fast forward to my last night and I have been sitting on hold with the front desk for over 15 minutes. I called down because there is currently a very large centipede on the ceiling of my room. I asked for someone to come down to kill it and a gentleman stated “well can’t you just throw something at it? We’re really busy and we don’t have a maintenance guy here. ” I said “no I can’t kill
It. It’s way up on the ceiling in the corner of the wall so it’s not accessible. ” I was then met with indifference and another request to kill it because “they don’t do that. ” I stated “
I have never stayed at a hotel where they asked a guest to kill a pest on they’re property. ” The gentleman then, with attitude, asked “well can you hold? ” I said yes. We are now on minute 20 of holding with the front desk.

Very clean rooms with a very nice staff. Overall positive experience, my only complaint being that it took an hour and a half to get some extra towels run up to our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Normally I enjoy Choice Hotels. This experience was different for 2 reasons. If I ask for the bed linens in my room to be changed, I'm not used to having the hotel staff ask me why I want them changed. I actually felt as though I was making a special service request, not something that's supposed to be a normal function of room keeping. The second reason is the internet. It is so slow in this hotel that it may as well not be there. I literally couldn't watch a YouTube video because of the slow speeds. Just so you know if you decide to stay here.

This hotel is FABULOUS. small, but well renovated and styled. Breakfast was great, service nice and has almost a bed and breakfast feel which is awesome for a chain inn. Microwaves, fridges, a pool, I'm just bummed we only stayed one night. Perfect for going to the Rock Hall of Fame.

Stayed here for 1 night, even less, checked in super late and checked out super early. (Had driven from Cedar Point that evening and flight was next morning). Can't say anything wrong with the hotel, the room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Free parking was a plus. Breakfast was decent. For the value, it is definitely recommended.

Called at 410pm and booked the room. Called back at 430 and they would NOT let us cancel because it was after 4 o'clock. Asked the manager to see the policy that he was quoting and he refused! We were not going to get to the room till 5am and had to check out by 11am. This place is unbelievable! Wish it were a Trump Hotel! then maybe they would have been compassionate to the working man! We will be spending a lot of time in this area and will NEVER stay here again. Have to spend one night because they are going to charge for it.

This hotel is close to the airport and inexpensive. It is clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you are flying out of Cleveland.

We did the Park, stay, fly, and it was an amazing deal. We booked all three for $109 and I couldn't have been happier. This included 10 days of parking, a one night stay upon our return, a free shuttle to and from the airport, and continental breakfast. Too good to pass up. The accommodations were very nice for our one night stay as well. Would definitely do it again.

Very nice and comfortable, and good location. Short stay so I wasn't able to enjoy all the amenities.

General Mgr. Very rude, said he had other things going on and wasn't able to get to my problem, & stated would not be refunding the room booked because was a no show, which was incorrect. My daughter showed up but because she didn't have a credit card would not use the card provided to book the reservation. I was not told she would have to have the card present or a credit card to check in. I was specific when I booked the room that it was for my daughter and not me. I was not told by reservation or by representative at hotel that my card had to be present for her to check in. When she arrived at 12:30 am Wednesday April 11, she was told she could not check in because she didn't have the card present. I booked the room because she didn't have a card. No one again told me this policy or called me to ask If I would waive card present. My daughter attempted to pay cash of which they also would not accept, because she had no credit card and would not use mine. I intend to dispute the charges with my bank, and will not ever stay at another Comfort Inn. This was a situation that could have been handled differently, however the hotel was not willing to put forth a compassionate effort to keep a customer. She was not a no show!

A bit over priced for sure. If you smoke, don't do it in your room or you'll be charged, I saw that first hand. Rooms a bit out dated. Breakfast area pretty nice.

Very friendly staff, even though they had to work on Christmas. The hotel seemed s little dated but it was under renovation while we were their so to be fair it could be improved by now. Our stay was over the Christmas holiday. It was clean and maintained well. Nice free breakfast provided with lots of choices. The price was very affordable and it fit our needs for a short stay to be close to family.

Very nice staff. Arrived at about 1230 PM. Went to room and had neighbors whose kids were running around screaming. Went to front desk and asked to change rooms. They did so rite away, no hassle. Plus, free continental breakfast doesn't hurt either.

I stayed at several hotels in this area and this is my favorite. I was very surprised at how nice it is with how affordable it was. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Very friendly and very accommodating. Had to ask to switch rooms because neighboring to was WAY NOISY. Mind you, we didn't get there until about 1 in the morning. They were very nice and switched us rooms immediately even though it was 1 in the morning. Very friendly people. There were doing construction when we were there so it was a little messy. But otherwise, good service And they offer free continental breakfast.

Check in was good. Front desk person was polite and respectful. Room was noce. Bed was comfortable with 4 pillows. TV was a 25 inch that had spectrum as the provider. Breakfast was nice and warm foods were available. Would stay there again.

The place is comfortable, very cozy. I liked the mattress because it was really soft and the room was quiet. However the rooms near to the highway are very noisy, but they let me change my room to another less noisy. The food was slightly better than what I expected and the price is really a good deal.

This has been a great hotel and I would stay here again. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and staff is very nice. I ended up having to change my reservations before my vacation and I'm actually glad I did. This hotel will be my go to when I'm in Cleveland.

I stayed at this hotel 2 nights and found it to be totally comfortable. It was near reasonably priced eating places. The shuttle was available so I could use rapid transit each day. The staff were friendly and always available for suggestions and answers. Wifi always worked. I would stay here in a heart beat.

Stayed here while in Cleveland to preach. Very Comfortable stay and truly exceeded my expectations. Very close to restaurants and gas station I slept like a baby. Modern rooms, staff friendly as can be.

Hotel cancelled my reservation when we asked to change dates and then charged us. Front desk agents were rude from start to end. Room was cramped. Door was broken. Was told we had a renovated room but the wall was painted and the floor had new tile everything else was old. Everything squeaked and creaked. The caulking around items was either yellow and cracked or missing. Every encounter with the hotel staff was like I was stopping them from socializing and they just wanted me to go away. But I'm sorry I need to check in. And when I couldn't get into my room because the renovated door handle is falling off. They offer absolutely no sympathy or guest service. The only nice person I encountered the whole time was the manager. Also over heard someone complaining about bed bugs. I checked my room but didn't see any. Good luck if you book here. Wish I never did.

I love this motel. Holiday Inn Express rocks. I would recommend this to anyone. So Cleveland area, thumbs up to you.

Clean room. Happy staff. Good price. Only thing I didn't like was the inability to pay cash without a $200 deposit in case I damage the room. There was a $25 deposit for the same thing if I paid with credit card. I wish I had been aware of this so I could have planned accordingly.

Pleasant stay. Was allowed to check in early which is nice. The breakfast was also better than most hotels I've stayed at that normally offer them.

It looks like the hotel was recently remodeled. The rooms were nice and had a mini — fridge and microwave. The bed was very comfortable as well as the sheets. The free breakfast was standard. They only negatives are the pool was closed and the ice is not on the first floor. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

PROS Clean, convenient location, front desk staff very nice. CONS peeling paint on ceiling in lobby. If they know it's unsatisfactory and are going to fix it they should put up a sign, pardon our mess during renovation or something like that. Very sparse breakfast food and breakfast staff turned off the lights in the room at 9:00am, when breakfast service ended even though we were all still eating. If she wanted to dissuade late arrivals from coming in, put up a sign saying breakfast service is over. It was very rude to turn the lights off on those of us there on time and finishing our meals. I would stay here again because it's convenient, inexpensive, and everyone else was very nice.

We arrived at the hotel and at check-in, I discovered that the accessible room was for hearing disability not physically handicap as I had thought. The attendant switched us to a room that was wheelchair accessible, and sent us a bathtub safety chair. We had a pleasant night and felt well rested in the morning. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast could have been somewhat better. The waffles were a little too hard. The fried eggs looked good but we're a little rubbery. There was sausage gravy, but I didn't get to try it because the biscuits were gone and not replaced. The coffee, tea and hot water for the oatmeal are too far away from the rest of the breakfast area for breakfast purposes. The coffee and tea is meant to be there 24/7 which is why they are where they are, but for someone with a disability it was too much separated. So, while we enjoyed our stay, we see room for improvement.

First nights visit was great. We returned a second time and put in a room that was clearly a smokers room when we asked for nonsmoker s room.

Room 137. Decor is nice but too many other issues. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, powdered microwave eggs, generic and blah. Elevator broke during stay. No guest laundry. No regular coffee for the rooms. Semi trucks keep parking in the entrance and exit of the driveway like they own the place making it dangerous and difficult for others trying to get in and out. Key has to be inserted into the door 3 times before the door will open. Guests smoking marijuana out back. Brought it to the attention of the two employees behind front desk and they did nothing. Housekeeping going through my belongings. One night I returned from work and my frig door was open and my food warm. Needless to say I had to throw it out. Room has poor view and is right next door to hotel laundry and house keeping. Noisy and hard to get by more than a half dozen carts and employees. No towel bars to hang towels on if you wanted to be green and reuse your towels. They don't wash blankets after each stay. Next time I will stay at hampton or residence Inn next door.

We booked our room under the "Park & Fly" package. When we arrived, check in went smooth & the desk person was very friendly & helpful. The room & bathroom were actually quite nice & clean. Bed & pillows very comfortable. We had an early flight, so we did not take the time to stop for breakfast. The shuttle driver was very nice & prompt. Dropped us off right at our airline at the airport. Upon arrival back in Cleveland, I made a call to the hotel & by the time we collected our luggage (about 10-15 mins) and got outside, the shuttle driver was waiting there to take us back to our car. Again, very nice guy! Over all, very good experience. Would stay here again.

I had a rather good but bad experience, other than the nasty rooms and terrible breakfast, I went out for a cigarette and I seen these two young ladies smoking also it happened to be reefer which they shared but the sex was better, if You're looking for a place to sleep dont care how it looks come here at least kitty and hillary will blow you off top.

Housekeepers always coming on to you, hillary was one of them they wouldnt release their last name be careful.

The least you would expect from a descent hotel is a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. Well, the bathroom was not clean (lots of hair in the bathtub), but that was not the deal breaker for me. I woke up with itchy areas on my skin in the middle of the night to find out there were several bedbugs right on my pillow and on the bed. I called the front desk (it was 12:30 a. M. ) and told them about the situation. I was told "OK, once you come down to the reception, I will give you keys to another room! ". No sympathy, no "I am sorry" and of course no offering to help me check out from that room and carrying my stuff out in the middle of the night. I told him to please send the keys to my room, the least I think he could have offered himself, which he did! Next morning, while checking out from the hotel, I again mentioned the bedbugs, not to hear some nice words, or to receive some sort of compensation, but to make sure that they do know there are bedbugs in their hotel! All they told me was "oh, we should send someone up there to check the room". I will definitely not go back to this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

Worst hotel ever. I would rather sleep in my car. The only reason my family stays here is because it is free. After 4 times staying here and finding hair in our sheets and bathroom makes me question if they even clean rooms when guests leave. Never stay here.

Very tight parking lot for a bus. If they had a tour group coming to stay, you'd think they'd have protected an area to get the Buda parked on their lot.

Very clean and comfort, with breakfirst a little disappointing which may be due to my late get-up. Recommend to stay here.

Staff was great. Good breakfast. Jacuzzi kinda small but still very nice place. Great deal. Allows pets.
