I’m not one to write reviews but felt strongly about sharing! We had terrible troubles trying to find a hotel in the area. We came to this hotel desperately needing a room. The wonderful front desk lady, Edith I believe, did everything she could to find us a room for there was no open hotels in a TWENTY FIVE mile radius. She was absolutely wonderful, respectful of our situations and incredibly helpful. Our room was gorgeous and well worth the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Every time I stay in Cleveland, I always stay at this property! The customer service just can’t be beaten! Whenever I go there, the front desk staff is not only incredibly nice, but also quick and efficient. Plus, I love how all the parking is close to the front door. The business center, which is super roomy and well-equipped, is another favorite (as are the pool and continental breakfast). The rooms have comfortable beds, and they’re quiet as well. I love Hampton Inns, and this one in particular never disappoints!

The Hampton Inn & Suites/Cleveland Airport/Middleburg Heights in Cleveland, OH has a charming lobby with a cozy fireplace, exposed beams, and comfortable chairs and couches. The business center came in handy for my printing needs. Our kids had a blast in the indoor, heated pool. A staff member came by and grabbed some pool noodles for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful answering questions about nearby restaurants. My wife and kids enjoyed a meal at Max and Erma’s while I played my show at Wilbert’s in the heart of the city. There is even a 10% discount at the restaurant when you show your hotel key. We will stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Our client, touring musician Ron Herron, recently stayed here while performing in Cleveland and loved it! The room was perfect and the floor was very quiet. The staff was awesome and very friendly considering the really late check-in, and even provided a late check-out so our client could take full advantage of the free breakfast, laundry room, and fitness center in the morning before hitting the road!

This hotel not only offers a hot delicious breakfast the night I stayed there they also had free beer and pizza for guests! The location is right off the highway and I was in downtown Cleveland within 20 minutes. The front desk staff was really helpful with restaurant recommendations and there's a few cute spots to eat directly next to the hotel. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable and despite the place being absolutely packed it was dead silent and I slept like a log. There's also a well maintained gym and parking is free. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Cleveland.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. But made our stay extra special was the staff. They were really sweet and nice, and helped us find parking with our trailer, and were so lovely. You're only 15 minutes from downtown, and near the airport too. The hotel was really clean and nice, it felt like maybe it was newly renovated. We slept so great and the building was quiet. This place would be perfect for business trips or family vacations, they will accommodate and you will sleep perfectly. The beds are softer than any we've slept on during our trip. **Update** Just went back to Cleveland and stayed at the hotel, and totally as expected it was perfect. We checked in late, and it was cold out, but the fireplace kept us warm in the lobby. The breakfast was vast and we were able to get a great meal before hitting the road the next morning. These may be some of the most comfortable beds we have stayed in. We slept so well and fell asleep right away, it was super quiet in the hotel too so that helped. Always love staying here!

Hampton Inn and Suites Cleveland — Airport/Middleburg Heights was a great stay! I wish we could have stayed longer. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The grounds and hotel are very nice and very well maintained. Great indoor pool and fitness center in case you want to work out or have some down time for a swim. The rooms were immaculately clean and the beds were so comfortable! Hotel was quiet and the staff was nice enough to give us a late checkout the. Wet morning to enjoy an extra hour of sleep. Complimentary hot breakfast was also great! The only place I'll stay when in the area!

My last time in the area was when one of my artists played Cleveland; we had a great stay so I decided to be a repeat customer with a band I’m tour managing from Greece. This hotel is consistently awesome with a super friendly staff. We had an easy late night check-in; the lady was nice enough to offer us a shuttle ride to Taco Bell. We travel with a sprinter and trailer and there was plenty of room to park. I’m always impressed with the spacious and modern design of the lobby and dining area and the included continental breakfast featured the widest selection of delicious vittles ever. Rooms are super clean and beds/pillows super comfy. Great indoor pool as well. Love the spot and will continue to come back. A+

Room was nice. Comfortable bed, and everything seemed in good condition. There are several places to eat within walking distance. Shuttle service is available to the airport.

Melissa at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. Room was very clean and tidy. Love the free shuttle service from and to the airport as well. Very pleased with my stay and will return to stay here again.

When we needed a can opener Brian fetched one for us from the kitchen and brought it straight to our room. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options and a different selection on each day, bed was comfy and rooms were very clean. We're looking forward to our return!

Check-in featured mound of variety of cookies in architectural masterpiece of a lobby. Facilities were clean as a hospital. Shower was perfect culmination of pressure and temperature. Impressive breakfast spread which featured a popular item — bacon — with a gracious four hour window. Staff very friendly and genuine. Massive indoor pool. Will be back next time we play Cleveland. We've sent many clients to the Hampton Inn Cleveland-Airport/Middleburg Heights. Our most recent was Lee Ali, who came away as impressed as our other clients. The location is great, whether you're heading to the airport or going downtown (short drive). Plenty of restaurants are close but if you're tight on time, you can always grab something from the Hampton Inn's pantry and take advantage of the in room microwave and refrigerator. The fitness center has multiple options and the pool is inviting as well. Breakfast is constantly stocked and the area is kept clean, like as the rest of the hotel. Most importantly, the room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Getting a great night's sleep is essential when you have to get back on the road early. Along those lines, if you don't have time for breakfast, the Hampton offers, "Breakfast on the Run" bags which are also complimentary. The staff has always treated our clients well and that was certainly the case again. We'll continue to send more clients to the Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Airport/Middleburg Heights.

The lobby area is really nicely decorated… fireplace and all. They checked me in quickly. I arrived late. So they suggested a few places to get something to eat. They also have a tons of snack items for sale at very reasonable prices. The room and bathroom were elegant. I got two queen size beds, microwave and fridge. Very nice curtains and carpet. They have a business center and pool. The continental breakfast featured lots of tasty food. This hotel is close to the airport and close to the freeway. If I am in the area I would definitely stay there again.

This Hampton Inn has a chic, modern feel as you walk into the lobby. The rooms were very clean, which is particularly important to us having a baby who crawls on the floor. The continental breakfast had a wide array of choices, and the staff quickly accommodated us. There were plenty of outlets for all of our electronics out of reach of the baby, but easily accessible at the desk and at each night table.

Our client and touring musician Sagit Shir stayed here recently and had a great hotel experience. The staff was very friendly with his late hours check-in and the room was very comfortable and quiet. There was a fresh hot breakfast buffet in the morning as well to help get the day going before getting back on the road!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I really enjoyed my first time here, so I decided to head back, and I was not disappointed. I love the fireplace in the lobby, and the buiness center and pool are nice perks as well. The continental breakfast featured tons of food (and the staff working it was more than accommodating when I requested a different type of bagel than the ones that were out). My room had a microwave and refrigerator, which allowed me to save money on food (although there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance). This hotel is close to the airport and close to the freeway, yet still far enough away that the rooms are quiet and you don't hear much traffic. I would highly recommend!

Had a really nice overnight stay at this property. Immaculate room, comfortable bed, desk with plenty of outlets. Very quiet as well. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Really convenient location, plenty of food options and shops nearby. All you could want when traveling for business. Highly recommend.

Clean rooms and staff cater to u. They talk wow. Offers you water got love that. They actually keep eye contact. Not as if you are a nuisance.

Out of 7 years traveling with my daughter's soccer team. This is by far is the most welcoming and nicest hotel that we have stayed at. Nice rooms, great breakfast and some of the nicest staff members. Thank you Larry, Phil and Vera, you guys were awesome. Thanks for making our Memorial Day tournament a fun trip.

Everything about our stay was pleasant. Comfortable, modern rooms, very clean and quiet, great beds and shower. Great breakfast, spacious lobby, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Really, I don't know that I've ever been made to feel so welcome by hotel staff before. Loved it here, will def stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn and suites in Cleveland! The hotel lobby with the fireplace was warm and welcoming and I was treated to a quick check in. My room was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. I had everything I needed in my room with a microwave and a fridge and a coffee maker. There was a wide selection in the complementary breakfast the next morning. Although I just went with oatmeal and juice, everything looked delicious. Could not have enjoyed my stay more!

Came in for a weekend stay rooms were clean, and well stocked. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was great kids loved swimming in the pool. Will defiantly stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Cleveland, and my stay was so comfortable and such a success, I had to write a review about it! I loved the fact that the property is off the main highway, ensuring that every room offers a quiet night's sleep (and if you can't get a good night's sleep in a hotel, why are you staying there? ). The staff was excellent at taking care of my every need, including a late check-in that I was able to do over the phone (*very* convenient! ). The room I stayed in was excellent, including a big, comfy bed with clean linens (the first thing you notice upon entering the room is how amazing it smells), work area, plenty of room for belongings and all of the extras that you want in a hotel room; mini-fridge, microwave, free Wi-Fi, and a great breakfast in the morning. I've stayed at this property before, and I loved it then as much as I love it now! I give it my highest rating!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay with the Hampton Inn & Suites in Middleburg Heights. It is conveniently located just off the interstate and near various restaurants. I was greeted immediately by a smiling face at the front desk. The entire staff with whom I interacted was friendly and efficient. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. The room was nice. It came with a microwave, refrigerator, and a flat screen TV with a wide variety of channels. The bed was extremely comfortable, so much so I almost missed my check out time! I will definitely check to see if this place has rooms available before going anywhere else on my future trips to this area!

Absolutely one of the best suites I've stayed in. Very, very clean. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great; cheese omelets, turkey sausage, waffles. And normal breakfast items. Would definitely recommend!

Hampton Inn is one of the most consistent chains I stay at and this one was no exception to that rule. Clean, well appointed rooms that were comfy and quiet. Add in one of the more substantial free hot breakfasts and it's a no brainer. Great stay.

Don't get all the bad reviews? I normally don't comment, but the stay was good. Front staff was nice, beds were clean. What more can you ask for a pretty reasonably priced place? Got swindled by my niece and nephew for a couple of microwave ravioli cups… but that is no ones fault but my own.
