This hotel is AMAZING! Housekeeping is always on time with cleaning. No bed bugs or bugs whatsoever! Breakfast is fresh and hot. Non smoking hotel which is awesome too. Pots and pans are available as well as a microwave and full stove. It literally felt like home to me and my husband. The only complaint we have is the restroom is small and the tub had chipped paint but other than that everything was GREAT!

Run down. Heard every footstep from room above. Was up until 2am and had to bang on ceiling to get it to stop. No one at front desk for 15 min. Breakfast good. Shower hot and good pressure. Never stay here!

Sonesta ES Suites Clevand is a great courtyard extended stay suites hotel. Suites are large, very clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows are better than home. Nice well maintained court yard with an outdoor pool and court. The free breakfast is very good. At the price, you can't beat it.

This was the view from our room! Unacceptable! If we'd had time, we would have found another place to stay. The floor had HUGE lumps under the carpet and it felt as though we were walking on sand. It was very uncomfortable. I would give 2 stars but it was quiet and the free breakfast was decent so I'm giving 3 stars. Also, be prepared for them to place a hold on additional funds on your card during the stay.

Was located in a safe neighborhood and the 1 bedroom with loft was so such a cute little apartment. Very comfortable and great place for those traveling with a family. The breakfast was great too!

Miniapatamenti in independent "Villette" housing units. Kitchen Equipment complete with each appliance. Small Room Fresh Sheets of laundry. Breakfast in the norm but improved qualitatively. Always present and discreet Service.

We've stayed at this particular location three times and they've all been great experiences. We've never had a more pleasant experience at a hotel before. They've upgraded and remodeled all their rooms. We love that we can take food because they have a full kitchenette in every room, which includes a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, plus pots and pans and all utensils needed to cook, and plates, etc. I highly recommend staying here because the rooms are nice, the location is close to downtown Cleveland, and the prices are very reasonable.

Great place to stay. Convenient to expressway and anywhere you wanted to go in Cleveland. Large suite was very clean. Good bed and pillows. Coffee in room as well as at morning buffet. I would stay here next time I'm I'm Cleveland.

Absolutely loved it! Very clean and updated. Around a lot of shops. Friendly staff. One of the best! HIGHLY recommend. Will DEFINITELY stay again!

I had a really great stay! Very nice and updated suite. The staff were very pleasant! One small thing. The fire detector wasn’t installed or may have fell out but other than that. I’ll def be back!

I rated Sonesta ES suites A four-star stay mostly because of the staff. They go the extra step to make you feel comfortable and ensure you have everything you need. One thing I would like to mention is that they really should spend a little more money on pillows and bedding. The bed itself is quite comfortable, however, with the sheets and pillows, not so much. We really enjoyed the great breakfast each morning. The social hour Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening is also a major bonus! They say it’s light snacking but it’s a full on meal. Excellent perk.

Great place to stay. Very homey and worth the price. Breakfast is really good. A little bit of distance from downtown, but there are things available in the area. Overall would definitely stay again.

A thoroughly adequate extended stay hotel with a decent breakfast, dinner on select nights and sometimes a shuttle. If you're in need of accommodations near Cleveland Intl Airport and this is what best fits your budget, you'll likely be satisfied. But if you plan to rely on the shuttle AT ALL, or enjoy comforts like friendly customer service, be prepared for Rich/Rick to let you down. He'll lie to you about shuttle availability, hang up the phone on you and maybe even argue aggressively with a guest (or even YOU) in front of a room full of your contemporaries. But if you're planning to driving your own car, or won't have much need for the shuttle or anything resembling decent customer service, this should be an adequately fine hotel.

Thouroughly enjoyed my stay here. Very accommodating. All the staff were friendly and will to assist. The room was very clean and a home away from home feel. The bed was so comfy and the fireplace is a very nice touch. I loved that I was able to do a little shopping at the local supermarket, as the hotel will take you there if needed. Plenty of shopping and food in the area. This will be my new go to hotel when I'm back in Cleveland.

It was great! The room was perfect and quaint. I will definitely get this again. Summer time they have a lot to do there so I can't wait for the weather to break to go here again.

Room was amazing with a fireplace and full kitchen. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had 24 access to a fitness room.

So I will say the rooms are very very comfortable and very cozy. I've stayed at other suites and Extended Stays but this was definitely one of my favorite ones I've stayed at. The downfall of it was that the breakfast is in the main lobby and the rooms that I stayed in were in another building so that meant waking up early to walk in the cold to the lobby into the breakfast area. The staff was very friendly and the cleaning staff did a really good job as well. Loved all the channels I got also!

I love this hotel. When I stay on the west side this is my go-to spot. I just love the unique way it's laid out and the price is right. The guy who generally works at night, Rick, is funny but knows his stuff. Always a great stay and the breakfast is good to!

Good price. Super comfy beds. Attentive staff, and a free dinner buffet! Nothing crazy, but FREE. Only problem I had was the airport shuttle starts at 6am so if you have a super early flight arrange your own transportation. The front desk referred a quality service that I was able to arrange the day before.

Great rooms and amazing rates. Room was clean, beds comfy, and had no issues with room. Really enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living area (especially with the cold weather! ). If I'm back in this area again I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Front desk was friendly and provided free muffins, rooms were really clean. Breakfast was good also and the whole atmosphere was friendly.

Nice but too many stairs. Glad pets are allowed. What is it with housekeeping that they only partially clean & when you ask for TP you get 1 roll when you have 2 bathrooms? Thank you for the breakfasts & dinners. They are nice.

I would have given it 5 stars but the cleaning staff does need a little work. We found a bottle of Diet Coke in the fridge from the last guest. Also the shelves in the cabinets needed to be cleaned out. Other than those two thing, great place to stay.

Great Hotel… And location is Great Suburb area… Easy drive to quicken loans arena 15 min. And malls… Centrally located.

Rooms are super cute with full kitchen and space to easily sleep 5 people. Close to highway & plenty of food establishments without being so close that noise is an issue. Highly recommend.

We saw Sonesta ES Suites on a search for a hotel. Decided to try and had a great experience. Extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too! Would highly recommend staying and would definitely book again.

Overall this day was okay. We had stayed at this location last year and found it wasn't very good at all. They've gone through and renovated the rooms and the furniture is much better and the appearances much better. Bathroom tub had a very large paint section removed and there were some dirty wash clothes still in a drawer. Otherwise it was okay but I'm not sure we'll go back to this area as there are a number of other locations that we've tried and like better.

My dad and mom stayed at this hotel. They loved it so much they decided to stay in Cleveland a little longer. I'm an interior designer and I have to say they've got the design of the rooms set beautifully! The colors and layout are very appealing. I nice area in the rooms for visiting (ample chairs, a couch and coffee table). Also a nice kitchenette. The bed looks very comfortable. The room was very clean and the grounds are week kept. This area of Cleveland is also very nice for visitors. There are many good restaurants to choose from, grocery stores near by, a beautiful metropark, about 2 minutes from the highway and nearby shopping of all sorts.

Had a great little outdoor pool, as well as a basketball court/tennis court (with equipment to borrow). Nice TV room /lounge. Our room was huge! Lots of room to move around. Great kitchenette. Very clean. LOTS of places to plug things in.

I wish I could rate it with no stars. This place was not my ideal vacation place. The rooms look nothing like the pictures the layouts are not accurate at ALL. The food for breakfast was cold and very little selection. Bathroom is very small and there isn't a place for changing in the "suite" it's more like a very small studio. Also pool is very small and hot tub isn't hot it's more like a warm bath. All I can say is it's not the ideal place and not worth the money. A major thing I was upset about was the internet! It was one bar the whole time I was there and I had to use my data the whole time — which was ran out by the end of my stay. Was very disappointed…

One middle aged member of the staff (Rick) was not very friendly to us here. I was sitting by the pool with my sisters and Mom (just talking) and we were suddenly told to "Get the HELL out! " (by Rick) several times. He yelled from the sidewalk saying that the pool was closed and it was time for us to "Get the hell out. " We were a little in shock and just looked at him. He then said, "You heard me! Get the hell out!. " After my sister asked for him to stopped talking to us this way he claimed he was "only joking. " I might have believed him if he would have laughed after saying what he did…but he looked pretty serious to me. He then told us we didn't really have to leave, but we decided it was best to. Super unprofessional if you ask me (even if he did happen to be kidding. ) Oh also, the dirty room in "Building 11" we had came with a coffee maker (no coffee pot) and broken glass on the doorstep. We told them (around 4pm) about the broken glass and requested a coffee pot, an extra pillow, and 2 extra towels for the room and it took them until the next day to respond to the requests. We had to again ask for the extra things and for the glass to be cleaned up. I shouldn't have been surprised as we talked to Rick about all of these things the first time. Are there 2 different areas of this establishment? How are these people getting good reviews?

This place needs an overhaul. Smells like stale cigarettes. It needs new carpet, paint, appliances and fixtures. The bathroom is so tiny and old I can't bring myself to shower in it. I can't imagine anything short of gutting and starting from scratch would help this place. I have no idea how it was so highly rated as clean. The sheets are clean but the place smells filthy.

Checking in the hotel took some time, Once everything was situated and I was able to get my keys I go to the room. Walking in the room I noticed a few things were off, Such as dirty dishes and the stained up coffee pot, Two hand towels instead of three looked messy & no soap as well. Besides that the stay was good and the beds were comfortable.

Good break from the standard hotel layout, having issues with the internet in the area, presumably because this is now a senesta suite now, network is still being switched over, but a nice clean place with friendly staff.

Despite a last minute booking, the check-in procedure was a breeze and was upgraded at no charge. While this was nice, the room smelled of smoke even though it was labeled as no smoking. The room was big with comfortable beds, but some areas (kitchen, bathroom) were a bit dated. The breakfast service was sub-par, but acceptable. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.
