Room smelled like urine, room was very dirty with mold in the bathroom, went to the main desk and the man at the desk didn’t care about my concerns so I checked out and asked for a refund but they won’t refund my money, also didn’t seem like a very safe place, I WOULD NOT RECOMMED this place to anyone!

They are absolutely wonderful there! Anytime I had a question it was answered on the spot. The Customer service is out of this world which is super important to me when staying somewhere. Was having problems with the air conditioning and when I went to the front office they had somebody to the room to look at it so fast it was unreal. The air conditioning wasn't working so they moved our room immediately! Thank you because it was hot! I travel a lot so it's very important to have what I need and have someone listen when I need something and address what they can means a lot. The staff is very personable and knows what Customer service really is. I would recommend for sure. Thanks guys!

Best place hands down for affordable rooms and clean and also have a outdoor pool. Also the Staff is Amazing especially Lonni He is the front desk guy that will check u in and makes sure your very satisfied and if u need ANYTHING just to ask him! Very very nice Man! Keep up the EXCELLENT work.

It's always a pleasant stay at days inn. Staff is nice and very caring. Need something just ask and they will try and accommodate you.

Bathroom fan did not have cover and wires were exposed. Carpet needed cleaning more thoroughly between wall and carpet. Room condition otherwise satisfactory.

It was fine. Just stayed for a night and it was everything I expected from a hotel. No complaints.

Very satisfied… pleasant stay! Front desk was very professional and helpful… especially Cory. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping came to service room everyday. Housekeeper Kristin was exceptional! Rooms could use updates… But overall pleasant experience. Also I want to thank Eric for room accomidations hes been very helpful… Will be back!

Amenities are good. Place was clean. Bed was comfortable. Checkin and checkout was easy. Would recommend it. Breakfast was Ok. Would recommend it for a night stay.

Worst experience at a hotel so far, Eric that worked at the front desk was so rude! everything we asked for (towels and toilet paper bc the housekeepers hardly ever came to our rooms) was a hassle for him to do he told us that if our wash cloths continued to be dirty (my boyfriend works in oilfield) that he was going to charge us for everyon of them. The only good experience we had was from the housekeeper Kristin when she was at work she was lovely. Definitely will NOT be coming back to this place!

Watch your Credit card! They double charge you stayed there 1 day! and they charged twice! Booked the 16th and stayed from 10 pm to 7 am! Rooms not clean either but only needed a place to sleep so that was OK very loud in the parking lot too!

Room was ok. Pillows are terrible. It was like pulling teeth to get extra towels. We paid for 3 people to stay and they kept giving us 2 towels. The complimentary breakfast was the worst I've experienced. 3 stars is probably being nice.

You'll won't find a better hotel for this price, they have a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The employees are very nice and the rooms are clean. You don't have to pay extra for Wi-Fi or a fridge and microwave either.

Shower was broken and front desk did not answer my calls. The manager finally replied to me after several calls and an email over the course of one week, and said they would refund thirteen dollars of my bill for my trouble. Totally unacceptable. I frequently stay at days inn locations and am fine with accepting an older room and lower quality furnishings for the lower rate, but this was the worst I've seen and the service was terrible. There are a lot of other choices the area, I recommend you do not stay here.

The non-smoking rooms smell like cigarette, then I don't understand why they call them so, I had to request room change for that reason, in the room I was allocated the heating did not work.

I can’t even rate this experience as it does not give me negative stars. I wish I could post pictures of the room we were given and also find away to let everyone smell it. It smells like they allowed multiple dogs take up residence. The house keeping is, well I can find no words. The pictures would say it all. Hair, huge dust balls, and dog food lines the carpet. They were even so kind to leave dog hair on what is supposed to be clean sheets. Avoid! This is absolutely disgusting.

Filthy. Dirt and restaurant napkins in dresser drawers. Stained chairs. Debris on carpet. Dried food and dust on dresser. Inside of fridge and microwave dirty. Tub and bathroom vent dirty. Room smelled like smoke despite it being a nonsmoking room. Remote and inside wastebaskets had dried food and what looked like dried blood on/in them. Webs and dead bugs on window. Plus room wasn't ready at 3 pm-had to wait 20 minutes-and minifridge had to be requested, despite being told there was one in room. Lights were unplugged so had to move furniture to plug them in. Now I have many itchy bug bits — suspect bed bugs.

Your accommodation is highly professional and satisfying. Keep it up. Tucked just a short distance from Baldwin Wallace college, I was amazed at the quality of the rooms at a bargain price. The rooms are well appointed, large with comfortable beds and excelent showers; and they are clean! The staff are friendly and the area is quiet with many food and entertainment options nearby.

Great experience. Best hotel in the area dollar for dollar. Also they include a great breakfast. Front desk is very responsive and was always there to help.

A really great deal! Everything was decent, which was perfect for the price of the toom. Cleanliness could be improved, but overall good. We were in a nonsmoking that smelled like smoke. Very convenient location. Breakfast included two types of cereal, toast, Belgium waffles, coffee, milk, and oatmeal.

I had a flight to catch in Cleveland so I decided to stay the night here. It was a great bargain! They were under construction, but it was fine. They offered smoking or non smoking. As a smoker that was nice, the room was clean. It could have been a little cleaner buy it was nice. All in all if you need a room for a night, this is the place to be.

Went to sleep and woke up with bed bugs biting my knee and ankle. Called corporate office to complain and to get some type of refund and they would not do nothing, did not even seem like they cared about my situation. Stayed at a lot of hotels and this is by far the worse!

Great for the price. No bugs. Clean. Wi-Fi worked. Beds were comfy. Only downside was the fridge didn't work.

Not so great. But it is cheap. They have stepped up their game a bit… all new towels this trip in my room. It is also located very close to everything… the highway… food… and booze are all within 1.8 miles.

Seemed decent upon arrival the desk clerk Lonny was really nice and helpful. But the room smelled moldy and it made my allergies act up I had itchy watery eyes the whole time. Also got sodas from the lobby that were expired by 1-2 years! Do you know how long soda can stay on a shelf? Would not recommend this hotel.

Front Desk staff was pleasant! I was able to check in earlier than my check in time, which was perfect because I was wiped from driving all day. Room was clean, price was good. Can't complain!

I stay at this hotel very often. Affordable, comfortable, clean, friendly staff and management. The front desk is accommodating. I highly recommend. I've stayed at all the other hotels in the area and this hotel is by far the best.

I've stayed at the Days Inn Cleveland Airport South dozens of times and it is by far my number one pick when I stay on the Westside of Cleveland. The front desk is very nice and professional at every check In and they are more then willing to accommodate with most request and readliy handle any and all inconveniences. I think that the whole staff is efficient and work well as a team. I recommend anyone traveling to come and stay at the Days Inn. I give it 5 stars.

The room should not have been rented out stains on the wall… water stain by the bathtub where the plaster is bubbling and peeling… stains on the wall… cracks along the door jam by the lock… I was told they are going to be remodel next month but for $101 per night I feel once again it should be off the available list for customers… I know they have a report about room conditions from housekeeping cause I was a front desk cleck and night auditor for a 4star property… No I did not reach out to the manager because I know or he should have known the condition of the room number 251 non smoking king room… The staff was very nice so no need to give them a earful they are doing good with what they have to work with… this was my first and last stay at a Days inn… I have pictures that I'll send off to Wyndham Corp…

The pool was not open or working here are the end of July. The shower curtain rod was partially off, they had to come fix it twice before we could shower (2 days). Run down. They say they'll be getting an update soon, they REALLY need it. Felt like a poor side of town place. Breakfast were pretty good.

The hotel's location was fantastic if you need something close to the airport, and the staff was very cheerful and friendly. However, the room itself was subpar. It was spacious, and the bed was comfortable and clean. However the floor looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in a while (there were crumbs everywhere). There was hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor, and falling from the hair dryer. The continental breakfast was also poor. The waffle batter was too thin and the waffle iron too cold, creating waffles that were undercooked in the centre. Overall, great if you need a quick, cheap bed near the airport; just don't use their bathroom, go barefoot in the room, or expect much from the breakfast.

Just leaving. And I must say it was a pretty nice stay. I was reluctant because of some of the most recent reviews. And I always read reviews. I never go by ratings alone or even top name brands. I've stayed in some big name brand hotels and was very disappointed in customer service. Which I'm a big on. And not to mention to my surprise one had bed bugs! So a cheap/ low cost hotel can easily out rank a so called top notch hotel out the box. And Days Inn can easily do that. The desk help especially Lonnie and the customer service was great! From the breakfast service to the cleaning ladies! Everyone was polite and helpful. The breakfast had a nice selection. Waffles, toast, eggs, etc. Breakfast area was clean. Our room was dated. But clean. No evidence of bed bugs. I always look. Carpet and chair was dirty. Reason for minus stars. But Lonnie explained renovation are in the making. Side note. As a customer I can help. I have great idea's and solutions. Because when I stay at hotels, which is a lot. I take notes from the website, customer service, appearance and my whole experience. So if you like my input feel free to contact me. With your potential. The sky is the limit.

The first room we were in had clearly not been cleaned well and smelled of smoke. The shower had mildew in it and the shower head actually popped off when I turned it on. We were moved to a second room that was much cleaner and the amenities (tissues, soaps) were stocked. In the bathrooms in both rooms, the paint was peeling and the furniture was outdated and run down. The TVs, microwaves, and fridges in both rooms were nice. There was trash in the stairway that was never moved in the approximately 20 hours we were there. The front desk staff was helpful and nice. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. Parking was easy and the area was nice.

The room was wonderful. All of the amenities were working. A/C was working and quite a God send. And of the 3 hotels rooms I had to stay in it was The most comfortable of beds. — *The female staff for the most part, were unhelpful, and rude. (I've also removed 2 stars because I also feared for my safety. ) I was so excited to stay at the days inn. I had a slightly hard time finding it. I walked up to the woman behind the desk to ask where to go. Before I could get a word out she told me "I'm not taking care of you, you can wait. Someone is in front of you, you need to wait your turn!. " I was so unprepared for someone to be so nasty, I felt my throat starting choke and tears welling in my eyes. She thenwalked out from behind the desk — started staring me down. Like a thug who wants to fight you. (She apparently doesn't work behind The desk. She was a maid. ) It turns out the person who was in front of me in line, was sitting down filing out an application for employment. That's why I didn't see her. She kept saying she was sorry. She felt bad because I was treated that way. The people who helped with breakfast were wonderful. The night front desk man was sweet and attentive.

Bad attitude from staff, half the web promises wdre wrong. Bad Wi-Fi very small pool, not heated, most t v channels didnt come thru… More to list with bad than good!

Rougher area, shower curtain had been ripped off the wall 3-5 times, many patches in the drywall, alarm clock didn't work either did the second or third brought to me by the front desk. Mold all over the bathroom. Blood stain on the tub and first wash cloth I picked up. House cleaner urinated in the lavatory and did not flush. Hot shower free breakfast and freezing cold a/c won the 2 stars.

It's nice. It's perfect if you have an early flight and wanted to get to the airport early. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus leaves every hour.

The beds are super comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and hot (cheese omelets waffles), the pool was great, clean rooms and the staff was kind and helpful. I loved the drive thru check in because we didn't have to get the kids out the car. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Great value for your money.

Phone reservation center was a total joke. Wish you could just call the hotel directly. After over an hour on the phone between the call center and the customer service number, we were finally all figured out. Felipe was a wonder. He listened to all my complaining and frustration with the situation and gave me the low down on how to make things easier in the future. Awesome staff. Regarding the room… everything was nice. Super clean. Only complaint was that our door didn't actually lock… just turn the handle and walk in. Pool was awesome and open late. Breakfast spread is pretty good for the money. Spent the same amount for a motel with shampoo for sale, no pool, smaller beds and no breakfast. This is a good deal.

The staff is super friendly, and nice. However, the room smelled odd, the shower was dirty and leaked. The coffee pot was filthy and the remote did not work. Also mold and cobwebs in the bathroom. The price was great, but will stay somewhere else if I come back to the area.

Good experience. Excellent service during stay and shuttle to and from airport. Had an early flight and they had breakfast ready for us. Upon return our car was covered in snow and shuttle driver helped clear it. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again.

Rooms were okay perfect for a sleep park and fly … our shuttle service was amazing on time and when we got back to Cleveland the shuttle was waiting for us. He even cleaned off our car for us! Now that's nice! It was, 15 degrees outside!

My stay here was awesome. I found the bed really comfy, my room was clean, and the continental breakfast was good — they had eggs and a waffle maker (among other things). But what really made my stay here great was their unbelievable service. They printed my flight boarding pass for me at 5 am. I accidentally left my laptop in my rental car when I returned it and asked if they would take me back to the airport — the driver dropped everything to get me there ASAP. They comped me all the sundry items I needed (toothpaste, etc. ). They even opened the continental breakfast at 3 am just for me before I left for an early flight. They really take care of you here, and if I ever find myself in Cleveland again, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We booked a room there for a week. Requested a handicap room. What a pleasant and great stay we had — the staff, Jennifer, Felipe, Brenda, Daniele and Sonny were so very helpful and kind — along with the maintenance/cleaning personnel as well. Great Staff! Comfortable, near interstate, good breakfast. Nice place to stay. Definitely will go back next time in Cleveland. Thank you to all that made our stay so very pleasant.

Out of ten stars Price — 7/10 Could've been cheaper. Location — 8/10 Around a Walmart, Dunks and many delivery places. Front Desk — 10/10, They were very helpful and nice. Room — 8/10, Spacious room, that can't be said for the bathroom though. Amenities — 9/10, Tv was dope, the free breakfast was unique and satisfying.

I stayed in room 129 backside of the building for a week to only find out it had bed bugs. I confronted the staff with bugs in hand and they denied and called me a liar. I politely asked for a refund and was refused, they gave me another room and made me pay for it too. I warned about 3 potential customers before they stopped me and tried to kick me out. I decided the next day id check this bed too. It turned out, I found more bed bug stains. This was room 135 on the same side of the building. In the same day I witnessed the housekeeper (not professionals like Terminex) clean the room like they planned to rent it out again. So plz if you plan to stay check your beds along the seams.

DONT RECOMEND! I did not even stay here, here is why. I was getting low on funds wanted to stay in a decent hotel and the motel 6 across from this one did not seem to ease my mind. So I went in the lobby and asked the clerk if I could see the rooms before I purchased. This is something that I always do. Hey barley spoke english wich is ok I am not agianst that. But he pointed to a montior with pics of the room on the desk. Me: no can I actually see the rooms clerk: I am not alowed to show you Me: this is a blunt question but have you ever had problems with bed bugs or any other infestations if so please let me know I do not like bugs and will freak out. clerk: started sweating and eye pupils got big and small agian. No I recomend you go somewhere else. so as you see I did not even stay he told me to go somewhere else so watch out.

My husband. And I. Stayed there almost two weeks. The room was decent. The air-conditioning went out &took them 24 hrs before fix. They overcharged us twice. They said we had two pets when we had one. Then they said we had a dog. When, we had a cat. So they double charged. Their breakfast food stuck cereal was over dry. Milk was warm cream cheese was spoiled. I asked for blanket. Since, they never place a sheet, comforter. Just a holely blanket. Twice, I asked first time they ignore us. Second one was stain and full holes. We refused it. They supply horrible coffee and towels. You got to go to the office to get toilet paper. I had to buy a blanket and pillow. I. Am 8 1/2 months pregnant. They never supply what you need. Then they made us pay for two pillows they never supply us, two blankets they never supply us. Gave a room with two beds. When we order one. The staff was rude and obnoxious. We paid extra three hundred over the five hundred we paid all we got poor service, bad behavior, over charged. Not going back there. High way robbery.

Room was decent, food was alright, the Wi-Fi works. The staff was very helpful; our alarm clock was broken and the next day shift replaced it. Pretty much what I hoped for for the money.

It's nothing fancy, but it's cheap, clean, the staff is friendly, the Wi-Fi worked, and it's right by the highway.
