Dirty hallways… dirty carpets… leaky air conditioner, no wastebaskets or hair dryer in room, unpleasant breakfast room, exorbitant pet fee that was not accurately displayed on the website. Not a good value. Not a good place. Have stayed in many TownePlace Suites and this one is by far the WORST. There are other, better options in Blue Ash. Terrible.

I had a poor experience at this hotel for a one night stay. I found ants crawling over the couch and coffee table. The neighboring room was having a shouting match at 3am. The hotel allows dogs in the rooms and there were a couple of times through out the night where they were barking. I defiantly didn't get much sleep that night.

Great location, surrounded by many places to do and relatively close to activities, such as Kings Island. Rooms are akin to a small apartment, which gives a nice home feeling, and complimentary breakfast is served.

Not too bad. Everyone had their own space with two bed rooms and a pull out sofa in the main area. No complaints.

I congratulate the staff because they care of you. I recommend to book this place. Manager and receptionist are very attentive. I should recommend to improve the breakfasts and the staff attending the restaurant.

The TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Blue Ash is a wonderful property. Very clean friendly and even though it's one of the older style residence and type properties it is kept up very well by staff. They may be a little difficult to locate but if you look for McDonald's you'll find them because they are right in the same parking lot. The prices are right and you usually can get a booking if you call early in the day. Thanks very much TownePlace Suites Blue Ash Cincinnati for taking care of me during a time of trouble on the road. This is what Marriott does for Marriott Rewards members.

Great place to stay. Staff of helpful. Breakfast is varied and good. We stayed in the room with a kitchen and two bedrooms, would recommend this to anyone with kids!

Usually great stay. This last time we were checked into a dirty room then switched to an occupied room with personal belongings in the room! Third time we were checked into a clean room with a fridge that rattled. Will never return to this property. Was told by manager my points would be refunded. But Nope. Have not received points refund.

Great hotel in a nice location. Convenient to shops and dining. Rooms are a little on the small side. Staff is extremely helpful.

They didnt do a wake up call the alarm in the room didnt work and the coffee pot was broke, plus the setting for the room temp didnt work, made me late getting medical supplies back to Canton ohio, plus the girl at the front desk said she called me 3 times but it went to voice mail which is a lie because the in house phone was right by my pillow. Plus I didnt get breakfast cause they stop serving at 9am, why they dont go till 10 am like all the other hotels do! Not a very well kept hotel, I think Motel 6 could of done a better job!

Amazing staff and really nice location with a 30 second walk to an array of food and shops. The breakfast was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel tho— you can’t have everything lol.

I have just booked with Priceline for a future stay at this location. I am disappointed already that the advertised space was for a queen bed and sofa in the room. When paid and the itinerary placed they are now putting me in a room with ONLY a sofa bed. This is not how anyone wants to spend a vacation!

The accommodations are nice and people very friendly. Breakfast served daily is a great start to the day. With laundry facilities open to guests as well. Only thing missing is an indoor pool. My extended stay was during cool weather and an indoor pool would have been great.

Great place, great people. Also had a taste breakfast. Only problem was the trash truck woke us Up at about 5 am in the morning.

It is designed for extended stay, but I found the room uncomfortable and poorly maintained. The bed was like a board and the new heating and cooling system was terrible. The room was over heated and the only way to cool it was by prying open the window. The shower dripped and the toilet leaked.

Clean full kitchen rooms. Big fluffy pilows. Sheets could be nicer, they certainly aren't up to Home2 quality, but what is?

This Marriott was very nice. They had an amazing gourmet hot chocolate bar which was really fun.

Stayed there with a few friends; between the beds and pull out couch we had plenty of room.

Love this Hotel Except the walls are Paper thin We can hear the room next too us! But Every one is Nice And Pleasant! Nicest Rooms. No Complaints Nice Stay!

The rooms are great and very clean. Full kitchens and spacious living areas.

Love it, convenient, home away from home all the amenities one could wish for. Full refrigerator stove oven and microwave. VERY CLEAN as well as lovely staff and breakfast daily. Highly recommend.

People are professional and nice, the room is great, and the kitchen has everything you need. The only thing I didn't like was how the beds were a little stiff. Other than that it was a great visit.

This hotel was just ok for me. I'm very particular when it comes to staying some where and this hotel was better looking online than in person. I stayed in a studio it was small, the let out couch bed was very hard and the springs were protruding out. The carpet in the hall, steps and even in my room was not clean. Someone in the hotel had a cat it stunk up the whole hallway. Would I stay again. No. The staff was Great!

Hotel wasn't that clean, out of date not really close to much in restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly only positive. Won't stay again.

I always stay at a Marriott when I travel and my expectations are high. When I checked in with my daughter everyone was polite and professional, my room was great and any questions I had, the employees did everything they could to help me. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Dirty, moldy not well maintained. Neither the manager nor Marriott would return calls so that I could explain. Problem finally address after contacting the county Health Dept. Very disappointed in Marriott Corp.

The rooms were very nice and the staff that I encountered were very polite. The pool area was nicely kept and the pool itself was nice. I would definitely stay here again. Close to restaurants and other shopping.

We checked in today for a two week stay, while we were in between homes. Needless to say, I was not in great spirits for the transition, especially after leaving my home of 7 years just an hour ago. Leslie at the front desk was sweet and kind, and was able to check us in early, much to my surprise, as we had our immediate belongings in our cars. The room is comfortable and we were surprised that we will be able to make meals here with the kitchen accommodations. We went out for a bite and came back to a lovely note from the GM, thanking us for choosing them, with an accompanied bottle of wine. Right up my alley. ;) Needless to say, we will be recommending this place to any friends and family in need of a stay.

Nice, comfortable and clean. Easy check in process. There was a big mark on the carpet looked like a burn or something and dishwasher had been run but not emptied… not a big deal and everything else was just fine. Location seemed a little obscure but our goal was to avoid city traffic in the morning so prefect for us. Only stayed one night.

Small, cozy room. Modern style. Love when there are easy to reach outlets. This was more designed for an extended stay then an overnight guest, but we were comfortable.

Great hotel. I love the clean rooms and free breakfast. There were even cookies in the lobby when I checked in. The only problem is that the Wi-Fi will not connect to mobile devices using Chrome. It worked on my computer… But not my phone. It was a little irritating but not a total deal breaker.

Stayed in a studio room on business. No complaints, the kitchen was very well equipped, free Wi-Fi, decent breakfast, comfortable bed… that's about all I'm looking for in a hotel.

I booked my hotel almost four weeks in advance for this particular hotel due to corporate discount offered to students attending a school a mile away. My company I work for reimburses us for the charges. At a discounted price of $85. Booked three nights, go to hotel at around 930 pm " I'm sorry sir we don't have any rooms available"? WHAT do you mean? "We over booked that happens sometimes"? They did have empty rooms but could not give me one because they are adjoining rooms that are booked. They set me up at another hotel 30 minutes away at Marriott Cincinnati north. No big deal because I have a room for the rest of the time. Get to next hotel and low and behold I'm sorry sir we can only accommodate you for tonight we are also overbooked but we are trying to help you. Help me? Help me? You all caused this so fix it. I did my part I booked early now do yours that I asked for and paying for! We will give you next available that cancels. Wake up next morning they got me set up for two more nights great gave them all info and credit card, went to school and back to hotel to relax. BAMM my door opens to the slide lock? What the hell a guy saying sorry sorry not my fault. No big deal mistakes happen right. Phone rings sir we checked you out this morning? Ohh no seriously! How long are you staying? I thought this is a Marriott? Then ended up getting charged $209 a night for a room that I booked for $85. Thanks for all the Help you all where giving away THANKS…

With a name like "MARRIOTT" I expect a lot more. I arrived and there was not easy parking for check-in. I'm used to there being an awning or covered space for guests to park during check-in, but I had to park in the back. Oh well, the dog needed walking. Yes, I brought the dog and that's the only reason I chose this facility. When I walked down the hall to my room I was a little worried because the interior seems run-down. Not really WORN, but definitely run-down, old-looking. The room was the same. The remote for the main TV barely worked. I had to press the "channel up" button a hundred times to get to the good channels. The dish washer (it's a suite) was running when I arrived at 7:30pm so the previous occupant/house keeping must have finished up around 5pm (more on that later). I found the following morning there were no bath towels and had to dry off after a shower with HAND towels. WORST was I found a shard of glass on the floor in the bedroom in front of the dresser. Most likely from a light-bulb. So. The room was not vacuumed either. Imagine if I had stepped on that piece of glass. It would have splintered into my foot. Imagine if our DOG had stepped on it or LICKED it. Imagine if you CHILD stepped on it. I brought the piece of the glass to the front desk. They were apologetic. I did not ask for any discount or freebies, just brought it to their attention.

First time in Blue Ash, stayed at room 130, very clean, was impressed with everything. But my girls and I froze both nights, May 21st to May 23rd. No heat, told the font desk the first night, was told check the thermostat, I did and nothing, we shivered ourselves to sleep. Second night my daughter called front desk and the girl that worked night came and checked the heating system, thermostat and nothing, she said it looks like it is broke, she left got us more blankets and heat was never fixed, it was so cold and now all 3 off us are sick. Although the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful, no heat. And now being sick is very disappointing, I am miserable with my cold and I have to work.

Room was ok, a little small. Do not get a studio room if someone is actually sleeping on the sofa bed. There is barely any room once that thing is open! The ac works really well, our room was freezing.
