The manager is the best! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it if you're staying in Blue Ash.

It was a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice room. Bathroom has been redone. One of the nicest restrooms I have ever had. Staff has been great. It is tricky to fine. Road is between bowling alley and Mexican restaurant.

Stephon was awesome this guy made this stay so much better clean rooms showed me great restaurants and even brought my dishes up all 5's.

I had such a pleasant experience during my time here. The establishment itself was very clean and spacious and the staff was very helpful. Stephon was friendly with our need for cooking untensils and bought them up to my room not even 5 mins after I called down to request them! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

Me and my husband really enjoy our stay here. The staff is amazing here, so super nice, and very helpful especially (stephon) he was so acomidating to our needs. Very nice and clean rooms. Couldn't ask for anything better.

I would leave right now, if I could get a refund. This place is nasty. The young lady at the front desk was pleasant during the check in.

Tamika the 3rd shift front desk went above and beyond to help us out as we came in very late at night. She made sure we had everything we needed and then some. She needs a raise.

On a contract with a hospital here in Cincinnati and my company put me here for the first week. I've enjoyed the quiet and location so much I've decided to stay my whole contract here. You cannot beat the friendly staff at this location.

The front desk woman was nice and the room was cheap but the room was not very clean. There was a clump of hair in the shower and under the sink next to the trash can. The hall smelled like someone was currently smoking weed in their room. They say they have free breakfast however we checked out at 9:30 and they had 2 packs of oatmeal left that was it. The cable is like 15 stations and the beds are small.

It was ok, they were pet friendly, but the check in wasn't too cool, we pulled in around midnight, and the door was locked with a sign that said to use the side door which turned out to be locked, and the intercom phone didn't work. We had to call the over night clerk on the cell phone to let us in to get checked in, of course with an attitude. Check out was good, the ladies in the morning were nice.

There are no rooms with two beds, so that was not great. But we were able to upgrade to have a sofa. One of the rooms had only one pillow. Customer service was friendly though :) You get what you pay for, and this is ok.

There is no elevator, but 3 floors. Once I got into the room, it was nice… just don't expect to get sleep. The ac was so loud that I had to turn it off. Then it got so hot that I still couldn't sleep. Breakfast is a grab a muffin or granola. Nothing hot. Other than that, it's a nice place.

Not the best. Room was not too clean. Light fixture was hanging down, dust every where. Turned the heat on and the smoke alarm came in from the spider webs. Bathroom tub… we'll see pictures. No other rooms and arrived late so I had to clean it. Took 45 minutes. Maybe just got a bad room but location not the best either.

Cincinnati children's hospital really helped us out on the room. We are going through a difficult time. The hotel didn't ask questions. They were very polite. There was a large amount of dusting that needed done and the carpets are stained. There were hairs of previous people on the blankets. There was also no soap in the restroom. You can hear the other guests entering and exiting their rooms in the middle of the night. The doors slam rather than shut quietly. Which is a problem for a woman who is pregnant with twins. I need all the sleep I can get. The location is convenient though. Enough fast food and gas stations in the area if you're in a hurry.

It's an ok hotel. Air unit was noisy. But nice to have full kitchen.

It's an excellent place to stay. Love the staff, hospitality is grreeaatt!, rooms are clean. I would not go anywhere else in the blue ash area.

I'm here now they have updated almost everything rooms are nice but dirty I checked in yesterday and had HAIR EVERYWHERE the bath tub was the worst. The stove was completely discussing and the counters were sticky and the bottom of fridge had water, hair, & crumbs. But they did give me a free nite & free day of house keeping (since you have to pay for that! )

Nothing! Filthy dirty sheets, sink, stove. Smelled terrible. No phone. Had to go to front desk to get fresh linens and put them on my bed MYSELF! It doesn't even deserve 1 star! Really gross!

Service is poor, cleaned and dusted just once a week, that too very badly. Hallways stink. Breakfast is pretty nominal.
