I was so disappointed last weekend when my husband and I stayed at this hotel. We used to bring the kids to Kings Island and stayed here several times, but the quality has gone down hill. The entrance of this hotel tells a story — they take no pride nor do they care about this hotel. Trash overflowing, dirt everywhere, lightbulbs out in our room, mold in the shower and the list goes on. Customer service is terrible. I reached out to let Hilton know about this and they didn’t follow up. If I were an executive with Hilton and I had a hotel looking like this, I’d be there scrubbing it myself. What a shame.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and clean updated rooms! the breakfast was excellent with self serve buffet. Highly recommend this hotel because of the location and amenities. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel, impeccably clean, awesome pool, and amazing staff!

The noise in the lobby is extreme. I called the lobby at 10:40 to let them know that my family was not able to sleep with all the noise. The front desk said we had to wait until 11pm which is when everyone had to go to their rooms. I called again at 11:10 and was told that they were getting ready to ask everyone to go to their room. It is 11:42pm and the noise continues. Two hours ago there were over 200 people gathered in the lobby with no masks and no social distance. I will never stay here again and do not recommend paying all this money to be up this late.

Lots of false advertising in our most recent visit and a very let down 6-year old little girl. No poor or gym time due to poor record keeping. Wonderful facility, very under utilized. We’ll try another place next time.

Very bad customer service. Put on hotel waiting list for the pool and overlooked even after inquiring multiple times. Gym only open M-F so don’t even ask to use on the weekends. Continental Breakfast does not ALLOW any choices, and is pre-packaged items. It’s what you get like it or not. Not even any cold cereal, milk, or other items that could easily be grab and go. Very nice facility, not being used for what it’s worth at all. Can not get your money worth. Save your money and stay at a Super 8. True shame.

The staff is so amazing! After a very nasty experience at the Hilton Garden downtown Cinci where the manager Ron was completely out of line and rude, these people were amazing! The room I got was very spacious, and clean. I cannot express how much better the manager here was compared to the other, like night and day! Thank you again!

Everything is great everyone seems to like it. Come over here and find out for yourself. I have always loved Embassy Suites. Love their breakfast bar also.

I recently stayed and was very pleased with everything. I had breakfast on Friday morning and Valerie who works in the dining area was so pleasant and helpful. I can not say enough good things about her and the helpfulness. I asked for recommendations for my husband and I to go to dinner. She gave a wonderful suggestion — Parkers that had live entertainment. The next morning she took the time to seek me out to see if we had enjoyed our evening and our stay — That is top notch service. Than when we needed help with something in a conference room she got us the help we needed quickly. Their are many great staff but Valerie really stood out.

This hotel is so awesome! :D XD ^^ It has nice, spacious rooms with a huge lounge area with a small pool to the side. There's also a huge dining hall and you can get free nachos starting from 7 pm I think… ^^ During breakfast, other than the normal breakfast food, you can get your own custom omelette and you can get pancakes cooked by a chef near the back of a box room (basically where all the food is) near the middle of the dining hall. The whole interior is visually pleasing in my opinion! ^^ I highly recommend this hotel! :D ^^

Have stayed at many embassy suites and other Hilton hotels, this one needs corporate to come and visit. Room was okay, the rest of the facility not so much. More about getting more people in the door after the redesign of this one. Breakfast… forget it. Line out the door and no organization at all and over 100 plus people getting food. Elevators are slammed so have to take the stairs every damned time. The pool is always full until it closes. No parking what so ever. Its pretty much like a glorified best western at double the rate. I could see if it was 4th of July in Miami, but its September in Cincinnati. Stayed at many other embassy suites, even outside the us. I like this chain because of the consistency. This one is not. Should have stayed at embassy down town and just commuted.

What a great hotel stay! It was clean, welcoming and the staff was very nice! The breakfast was delicious and the nightly reception was awesome! I especially found the breakfast staff extremely welcoming and helpful, most especially Kelly. She was kind friendly and took the time to get to know us. She even remembered my four year old daughter's name and even the name of her ever present stuffed kitty! Kelly made her vacation! She even asked if we could bring Kelly home with us!

Beautiful hotel, staff was super friendly and helpful. Drinks at the restaurant and food at breakfast were really good. One minor thing, not worth deducting a star for: we had a sofa bed, and the spare blanket for it was stiff and crunchy. Called for a replacement & it never came. We ended up borrowing one from our friends next door. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we're in the area. Oh, and the renovations mentioned in other reviews seem to be completed.

Great place. Very clean. Our room was modern and quiet too. Bed was so comfortable. Slept well every night. The breakfast was yummy, lots to select from. Made to order omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, home style potatoes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles… and much more. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Also the restaurant in the facility was good too. Room service was fast and from the restaurant. No extra charges, same price as the restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The staff at the hotel truly left no room for improvement. They were friendly, courteous, and efficient. The room was clean and beautiful. The only complaint is how busy and loud the hotel was, but that can happen anywhere. As usual with Hilton the stay was very nice.

Embassy suites are great due to the manager's reception times. Free alcoholic drinks and snacks (usually nachos or pretzels and cheese, etc. ) which were great! The atrium is huge and beautiful, and had lots of seating to relax in an open atmosphere. The bedroom feel a bit cramped for an Embassy, along with the bathroom. The manager's reception area can get pretty backed up at the times, despite how quickly we saw the bartender was working. Still, it is a nice hotel, and the staff has been very friendly.

We love Hilton and Embassy Suites. Nice large hotel. Clean room. Only stayed one night but love the happy hour reception at 5:30p. Breakfast is always great. Made to order eggs. Highly recommend.

Good breakfast, big rooms. Was there the night before New Years eve 2017. When I arrived I saw a sign that said "no parties" posted right at the front desk. Well, we heard loud music, yelling, and partying way past 1am. I called the front desk at 12am and the agent told me he would go check into it. Nothing was ever done. The partying continued into the wee hours. Very disappointed. If their policy stated no parties then why did the hotel break their own policy? Hopefully they will enforce it more.

This is an excellent hotel. My wife and I stayed here for a conference in town and we loved the experience. Its scenic and well kept on the inside. Great breakfast buffet which was complimentary. They had an omelette bar which was delicious and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Love Embassy Suites, but this has probably been our least favorite. Staff has been very friendly and the breakfast great as usual. The pool is small and on weekends with lots of sports teams way overcrowded and unsafe. Pool area felt very dirty and it didn't seem like anyone was keeping up with dirty towels everywhere. By Saturday night the hotel felt like a carnival, kids running the halls on all floors, riding elevators up and down (only two of the three worked) and loud groups hanging out in the lobby way past 10pm. Pool was shut down due to mechanical issues, but honestly probably just because they wouldn't have been able to control the crowds. Bummer for the kids. Two security guards patrolling the hotel shows that this isn't a rare occasion. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

I come to the Hilton because they have some of the best rooms around. Unfortunately at this location, the room was dirty. Floors were stained and tile looked liked it had not been washed in days. The faucet sink was broke, drain in kitchen sink did not drain, mold around the Windows… just a lot of yuck. Upon leaving, after first night, I proceeded To advise front desk gentleman, but he didn't seem interested in assuring That he was noting what needed to be fixed for the next customers. Besides that breakfast was delicious.

As a frequent Traveller, my first impression of a hotel is how well you are greeted at the front desk. The welcoming smile and extended help for local area restaurants was a good start. The rooms are spacious and clean. For some reason, the morning breakfast appeared to be better than other Embassy Suites we have stayed at — well laid out with plenty of options. Free parking is another welcome option — many other Embassy Suites charge for parking.

Had a great time. Loved the room, hotel and the food. The smell of chlorine was very strong in pool area to where you couldn't be in there long. We will definitely be back.

The main reason we booked this hotel was because of the pool. There is no current picture on the website of the pool and now I know why! The picture showed a waterfall and hot tub. As we entered the pool room, we immediately got knocked out with the smell of chlorine, which can smell as you check in. Then as we sat down, we noticed that everyone kept coughing, including my son. He had to get out of the pool and get some fresh air. The drains out side the pool did not drain so there was standing water. This hotel needs to stop giving complimentary drinks and food and renovate the pool!

Embassy is one of the best hotels in the area. I’ve been to the Blue Ash location twice and enjoyed every visit. I love the suite rooms and the great breakfast buffet. Easy and quick billing and the staff go out their way to help you. Many hotels need to take notes to treat guests and hospitality.

Very nice. Social hour — nice amenity. Dinner was good, dessert exceptional. Quiet even though there were several groups with children and teens. Customer service was well above average to excellent.

The Embassy Suites was nice and big. The overall hotel layout has the rooms on the perimeter of the hotel with an space in the middle. The bar/restaurant/breakfast area is to the right of the hotel when you walk in so it may be advisable to stay on the left side of the hotel if you are sensitive to smells from the breakfast or noise because of the people there. The receptionists were very friendly and informative. There are a few really good restaurants within 2-5 mins drive from the hotel so it is a good location to stay for business or a stop for a trip.

Suites are pretty large, complete with a very large couch with chaise. Rooms on upper levels (above 1) have a balcony off the bedroom and there are two TVs in the suite, one in bedroom and one in living room. There is a separate door to the bedroom. Strangely, the toiletries at this hotel seemed to be mixed in my stay, where some days I received Neutrogena products for the most part, but things like conditioner or lotion were subbed with some cucumber scented product. Not bad, but inconsistent. The hotel comes with free breakfast in the morning which has a lot of options, but it is buffet, so make sure you wash your hands! A lot of individuals in my group ended up with the flu, and they all ate breakfast at the buffet. There is also evening happy hour that comes with the stay. All-in-all, the hotel is very big and the facility is pretty modern. The doors are all digital key compatible. The hotel restaurant is pretty standard.

Nice clean place and good service. The parking is a little small. Near dr the highway and central to nevocios in the area. Good hotel for conference professionals.

Excellent hotel and staff. The restaurant, bar, and breakfast are very good. The afternoon happy hour adds a nice end to the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There are also great dining options that are very close.

We had our fiftieth high school reunion at Embassy Suites in October. From start to finish, everything worked to perfection. The staff, food and venue all top shelf. The chef nailed each dish. We'll be back for our fifty fifth in 2022. Thank you.

Bummed that the pool was closed all day for "chemical balancing " but otherwise had a fantastic time. The atrium is a great place to visit family & we really enjoyed the spacious room, delicious breakfast & happy hour. Would definitely stay there again.

I wasn't a guest, but was visiting one. The room looked very clean and well furnished. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with the common eggs, sausage links and bacon, the omelets being made-to-order were fantastic. I had interaction with only a few members of the staff, but every single employee was very polite, pleasant, and happy to help.

It was very nice the host were pleasant. BREAKFAST was Greaaaat. And you can’t beat a FREE Happy Hours. From 17:30-19:30. The beds were very Comfortable. All a round great place to Stay at.

Great friendly staff, very expansive common areas great for events. I️ was here for a chess tournament and was pleasantly surprised at just about everything. Special thanks to the hotel bar/restaurant. The cheeseburgers are good but I️ LOVED the pasta! Food was reasonably priced. I’d eat here even if I️ had no business in the hotel!

I visited the hotel to take part in a chess tournament. I would have stayed at the hotel, but they pulled the group rate ahead of when they said they were going to and tried to charge me more for the same room. I passed and stayed at a hotel down the street for half the price. While at the hotel for the tournament, I noticed a concession stand they were running for tournament guests. The prices they were charging here were even more absurd, including a can of soda for $2.25 when their vending machines sold larger bottles for $1.50. It seemed to make sense to me to charge reasonable prices to not drive all your guests to eat out, but apparently they felt differently.

Stayed for a Friday and Saturday night for a Chess tournament. Rooms were clean, beds soft, good amenities, including breakfast. Friday night had free chips and dip, chips and salsa, nachos and veggies, which was great. Asked for late check out, they said 1:00pm, got to room at 12:10 and room was cleaned out and an iPhone charger was stolen. The employee cleaning that floor said she hasn't been in there and front desk didn't get a turn in. Lots of food got thrown out as well. Chess tournament must've caused some issues with the amount of guests checked in, but no excuse.

My family and I are relocating here so we had a chance to check out a few hotels… this is one of our favorites. Clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff and convenient /very walkable location. We were very low maintenance but each time we saw staff in the hallway they always greeted us with a smile. The only downside is the pool area is not well maintained especially the weekends where there were multiple events, ie wet towels everywhere, pool room was saturated with a very strong chlorine smell that was overwhelming. We only visited the pool once although the kids would have preferred more.

I was in one of the banquet rooms for a professional course. The room was set up nicely. The common areas areas were very clean. The only downsides were that the ladies restroom smelled like backed up sewage and there was a very loud refrigerator cooler in the back of the room that the course took place, it made it very hard to hear the speaker. But overall it was very nice.

This place was great. The staff was friendly and very professional. The free make to order breakfast was very tasty. They even had a happy hour between 5:30 and 7:30. You got free drinks, and snaks.

The hotel staff was very attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The evening socials were a great perk and the restaurant food was good with reasonable pricing. I had no issues with my room however, I booked multiple rooms for a business trip and my colleague complained 3 times about his shower not draining properly and it was not fixed. The hotel refunded a half night's room rate for his troubles but we would have preferred to have the shower in good working order. It was a little embarrassing for me since I selected the hotel. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Had an excellent stay here. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, missed the cocktail time… our German Club booked it and we're glad they did. Front Desk staff was super friendly and over the top helpful with any questions. Our 11 month old was holding my wife's phone and dropped it out side the room as we were trying to get out for the day. They cleaning staff found it and knew it was ours and wrote a little note. Top it off they were super friendly too! Needed extra coffee or a towel, they were right there. Only bummer, we ordered pizza and couldn't eat it in the pool area, so we had to get out and head to our room, but that was the only downfall. Hope to stay here again!

Great hotel! We always stay at an Embassy Suites if available. Check in staff was friendly and professional. The managers reception and made to order breakfast is well worth the few extra dollars.

Decent hotel, but so loud. This hotel has most rooms overlooking a large open lobby. Because it's so affordable, there are lots of kids' sports teams and family reunions. Good luck sleeping.

The best stay yet. Newly renovated and its a place fit for a King and Queen. Very plush and stylish decorating. The Dining experience is a must do the Salmon dish is my choice although I believe all the menu items would be most delicious. I would have gave 5 Stars and believe me they deserve a 5 star rating but I held back one that last star because of the pool area. Everything else is beautiful but the pool is not very big and kind of out of date for the new look of the whole hotel. The pool area needs a new face lift as well.

Clean, beautiful room. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Indoor pool for the kids so adults can chat. Good design on the inside as well and right next to one of the better parks (Summit) in Cincinnati.

I give a 5 star to this place on their rooms and service. There is only two things I think they should really address. One is we were sitting in the lobby when rain started dripping on us they have a few leaks that come through the top windows of the lobby. The other issue was the pool area the rain comes in through the windows in there to. And the drains were not draining. If they would address these few issue this would be a wonderful place.

The rooms were very clean and had comfortable beds. The area in the middle of the hotel was very big and had comfortable seating for all of our baseball team's group and more. The made to order omelets and pancakes were as good or better than a restaurant outside the hotel and all other breakfast food was very good. This is the best quality stay for a very reasonable price. The area was near business district and very low traffic and felt safe. We took a 2 mile walk and the walking path was wide, new, and low traffic.

Great quality by the staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Truly a nice get a way place. Breakfast was very good. The chefs put together a wonderful omelette. Happy hour was ok. People were rude and disgusting during that but not the hotels fault. If I had one compliant is that the children were running around wildly again. A group of 6 or 7 came into the pool area unsupervised. The oldest child was about 13. Security came by and did nothing like it was ok that they were unsupervised and running all through the place. At that point I took my child out of there Just in case something bad was to happen. And my room was walked in by staff even when I answered through the door when she knocked. I said yes 3 times and still came in anyways. Very unprofessional because I wasn't even dressed. Other then that was very pleased. Thanks Embassy.

The breakfast and happy hour were great and everyone was so nice, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. However the housekeeping wasn't great, basically all they did was throw the sheets and the comforter on the bed and they didn't even bother to put away the pull out bed.

Hotel conference room was setup professionally. Although the hotel was being renovated, the environment was clean and non distracting. Parking was a little tight. Service was great.

Great spot for the business traveler. The rooms are huge and well lit (less common than it should be for hotels). Plenty of power plugs (also less common than it should be in hotels).

My husband and I stayed at the newly remodeled location in blue ash Ohio on Sunday April 10th. We always have a wonderful experience at your hotel. The staff is exceptional! Thomas at the front desk is an asset to your company and he is great with the guests. We spent a short time at happy hour and the lovely server/bartender (I can't remember her name) was so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Embassy for always making our stay exceptional. Under construction but made up for it in the complimentary. Room was ok, could have done a better job at cleaning.

I would have given 5 stars but the newly remodeled round have paper thin walls. A real disappointment.

It was amazing the pool was amazing and the breakfast was to everthing was great.

The place was safe, but a construction site. The lobby was cold enough that several people were wearing winter coats. The pool was also closed. The staff was kind and courteous. But it seemed that the only place that was warm was in our room.

The location was convenient, but the evening wait staff wasn't very good. The newly "renevated" room we were in needed to have the toilet fixed.

It's very beautiful inside the hotel. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that they were doing remodeling right above the conference room I was in. With the CEO of our company as the guest speaker, it's unfortunate that most of what I heard were noises from the remodel. While I understand that the renovations need to happen, you'd imagine that there would be someone who would coordinate the remodel schedule so as not to interfere with conferences. Other than that, it was an absolutely pleasant experience and I would absolutely return.

Thie is an ok place to stay not the best or the worst.

Hosted our conference event with decent room and equipment. Lunch was fantastic and restaurant area has a nice open atmosphere. Only complaint was nickle and dime pricing structure for events and supporting equipment (projectors, coffee, etc. )

Location is under construction/renovation. It's OK, but not as nice as I would expect given recommendations and price.

The staff here is what keeps me coming back every week (business) … Jasmine and Melissa always make me feel at home. Great location, great value, will be perfect once renovated.

The decor is old and feels stuffy and dirty. Smells like marijuana in the halls. Just not a good place. Feels like a dive.

Rooms were very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Manager went extra length to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The Pool was small but nice. Never seen such a beautiful security guard before. I could have watched her my whole stay. My cousins thought that the bar was a plus. There's many restraunt options around the hotel as well not to mention delivery discounts. I hope my family agrees to come back to this hotel again next time we meet up with family.

I loved it the continental breakfast is delicious great pool with waterfall in the pool and great fitness room and the game room was fun and happy hour is well. Happy.

The hotel was well maintained and the staff was extremely helpful! We loved the decor of the lobby and the fountains and waterway that runs through the common area. The complimentary happy hour and made to order breakfast was a nice surprise and very good! Even though there were a lot of children (it's a very child oriented facility) there were many staff members monitoring the pool and lobby and all had a great time (and not having little one's myself it was fun to watch all the family's having fun together)! I would highly recommend the Embassy Suites in Blue Ash (Cincinnati).

This particuar Embassy Suites needs an update badly! The furniture is dated. The wallpaper in our room is sliding off the wall. The TVs are from the 90's. The best thing about the room is the bed in my opinion. I can tell at one time this was the place to be, but that time has looooong past. Outside of that, it is still very clean.

Breakfast was great. Happy hour was ok. Although the staff needed help keeping up with the food. Alot of unsupervised small kids running around. But enjoying the much needed vacation.

We have stayed here many times. We really like the full breakfast and the happy hour. The pool and Jaccuzi are nice when not full of kids. Yes, weekends can be a bit hectic as they have weekend specials that attract a lot of families. Seeing people in the breakfast room wearing pajamas really does not turn me on! Barring that, if you stay during the week it is a very nice place to stay. Always a good idea to check the room thoroughly before you settle in. If you don't see a water bottle with their tag hanging off of it, might call the desk and ask them where it is. You don't need to use it, and we never do, but it is hard to digest when you get charged for something you didn't need or use. Ask for an upper floor, if you don't have children. It's a little quieter. We had a problem one evening with people smoking out in the hall. When we brought it up with the manager, we got one night free! He was very apologetic and corrected the problem right away.
