We stayed in a deluxe suite w/ 2 full size beds plus a sofa bed. The room was plenty big enough for our family of 4. We had a decent size kitchen with a stove, fridge, sink, microwave, and dish washer. Also had plenty of cabinets and a island for added counter space. The bathroom was nice size with a full size shower/tub, toilet, and sink. The outdoor pool is a little on the small side but still a nice pool. Overall we had a nice stay and would recommend anyone to stay here.

We stayed here while we were in town for a friend's wedding. I enjoyed having access to a kitchenette to save money on eating out. The hotel is conveniently located and was close by to all of our destinations. Our room was comfortable and affordable. My only complaints are that the pool is incredibly small and the courtyard that its located in echoes terribly so all the shouts of swimming children were fully audible in our room. Also the microwave in our kitchen had 2 slices of pizza in it that were not ours, so I wonder how thorough the rooms are cleaned.

Rooms were clean except for some attention to detail (around toilet bowl and grout in shower). Staff was friendly and helpful except for the heavy guy during the evening. Pool area was nice. Pool was cold but that didn't stop my kids.

It was okay. Phillip the desk attendant was nice. Very limited breakfast. Kind of small tv. But nice kitchen and fridge. Had 2 bedroom suite with pullout bed.

Spacious room with a full kitchen including a coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots/pans etc. It's a no frills stay, but the value is great. There's only weekly housekeeping but you're free to change out your linens & towels as often as you like. I just recommend bringing a dustbuster or small stick vacuum if staying more than a couple of days.

First of All my current stay is going Very well. Nice Clean, quiet Hotel. As an Night Shift Travel RN this is very important for My hotel Stay. MOST important The Day Manager David Was exceptional, I had an issue with a Future reservation I made and He took care of it Immediately & Efficiently. I will reccomend this Hotel to All My Travel RN Friends.

Love the staff. Great location. Have been staying here for work for three months now. No need to bring anything but your clothes. They provide everything you need including a full kitchen.

Always great service! Rooms are clean and spacious. Very accommodating for anyone staying with children. Whether your staying for one night or a lengthy time, Extended Stay on Creek Rd. Is ALWAYS my go to!

This hotel will be my first choice next time I travel to the area. It was clean, quiet, beds are comfortable and staff is great. I stayed in other hotels within a few miles but they don't compare to this one.

Excellent accommodations, the service counter was very polite, respectful and explained everything I needed or would have asked in advance. The room was above my expectations and morning brunch was well stocked and the coffee was great! Look forward to my next stay.

Great place, feels like home away from home, they are all wonderful! Dave the manager is incredible, customer service 5 star! and then there is Jeff who is amazing as well, yes he's the maintenance do everything guy. Property is clean and price so reasonable! love it.

Great hotel in the middle of Blue Ash. You are in a quiet part of town but close to a lot of things. There is a movie theater less than 2 minutes away. I've stayed here many times and never had any problems.

Started with waiting 10 minutes for front desk to acknowledge I was standing there. Sheets are so nasty looking. I asked for a first floor got the 3rd. Told him I did not need a handicap room that I would like a regular room because we don't have a bath at home so by kids enjoy a bath — got a handicapped room. Fold out couch didn't come with sheets. Rooms are over all not clean at all if we didn't get here so close to bed time for our 4 children I would go check in at a different hotel. Not only that the dishes they provide you carry up yourself. Also there's hair on our bed. Do yourself a favor never come to hotel hell! P. S. Their "affordable snacks" $2.50 for a bottle of Pepsi and $1.50 for a snack size bag of pretzels.

The staff was beyond friendly, m. The motel was as expected. I found bedbugs. My money was refunded, but I still feel compelled to warn potential guests! Tear your room apart, I only found one. But I only looked due to signs of bed bugs (little black dots on the bedding) again, the staff was beyond friendly, and over all the place was clean. Just pay super close attention! I have photos and a video of said bed bugs. Ended up going across the parking lot to the holiday inn express.

Nice staff, very helpful. Decently clean rooms. Quiet. Appliances need upgrading in kitchens. Check several rooms to make sure you get best available. So far happy with choice.

I try not to give negative reviews but here is the deal, I don't expect perfection and mistakes happen, it's what you do that defines things. Here's my review: We showed up and checked with our 3 children, my wife had book the hotel online. We arrive on our floor, to carpets that would turn you feet black and a smell that didn't scream rest and relaxation. We walked in to our non smoking room that smelled like a smoking lounge. The room looked like it had been 'cleaned' moments before the last person left. The kind of room and feeling that makes you want to sleep in pants and a hoodie. All this to find out the room we had booked with two queen size beds was not the room we were in, there was one full size and a pull out sofa. Upon returning downstairs we were told there were no other rooms to switch to and the pull out was a full size… it was not it was a twin size. We contacted the online service we used, and explained what had happened, left and booked another hotel. We contacted the owner/manager the next day who argued with us about what had happened. Don't get me wrong my purpose is to not bad mouth a business, but when you make mistake take ownership don't make excuses. Just so we are clear on how bad the experience was, we received a full refund from the online service. This is the same online service with a strict NO refund policy. Do yourself a favor, find a better room. Unless the have renovated the hotel within the last month.

Stayed here for two months working on a utility contract, the staff is great, decent rooms, pool closes the day after Labor Day though, that’s my only real complaint!

It was great! Clean rooms, not cramped, pleny of space and laid out nicely.

Enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America, the staff was really nice, however I noticed the microwave was not cleaned out & nightstand drawers had not been cleaned out, there was belongings left behind from a previous customer. I think housekeeping should play closer attention to these things. Other then that everything was great!

My experience here was ok. Stayed 4 nights on a business trip and I wasn't really all that impressed. The staff was nice and courteous, but the decor of the rooms are really out dated… felt like I was back in the Brady Bunch days. Appliances were about the same. Not a whole lot extra of anything provided opposed to other places I've stayed. And for the price paid, I really expected alot better experience than I had. The exterior of the hotel looks great tho.

Family if three and needed a place to stay at the last minute. Could not go home an hour and half away due to severe weather. Reasonable price compared to others. Clean bed bug free which is most important do we were able to rest easily. Only complaint couldn't adjust the airconditioner unit.

Very comfortable bed. Dated in decor. Nice pool, no hot tub. Quiet room. Very small selection but free breakfast.

Decent service, room was spacious and amenities were great.

Very nice. It smelled awesome! The rooms were clean and the guy at the counter was great Phillip was so nice and helpful definitely worth the money!

Absolutely terrible. Rude check in person. I called ahead to let them know we would be late checking in and the person who took the message w'as no where to be found. In fact no one was at the desk to check in. There are no toiletries in the room, counter tops were dirty, room was small and oddly shaped. Breakfast was a joke… "grab and go" which was all gone with in 30mins and not replenished by the hotel staff. There were weird drip marks of spilled fluids all over the ceiling and walls. Air conditioner did not work properly and the room was stuffy. The website says this is remodeled but hardly. Spend a little more money and go somewhere else.

It was a nice place to stay. The room was big. Bed was really hard. The floor wasn't swept and there was trash on the sides of the night stands. I wish I could get my money back or something. They just said they were sorry.

We changed rooms three times because of the heater. The heater in the rooms would blow hot and then the air conditioner would come on. We had the heat on 90 degrees. We arrived at 7:00 pm. We did not finally get settled in a room until 2:00 am after driving 5 hours. We woke up thinking we were going to get a decent breakfast and all we got was coffee and a muffin. The toilet ran all night long. The refrigerator froze our water. This is not the place for you if you want a pleasant night stay. The Hampton Inn is next door.

I called multiple hotels in the area, this one I left 3 messages for the manager Demetry to call me back. Every single other hotel (20 total) called me back. I am planning my wedding and looking to get the best deal for my family and friends. I asked for rates on a block of rooms and bed sizes available, and left my number 3 times. This guy can't even take the time to call me back? and the staff at the hotel I was leaving the third message with, she actually said to me "Good luck" when I asked if she expected him to actually call this time. If they suck this bad to get my business, I'm sure as hell not going to send my family there to stay.

A friend and I traveled cross country to see my family for a month and were really excited about finding this hotel. Until we actually walked into the establishment. It looks great from the outside, unfortunately not so great on the inside. There were kids running around all over the place, smelled horrible, stains all over the carpets, etc. The staff was not helpful at all, very disappointed. When we got into our room the air conditioner wasn't even working and was insanely hot and they told us they couldn't get it fixed for a few days. Also the rooms look WAY better online then they do in person. They looked spacious online and in person they were nothing like it and everything in there was outdated and disgusting! It was the worst way possible we could have started off our trip.
