Very nice! room was very nice and clean. Hotel is tasteful and offers a nice breakfast and also has a bar, pool and hot tub
For 78.00 its a real bargain! plus Subway and Hardees right next door.

This is a very nice hotel kept clean and tidy very nice rooms.

The only hotel we stay at in Grand forks. It is always clean and friendly. Love it and so do my kids. The general Manager is absolutely Amazing-Kayla.

Loved the room and bar, very kind staff and not much traffic, didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Lots of food options around too and pizza delivery if that's your thing.

Very clean and comfortable. Warm pool and beer. We stay here every chance we get.

It was nice. I stayed there after a wedding. Front desk staff was friendly.

I very rarely write a review, but I was so disappointed in my stay here on 7-10-2018, first off check in was slow as the lady checking me in, took five minutes to go find the new guy in back so she could train him in on check ins, and after like another 20 minutes, finally got checked in, secondly the beds were absolutely the hardest beds I have ever slept on in a motel, and not sure you could call them pillows but they were also the worst. Thirdly went to a concert, came back we were on the 3rd floor, and keys didn't work, go back down to lobby, and waited 20 minutes for the night clerk to appear, and when he did it looked like I just woke him up, shirt untucked and very messy looking wasn't sure he even worked there. He was not happy that I interuppted whatever he was doing, LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT MY KEYS DIDN'T WORK. And finally we decided to order pizza from a local pizza joint, went down to lobby to locate a ATM. What motel does not have a ATM nowadays? This one. Very disappointed in this stay.

Great bfast and comfy beds love that kids have to get out of pool at 10 pm and it's open till midnight.

Very high quality hotel. It's a lot nicer then the price you pay for. Feels very clean and breakfast was actually good in the morning :) did not get to experience the pool but the work out facility was very diverse and got a good workout in.

The only thing and I understand but went to pay for 3 rooms with cash and got a pocket full of 1's and 5's otherwise excellent!

Polite, helpful staff, updated, clean rooms, complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, everything you need for an enjoyable stay!

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. The bed was very stiff and the shower was unable to keep a level temp but other than that I enjoyed our stay.

It was a great place, staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and well kept. Lobby was beautiful. Great breakfast buffet. Quiet bar open until 11:00.

They didn't allow outside food to be brought in even though it was not posted anywhere. They didn't have good food but wanted us to buy food through them instead of ordering pizza.

If I could, I'd give this hotel zero stars. I booked and paid for my two night stay 6 weeks in advance. I drove nearly 5 hours and when I got there they said my reservation had been cancelled and they gave my room away. I booked through a travel site and they, of course, blamed that site. I called the travel site and they then called the hotel. There was nothing they could do to accommodate us but they never even offered an apology. The travel site stated our reservation what still current in their system and the hotel took the money for our room at 11:51 am that day. I firmly believe that this hotel overbooked their rooms and I just happened to be one of the last people to try to check in. This was completely unacceptable seeing as this room was already paid for. It shouldn't matter if I was there or not. I will do everything I can to never use any AmericInn ever again.

Wonderful place for the money. Clean room and very good breakfast! And the pool was very nice as well. We'll definitely go back to an AmericInn again!

My only issue was that I had a room right outside the elevator and I could hear every sound through the door. Other than that it was another fantastic night at a great hotel.

Good location, breakfast, pool area, TV lineup. Nothing much to complain about, the pool room is kept too hot but that's about it.

Location was perfect for my in-town needs, the rooms were clean and comfy and had all the needed amenities like a fridge and microwave. I slept wonderfully. I was provided a pack and play crib for my baby. Service was kind and curtious.

We loved our room and the many amenities! Fresh coffee and tea 24 hours a day! Great breakfast as well. Very clean and cozy place to stay. The staff is a pleasant group of people who are also kind and accommodating!

The room was very clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel bar had really cheap beer which was nice. The pool was somewhat shallow (5 ft), but the hot tub was very nice.

Very clean and updated. Bed was comfy, Wi-Fi was fast and the place was relatively quiet. Overall great experience.

I only went into the lobby but it seemed very nice. The lobby was well decorated and they had popcorn sitting out for the guests.

Accepted a last minute reservation and allowed us to stay in the hotel an extra hour without charging us extra because our flight wasn't leaving for another few hours. Waffle machine wasn't working properly and the staff did everything they could to make it right. They provided us with contact information for a taxi to get us to the airport promptly. Great room, great facilities, cheap to get laundry done also.

I am quite disappointed with how this hotel operates. I have been trying to book a block of rooms for over a week and have been waiting for a manager to return my calls. The rooms were available when I first contacted the hotel. After three attempts to call and speak to a manager, in which every time I was told they would give them the message and have them call me back, I received no response. After finally calling back again and speaking to a manager this time, I was informed that the rooms were no longer available and she lied and told me they had been sold out for that weekend for quite some time. When I spoke to reservations, they were available a couple of days ago, so this was false information. You can't run a hotel with this kind of customer service. November 2014
