Everyone was amazing as far as customer service goes. Fun bunch of employees they have here! Nice to walk in the door and feel that vibe!

The staff was awesome! clean and affordable!

I give it a thumbs up. Swimming pool, exercise room (cardio only). "Dinner" was ok of you eat red meat. Looked like canned vegetable beef soup in a sterno pan served with potato chips. Just stick to the continental breakfast which was pretty complete. The heat and air in my room was perfect for the fluctuating temps of the area creating a comfortable stay.

Staff was friendly, room was ready before official check-in time and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, although it was quite busy and we had to wait for a table to become available. My only complaint about our stay is that my eyes immediately began to water when I entered the pool area. My husband and children were fine, so I must just be sensitive to the chemicals. Overall, we have had a wonderful experience and will stay here again.

We stayed here for a wedding and got a great rate. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was above average, The king bed was extremely firm but not uncomfortable. The location was pretty convenient. The staff was accommodating and polite. Check in/out was a breeze. The kids in our group liked the pool quite a bit. I would stay again for sure! The only thing I wouldn't recommend it for is if you are looking for a romantic get away. Anything else and I would highly recommend.

Very unique hotel! Best part is they have a huge Game Room. A lot of lounging and communal spaces. Nice pool. Clean rooms. Good beds. Great service.

This is the cleanest hotel with exceptional service… The breakfast spread is outstanding and dinner was phenomenal. I will definitely be back.

Comfortable beds, clean common areas, in a great location. Quite a few extras like Foose Ball and air hockey. Playstation and Xbox making up for the small shallow pool.

Great place to stay. 3 stars because they ran started taking up breakfast 45 min before it was over.

Really disappointed today. Drove an hour and a half to stay the night and let our kids swim. Chose this place because of the pool and the pool area gets shut down for the night due to a five minute rain storm. Now I have kids crying cause they want to swim…

Short drive from the interstate. Great hotel if passing through the area or spending a few days in town. Short drive to both the college and downtown areas from this hotel. Comfortable beds, clean room, good breakfast. Large pool and spa area plus game tables for entertainment. Friendly staff.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff, walked in was impressed with the way hotel was look, nice size sofa, and with a size dining area with 3 nice tv's. The lobby was very nice and clean.

So far so good! I got prompted to give my review before staying my first night. Pool area was nice and has a basketball net. Hot tub was big and very warm with two different places to chill. Apparently breakfast will have waffles tomorrow, that's clearly the most important part of the review. Clean and friendly staff. Update: last night there was an event at the Alerus Center across the street. When we got back to the hotel after shopping and eating there were no parking spots left as the concert goers filled the lot. As a paying customer I had to park blocks away and walk. I would recommend another hotel if there's an event going on at Alerus.

Very comfortable rooms. The staff is top notch and very attentive. If you're just staying the night or need extended stay considerations, there's no better place anywhere in Grand Forks! I highly recommend this place!

Room was fine, TV didn't work and they didn't have anyone around to fix it. Pool and hot tub were good. Good location.

Stayed Easter weekend and not to happy with the water treatment they do to the pool and hot tub. They added way to much Chemicals into water. My family and I couldn't even stay in water for 1 min before our eyes started burning and we had younger children that started coughing from it being so strong they also broke out in a rash from it. I told front desk but no one came into pool to check or test the water, that I know of. We even noticed other guests that were efected by the water treatment. Other than that rooms were ok just not as clean as to be expected. Only plus sides they have a nice game room and good breakfast. Also convenient location for the alerus center events.

Pretty standard "nice" hotel. They had an open dinner with breadsticks, and they were the best gosh darned breadsticks I've ever eaten. That may sound like a joke, but it's just how good they are.

Great so far. Kids are loving the pool area and games room. Adults are enjoying the large breakfast area in the evenings to watch the 3 tv's. And have a few bevvies. Plenty of parking too.

We recently visited Grand Forks with our family of 6. When choosing a hotel I was initially looking into Name your price. While that is definitely a cheaper option you only are in a hotel group of about 5 options. You also don't know which one you might get. I was unsure about that gamble so in looking for other options I found Expressway Suites. PROS: Clean — Friendly staff (most significantly Christine Peck who was extra helpful) — we all were able to stay in the same room, which worked great for our children's ages — pricing not as good as name your price, but cheaper than any other hotels regular price — roomy games room with PlayStation and Xbox games, decent selection of board and card games, books, Foosball and air hockey — breakfast options such as fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon, toast, muffins, oatmeal, cereal and waffles, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, apple juice and milk (hours are 6-9 am) — week day supper to give you an idea our option was chicken lasagna, bread sticks (warm and fresh), fruit, veggies, chips and a drink (4:30-6:30 pm) — large hot tub — we arrived 1.5 hours earlier than check-in time, there happened to be a room available so we could get settled sooner.

Friendly staff, great budget accommodations. Lots of kids at this hotel, so if you're looking for a "quiet" getaway, this might not be the stop for you. Pool and free "hot" breakfast included.

They always take care of me and my family when we come from chicago to watch my son play.

I was shocked at the spacious and clean room we got the the price. Microwave, frig, coffee maker with hot chocolate, coffee and tea. This will be our stop whenever we are in grand forks.

Rates are very reasonable, the breakfast is quite good, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Great location across the street from the Alerus Center, too. The pool is small but the hot tub is almost as big as the pool, which is awesome, and when I stayed there was hardly ever anyone using it. I didn't get a chance to take advantage of the free food and drinks during the manager's reception in the afternoons, but it's a nice option. Deducted a point because the website doesn't have very detailed information about breakfast/pool hours, check in and check out times, etc, but I would absolutely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Amazing rooms, pool is small but hot tubs are great and breakfast plus dinner… all for an amazing price. And the staff are top notch.

The pace is very nice and the rooms are spacious and beds are huge and comfortable. The price is right and had a very great foods.

We stayed for 2 nights. We had a beautiful King room and a Pack & Play for our 9mo. He room was very spacious and clean. Supper was included one of the nights as well. Worth the price! Definite recommend.

My family and I have stayed in the one in Grand Forks on a number of occasions. Most recently we checked out this morning. We won't stay anywhere else when we come to Grand Forks. The staff are super friendly, make your stay excellent. The managers social each weekday evening is such a nice touch. Rooms are clean and modern. Great value. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This hotel is amazing. Quiet, clean, beds were very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast had lots of options. Empoyees were very friendly. Price was good. We will defiantly be staying here again when in Grand Forks.

The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are well appointed with fridge and microwave. Rooms are quiet. Would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed at the Expressway in Grand Forks, ND. Really great stay at a really great price! The rooms were clean (we booked two) and big as was the lobby and breakfast bar. Had a big breakfast with lots of choices which is always something I look for. Also included a free supper and free wine/beer which was an added bonus and unexpected for the price I paid. The pool and hot tub were a good size with a basketball net in the pool and lots of balls to throw into it. Staff were nice and friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

It was very clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly! The pool area was great! Loved the color changing lights in the pool! I highly recommend Expressway Suites in Fargo and Grand Forks!

Each visit we have stayed here has been great. Love the large hot tub, lots of room for many. Only thing I wish was they provided more gluten free items at breakfast and "hot" items had ingredients listed so we know if they are " safe".
