Very relaxing hotel stay.

I have always enjoyed my stay. The room and beds are very comfortable, the staff accommodating and friendly and the breakfast is very good. I also like that they have coffee and water available in the lobby 24/7. They work hard to ensure everyone’s stay is a good one.

Love staying at sleep inn & suites, the beds are awesome and love the choice you get for breakfast. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. When I go to the states I always stay at sleep inn.

We had to cancel our reservation because of car trouble but I wanted to give 5 stars to the staff on Sunday evening July 15th. During a very stressful time their helpfulness made it a less so. The pre-check — in text is a nice touch. We've stayed at the Fargo location before and it was great. We will definitely stay at a sleep inn again!

Very modern looking hotel! Also very clean. Had a very good sleep in there comfortable beds! There was a good variety for the complimentary breakfast. The pool area was also very clean.

Nice rooms, prices are reasonable. The pool and hot tub are smaller, but nice. The staff was really great when we visited. Our venue for my son's birthday meal fell through, and the staff at Sleep Inn was great enough to allow us to use their breakfast area to host his meal. Thanks again, guys!

Sleep Inn and Suites — Grand Forks is our favourite hotel in Grand Forks! Everyone is super friendly and the hotel is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast! It’s the only place we will ever stay at in Grand Forks!

My brother and I stayed here for a weekend. The room was clean and our beds were comfortable. The staff was amazing. Will stay again if we're ever and the area.

Best hotel in the Grand Forks area. Staff is super friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Lots of food choices at the continental breakfast. The hotel is close to shopping and dining, as well as the Alerus Center. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

A very cozy and vomfy stay. I felt like I was at home and everyone was so nice.

Very clean well updated rooms. Friendly staff greeted us and helped with any needs we had. Hot tub was very hot and jets were strong which was relaxing but the chlorine was a little over powering. We stayed for 2 weeks and although we asked for our room to be cleaned — they never changed our sheets which I have always had done by every other hotel house keeper. Overall, it was very enjoyable!

Sleep inn is beside the Alerus Centre. Good location off the main drag. Decent rooms. Decent pool and hot tub. Free hot breakfast in the morning is always a plus. Only negative is that there isn't much too by. You need a car to venture out.

This hotel was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was hot and tasted great. Rooms were a good size and it was very quiet. Pool is small and not great for kids but no complaints about anything.

We love this place, we have stayed here for doctor's appointment and just to get out of town. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We let the kids swim and hot tub is awesome. I truly believe that's its a size of hotel/ motel, that gets great ratings. Its not to big and not to small, rooms are great comfortable. Thank you… see you soon.

Clean, comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious with nice modern decor. Breakfast is delicious, with lots of variety and hot foods too, which is nice for a free breakfast! Rooms have microwaves and fridges, which is so nice to have when traveling. This is the third time I have stayed here and I will keep coming back!

I just delivered pizza there, but I thought the rooms looked nice and the staff was really friendly.

Location is odd, but still close to where we wanted. Not a very busy hotel which is a plus with noise. Service was very bad, crabby people working here and not much help. Had to wait at desk for a while to receive room.

Great place, had some family visiting and we hung out there for a bit. Can't rate the service, but was clean and nice (except for an odd smell reminiscent of vomit near the entrance) but I can only assume there was some sort of accident and it doesn't always smell that way.

Room quality was about what was expected, good service, and clean, but not overly fancy. Good stay for its price.

Clean, quiet, good staff.

We ended up staying a week in Grand Forks at many different hotels and this was by far the best overall out of the 2.5 and 3 star hotels offered on Priceline. We both liked the beds. I would say it was a 3 star over 5 star compared to the other hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and had upscale finishes.

We love this Motel, its clean, we absolutely love the pool and the hot tub, and the Gym. And the complementary breakfast is also great, the room was very nice and comfortable, the people that work in here are so nice and friendly. We will definitely come back here…

Front desk staff was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased with my experience overall except for the breakfast. The food itself was great but twice I had to ask the breakfast attendant (very short blonde hair) for milk, it was not being refilled. When I was making my waffle I noticed the syrup was also completely empty and when I asked her for more she gave me a huge attitude. I noticed her more than once sitting in the back on her phone instead of attending to her guests. Disappointing to see such bad service in such a nice hotel. Other than the breakfast attendant had a great experience.
