Nice hotel kind of dated. Staff was a very friendly. Catering from there not so great though but it wasn't horrid either. I think with some new paint and some new furniture it would be a very nice hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical of a free hotel breakfast with the regular eggs, sausage, waffles, and cereal offerings. Very conveniently located off of the freeway. Would stay here again.

Love that they put in usb and extra plug ins by the bed. Room was clean and staff very friendly.

Room wasn't cleaned or made up, trash wasn't emptied, dirty linens left in bathroom, and free breakfast was worth what was paid for it. Staff was friendly, but restaurant was very under staffed.

The ballroom has musical talent come is to entertain often. Noce atmosphere.

The room was nice but a little worn looking. Internet down and TV down all night. Biggest complaint was that every entrance smelled horrible. Either like dog during or urine and cigarettes.

Just calling to book and the lady who answers me says pls hold, I waited 5min" no one still so I called again, same lady put me on hold for more than 5 min. So I decided they dont know phone service, so 100% this is not a good one. Zi tried one more time to call same I'm totally aggravated.

The room was large and clean and the staff was very friendly. Great breakfast and pool adventures for the kids. All this at a very reasonable price!

Friendly staff members and location with quite a bit of character. I gave a professional workshop here, and the facilities were more than adequate. The room was spacious and comfortable. Price was very affordable.

Called two hours before checking in. I asked if the sauna and hot tub were fully operational. Was assured, yes. … Hot tub was cold. The sauna was over-run with kids using it as a warning house; door constantly opening and closing. Disappointed…

I haven't even checked out yet, I liked staying here and will possibly stay here in the future. They have a pool with a rock wall, a hot tub and a sauna. Also they have a couple of arcade games in the pool area as well. They have a fitness center that is average the basics of what you need to get a good work out. And the lounge has signature drinks I got to sample :). The breakfast was the average waffles, eggs, and sausage, as well as the other cold cerials, fruits and what not. (always I fill up on these items) the room was decent size I have a double bed room. I like that there is a separate counter area with a mirror outside of the bathroom so I can get my makeup on :). Also it appears they are an events center too, last evening they had what looked like a princess ball. Tons of little girls in ball room dresses filled the lobby as I was checking in. They have large areas for events like that. Over all great place to stay reasonable value. (it's an older building, I appreciated it)

Ramada is located right off of Interstate 94 which makes it very accessible. Within walking/driving distance of many restaraunts, malls, etc. Service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Rooms were okay. Bed was very uncomfortable. Left with sore back and neck. Stayed on 2nd floor and had to haul luggage up a flight of stairs as has no elevator. Power kept going out in conference room but staff was right there to correct issue.

Was very skeptical at first due to the two star hotel rating, but the interior is very nice, and so are the bedrooms. Very spacious assembly hall big enough to fit most any event. I would definitely stay here again.

It's cheap for a reason. The beds are eh, the breakfast is eh, the pool/hot Tub is eh, the service is good enough. But it was all worth the price. I would go there again if I want to save but don't expect too much.

The breakfast was good, the pool was nice. But the rooms and hotel are sub-par. You can tell it's just had a new coat of paint slapped on. I was really excited thinking we were getting a GREAT hotel for a good price, and the Hotel was just okay. Not at all what the pictures made it out to be.

Went for a Christmas party. The banquet facilities there are looking dated, but the food was good for such a large crowf, and drink prices were reasonable. Ample parking for the event.

Very convenient location next to Interstate 94, clean rooms and friendly service! Food was great at bar/restaurant. Half price appetizers after four. Only complaint is shower head and tub faucet were dripping nonstop. Just closed bathroom door.

I have stayed here twice now. The first time, I had awful front desk service. It was quickly fixed by the male manager. Second stay, the front desk accomadated me to have a room on floor one due to medical. Thankful for that. I think the rooms need updating. The chairs in the rooms need to be replaced. I think the rooms need a good scrub. Good rates though! The breakfast is great. Nice bar. I would defiantly come back.

Good stay for the price. A little dated, but decent ammenities. Rooms could have been a little cleaner, but I wasn't repulsed by anything. Eggs, sausage links, and waffle maker for breakfast, decent. No complaints at all for the price.

Company training here and I have to say as a previous manager, I would have never allowed my employees to stay here or do anything here. The rooms do not get cleaned. Just extra towels are provided. Not even clean sheets. Smelly too. I would recommend caring about your employees and providing a little better than this hotel. This hotel is more for an hourly need I believe.

I don't travel a lot, so my hospitality expectations for a one-night hotel stay are probably not too demanding. However, this is the second time in recent weeks that I've stayed at the Ramada Inn-Bismarck… and without exception, everything was perfect. From the friendly greeting at the front-desk, to the clean and comfortable room, to the various amenities and affordable pricing… everything was handled very professionally with top shelf attention to detail. The breakfast is always a great add-on, which I appreciate. No need to look someplace else when in Bismarck… I'll just keep coming back.

Service at desk and lounge was excellent. Rooms were average and acceptable although the bathtub had not been cleaned.

The room was very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. The bathroom was pretty small.

Clean sheets and comfortable beds. Service was friendly and breakfast was pretty decent. Rooms are getting a little worn and would benefit from a deep clean. Overall worth the price.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. The room and furniture were in good repair and clean. The menu at the hotel bar was limited but the food was tasty. Complimentary breakfast was your standard fare. The front desk staff seemed harried and stressed out to the point where they treated a question or request for a basic service as an inconvenience but were still professional.

I just called to inquire about reservations and was concerned with safety issues that were recently posted on Facebook regarding the Ramada in Bismark, at one point she said she didn't know anything about the incident and then 5 seconds later said she has been receiving numerous calls, at that point I was told there were two Ramadas and the clerk abruptly hung up the phone. I called back assuming the phone was a mistake, the clerk admitted she deliberately hung up on me and refused to give me her name. Please consider another location when shopping for a place to lodge when in Bismark!

Nice place! It's conveniently located right off of I-94, nice looking lobby, clean rooms, and super freindly staff. I would like to stay there again if I get a chance.

Came to a social event/family reunion here at the Ramada and sadly dissapointed. Convention room had no air flow and no cooling. Ended up spending more time outside in the courtyard. Which was thankfully quite beautiful considering how crappy the rooms and beds where. Staff appeared to hate there lives and reflected on the overall vibe of the establishment. Yet to be satisfied staying at a Ramada.

Pulled back my bedsheets to find a blood stain that had not been cleaned out of prior. Assuming then all of the bedding had not been changed I had to go to the front desk and request new ones that I put on only to find what looked like urine stains on the mattress pad as well as the blood from the sheets. The bathroom counter and toilet were sticky. Will not stay again or recommend.

We checked in and got our room key late at night. When we got to our room the first key didn't work and we had to try multiple times with the second before we got the door open. When we did get in the room was either already occupied or had not been cleaned. There was trash all over the floor, dirty towels strewn across the bathroom, and the TV was on. After getting a new room again the keys didn't work and my husband gave it one last try after I asked to go to another hotel. We got in and found clean beds but a very dirty bathtub that I can't fill for my kids to bathe in. The shower curtain is *covered* in mildew and mold on every contact point with the tub and the bottom of the tub is nasty. How much is dirt and how much is stained, I don't know. We'll stay and let the kids sleep, but I will definitely not stop here again.

Made a reservation with Expidia, when I arrived the hotel demanded to apply upcharge a to the prepaid rate. There was no policy for the upcharge a with Expidia and the hotel could not, or would not produce the policy when I asked. When I refused to put the upcharge the hotel would not honor the reservation.

Of the two elevators, one is broke with the door open on the main floor. The other won't open if you're on the mainfloor because it keeps showing the broken one on the ground floor is available. The front desk could only say there were no more elevators available. We reserved a king bed room and was told when we checked in that they only had rooms with two Full size beds and she was unable to upgrade us because we booked on Priceline. So off we go to the third floor… Room was clean but had a bit of a smell to it. The Hotel advertises WI-FI however we can only get one bar in our room. So web pages won't open and it's basically useless to try WI-FI! It's quite obvious this is an older hotel that for some unknown reason it somehow got the Ramada name. It is a shame, I expect much more for $100.00 a night.

Clean room, nice breakfast, pool is very nice, has a rock wall over it. Good location in perspective to the city and highway.

I really wish I could say this place was amazing, but I just can't. Day one, upon arrival our bed was dirty with crumbs on the sheet. Had to ask for all new bedding including pillowcases because there was long black hair on mine. Day Three, housekeeping did not clean our room had to ask for towels. Day Four — still no housekeeping. Unbelievable! Called front lobby and was informed Housekeeping was gone for the day. Are you kidding me? Sorry, but will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Ramada in Bismarck. Attended a wedding reception. Was very clean and very well decorated. We had a great time.

The conference rooms were comfortable. There were issues with the microphones, but the staff was very attentive. The lunch was very good.

Excellent meeting facilities with great catering. The men's restroom in the convention area could be larger. I used to be wheelchair-bound and they aren't spacious enough for someone with those needs. Other than that, great place. I did not stay at the hotel, so I can't say anything about the rooms.

The staff was very accommodating and had everything set up just the way we asked. They also were very helpful with any questions that we asked. I will definitely be booking events there in the future.

Was there for a social event. Rooms were nice along with a nice facility.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast. Stayed one night and checking in and out was a breeze.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Told the gal at front desk that the bed skirt on one of the beds look like someone puked on it. Came back that night and skirt was still nasty. Apperantly house keeping does not give a crap.

The food was well prepared for the event and the servers were very nice. The bar was understaffed but still pretty fast. Really pleasant overall.

Place was nice on the inside. First night was nice and quiet. 2nd night we had people next to us with a dog that was yapping all night and kept waking my kids up. Staff was friendly, pool was nice and warm. Only downside was the breakfast. The waffles and sausage had a funny taste to them. Overall we had a great stay.

At the hotel for a wedding dance, nice venue, friendly service, wait staff for the supper was not all that good.

The beds were hard as a rock and the blankets on the bed were a joke cold all night was like sleeping with just a sheet. Bathroom has mold growing where the cocking had fallen off around the granite shower walls and the floor in the bathroom had not been propperly cleaned in years the grout was black in spots! the TV channels can in to fuzzy to watch.

Old, smelly. Indoor pool, however, was a whole lotta fun for my 10-yr-old grandson. Would not stay here again. Got what I paid for, however.

The room was ok with the exception of major staining on the inroom sofa and the damage to the entrance door causing it to literally screech when it was opened. Our big issue was that internet was down and there was no chance of getting it fixed while we were there. The one front desk person ion duty was like she just didnt care. Finally contacted the manager who offered us a 5 dollar discount on our bill. Business people who are travelling really need connecibility to the internet.

You can reserve online w/o giving ur credit card info as long as you get there before 6pm! (If the front desk lady doesn't see your reservation, kindly ask if she'd refreshed the page. ) Very nice pool with big floating platforms for kids (or adults pretending to be kids) to play on. The deep end has a rock-climbing wall where you can get your exercise in and then pretend your falling off a cliff as you plunge back into the pool! Breakfast is your standard defrosted cafeteria food and you don't get seconds, so if you're hungry and want real food you should probably go for the $5 upgrade or just go to a real restaurant.

Worth it. Plus the 5$ upgrade for the breakfast off the menu is a sweet deal. Or you can go with the free continental. Its still in the restaurant so that's nice.

Wow. Within all of my travels, I'm impressed! No shit. The poor girl that handled all of the random people, held her composure, was completely professional, and kept a smile. She deserves her vacation to Vegas.
