I have to say that when I was here prob 6-8 months ago, I was never coming back. We decided to try it again. The staff is wonderful and the food is back to being awesome like it was before. There were to go bags for travellers to take for on the road, food was really good. We’re glad we came back.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional desk clerk! I have 2 registered service dogs with registration numbers and was charged an extra $250 for them! Showed the employee their numbers and also on the American registration site! I was told when I booked the room as long as I have that everything is fine! Pretty much no dogs allowed unless you wanna pay that! His manager Regina Flowers is unreachable! Looking for a good attorney at this time! I will tell everyone about this unprofessional place of business!

Nice, clean hotel, housekeeping is great, breakfasts are good. Good value and easy access from the highway.

Spent the weekend at Hampton Inn and suites Bismarck Northwest again this year for a family get together. I also spent the weekend Renting their meeting roomFor our family get together. That’s sweet I rented was especially clean and large and the meeting room was decorated beautifully with the tree and centerpieces. As guest were Leaving the get together I was asked a couple of times so you getting rent the room for next year already. I said I needed to recover from this weekend before I rent again. Thanks Hampton Inn & Suite Bismarck Northwest for the great service and Beautiful set up of the room.

Rooms were nice and comfy. Staff was nice. My only complaint was the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. After myself and 2 kids showering it was a bit too steamy throughout the room.

Nice, clean, friendly hotel. We did not have a refrigerator or microwave but they were able to accommodate us with a portable refrigerator. The breakfast was tasty and the decor was pretty. We had a comfortable visit.

Nice atmosphere. Didn't like that the floor in the bathroom was sticky, and when we put the do not disturb sign up and they came in our room anyway.

Great room recently remodeled. Great for my family good breakfast lots available. Friendly service.

We had rented out one of their social rooms for a bridal shower and had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and very accommodating and the room was clean.

Hotel was cleaning and we'll keeped, the room was well furnished (including a mini fridge).

Nice place, couldn't get the room above 70 degrees after working outside all day just wanted to warm up. Other than that is is a typical Hampton inn.

I love this place. The staff is great. I have only stayed here one time in the past and every staffember greeted me by name. What more needs to be said.

If a hotel is going to say that they accept service animals, they need to accept ALL service animals. They wanted to charge us 250 extra (on a 120 room) because my dog was an emotional support dog, and the Hampton doesnt recognize GAD (General Anxiety Disorder) with dibilitaing panic attacks as a disability. After traveling 5 hours already, we were forced to go else where. Dissapointed.

I travel for work every week. Needless to say, I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to hotel accommodations. The staff at this property is absolutely stellar! I had a very long day of travel, and they went out of their way to ensure an early check in for me on top of being kind, polite, and professional. The room was impeccably clean and so nice! I can tell you I won’t stay at any other property in Bismarck from now on! Two thumbs up and 5 stars — the staff deserves it!

Everything was spot on from check in to check out wonderful staff willing to go above and beyond will stay here again if I ever get the chance!

I will no longer stay here. I enjoyed it until a bogus $50 charge on my card for nothing that has not overdrew my account and nothing they can do apparently. Horrible costumer service.

Clean place but no outside food or drink in the pool area… come on! I understand no glass, but anything beyond that is overkill.

Good hotel to stop at for business trips. Breakfast served in the morning was good, not great, exactly as expected. The room was clean. The bathrooms were especially nice. Staff seemed friendly, but I was only in for two days.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The facility is pretty new and up to date. Our room was clean and comfortable, and was nice and quiet. I enjoyed the lovely view of Bismarck outside our window. The breakfast there was well-stocked with many food choices. That morning they had omlettes, smoked sausage, and breakfast potatoes in addition to the usual options (e. G. Cereal, Belgian waffles, muffins, fruit, etc. ). The staff was friendly and professional. We will definitely be staying there again.

The hampton has a very nice interior. Rooms are average size but still very nice. Great breakfast with a lot of options.

A found bed bugs in my room. I honestly wasn't that upset and simply wanted a new room. I took pictures to show the staff. The GM was rude and refused to acknowledge the pictures. She told I had been staying there two weeks and if they hadn't bit me by now then it is fine. She then went out of her way to tell me there was nothing in the room and I didn't know what I was talking about. And this is the treatment you get for staying 50+ nights a year in Hilton properties and maintaining diamond status.

Top notch as are all the Hampton Inn. Rooms were nice and breakfast was wonderful. I do try not to stay at hotels that donate to planned parenthood as Hilton Worldwide does.

It was a nice weekend stay. Other than Sunday breakfast being a little lower quality than normal, it was an uneventful stay.

Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean and modern. Soft sheets. Cookies at check in. Issues include overly soft water so much that it feels like you can't wash soap off and lack of fridge in room.

Their king ruins are kinda swank actually. Bigger and more open than I thought. The last tenants towels were left in the room behind the door, but I didn't mind at all. Everything was clean besides and I enjoyed my stay.

Room was very clean and hotel was easily accessible. Staff was courteous and friendly. Will stay here next time I am back in Bismarck.

Room service was very rude in the morning. Shouting in the hallway, while we were still trying to sleep after traveling all day. Also, having screaming children and other guests yelling down the hall was bad as well.

Good high end feel. Long desks to spread out if working. Would recommend.

Very nice and new hotel. Rooms are clean, breakfast is excellent, staff is friendly, and the workout facilities are better than expected. I spend well over 100 nights a year in hotels for work and often stay for 2 weeks before checking out. I am medallion status with Hilton as well as 3 other hotel chains. After spending several extended stays at this location, there are two issues which will keep me away until they are resolved. 1) water is way too soft. They need to turn it down. Even when taking showers during peak morning hours, the water is so soft that I cannot get a good rinse. This leaves a soap film on my skin and I would itch throughout the day. There is so much salt in the tap water from the softener you can taste it. I mentioned this to the desk and nothing was done. 2) the hvac units in the rooms I stayed in are wired incorrectly. Once the thermostat kicks on the unit, the fan will stay on forever until you turn the unit off and back on. It will not respond to the fan button on the wall thermostat. This makes it rather uncomfortable for sleeping. Mentioned to the desk and maintenance was contacted but they did not understand the problem. I hope these issues get resolved and I will gladly update my review as I would like to stay there again. Currently staying elsewhere in the Bismarck area when visiting.

Very nice Hampton Inn and the girls working the front desk are very nice. Clean and what you expect from Hampton.

My coworkers and I agree that the Hampton Northwest is the best place to stay in Bismarck. It's fairly new and housekeeping was great when I've stayed (5 times in the past 4 months). The front desk people appeared to be lacking experience or training (frequently not around). For laundry, they have 2 sets of dryers and washers but are costly. Recently built Housekeeping 9/10 Front desk 5/10 Laundry 7/10.

A clean hotel with nice rooms and linens. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.
