We at Bismarck it's a 14 hour ride from Milwaukee to Bismarck and we might leaving Saturday Night at Midnight.

Fluffy towels lots of pillows.

Her clean aas well as accommodating.

Customer service is suspect at best. Been sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes while the desk agent attempts to check in each of 9 guys in a group. You would think they would have a system to check in large groups, instead of forcing customers to wait while they individually check in every one. It's averaging 5 minutes per check in. These dudes are loud and taking all through the lobby as we wait. It's 4pm… Peak hours! If I hadn't made the reservation already, I'd eave asap. Ridiculous! As for the room… It is clean and nice. It's hard to get over my 30 plus minute check in.

The hotel personnel very helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate. Had a wonderful stay.

This stay was okay. Rooms were spacious, no breakfast though. One of the front desk staff said I had large nose, which I found very inappropriate and uncalled for. But other than that rude comment I really have no other complaints. Would recommend if you are staying for a few weeks, wouldn't recommend if you are sensitive about being picked on for your body features.

If you like horrible service and overpriced rooms go here.

We had water leaking from the sealing on our 8 month old son and part of the plaster from the ceiling fell in the playpen with him as well, talked to management about it and he didn't feel like it was that big of deal was offered 1 night refund out of our 8 night stay I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing hotel friendly staff and convenient location within walking distance of several places.

Rooms were nice and beds comfortable. The pool area was closed due to maintenance issues but unsure if that means temporary or permanent. There is a nice small patio area that has a couple of grills available as well as a business center and DVD library to watch movies in the rooms.

We've stayed here numerous times. The Candlewood is at a convenient location on the north side of Bismarck. It's a fairly new hotel, with rooms and appliances that haven't been abused (yet). The rooms feature a full kitchenette and are fairly spacious yet comfortable. There's no continental breakfast or comparable lobby services, however. For the price Candlewood generally charges, their competition provides a hot breakfast for a similar price. That would really be my only "complaint"; the Candlewood doesn't provide a great value, all things considered. Even within the IHG corporate family, the Staybridge Suites offer vastly upgraded rooms and amenities for nearly identical pricing. All that said, I might consider staying here again, but only if the price is more competitive than it has been.

No pool. Newly remodeled. Rooms have kitchenette. Free dvd movie rental from desk, DVD players in room.

Convenient to almost everything. Newly remodeled rooms are very nice. Hotel staff is first class.

Clean facility and courteous staff.

Clean, quiet hotel. The kitchenette is great. Nice hot showers and comfy beds. Free laundry though we didn't use it. My only complaint was that the chairs in our room looked like they had been shredded by a cat.

My room was clean and we'll furnished. The bed was comfortable and have no complaints.

Only problem is they don't have Continental breakfast, if you want any breakfast item you need to purchase it. Otherwise it's a great place to stay.

For a hotel that is relatively new and has an upscale-sounding name, this place was very disappointing. Upon check-in, someone's dog had an accident in the room next to the elevator, permeating the hallways with the pungent odor of dog poop. I got to my room and went for the ice bucket. No ice bucket. So I called the front desk. There was no bucket because there are no ice makers in the hotel. If you want ice, you just flip the lever in the freezer and it will make ice… in an hour. In 24 hours, the machine made enough ice for two drinks. As far as the bed goes, what a cruel joke. The bed was a spring mattress that made the worst pinging noises ever any time you got anywhere near it: getting in, getting out, sitting on it. Just bad. And speaking of sitting on it, the king bed itself is not on a solid wooden base/frame, but rather a plain metal frame on wheels. When you sat on the foot end of the bed, the head of it raised up (no headboard attached). I dropped something on the floor, so I looked under the bed then and saw that it was a dust bunny museum. If this were a $50/night ma & pa hotel in the middle of nowhere, it would not have been that bad. But for over $100/night in Bismarck, I'd at least expect an ice maker in the building, let alone a non-catapulting bed. Overall, just a bad experience and will never recommend this place, nor will I ever go back.

If you want the police called on you for no reason and to be kicked out then stay here. Otherwise if you're actually looking for a decent hotel to stay at then you need to go to the Hampton Inn. If you want a good hotel then you need to stay at the Hilton I'm not one to lie about a hotel in act like it's something good when it's complete trash in the manager of the hotel is a nomadic hillbilly red neck meth addict.

Can't say enough about how great the staff is. Perfect place if your staying multiple nights, all rooms have a kitchen.

Great place for the price. Rooms and building were clean. I really liked that the kitchenette had dishes to use.

Very nice space. All the amenities you could need, and many more available at the front counter. Had some issues with jitter in their internet connection, but overall a good speed. Location is good, tucked away on the north end of Bismarck. A lot of shopping is nearby, but not a lot of restaurants nearby.

I was just recently employed there. I had just left the number one hotel in Bismarck and it didn't take me two weeks to put in my two weeks. Their breaking sanitation codes there cleaning with old bath towels cut up. You're wanting a clean and good night sleep I would suggest go anywhere else!

I stayed at the Candlewood Suites in Bismarck for three days. It was one of the possible locations that my work Travel Site suggested. I will NOT choose Candlewook again! My room was NEVER made up all the time I was there? When I call the front desk to ask, I got the, "I'm sorry. Is there anything I can bring to your room. ".

Our first room smelled like pet urine… after contacting the front desk, we were upgraded and our room was awesome. Front desk was very apologetic and sincere. Front desk girl was very nice and offered to let us check the room before we accepted it.

They have a beautiful fasting everything is fresh and clean.

The staff was rude and the management never called after we requested to be contacted about a $75 pet fee that was not advertised. I will never book their again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Extremely dissatisfied! People staying in the Bismarck can certainly do better and we stay in town regularly!

We have stayed here over a month. We were sorry to leave. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is courteous and friendly. The pet walking area is large and furnished with everything needed to clean up after your pet. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The rooms are great, but if you're here for business or have online schooling to do, the internet is very lacking. I would have to log in multiple times per day and it would kick you from internet randomly just to make you log in. If you need good internet go elsewhere.

Only candlewood suites I visited in the midwest to have a pool. First Floor rooms excellent condition, Room service prompt, and the ceilings were Tall (at least on the 1st floor). Other than that I think there was a moon pie or honey bun wrapper above the lights in the only elevator for my 4 night stay. Really I think that was the only downside, having to see that wrapper above my head.

This was the BEST Motel that we stayed in on our road trip through North Dakota. Beautiful rooms with everything needed for a long or short stay. The beds were so comfortable that I would like to get the same mattress for my home. We took advantage of the laundry room and didn't have to pay a cent to use the washer and dryer. The lobby is welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There is a small store to buy essentials for breakfast and snacks and laundry goods which was nice. It was a Very Good experience and the rooms are Beautiful and so clean. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and will Definitely stay here again in the future.

This place is wonderful. If you're just passing through, this is an evening of relaxation and comfort. The suites are nice with a well put together little kitchen, and a clean, larger tub. Not sure if it's technically a jacuzzi or whirlpool BUT, it made the trip a little nicer! Though we didn't use it, they have a pool and hot tub as well, and if you're interested, they have a selection of DVD's that you can just hop on down to the front desk and borrow. Thanks for a nice evening! A+.
