Nice comfortable bed, hotel staff was friendly and professional. Very clean room and a nice breakfast.

More like a 3.5 but will only let you do full stars. Welcoming staff was fine, courteous and nice. Room had a lot of lights just putside the windows, wouldnt dock them for this but they are their lights. Shut those off or at least dim later at night. Also the water was slower than pi**. Water pressure shouldnt be an issue on the first floor! Ever try to take a shower under a bucket of water through a shower head, I just did the last couple of nights and I dont recommend it. Ill try the other Hilton next time I am in town.

Great stay, although the front desk employee did not greet me nor tell me when breakfast was. I seemed to be interrupting his personal time. Other than that clean and comfortable.

The front desk gal was very welcoming. She answered all of my questions with patience. A breath of fresh air. I believe her name was Wendi. Other than that, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub and swimming pool were wonderful, all to myself. Very good place to stay.

Clean nice room. Great location. Breakfast was good. Pool good. Staff members great. My only complaint is during breakfast the receptacle for their toaster and juice machine kept tripping. I offered to reset but they wouldn't let me. I'm a electrician. I just wanted toast… good place though.

My family enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff was kid and helpfu. The beds are comfortable. It's located in the middle of everything all in all a great place to stay.

Under renovation but don't let that stop you from staying nice clean room beds are very comfortable! Breakfast was amazing great staff!

Previous guest's trash still in cans. TV remote didn't work. Went to call down and phone not working either. Walked down to front desk and they said "be up in 10 minutes" — never showed. Will stay somewhere else next time. Still remodeling the exterior — wish they'd have told me before I booked.

Being renovated and things are looking nice! Only issue is some of the sheets were absurdly heavy and there was not a lighter alternative in the room.

Nice hotel with nice staff. Half of the hotel is under renovation but they keep the noise down so there's no inconveniences.

Hotel is very clean, beds are very comfortable and the staff was very pleasant.

The room seemed clean but there was a small spec of something on the bedsheets. The person was available at the front desk after midnight when we pulled in. We woke up too late for breakfast. The showers, bathroom, and room on general was nice.

Rolled in around 3am. Was able to find a nice clean room. Desk service was friendly as well. Price was on par for the course.

The bed and pillows are super comfy! The pool was fun for our daughter and the free breakfast was good!

I thought the place was nice. My mother in law has another opinion since her card was stolen there and somone went to target and spent 700 dollars on it. Honesty is a rare thing, I think anyone in a service type job should embrace honesty for the customers sake.

This was the only hotel that had availability in Bismarck while passing through at 2am. Beds were great, but room service knocked on our door twice in an hour from 7:30am-8:30am. We were sleeping and didn't answer so they came in. I've never been to a hotel where they come so early or don't check to see when people Check out. Around the same time for about 2-3 hours it sounded like constant knocking outside our window. Super annoying. Couldn't sleep much in the morning.

Easy check in, clean room, slept great, hotel didn't seem that full but we still had another guest above us. Bathroom toilet had the seat up when we arrived. Nice to have breakfast, however the sausage links were cold.

I stayed with my Fiancée in a double room overnight here on a long distance trip through the state and was able to book the room with miles. The staff was friendly, the room was super clean, bathroom worked well, beds were comfy! Breakfast was what you'd expect. Overall a great stay for a night passing through Bismark.

Good business room, nice pool with hot tub, the rooms are also good.

Stayed here several times. Staff is always helpful. Rooms are great. This one is a little difficult to get to but it's worth it.

Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. Last time I was here for 8 days. Staff willing to find solutions to any problem. I'll update if any changes.

I stayed June 4-6. Everyone was great! Clean rooms. Big rooms! Will be staying again!

We love it here I have two young girls an they have fun in the pool an the beds are comfy an clean room as well its our 2nd time here in a month an will be our main hotel from now on here its great an a great breakfast as well.

After a recent stay at I forgot a bag in the room. Called the hotel and they discovered a employee had taken it. My bag contained several items that totaled over $1400. I was asked to provide receipts for the items only to be told they will only reimburse me for $250. There is an ongoing investigation. The hotel has offered nothing in any form of retribution either. While I know that I forgot the bag, if this was taken during my stay they would still only pay $250. I am very disappointed in our treatment. We will never stay here again.

Here I sit in the Hampton's office at 4:57 waiting for my room still to be serviced. Front desk people come and go, totally unaware of how slow their service staff is. Fortunately their is another Hampton in Bismarck that I will stay at from now on. Hopefully it is better run than this one.

I worked at this place. TOO FK HOT! Its 85° in the winter.

Standard Hampton experience, which is usually good. But I was over charged (close to $1000) for one nights stay. Now dealing with management has given me a headache. Avoid this particular Hampton. You will not be happy if there is any reason to deal with management.
