I find Hampton Inns to be consistently good, and this location lived up to that experience as well. Very clean pool and hot tub, nice breakfast, comfortable beds, and good coffee. Close to the highway yet a nice quiet walking trail around the vicinity of the hotel.

Room was great. Salt water pool very clean. Good breakfast food although dining area was very small. Good service.

I had to rethink my first review of this Hampton Inn. At first was going to give the place 4 star. However, for the 3rd day my room key had to be released done. Made it all the way to the 3rd floor just to go back to the first floor to get it corrected just to go back to the 3rd floor. There is no microwave in the room only a refrigerator. The lounge chair in the room has a rip in it. Upon entering the hotel from the main entrance greeted by an over flowing trash can! I don't think any one wants to walk past a over flowing trash can not to mention the smell that can come from it if it sits to long in the sun. I do have to say the rooms where clean though that's always good. I just don't see 4 or 5 star review for this place.

Nice Hampton inn in a good location in Woodbury. Plenty of dining options in the area along with pharmacies, targets and more. Rooms are nice but a bit small. The service is good. Free breakfast until 10 AM. Free parking. Right off the 494.

I really like this hotel. They have free breakfast, nice beds and lots of free parking. Everything is really clean and well maintained. Will definitely book here again.

Not a bad place to stay near the highway and its quiet. Indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Clean rooms. Friendly Staff. Nice amenities. This was a great value and still incredibly convenient for us to get in and out of St Paul. We had a King room and it was spacious without being insanely huge.

Very attentive and sweet staff fun pool and comfy beds loved it here for my sons birthday pool party! Pool is a bit small but perfect for kids 7 and under!

Nice hotel, very clean and quiet. Good free breakfast in the morning. Pool and hot tub. Good location, right off the highway. Gas station/convenience store and Burger King within close walking disance.

Friendly, staff, nice room though some outside noise. Public areas such S elevator and hall need upgrade. Great breakfast options.

Updated hotel with very clean rooms. Loved staying here and will likely keep it in mind for any future trips through the area! Also it is right across the street from one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever visited.

Staff went over and above. From Bala at the front desk, Beverly at breakfast, and the invisible person who cleaned our room. The bed was comfortable, breakfast yummy, and room was clean. Would stay here again. Great location and easy to get too.

Stayed in room 227 for 1 night. Room was clean. There was a pool and gym and hot breakfast consisting of eggs with ham and potatoes. You could also make your own waffles which I thought was pretty neat. Would give it 5 stars but there was this one lady at the front desk who was rather inconsiderate, talking on the phone for over 10 minutes and not even looking at me once as I stood there waiting for her.

Have spent a few months here for work. Have had some issues but the staff have mostly made up for it. (Vending machine ripped me off and no refund) other then that all issues delt with the best they could during a remodel of their hotel. I would like to thank Bala most of all for his service and caring. Great guy.

My experience at this Hampton Inn is exactly what I have come to expect from Hampton Inn, regardless of where the hotel is. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast options are the same everywhere, but I can say that availability of the breakfast options was good. Had I one complaint to make, it would not be about this hotel specifically, rather the Digital Key functionality. The implementation is inefficient and ponderous. All in all, I love this hotel and its staff. Great place!

The is the second time we have stayed at this location. Both times have exceeded my expectations. Great staff.

Very basic hotel. Good for business trips and the breakfast is decent. Would be nice if the rooms had a mini fridge and microwave.

Always preferred Hilton hotels. Hampton Inn is pretty good, and this is no different. Customer service is top notch.

Very clean room, I mean very. Comfy bed. Morning meal was great and maybe the best cup of hotel coffee ever.

The hotel was not honest about the financial part of our stay. They made unauthorized withdrawals from our account that were specifically discussed prior to checking in. The room was not worth the amount we paid, the room was small (comparing to the Marriott in which we usually stay but was not an option). The amenities were poor (foam cups, tiny toiletries and small rough towels) the eating area was small leaving no where to sit. We had planned to stay 2 nights and left after one. Will NOT be returning.

Everything was good for the price. The only thing we didn't understand — there was no fridge in the room. But the room itself was very nice and clean, breakfast was excellent for a 3star hotel. The guys at the reception were very friendly and helpful: they provided an extra bed for a child with no charge and even helped to freeze ice packs during the night in their freezer. Really recommend.

Great motel, clean, friendly staff, quiet and great breakfast!

The staff was very friendly especially Ronnie she went out of her way to make our stay amazing. The bed was very comfortable. My children loved the pool I will stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The General Manager was rude. We are a hockey team, upon arrival on front desk there were rules for all hockey teams. Our team was in the pool having a good time with 4 adults supervising (2 in the hot tub with the kids 2 sitting pool side) gm came into the eating area where others were eating and told us we would need to watch our kids because there was no adult supervision. We were also blamed for running in the halls, playing mini sticks in the halls and being too loud. They were all accusations and I feel she had it out for us the minute we walked in the hotel, please also keep in kind this was at 6:30pm. In speaking with the basketball team that was also staying she did the same thing to them. The beds are horrible, no fridges, no microwaves and NOT kid friendly.

The hot tub was broken. The bed was so soft I had a back ache. Ice machine only on first floor. Tiny elevator (hockey bags in tow). No refrigerator in rooms. No information in the rooms about the amenities. Wanted to workout. Couldn't find exercise room. My room was located right over the front door and lobby. Very noisy. Staff was super friendly and nice however. The person on the phone who booked us for a hockey tournament didn't apply the correct room rate. The staff when we checked in fixed the rate for us on the spot. So I give the staff a 4star rate but the facilities a 2. Hence the 3 stars.

Was a good place to layover for a night. Quiet room albeit a little small. Didn't take advantage of any amenities aside from breakfast which was ok. Staff was friendly with no issues there.

The lady behind the desk is alittle crass, but other then that, just a stand Hilton property through and through.

They were doing construction work there, and my room on the top floor and it rain one night that I was there, I woke up to a wet bed, plus the clothes I laid out for the next day were soaking wet.
When I told them about they came and checked out, and told me that they would move my room, I was upset as I was going to a graduation party, my clothes were wet. They said the would was them. They were dry clean only, so they could. So I left to go buy a new outfit and go on to the party, so they said when they got me room, they would move my stuff to the new room.
I got back around 11:00 pm. The new crew knew nothing about what happen and didn't have me in a new room
I was upset.
I girl was upset she wasn't told about. She apologized I told hei was going to find another the next day and I did.
And that I wanted my points back and wanted 3 free nights for the years graduation party. She said okay. Well I only got one night free and no points back.
Not right to lie to me and treat me that way. When it was there fault not mind.

Would have been 5 stars but there wasn't any portable liquids for breakfast, if you're on the run.

I stayed at this hotel for tens of times. Every time, the staff and service were of top quality. They responded to customer needs very politely and provided the best response. I asked for water in my room each day of stay, they did this without fail on each occasion, in fact went beyond, the water used to be in the fridge already on the day my arrival. I realized staying at a different hampton inn, where they strictly denied to oblige my request and only then I understood this location went above and beyond in customer service. I recommend this hotel always. Best staff, clean rooms, top notch customer service.

I stayed at the hotel for a week in July'13. Good place to stay, nicely located. Neat room and the Manager Mr Steve was very helpful. Breakfast was great for a vegan like me. The lady attending my breakfast was very courteous. Woodbury shopping area is across the bridge and had great shopping at Kohl's, Target, Doller Tree, Rainbow stores. Indian restaurant Aroma of India on Century Avenus was great. Enjoyed walking for a week. Overall a great experience! Would surely recommend for all.

Very clean pool area and cool seating for the adults around the pool. Clean modern rooms and breakfast facility.

We stayed for one night. Has a very nice pool and hot tub area. The lobby was very nice and had a nice welcome area with free hot coffee and tea, plus hot water and packets for hot chocolate. This was nice because my kids were tired and cranky when we got there and to be able to pour them a cup of hot cocoa was very nice. The room was clean and very nice. Wi-Fi signal very strong. I needed a couple things I forgot to bring and the front desk had everything I needed. Breakfast was great. Cold cereal options, a couple kinds of milks, various juices, fresh fruit and packaged fruit like peaches, etc, biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, and more. We liked everything about our stay.

I was extremely impressed with everything about my stay at this hotel. Pool and hot tub were nice, room was clean, breakfast was included with the room, different breakfast served the two days I was there, and I overhead employees explaining tips to make sure that food is well made. It was also very close to different restaurants, liquor stores, drug stores, gas station, and a mall. Pretty much anything you could ask for was close by. I'd stay here again.
