I was told I could not get Wi-Fi because we checked in after 5:00 pm. The television in our room was broken, and when I called the front desk to report it I was fed a line about technology not always working and some rooms weren’t working, etc. Then when I persisted we were moved to a different room, where the television worked but there was no easy chair to sit in, just an office chair. The front desk said it was because they were in the process of upgrading and didn’t have enough furniture for all the rooms yet. The room was formerly a smoking room, the odors lingered. The bed was incredibly small and uncomfortable, and the pillows were small, hard, and lumpy. This was the worst night’s sleep ever. There is no housekeeping unless you stay at least five days.

We got there pretty late so we didn't need any hotel service. We did get checked in fast and the room was amazing. I was so glad I was allowed to have my cat in the room with me. It meant the world to me and made my hotel experience a 100 times better.

Horrible! Housekeeping is nonexistent and when they do finally clean your room they rob you! They stole 3 packs of my cigarettes and at least 10 dollars in change. Smells like weed 90% of the time and key cards only work half the time. Didn't even want to leave 1 star, but had to to submit the review. If you have another option stay somewhere else like the Holiday Inn Express basically right across the street. Might be a little more pricey, but if you're staying for a long period of time I'm sure it's worth it.

Breakfast that a joke. Oatmeal or energy snack bar with Keurig coffee nothing else. My remote was broke 2 trips down to front desk they had no spares and no batteries which it was broken anyway. I'm sad to see this from extended stay.

Actually one of the better extended stays I've been in. Beds are surprisingly comfortable. Rooms are nice and roomy.

DONT EVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! After spending the entire night at the airport and day at an outdoor festival I just really wanted to check in order some dinner and get some sleep. First off no one is ever at the front counter I had to wait 10 mins for someone to pick up the damn phone to help us. The lady found our reservation, but they were sold out I am not sure how that can possibly happen I had already purchased 2 nights. I can understand and I was way too exhausted to be angry. I do not blame the lady at the front, because it probably was not her fault but she had absolutely no customer service skills. She acted like it was a big inconvenience for her to help us find a place to stay as we are not familiar with the area. The second she could she retreated to the back never to be seen again.

Disappointing I stole all the belongings from the rooms and the hotel has no explanation.

Not a bad place for the price. Lots of shopping near by. Older place but decent comfortable rooms.

Stayed 4-11, I walked into lobby and smelled marijuana and cigarettes, I had no problem with that since I knew it was 4-11 and a smoking hotel, plus it was cheap so no problem, not the Ritz. A woman ahead of me wanted to stay another night and the front desk clerk said she would have to pay a 200 or 300 dollar fine first, I don't remember the exact amount, because the maid said she was smoking marijuana in her room. They called the manager, I do not know if the issue got resolved. I checked in while this was going on went to my room. Got off elevator and immediately smelled marijuana. I had a non smoking room and when I came in no smell but lots of fabreez. Then I wondered was this a scam… that maid could very well say I too was smoking mj in my room. She did not witness the woman actually smoking a joint but still pointed a finger and they slapped a fine on her. My point is, I'm an old white lady business woman who easily could have smoked a joint and that young black woman just as easily could not have! If she paid that money she deserves her money back. My advice to her is get a lawyer! I come up to that area a lot but I will not be staying there!

Very nice place, kitchen in it, no pool, but very nice staff, clean building, close to stores, kwik trip, walmart, right off hwy $$ GREAT place.

All the negative reviews are likely coming from pretentious people who expect more from a 2-star hotel. The only thing negative about this place is that while the hotel claims to have "free breakfast", it's really just some muffins and coffee. Luckily, there's a Kwik Trip next to the hotel that's within walking distance.

For a kitchenette type of hotel, this one is clean and comfortable. Basic amenities. Worked great for relocation — business.

Stayed 3 weeks straight. Only thing that it lacked was breakfast. Over all great.

The staff who work here are super great! They are kind and helpful from the frony desk to housekeeping! This hotel is pretty nice. Its great to have a kitchenette so we don't have to eat out or microwave daily. I would stay here again and also recommend!

The staff was really friendly and kept the rooms decently clean. The issue I had was the room smelled like fried food and it wouldn't go away. Good size room and decent bed.

The rooms are set up like a studio apt. The kitchen includes a stove stop, microwave and full size refrigerator. No oven or dishwasher. The hotel was clean and staff was helpful and friendly.

The location is great it is right off the highway and the rooms are nice even comes with a full size fridge.

WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed in. Rooms are cleaned only once per week and due to which its not clean at all. Smelly room and beds. It feels like a homeless Shelter rather than a hotel. Management doesn't Care about the customers at all. Be careful while booking through priceline as they will always give u this hotel at a cheaper rate but you will regret your decision of staying with them for ever. I wish I could give this hotel Negative 5 Star.

This location is great. It is situated right off Hwy 94 and sits next door to a Kwik Trip. So anything you need that the hotel doesn't have, you can likely get next door which is about a 30 second walk out the back door of the hotel. The staff is nice and they don't pry into your business. This is 10 steps above the Eden Prairie location where I have encountered very rude staff, smelly rooms (no matter how many times I was moved), and everyone that works there is too much in your business. At the Woodbury location you can actually rest easy and relax, come and go without rude staff in your business and overly in your face. They get it at Woodbury and they let you stay about your business just as they stay about theirs. Anything you need they are quick to respond.

We came here last minute for work with my fiancé. We have been here 2 weeks and are switching hotels now. If you call down to the front desk for anything at all, they say "well if you need it now come down and get it or it will be a few hours. " I have never been to a hotel where they refuse to bring you up anything you need? And all they do down at the front desk is play on their phones. Then a few nights ago the police got called because the lady who was working had a crazy ex boyfriend coming here threatening to kill himself and had a knife! And I have a child here! The police have been here about 4 times in the 2 week stay we have had. But that doesn't count for the undercover cops who sit in the parking lot all night. Then the last few morning we haven't been able to get any sleep due to them having the metal roof ripped off and we have had banging on the roof for the last 4 days. Starting first thing in the morning and lasting till 5. While throwing things off the roof the metal would hit the window. It was so obnoxious and loud and did I mention we are here for WORK? Also, don't ask to get put on the wake up call list in the morning because it's a hit or miss if they call you or not to get up for work, but if they need you to move your vehicle at the butt crack of dawn because the construction workers are throwing metal off the roof then you better get up and do that for them.

Check-in was easy and the front desk clerk was friendly. My initial room was smelly, but guest services quickly addressed the issue and moved me to another room as well as worked to resolve the smell that we all agreed was really bad. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. I ended up having to take a "modified" shower in the morning, because there was something that looked nasty in the tub and I wasn't willing to risk standing in the tub with it. Checkout was a smooth process as well and we also made use of the onsite guest laundry facility. This hotel could use some updating, but it is comfortable. There are a few nearby places (shopping and restaurants) that are within walking distance.

So we booked a room 3 months in advance and prepaid. After driving 950 miles to get there, we are informed our double room is not available and they want to give us 2 single rooms on separate floors. They never called us or sent an email to inform us of this so that we could have made other arrangements. Now we are stuck in MN with no place to stay. However in retrospect I'm glad we didn't stay there. When we showed up to check in, the police were there. From what I overheard they were having issues with some of the other customers and there appears to be a drug problem. I don't want my family staying in a place like that. I do not recommend this establishment.

The staff has been wonderful working with us and my hubby's cancer cares. The manager is willing to help as long as you are up front and honest with him. The lady that works weekends is motherly and the gentleman that wears a dressy sweater has a great sense of humor. Overall, FAMILY feeling from all of them.

Upon our arrival, our room was not cleaned, bed unmade and urine all over the toilet and bathroom floor. We asked for a different room and the only available room was on the smoking floor. Smoking floor? There were some very questionable folks lurking around the back entrance. Went to find the vending machine, which was in the laundry room which was filthy. Empty beer cans, lint and trash all over the place. Do not stay here!

The stay was okay, rooms are clean and spacious with little kitchenette. The breakfast is not really a breakfast — just serving coffee and fruit bars.

Worst hotel ever. Look at these pics. This is what you get here. A nasty room where all they did was change the sheets. No sweeping no vacuuming no nothing. A nasty computer chair you def dont want to sit in Wish I would have known they haven't yet authorized my card til it was too late. And this was the last room available apparently. Beyond dissatisfied with these accommodations.

Cheap clean rooms. Most of the staff is friendly. It gets a little creepy at night, but it's a motel so alot of people come and go. Laundry is good, $2 for washer and $2 for dryer. If you want anything or try to put in a maintenance request wait until at least 7AM. The woman who works nights doesn't even know where the light bulbs are. All in all an OK place.

Room was dirty upon check in, the floors were sticky and the carpet was also gross and sticky. There was hair in the drawers, behind the TV, and on the sheets. (asked for new bedding) Beds are ok… nice little kitchenette but the fan didn't work. SOME of the front desk staff were rude assholes who made you feel unwelcomed when we asked them simple question. Overall, its decent.

We had a few issues with a couple of the rooms, but Carlos the manager really helped us out.

I booked an online reservations that guaranteed free cancellation. 2 days prior to check in I went to the extended stay in Woodbury to cancel my reservation. The desk staff were really pleasant and delightful, however, the clerk was surprised to see that my credit card has already been charged for the full amount about $1100. I encouraged by the desk staff to call the next day and speak with the manager. And speaking with the manager he informed me that he had spoken with corporate and their attorneys and that I would not be receiving a refund even though I have never stayed one night there. I've been called the guest services and they referred me to my online reservation saying that numerous pop-up informed me that this was a no cancellation. Even in their own information that they sent to my email it indicated that if I didn't stay I would be charged one night not to lose all of my money. They are thieves there were no pop ups I went online the next day we went through the entire process took screenshots to prove that there were no pop up indicating that you could not cancel. When you go to the website it indicates free cancellation do not believe it they are liars and thieves. Of course I am disputing the charges through my bank to get my money back beware do not book anything online with extended stay ever.

Terrific price and great accommodations! Especially if you plan to stay more than one night and you don't want to spend extra $ on dining out! There's a full kitchen with a oven, kitchen sink, cupboards, microwave and fridge and freezer. It feels like a home away from home. But much cleaner.

The lady up front was a polite little blond cutie. The room was clean. The Wi-Fi is so-so. The maid never showed up the next day to change towels or make the beds. There are no ice machines on the premises.

Clean, well furnished, quiet. Friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again.

UNSAFE! This hotel does not have cameras. Our car got broken into. The front desk was not helpful. It was like this happens all the time. Ooooo so why not get cameras!?! The police officer even said yup this place does not have cameras. Unsafe, unsafe. Save your money. I have never had my car broken into before at a hotel. Last few business trips, I stayed with the Ramada and the Hyatt in Minneapolis area.

Never coming back to this hotel ever. I don't know how there extended stay are but this one ruins it all for business. The first floor smells. I never been to a place that smelled so bad. Then I was supposed to get a standard room with a bathtub. I didn't get that. I go stuck in the accessibility room. I have a daughter. She don't take showers she take baths. When I went up there to switch it out. Alexandria, from the front desk told me that they was all booked up and that was the only room and priceline was the one that picked the room. (Anyone that ever book hotels from priceline knows that priceline only book hotels not the room. The front desk picks out the rooms) I end up staying for 2 days. That wasn't the worst part of my night. After calling corporate on the whole issue because of the screw up that they did. Front desk had the police knock at my door and said that there was two men in my room that was not registered. Um. Excuse me. It's only me and my daughter. I end up asking the where he got the information from. He told me the front desk told him that information. The next day was okay but I was to irritated to even enjoy the place after what Alexandria did. If you feel that you need something booked right and have the job done correctly. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The place itself is nice, but the staff was rude. My father was working in the lobby early in the morning and asked the dude at the front desk about coffee, and the dude said annoyingly that there was coffee makers in the rooms. My dad didn't want to wake me or my mother, so he had to go to a nearby gas station to get coffee. Later on, my dad was working in another chair, out of the front desks view, and overheard the same guy bad mouthing him to another customer! How rude! And my father was right there! We won't be returning.
