Been going for at least 11 years. Staff always friendly and accompanying. Breakfast is the best.

We been here plenty of times so friendly staff here quiet and they have an exercise room and pool,

I messed up my reservation dates. Called the hotel and they easily fixed it for me. Great staff. Good breakfast. Great location. Absolutely no noise from inside or out. Love it!

Check in was a breeze (thanks, Marco! ) The hotel was clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained with plenty of clean towels available. There was complementary coffee, tea, and fresh fruit in the lobby. This place has the best showers and very comfortable beds. I'll stay here again!

This is a wonderful place to just get away and relax. The rooms and staff are very nice.

Beautiful room and very comfy bed. Great breakfast! We were stuck in the cities during a blizzard and no food deliveries were available. The front desk called our room and had baked pizza and cookies for all the guests.

We have a family of five and are frequent travellers. We stayed two nights. The staff here were so friendly and eager to help. There was a leak they notified of us of in the room above us so they moved us but gave us treats and 10, 000 rewards points for the inconvenience. The breakfast bar was immaculately clean and well kept. The lady worked very hard keeping things stocked and well maintained and was friendly. We've done a million breakfast bars in a million hotels, but this one gets an A+! Clean rooms. Pool temperature was nice.

Great staff & great hotel. Always stay here no matter where I am working in the area. It is worth the drive. It is also located close to a selection of restaurants which makes the stay a bit easier.

Had to kill some Japanese beetles by the window when I got into my room and found a bug graveyard in the sill. The guest services manager was very friendly and moved me to a fireplace suite… where the fireplace didn't work and the paint was chipping. This place is serviceable for a quick business trip and the staff was very courteous, but it's hard to give a recommendation for someone to stay there.

Staying here for 5 nights for business. Found bed bugs on my first night as I was tucked in for bed right next to my head on the pillow… Went to the front desk with a picture. The night receptionist was excellent and moved me to a fireplace suite on a different floor. He also gave me money to do my laundry which was a nice touch. Though I did have to stay up late to do all my laundry and still had work in the morning to go to. I appreciated how hotel staff responded, but would really have rather my room not had bed bugs.

Stayed overnight twice (two different weekends in December 2017), and couldn't have been more pleased. This isn't your super-trendy HIE that looks like it was thrown up yesterday, but an older, more substantial location. This means that though it's right off I-94 (easily seen from the window), the rooms are wonderfully quiet. Combine that with stellar housekeeping (friendly staff too) and a wonderful bed, and you have all you really need. (Not that it isn't nice to have updated decor, fridge/microwave/coffee-maker/kitchenette, and a hot breakfast with frequent replenishment as well…) If you're into shopping Woodbury Lakes and Tamarack Village are literally blocks down the road, and there are dozens of restaurants in the neighborhood. There is easy access to all of the Twin Cities area as well, as you're less than a minute away from the Woodbury exit to/from I-94. This is easily the best place I've stayed on my many trips to the twin cities area. Glad I found it!

I'm a big fan of the IHG brand. I stayed here with my family while visiting the area and we enjoyed it. The kids loved the pool, as usual. The breakfast was nice. The staff was probably the best. Some staff are always there to help because they seem to be hovering around at all time. This staff was extremely helpful, but not intrusive. They just seemed to be perceptive. We normally don't stay this fat from the cities, but it would be worth it from time to time.

The rooms were very comfortable and well laid out. The staff was very polite and helpful. Good time overall.

The rooms are nice and the service is great. They are also located right next to a fantastic restaurant called Ray J's.

Provided everything you shpuld expect. The continental breakfast was better than others I've had before.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was a nice size and clean, He whirlpool tub in our room was a nice size to fit both of us and was very relaxing. The bed was also very comfortable! We had a very nice stay!

While it was not a super expensive hotel, the staff were incredibly nice and enjoyable to talk to!

Breakfast buffet changes slightly each day. Bagels and donuts are fresh and warm cinnamon rolls. The staff are all very friendly.

Rooms were clean, but lots of hallway noise came through the door. Also trying to book a small wedding block was made much harder than it needed to be, poor communication from the management.

This hotel does a lot of things right and goes the extra mile to stand out from the rest in their category. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful and almost everyone greets you or passes you in the hallway with a smile. Check-in was a smooth process and guest services made sure that I was aware of their rewards program. The room was clean and nicely decorated and there were mints on my nightstand and an envelope for tipping housekeeping on the desk. There are nice Bath & Body toiletries and they go beyond providing the standard soap, shampoo/conditioner and lotion and provide a shower cap, make-up remover and some other grooming items. The beds, pillows and chairs are comfortable and there is an in-room microwave and refrigerator, and plenty of outlets in ideal places. I appreciated having both Keurig coffee and tea in my room. The internet service is fast when it works, but my session kept dropping. I called their internet support a couple of times, but could have called them several more considering the frequency and magnitude of the issue. The morning breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options (plenty of healthy choices too), and the best in the area. Throughout the day there is coffee, tea, lemon water and fruit available in the lobby area. There is an onsite swimming pool, fitness center and guest laundry. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants for dinner and there are places that we could have gone for shopping as well.

Cheaply built hotel, you can hear everything above you and around you! Room smelled like chemical air freshener, which was trying to cover the stench from the heating unit that set off our smoke alarm when I turned it on, I will never come back here. Edit: after leaving the window open all night the room finally aired out. Staff was apologetic over it, but the hollowness of the structure and the ability to hear everything leaves my conclusion the same.

Clean and staff was great. Welcoming. Central to everything. Perfect location. Easy access to I interstate.

Great service, very clean rooms. The breakfast is on par with most breakfasts. Coffee was above average for hotels.

Stay somewhere else. The Wi-Fi here is so bad none of my devices (iPhone 6s, latest iPad Air, and my MacBook Pro) refused to stay connected. Also, they have a contract so that you get charged $4 a night if you have a device that needs help connecting to the network. I'm a spire elite IHG member and have never stayed in a holiday inn express that was so awful Waste of money.

I met at friend who was staying there in the bar for some drinks. Karaoke was happening and it was entertaining. Server was efficient and nice.

We went to check out this hotel for an event. We would have booked over 20 rooms and a meeting space. The front desk person was VERY rude. We asked to see the meeting room and she told us we couldn't look at it. She was not friendly at all and seemed to not want our business. We took our business elsewhere and decided to book our event at the Hilton in Oakdale instead. Terrible customer service.

Clean rooms, nice pool, great free breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Great price and value. Enough said, we will be back. Thank you. One weird issue was housekeeping knocking at 8:30 am trying to clean our room and get us to check out. It was a little fishy as the guy did not know what time check out was when I asked him.

Beds are uncomfortable but the hotel is very nice and has accommodating amenities.

Room 140. I got in and turned on the hot tub and a hair wad came out of the Jets and floated past me. The Internet is incredibly slow. Streaming Plex, Netflix or Hulu is completely out of the questions. Other hotels in the area I've stayed in have an ethernet port so if you bring your own ethernet cable, you get speeds capable of Plex, Netflix or Hulu. This place does not. Breakfast had a very good variety.

Pretty nice hotel. Modern rooms, modest pool and a hot tub. They also had free Apple cider which was pretty sweet.

It was at the Holiday Inn Express in Woodbury, MN. We had one room with two queen beds. They had a great breakfast and Wi-Fi. We didn't really use or have any other service while we were there.
