Horrible customer service. Horrible place in general. Do not stay here.
We got to this location roughly 45 minutes before check in and were told there were no rooms ready. That was fine, we were early. We just drove around and came back at check in. At checkin time, 3pm, the front desk told us to hold on, someone was "updating the system". Then went to check us in and said nothing would be ready for 45 minutes. So now we're sitting and waiting in the lobby for a room. We had somewhere to be at 4pm, had planned to have time to get ready and take a quick nap. Not even friendly or an apology or any attempt to make it right. Hopefully the rooms are at least decent, but we'll see. Since sitting here for 40 minutes now, we’ve watched roughly 10 checkins while we sit. My husband went back and said we’d take ANY type of room. They said “we can’t do that”. Still not in a room, 1 hour after checkin. We are now officially late for the party we are going to. Checking in at 4:10. Btw, my husband had to wait in line.

Staff is rude and appear to smoke Marijuana in the vicinity of the pool area during the day. Faucet didn’t turn off in room, noisy rooms, I originally called to book two nights and they charged me for three because I did not formally check out. This place was in a questionable area with lots of garbage outside. You could lose your car in the potholes in the entrance. You can’t make much sense of what is the front of the hotel either since it faces I94 with about ten feet to drive around the front. Appears the placement of the building was an accident. Also appears to be attached to an “office building” that resembles a prison. Don’t stay here it’s bad.
