The front desk staff and security were amazing. I felt so welcome here.

Not what we expected at all. No amenities. No continental breakfast. No access to skywalk. No information given for things that were either closed or unavailable when reservations made. Bar opened for a few hours and only on weekends. No pictures on room walls or hallways. No vending machines, only at front desk. Overall, not worth the room rate!

It’s a nice hotel. But the customer service is horrible my room is a little small and the “nice TV” in my room doesn’t work. Told me Friday night. And Saturday some would be by to look at it/fix it. Here I am Sunday night. With my kids with No working TV that I’m paying for. I personally think I got ripped off. Plus having to pay to park across the street because you have no room in your ramp that doesn’t look safe to park in at all…. Just very disappointed overall with my stay here…

All of the amenities were closed. Room rates should be lowered significantly because of the Meth Heads hanging around the property. I want a refund!

Rude staff. Dirty hotel. You will get yelled at any time you go outside. They tried to tell us our stay wasn’t booked correctly and tried to charge us $140 a night when it’s listed on the website for $58 a night. All amenities are shut down. Broken AC. No microwaves. The fridge smelled horrid. And there was either blood or feces smeared on the shower curtain. This hotel is a scam and sadly I will never return again. I would not stay there especially if you have women or children with you. Dangerous and uncomfortable. Nobody should have to prop a hotel door open with a fan to bring in air from the HALLWAY to get the room to a normal temperature. I want my money back.

I stayed there in October. I payed between $70-90 as night. Several items were missing from my room. The front desk staff was incredibly dismissive and rude. In didn't feel safe in the lobby. Other then the manager, who was the only nice person there, it was a bad experience. In realize covid brings more stress. No excuse.

The room was comfortable and nice but the parking garage looks rusted, broke down and very small Weird, homeless people hangs out outside the hotel begging and some hotel guest was weird Somebody asked me was I a dancer or a stripper which im not.

We had our wedding here on September 21st, 2019. The staff that we worked with from catering to lodging were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When we checked in for the weekend, we had outstanding service with getting all our belongings out of our cars and up to the 14th floor. We decided to have a quick lunch with cocktails, in which Kyle the bartender took care of our tab, so generous! The day of, Mark was informative and helpful making sure things were running smoothly and that we were staying close to our timeline. We had our ceremony in the dome which it was cooled down for our guests and looked stunning with minimal decor. My husband and I along with our guests raved about how delicious our meals were! We went with chicken, steak and a pasta entree. Staff were attentive, quick and kind to everyone. Our bartenders for the night were amazing and so friendly to our guests!

Edit to my following comments** **Since our less than perfect stay at this hotel the management has made good on the whole ordeal. They acknowledged my complaint and made good on all of the issues I brought up… and they did it within a few hours of our checkout. The management has clearly shown that they care about their customers and that they will go out of their way to make things right. I applaud Millennium Hotels for their handling of my complaint, and I look forward to giving them a second chance. While our stay was less than ideal, the Management response was fast and incredibly satisfactory. I still applaud Millennium for their social responsibility and look forward to staying at their property in the future. ** From the moment we checked in we knew something was off… the receptionist acknowledged our reservation and then said “We have a two person per room policy, so if you have friends who want rooms, send them down and don’t let them stay in your room. ” We thought that was odd for a “Four Star” hotel… We figured it out later. The hotel is offering rooms to the homeless during the Covid pandemic. That’s not a problem. Not at all. My girlfriend and I are all for social responsibility. We’d have been ABSOLUTELY okay with that and STILL would have booked our reservation with that knowledge. What bothered us the most was that we were harassed by hotel security EVERY time that we walked into the building.

They can improve by providing better customer service. Me and my wife are trying to cancel and get a refund for our stay that we paid for or at a minimum be able to reschedule due to the current coronavirus pandemic. I would never recommend this chain to any of my friends or family due to their inability to understand current circumstances.

For the price and location, I'd come back. Except for the scarey and overpriced parking, I would recommend it. I'd say 3/5 stars.

Do not try and go here. Disgusting management and creepy “regulars “ who try and buy you without consideration that you’re a hotel patron… do not try and stay here alone because you’re not safe and staff members literally do not care. This didn’t provide a safe space and I’d testify against o that… please stay safe against the hotel and the men at this bar I was almost assaulted and notified management and staff. Not one person cares about my safety.

The staff is RUDE. Their cancellation policy is bait and switch at its finest! They gave a deadline and then magically, had a different deadline. This hotel is TRASH!

I called and spoke with a manager named Wolfgang who helped me set up a surprise for my honey that is staying there over his birthday. He did a fantastic job and was very willing to help. The customer service is 5 stars.

The room waa clean and comfy! The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice fitness center and indoor pool. I enjoyed the breakfast and the hospitality of Ms. Cordelia! Loved the view from the Dome! And it has access to the skyway!

Beautiful atmosphere with beautiful hosts. Located in a area that gives you access to the surrounding area where there is so much to do!

I very rarely leave a negative review (and I don’t think I’ve ever left one for a hotel), but our stay here was marred by a number of distinct poor experiences. The room’s Internet didn’t work — it wasn’t even hooked up. It took a couple hours talking to their internet vendor and having their engineer come up to the room (props to him, he was nice) to get it working. Annoying, but ok, not worth a negative review. But then later that day as we exited the room, one of their st…aff was screaming (no exaggeration) at another staff member in a threatening way for at least a few minutes. It was off-putting to say the least. He saw us as we headed to the elevator, then continued to scream. We reported this to the front desk, but I’ve no idea what happened. Not all of the outlets in our room worked (my straightener wouldn’t work in the bathroom). We parked in the garage for a few nights and then discovered something had dripped on our vehicle and etched a large section of paint. We parked at our own risk, of course, but come on. Would not recommend this place AT ALL. Very disappointed.

It was the worst experience of my life. I will never stay there again. Friday — we get there and they charged us a higher rate than what was quoted. We did get that figured out. Then around midnight the fire alarms go off on the 3rd floor. We all evacuate and get told it is a false alarm because a sprinkler head came off in the lobby and the steam from it cause the alarm on the 3rd floor. We get the all clear to go back to our rooms around 12:30-1am. Saturday — completely exha…usted from the night before and having to be up so early for our cheer competition. We go to bed early only to be woken again at 12:45 lam to the fire alarms going off on the 3rd floor. They only went off briefly this time but there was a lot of commotion in the hall. I go out there to find other parents saying there was 2 men in our floor with stacks of key cards to the rooms trying to get into the rooms with our kids. I go down to the lobby to be told they kicked one of them out but couldn’t find the second person. The fire department comes in and says that a pipe burst in the parking garage cause the alarms to go off, which they went off two more times while the fire department was there. The cops finally show up and tell us to go back to our rooms and they will look for the other guy. The only positive thing about the hotel was they did refund the room charges for the weekend.

My hubby and I stayed Feb. 1 to attend a concert at the Target Center. Scott assisted us in getting transportation to/from the Target Center. He was absolutely amazing. Our entire experience was awesome. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Had our wedding in the Glass Dome! Fantastic staff, great food and flawless prediction.

Abass our host in the Club Lounge took very good care of us. He was attentive and welcoming, highly suggest if you stay to pay the little extra for this wonderful service and hope Abass is there! Stayed 11/4-11/7/2018

I have reached out to this hotel numerous times before booking to ask a simple question about late check out. They won't answer the phone. It rings endlessly. What hotel doesn't answer the phone or have an answering service? I've tried on different days at different times.

Seemed like a upscale hotel from the outside but the room we got was very small. Advertised as a "supreme king" room, the bed was large and that was the only "supreme" thing about it. The heating and cooling register was very old and noisy, the view was all parking lot, and the bathroom was small. However the staff were kind and it was easy to navigate around the floors.

We needed an inexpensive one night stay close to the Twins game. The Millennium Hotel is a nice place to stay nearby. Staff was friendly, the rooms are clean, and bathrooms had nice space for two to get ready. The beds were a bit hard for mine and my husband's liking but after a full evening at the game we fell right to sleep. Hallways were quiet. Parking was the most challenging. Some of it is roped off and maneuvering through the tight turns and getting out were tough. There is a nice lobby area with comfy chairs and a decent bar space.

Great hotel. Clean rooms and close to downtown venues. The front desk people could be a little more friendly and helpful. The two working the desk were like robots.

We had a great time here. The room was a great size and very clean. All staff we crossed paths with were incredibly nice and really added value to our stay. The location is great and we were able to walk to all the areas we were interested in seeing. Great price, great location, great staff! We already talked about staying here again next time we are in the area.

I stayed for 4 nights in late July and I've had better rooms elsewhere. The view was pretty good. The shower had standing water while showering, the central air unit sounded like it was working too hard to keep the room cool. The room never got below 68 degrees, the noise the ac unit made was too loud to have on while in the room, especially sleeping. There is no hot tub but there was a small pool and sauna on the lower lobby level. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Great hotel. Lots of amenities like a pool and a workout room. The breakfast that we got in our booking is really good, however breakfast is not included in all bookings. Really nice location and the hotel is connected with the skyway system. However I wish the parking were free. Overall, nice room and nice hotel.

Great location in Southwest downtown. Just across from Orchestra Hall, and just a 10-minute walk from Target Center. The room we had was a good size, clean, and well-stocked with all the things one could want in a mid-range hotel. The service was great. Upon learning it was my birthday, the house gave my wife and I free appetizers at the bar!

This is a wonderfully updated hotel in downtown Minneapolis. The rooms are spacious and the food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious. However, the service is what puts this hotel over the top. I have never experienced more exceptional service from a hotel before — they do everything in their power to ensure your stay is comfortable and you are well taken care of. Even if the hotel were lesser quality (though I find it to be top notch), I would stay here for again for the service alone!

Clean Facility and definitely more upscale. Charges upon charges definitely boost your bill, but that is to be expected. Definitely going to look around more the next time I visit to find a simpler hotel, especially since we weren't interested in anything within walking distance. Tis life!

Location was excellent! There are many great places to eat and drink within walking distance. My friend had a wedding there and it was beautiful, and the service was fantastic. Our room was big and clean.

It was a fine hotel. Slightly dated but we enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance of the convention center and quite a few restaurants. Staff at the hotel bar/restaurant seemed inconvenienced by us asking any questions besides what we were ordering. Because of that we never ordered food.

Shows on the map different from where it actually is, found it since the directions to the place are correct. Some scammer from a dating site had me go here & THEN tells me "do you have a hookup badge? " new thing is a "verification" site that steals your CC info. Don't ever go to a site to verify w/ your CC or send your ID to someone you never met, I didn't. Also these are almost always guys, don't pick up the phone & have the default voicemail.

Beautiful hotel inside and out, the design is superb connecting it to a skyway to get across the street or go to other nearby buildings. The rook service is insanely fast and easy to contact, the staff is humorous and are good with people. The only complaint I have is their parking, it gets insanely complicated to park in the parking ramp and it blocks up a lot of traffic.

Good location & accommodations. Rooms were nice. The parking was easy. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay, room was nice and clean, no bugs or anything like that, okay so after we unpacked, spread our bags and other stuff out, including purchases, it was a little small, but we had a nice big bed and the bathtub had a plug (Last nice hotel we stayed at didn't lol), and maybe it was just a bit chilly at night. The location was great (we attended the convention across the street), we would stay there again. Special thanks to the staff, especially Wolfgang, who made sure we got my driver's license back after I lost it somewhere in the hotel. We really appreciated all the help.

This hotel is THE ONE TO GO TO! If you get a chance to stay at the Millennium Hotel do so. It is worth every cent. Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL and that is saying the world because I am not easily pleased. The rooms were very clean and the staff very attentive from maintenance to housekeeping. From front desk to upper management. They truly care about their guest and want to make sure your stay is the best they can give. I AM RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL, they truly have you covered.

Second time at this hotel. Still nothing but good things to say about it. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will come back to stay when we can. Great service and the suites are some of the best me and my wife have stayed at.

My daughter and I had flown in from Kansas early Saturday morning, and when we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that our reservation was cancelled through a 3rd party. Christopher, who welcomed us with a smile at the front desk was the first person we encountered and called Anita, who was a very kind lady who put forth the effort to make sure we had a room for our 3 nights. Not only did she go above and beyond, she was extremely pleasant through the entire encounter. She also upgraded our room. All I have to say is employees can make you or break you, and I give Christopher and Anita 5 stars. Thank you.

Location is great and was not too busy. Rooms were pretty good, although didn't have a microwave which was surprising. Service was good as I always had the do not disturb sign on the door and they never came in. Only had 3 elevators and one of them was broken on the last day. I had to take the stairs a couple times.

We had a great experience, we requested two rooms that would be joining, when we went to check in they could not fill our request for the joining rooms. Due to first come first serve, we had 3 adults and 4 children, Anita the front office manager stepped in to help us out. She knew I was not happy not having my children far away in a separate room. She up gradded our one room to a suite and no extra coast so our kids would have more room, so we could be right next to each other, since that's all the had left to accommodate all of us.

Awesome service changed my room to a better view for no extra cost! Room service was excellent and staff was awesome! I well be coming back for sure thank you millennium!

Nice place to stay. Parking was easy. Rooms maybe a little dry. Staff was good. On site restaurant was very quite each night we were there. Front entrance revolving door.

The front desk staff is very welcoming, there warm welcoming smiles make it feel like home. They are very accommodating with the willingness to make happen what you've requested upon. It's nice to see the old world Hospitality still alive, the vibe throughout the entire stay was warm and happy. You could feel and see if upon all the guests.

Scott the Bell Man was awesome, so helpful! That was the last of the helpfulness though. No remote for the tv, call to get one and waited 25 minutes. Went to front desk to get one and they had to call to have one delivered — took 5 minutes so that was the way to go. Room was cold overnight eventhough we set the thermostat at 78 it only got up to 72 — quite a breeze coming in the window. When checking out asked for a cart for our stuff and was told a Bell Man would bring it because they are a full service hotel and there would be liability if I did it myself. Well, evidently Scott wasn’t on shift because I ended up taking 3 trips to bring our stuff out to the car and when I told the guy at the front desk about this issue (keep in mind he was the same one I asked for the cart that made a big deal of them being a full service hotel) he said for too 748? NO, I told him 758! Then with no eye contact says “sorry about that”. I’m sorry too, we’ll likely find a different hotel downtown Minneapolis next time we have an event to attend there! Only reason this was 3 stars instead of 1 is our first encounter with Scott.

To be nice, I'll give 4 stars. I've been nicer hotels, I've been to worse. Millennium is a tough hotel to review, because there's some strange feign shui about this place I can't put my finger on. It's nice… but not nice enough for its presentation. It's convenient, but not convenient enough for its location, the staff is good, but not good enough for the price. However, it's a generally good hotel. The experience wasn't bad, I slept fine, but I'm not sure I'd ever come back. The 4 star rating is because they did nothing wrong to warrant a bad review. So the assessment is based on my overall experience staying in hotels.

Nice hotel. The rooms are clean and some what up to date. You can tell that there is quite a bit of wear on them. The breakfast was limited and did not stand out. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Location to other restaurants was nice as well. Would recommend this hotel.

Five star prices for a two star experience. They leave a large bottle of water in your room and charge you $5 if you use it. The food is ridiculously overpriced, there is not even a microwave in the room. The mini fridge is worse than hotels I've stayed at for half the price. Parking was extremely sketchy. If you like views of parking lots and apartment buildings then your in luck. The only redeeming quality of my stay was the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Was not made aware of the $75/night security deposit till I was checking in. They don't even have a free continental breakfast. Room was adequate but the heat/ A/C was very loud. Luckily I'm used to noises so it did not affect my sleep.

Clean hotel and excellent staff. We hosted an even here and had a wonderful experience. Catering and front desk were especially wonderful. The food was some of the best conference food we have ever experienced. Highly recommend for events!

We had a fantastic stay. We were 20 minutes of a walk or less from the Target Center, which is why we were in town, and 10 minutes from the restaurant of our choice. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. My husband and I loved our corner room. It was spacious and had a pretty view. Clearly Millennium was designed with comfort and style in mind.

Was there attending a training in one of the ballrooms. Refreshments and snacks were good and the lunch we ate in house was excellent. Would recommend to others for similar events. No idea about the rooms but was happy with what I was there for.

Hotel that used to cater business people but I think it's a little bit aged now, and more families and others visiting Minn. And the convention center across the street. The accommodations were fine. What made me not give them 5 stars: 1) nobody there could give us useful information on tours of the city… "Google it" shouldn't be the hotel's response. 2) Room service leaving towels all over our room and bathroom floor and forgetting to give us new cups. 3) A/C was super noisy all night long.

Just left the place an hour ago and will never stay here again. The lady who checked us in made us feel poor because we have prepaid cards not a bank card or credit card. I have a prepaid card for my work. The AC didn't work and I was never told about the 75 hold on your card. The room was too small. The beds weren't even queen. What the heck. We paid for parking and had a hard time finding a place to work. I will never stay here again.

Good drinks, nice bar tender, but horrible bar layout for getting together for drinks. Not a bad restaurant layout, but didn't eat. Definitely not a place to meet for drinks… even if you're staying there, I'd probably go elsewhere.

The hotel room is very nice and I have been pleased with that aspect. No complaints about the actual facility itself. The food, however, is terrible. Not only is the food not good at all but it's also crazy expensive. A pizza (that tasted like a $2 frozen supermarket pizza with cardboard crust and wax cheese) and a chocolate lava cake (that was dry and chewy) with scoop of ice cream (over frozen with ice crystals) and three raspberries (they looked about a week old dried out and unappetizing) was $40. No joke. Don't bother spending your money on food here! What a disappointment.

This was my first stay at a Millennium hotel outside the UK so I already had an expectation of it being a decent experience. This hotel didn't let me down. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. They even let me check in at 9:30 in the morning. My room accomodations were modern and clean. The room service pizza was pretty good too. I was staying for an event going on at the Hyatt across the street. It's pretty convenient that there is a sky bridge between the two hotels and pretty much everything else in downtown Minneapolis. I'll certainly keep staying at Millennium properties in the future.

Small bed, bathroom toilet water kept running off and on all night. Nice enough for quick stopover but not really worth the nightly rate.

I need a last minute room — late, on a Friday night, and the staff at Millennium was more than accommodating. I got a great rate and beautiful room — everything was perfect.

Convient to the convention center.

I was charged an extra $95.04 without being told upon arrival. Booked through hotwire and was charged through them and the hotel. Wasnt made aware of this charge until I found out through the bank. What a horrible company to not only do this but to act like ots my fault and I should be ok with having to wait for my credit. Bullshit!

Fully prepaid 3 night reservation, still had to put $75 deposit — be forewarned. No shuttle service, no snacks in club lounge as stated, air conditioner did not work very well and was loud. Beds were full size, not double or queen. Parking was impossible to get to so we ended up parking across the street after circling the hotel four times. North 45 is being renovated & cramped right now, and frankly, food is not worth the price given area options. Adding more insults to injury — I was double-billed for the two beers I had to buy from the Club lounge (most useless upgrade I have ever wasted money on). AND discovered when I tried to leave the area that my debit card had been frozen due to "suspicious international activity". Thanks a LOT! I had no idea I was going to be charged an (additional) international fee for booking this hotel though their website! Most lobby staff were very nice. But will never stay here again. Seriously, for the same price there are better choices.

My new husband and I stayed here for night 3 of our honeymoon. Out of all the hotels we stayed at this one was his favorite! Parking was a little tricky to figure out and we had to call the guest service desk. The room was pretty and the view of the city was spectacular.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We loved the location. We were within walking distance of anywhere we needed to go. My only complaint was for the price we paid I felt the rooms could have been in a little better condition, ex: chipped paint and marks on the wall. But otherwise we had a very good experience!

We arrived at the hotel well before check-in time (11:00) and room was not available. COMPLETELY understandable. At 12:30 we checked bags in order to walk for lunch and shop — told our room was nearly ready. Fast-forward 2 hours later (25 minutes prior to stated check-in) and the room is still not ready. When I inquired if there was anything that could be done to get our room bumped up on the cleaning list I was told is was already on the list and there were only 2 — 3 more rooms IN FRONT OF OURS. Mind you, this is now nearly 3 hours later and nearly every other person that has arrived since we did has gotten their room already. The lack of interest in making an attempt to speed things along could not have been more obvious. We waited in the very cold make-shift lounge area and froze due to a construction project. I have stayed here many times before and this is the most disappointing experience I have ever had here. There is not even an option on their website for "Contact Us" to send commentary directly. I will think long and hard before coming back here when there are many other options in the neighborhood.

Great location allows easy walking access to a lot of popular downtown places. Nothing is free. No free breakfast. Paid $12 for a simple, 2 muffin, 2 juice breakfast. We paid more for a nicer room and what we paid for wasn't anything special. Nice staff, ok room, but expensive.

Nice hotel. However, Not so nice room atmosphere. Room was somewhat small, the bathroom door slides but never shuts for privacy. But the worst thing was the heat in the room. It can NEVER be adjusted and you CAN't turn it off. Also it rattled all night long, loud. Didn't really sleep because of it. Pool was very nice. So points to that. But that room air conditioner? You can do better.

Room was clean and spacious. The room service was prompt and courteous, though they didn't call out the tip already included in the dinner bill so I over-tipped. The food was good, not great. Was disappointed with the toiletries provided as the shampoo didn't really foam, the conditioner was the consistency of water and didn't condition and the body soap was very drying.

This hotel is clean and quiet with comfortable rooms. However, it is EXTREMELY expensive and would not be my first choice when we come back to Minneapolis. The room was fine, standard hotel fare, but smaller than other hotels we've stayed at in the area. You can't use a luggage cart yourself — "full service" hotel, so you must use a bell hop. Very nice folks, but of course you have to tip them. Internet is $10 per day. Parking is $18 per day. Everything is much more expensive than our usual hotel when we come here (Hilton) but everywhere was booked solid and this was the only place we could get in. I did not feel there was anything "extra special" that justified the extra cost. Nothing was horribly wrong. All convention center area hotels were full, including this one and it was still very quiet for sleeping which is a plus. Still, all in all, not worth the extra expense if I'd have had a choice.

The staff was incredibly professional and courteous, I especially loved the breakfast crew! Everything was beautiful and clean. I wish there had been a hot tub, but the sauna was lovely.

Our front desk attendant Wolfgang was the best service staff I have ever had. We had made our reservation incorrectly and he was able to fix everything and make our stay wonderful. Will stay again! 10/10

Let me start by saying the operations staff is the real gem of this hotel. But, as with any business, the staff reflects the flaws of the management who run this hotel. Let me be blunt — this place is terribly managed. Ever since it was remodeled a few years ago this hotel's management managed to alienate and push out all of the most experienced folks out. The turnover at this place has become a real issue. Most of the tenured people who have been there for many years, have either quit or walked out due to the mismanagement. As with all issues, these issues come from the top and trickle down. There is no leadership from the general manager guiding departments. You have a Hotel who is hurting for money and the new GM thinks he deserves a new office, a conference room. A room that was previously sold to other groups. The GM doesn't come in and figure out how the hotel operates, he doesn't pull in the experienced crew and get a run down of the operations. He just counts beans and thinks he can make changes on the fly without regard to how the changes affect real world processes. Then you have a few directors under him who are just as horrible. How many chef's and restaurant staff does a hotel need to go through? They've had 3-4 chefs since the reopening and countless other servers, bartenders and restaurant manager who recently walked out on them.

I had accidently left my 13 thousand dollar Rolex watch in one of their rooms and every time I call to get it back they give me the run around that their director of operations isn't there and he is the only one that can open the safe. This has been going on for over a week now! When I finally called really upset today about the fact that they wouldn't give me my watch back, I kept asking to speak with the manager who of course wasn't available so I kept calling, finally a hotel rep talked to me about the situation relaing messages back and forth between the manager and I (how professional) stating there was nothing they could do. When I told them I was going to file a police report he told me to go ahead and do that and hung up on me. Needless to say I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general, department of commerce as well as having my attorney look into this as well. HORRIBLE hotel and customer service, I will go out of my way to relay this message to anyone and everyone!

Rooms are nice. Space is quite generous. Nice location. Lots of places to eat and connected to convention center by a skywalk.

You have a very welcoming bartender named Kathy that made it very enjoyable. So far very pleased with all staff specially with it being thanksgiving as all would rather be with family! Rooms are nice.

Good location, generally nice accommodations, and a nice food menu. However, a few things happened during our stay that I couldn't overlook… I took students to a conference and this was one of the hotels listed near the convention center. I needed to pay for a few of the students' lodging and be reimbursed, but other students had enough savings to pay out of pocket and do their own reimbursements. I signed an authorization form that showed the names of the 3 students I would pay for upon check out. When I returned back to work, I saw that the hotel had charged me for all 8 students' lodging costs! It was a very large amount that I did not authorize. One of our students also had bedbugs in her room and ended up with bites. The hotel did pay for the cost of a new suitcase and washed her clothes. However, they ended up putting the washed clothes back in the room with the bedbugs! The student also said the washed laundry smelled like it had not been washed, but we can't know for sure. The bathroom in my hotel room also had a funny smell like old water. The printer in the lobby was broken. My colleague was using it and realized that the same person had been signed in for hours. She let the staff know, and we are wondering if someone got charged for all of that computer use time. One last thing… there are lights around the bathroom mirrors that make your eyes look like they have square pupils. Creeeeepy. The front desk staff was quite nice, though.

Horrible customer service! Drove 6 hrs on business to check in during the evening. Card didn't work. Slept in my car because of this. Called bank in the AM the bank had to manually allow the funds to be pre authorized for some reason. Hotel still wanted me to pay for the night they made me sleep in my car because something was not right with their system or my banks system. Worst experience ever. Treated me like I was a piece of dog crap. I will never go back and will never travel without cash again in my life.

I was there for a company training event and although I didn't stay in a room, I was impressed with the the professionalism of the staff and how nice everyone was. Very clean venue and delicious breakfast catering.

I liked the location and the actual price of the room ($200 for 3 days 2 nights over labor day weekend for a king superior room (single king) ). However, it was significantly less fancy than pictures looked, much more holiday inn than I expected. Pros: walking distance to a lot of stuff, and fairly easy to get to, bed was comfy. Cons: Wi-Fi is $10 a day, they have no free amenities, told me they were putting a $75 hold on my card (paid for the room in advance) but they actually put a $300 hold on my card (checked out 3 days ago and still has not come back either), $18/day to park in their garage, a/c in our room didn't work, bathroom was an absolute closet, they sent us up in the service elevator, and service people were in the guest elevator. No free breakfast either, but again walking distance to restaurants so not a huge deal. Overrall, I'd choose a different place next time, I was not very impressed with this hotel.

It was nice, modern. It was clean. The location is excellent. The staff was friendly and competent. Free Wi-Fi. We didn't have any issues checking in or out. But considering how much we paid for the room, they nickel-and-dimed us for everything. I can understand this for some things, like the mini bar in the room. Yet I could have stayed at Super 8 for half the rate and gotten a free complimentary breakfast that would be equal to the fair offered at the Millennium. So overall, a fine experience, but nothing extra-ordinary for the price.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Parked my brand new truck in the attached parking garage about 20 feet from the hotel enterance. After the first night my truck windows were smashed and truck was broken into. Truck was 20feet from the parking attendent booth in which they have a person on duty 24/7. In questioning the attendent seen nor heard nothing. Very dissapointed. Hotel staff and manager was very unwilling to help me find any details let alone help me pay for a brand new window or give me a discount on the $1000 I just spent to stay there for 2 nights. 2 stars would not stay there again.

Stayed here for a Student Veterinary Conference, and had some confusion and mis-communication with our group about the reservations, but Anita and Anabel were extremely helpful! They helped us to work out a solution and were very kind and understanding about the situation and our frustration. They didn't take the frustration personally, something I'm glad for since it wasn't directed at them at all! Fabulous front desk guest service, they really went above and beyond, and the rooms were very comfortable as well.

Not a fan at all! The check-in was horrible. One person behind the front desk and a line of customers trying to check in. Then the printer did not work. After finally checking in, I needed to do some work on my pc. Spent 30 minutes with a 1 800 IT group trying to get online. I travel at least 4 times a month for business and never have I had trouble getting online at a hotel. They never solved it. But I still got charged for the daily fee. The gym sucks! No bikes ; only stairs. No exercise balls. No weight machines. Very lame. Oh yea. I also came into a room that was 74 degrees and I could not adjust the heat. Housekeeping manager came up twice and still could not get it to corrected to the desired temperature of 68. So they turned the heat off and opened the window a bit. Mind you. This is March 17th! They recently renovated this hotel and it looks good but the staff is still not all together. Also, it is kind of on the edge of what I consider to be a shady area. Particularly in the evening. Even though on Nicollet Mall, it is not in the midst of the stores and restaurants. I guess its convenient if you are going to be at the Convention Center.

Wolfgang was awesome to my family. We were dealing with a family emergency at Abbott Northwestern with no end in sight and I got my mom to finally agree at 3am to try to get some sleep. Wolfgang was not only pleasant but he went out of his way to take care of my mom like she was family. I am extremely grateful and can't say enough wonderful things. For the sorry the hours we were here, the staff was amazing, the facility is gorgeous. Breakfast is completely off the charts. Thank you staff, please book your room here, they are amazing.

I stayed here for a conference and we very disappointed. The first night I froze so the next night I called to have them look at the problem. I learned that they have a limit to the amount of heat you can turn on in your room, so the temp never gets past 69 in your room – ridiculous. I like my room warm – especially when the temps at –50 wind chill! So, they adjusted the heat the next night so that I could adjust it higher, but that broke it! I woke up sweating with my room temp at 80 degrees – not kidding! I thought I was in a sauna and there was no way to turn it off. Engineering was gone but the front desk person came up to help and there was no way to turn it down or off – it was now broken. So, at midnight I was moved to another room. I was given a suite, which was nice, but an inconvenience at midnight. I woke up in the morning to take a nice hot shower since my room was not super warm again, but no hot water – only luke warm! I guess they adjust their water too! The group I was traveling with had the same experience with their room temps so we were all frozen! I got no comp – not even a free water – for my inconvenience. The rooms are nice, but with no heat or hot water, who cares if they were nice! I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
