I have never got worst service in my life. I’m in the industry you first recieve me with a it’s too early then don’t even check when I come back 6 hrs later and say there’s no rooms ready! Really! At 2pm! No rooms ready! Guys need better management!

I just never knew this hotel had such good services. I was wasting my money and time in a hotel that is poorly maintained. I am very much pleased and my experience is beyond description.

I am surprised this hotel is a marriot. Upon packing up and doing my check to make sure we didn't leave anything behind I found a coke bottle cap and crushed cup under the bed which weren't from us. The elevator sounded like it was going to give out at any second. The hot tub was closed from the anoka county health department. And when I made the reservation I requested a crib or pack and play. When I arrived there wasn't one in the room so I called down to inquire about this and was informed they don't have "any of those things. "

The premises are well maintained. The breakfast was pretty standard and needed to be restocked as it was crowded and food ran out quickly. The TV allowed you to connect to your own streaming service, which was nice.

Very dated but clean. Good comfortable beds and crisp clean linens. Bath / shower bases are down right dangerously slippery. Need mats or new grit in tubs. Good breakfast. Staff are polite and helpful. Over priced for this one I'm afraid.

This was the first hotel to work perfectly for me ever since I started having my trips to this area. Breakfast was nice with more than enough options to choose from. Thanks for the great service!

I have been staying at Fairfield for years with work and they are fine. Breakfast could be better but they are always well located and kept clean. Staff is friendly and always willing to help.

This location is great. Spacious clean rooms and great breakfast. Friendly staff and they are very affordable.

I really loved my room. I loved the color and decor. The pillows and blankets were cozy. I'd suggest feather box spring too but all in all I slept good. I felt it was real clean too.

We've been staying at this Fairfield Inn when we visit my mom for the past decade. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The rooms have always been clean and well maintained. The hotel has been updated several times since we started staying here. The breakfast is good; the standard Marriott fare.

This was my second time staying with them & I absolutely loved it! The staff is incredibly amazing and the rooms are so spacious! I will be back soon! Loves it!

Stayed for a week for business and the staff was absolutely amazing! Every time I left and returned I was greeted with a genuine greeting. Breakfast was delicious and always stocked. The housekeeping staff even organized my toiletries for me (no I didn't ask them to do this).

The location is half hidden. There is a main entrance and a secondary that is not entry. It is parking for the hospital that is winged. Enter through the entrance that has the sign of Fairfield Inn. The rooms Esan spacious and clean. The rooms on the first floor have a roof higher than those on the second floor. The service was fine although the second time I stayed I had trouble with Priceline but they encargsron everything. Good Hotel!

The place is very cool but their prices are high but worth the quality you get. I would recommend.

The hotel is located in a very peaceful environment. Very friendly staff and modern amenities. The rooms are also very clean. It was a great stay.

I was assigned to room 109. It was so bright with the spot light they have shining on the window I couldn't sleep. There are no blackout curtains. I've attached a picture taken at 3am. Everything else about the room and staff were great, but if you can't sleep at the hotel, what's the point?

Nice and clean. I gave it 4 stars because my wife had to call while at the front desk to get someone to the front desk. Some of the tile in the pool area is also broken. Other than that it was good.

Overall, I think we had a good visit. The bed was soft and clean. However, the room was loud. It was probably the fault of the room above us, but we were prevented from sleeping and had a tough time because of the noise. The breakfast was unexpectedly good, a very pleasant meal and dining atmosphere.

Rooms are what you'd expect. There is no fitness room though, you have to go across the street to The Y which you can get passes for at the front desk if you ask. Overall I can't complain.

Online check-in was very efficient and smooth. I was assigned the exact room location I preferred. A goodie bag with bottled water and some snacks was a nice addition. Room was cleaned on time every day. Overall a stay that met every expectation for a very reasonable price.

Hot tub is bad. Not very hot and the jets are weak. Breakfast is sub par. Very pleasant front desk service and breakfast crew.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's an easy place to stay for a short weekend getaway.
