Under renovation so had a brand new room, very nice. Decent location. Would stay again.

Under construction at the moment. Only one washer and dryer. Small indoor pool. Rooms cleaned daily.

The hotel staff were kind and efficient. The room looked very nice and newly remodeled! Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, but still good. Overall, a great stay.

It's a good place to stay near to restaurant and mall but the place definitely needs some repairs since theres no electrical plugs near to the bed, the internet doesn't work. To. Well and. The same for the TV, the personnel are kind and went to my room a couple. Times to. Fix the problems but this hotel it only works if you plan only to arrive ready for bed, otherwise you need to have patience.

New renovations! We are staying in a newly renovated room on the 4th floor tonight. It’s fresh and clean and smells new. The bathroom is also fresh and new. The front desk staff was friendly when we checked in. The pool room is spacious with nice seating. Breakfast starts at 6:30 Saturday morning, which is really nice for early risers. Parking is easy and close to the front door. Wi-Fi is free. All in all, it’s a great place to stay. This will be my second stay at this particular hotel and I’ll be back in the future.

Excellent continental breakfast. Pool area was good also.

Stayed here several times and enjoy the rooms and free breakfast.

Great stay! Tori at the front desk was amazing! He even called us to see if our room was satisfactory. That is great customer service! Room was clean and quiet and the bed was heaven, I slept great. I will definitely stay here again.

Simplicity at it's best. No bells & whistles but we've stayed here three times & it's always clean, a quiet place to sleep, & the customer service is top notch.

One of my favorite places to stay, they always treat me super, everything has been great even with the remodeling going on and it's looking good!

Sarah was the one who checked us in and assisted us during most of our stay. She went above and beyond the call of duty which made us feel like valued guests. The abundance and variety of breakfast food items was a nice surprise. I also noticed that the food items were constantly refilled and everything was kept very clean during the breakfast hours. We loved our stay here!

Great service, great location, clean rooms, great breakfast.

So I stayed at this place for approximately 4 nights during a business trip. I can say right off the bat, if you have any form of technical job that requires a consistent internet connection and generally OK speeds look else where. The internet connectivity is alright (130Mbits) however the bandwidth allocated to each connected device is dismal at best. In a profession that may require the use of remote connections, setting up and monitoring virtual severs or anything that would require a decent speed this is going to be a painful stay. I mesured a simple driver download at 380KB/s which is laughably slow, and nearly unusable when most people today are utilizing internet to watch and consume media. So, in short regarding the internet, if you expect to have any ability to resolve any minor issues you may have on your devices, if you may need to connect to a remote system due to on-call status or anything as I mentioned above, this is not going to be the correct place for you until they bring their internet service into the modern space — I am not asking for gigabit internet per dwelling, but a consistent 4-5 megabit would not be to much to ask for. Everything else is as you would expect it, decent beds, clean rooms, aging AC units, OK breakfast, Good TV, and Excellent Staff — Unfortunately none of this makes up for having to eat through my entire LTE allowance (including all of my roll over reserve).

Perfectly average hotel. AC unit is a bit dated, TV is exceptional. Exactly what you would expect for a Holiday Inn Express.

Staff are very nice and helpful. There is a lot of options for the complimentary breakfast and what I had was good. There is a lot to do and good options for food.

Great location close to a mall and lots of restaurants. The staff is amazing and very friendly and the amenities are outstanding. However, the rooms are pretty out of date. The carpet is a bit older and dingy.

Quick, easy check-in and out. Rooms were decent. The pool area is very plain, almost institutional. Very small and felt very closed in. The complimentary breakfast was great!

If I could give zero stars I would, because I was applying to this hotel an the front desk staff by the name of Nichole was making some very inappropriate comments an gestures to another associate while I was waiting in the lobby for the owner. I had them emailed the owner Roshan, who would not apologizes for anything the staff had done or the way they had acted. I suggest you find a different place to work or stay because if they don't care about what is going on with their employees an the impression they are leaving on people what else do they not care about? When Nichole emailed me today about wanting to set up an interview an I had let her know that I was already their for an interview an that I was looking to try and get in touch with corporate, an was informed that it is a privately owned business with a rude sigh an tone of voice. She then asked why or what my issues were because Roshan is the owner so I had told her I am declining the position due to her being inappropriate with another associate at the front counter. She, nichole, had decied to tell me oh okay then, and hangs up on me. Because of the rudeness and inappropriate behavior with staff I find it hard that they treat their guest with being appropriate.

Standard holiday inn express. Rooms were clean, staff was kind. No complaints.

I stayed here for a business trip. Good experience. Clean room and a decent breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

Location is nice. There are a few places nearby to grab a bite to eat or get drinks, but not a huge selection.

Go somewhere else! I have been a loyal Holiday Inn customer but will never come back here again.

Stayed here back in August for work. No issues at all with my stay. I do have to say they had the best breakfast bar out of any hotel that I've ever stayed at. Saved me from having to stop at the gas station before work. If any of my co-workers ever have to stay on the north side of Minneapolis I'd have no problem recommending the Holiday Inn Express location in Coon Rapids. Matt H.

This hotel is horrible. Rude, dirty, bad service and not worth the price! Never coming back.

Was woken up early from phone call from friend in room # 302 letting me know he just found BED BUGS in his bed. My room seemed o. K. If you dont count the PILL I found on the floor which I flushed… housekeeping is not part of this hotels priority.
