Nice place, Nice pool, Great place to stay! Nice free breakfast, awesome clean indoor pool, with fantastic spa for the Adults. Will stay here again!

Room is nice but front desk guy was rather rude. Waited a long time for him to show up—rang bell many times, housekeeping personnel didn’t know where he was. When he arrived I told him I’d been waiting a long time. No response, no apology, cold mechanical check-in. I’d had a bad day, and was disgusted to not even get a simple smile and “Sorry. ” Courtesy costs nothing, but this hotel is apparently too cheap to invest in it.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service by the OWNER Jess Desanto. No wonder employees don't want to work here and customers don't want to stay at this location. Appalling people skills.

Great room and great price. The pool room is very clean and well maintained and for a hotel, it is a good size. Rooms are comfy. Love the fridge and microwave feature in the room. Staff was polite and helpful. I will stay again!

I stay here all the time. Free Breakfast, staff is always accomadating. Not the Ritz, but for the price the rooms are reasonable.

Caught people having sex in the sauna. They were very nice people.

Access to the hotel is easy. It looks like it's an older hotel, but the rooms appear to have been remodeled. Our room included a microwave and mini fridge. The breakfast was pretty basic, and the hot food was barely warm.

We used the pool for our son's birthday. We had two hours of pool time to ourselves. The pool and hot tub seemed clean and the staff was courteous.

The lobby area is nice and clean.

They have beds to sleep in and a functional sauna to relax in. Significantly better than crashing on a friend's couch.

The room interior was beautifully furnished, and the lobby decor and exterior doesn't really give a sense of how nice the rooms inside are. I was there on business and it was a reasonable price. I mostly used it as a place to sleep, going into Minneapolis during the day, so I don't have much to comment on, say, the breakfast accommodations. If business takes me to Coon Rapids again, I would be perfectly happy staying there again.

Good room, bad service. Price is very reasonable and the room was very quiet and restful. No problems with the cleanliness. However, I walked down to the breakfast area 30 mins before their advertised closing time, only to find it completely empty, except a couple pastries and pieces of fruit. Requested 2 bath towels and a roll of toilet paper be brought up to our room, 2 hours later nothing had arrived and when I called down again I was told the lady who took my call must have forgotten, and it would be quicker if I just came down and picked them up. Also, TV is dated and slow to function properly and the refrigerator is small and oddly shaped, difficult to fix basic items into, such as boxes of leftover from a restaurant.

I stayed here for a work trip — I've stayed at the Best Western next door, and that is much better for only a little more. I could hear people through the wall next door, the heater sounds like a truck when it starts up, and I could smell smoke wafting in from a room down the hall. I had reserved a king bed room, but they said they didn't have any when I arrived — real classy.

I stayed here for a wedding, only because several other wedding participants were staying and there was a shuttle to the wedding. To sum up: for the price of this hotel (about $120 a night), it is NOT what I expected. I have stayed at many a $50-$60 a night hotel that was equal to or better than this hotel. To elaborate: Rooms were small, bathroom mirror area dimly lit, beds were old and creaky. There is NO IN ROOM internet, despite what their site says. Though the hotel right next door had it and I could see their signal but not sign on. BTW that hotel looked much nicer! There is one ancient, tiny monitored computer in the lobby to be shared by all, and no option to print. The pool area. TINY pool, could not have been more than about 15 by 30 feet, and hottub a little older and water-stained. I was disappointed and did not even bother to swim. However, the hotel was clean. You could smell smoke but not too much. The cleaning staff and the breakfast bar lady were cheerful and polite, and the rooms were quiet as advertised. Walls do seem to be insulated, HOWEVER you can hear through the door very well. I heard every knock on neighbors doors, doors slamming up and down the hallway and it kept startling me because I would think it was my own door. I heard from another guest who was disturbed by this, and she said it was housekeeping. At 11pm. : — ( The nearby Dennys was pretty good, however.
