Disgusting hotel! Everything about this place is dirty. Stay away!

BEWARE! This is the WORST, UNSAFE, RUNDOWN hotel and it only gets worsel! We booked for a wedding. The party booked a block of rooms in April 2021 for an August 2022 wedding. We were sold on the fact they had a Shuttle. In fact it is in our signed contract! It is still stated online, and its still in the book in every hotel room! They are still selling the fact they have a shuttle. THEY HAVEN'T OFFERED A SHUTTLE IN OVER 2 YEARS! They are intentionally lying to people to get business. The wedding was not at this hotel and after having drinks we would NEED a shuttle service. It was our selling point. The front desk people and the sales manager are RUDE and you will get nowhere complaining, they do NOT care and will give you attitude! They started vaccuming outside our doors by 8am when checkout is at 12pm. And they use the oldest loudest vaccume still in existence. It woke several of us up in several different rooms. They knocked on our door to clean it on checkout day by 9:30am when we hadn't checked out. When we got there we were welcomed by about 10 homeless people hanging out in the parking lot, and several large red signs saying they are not responsible for items left in your vehicle and to park at your own risk. There is a large homeless camp just a few blocks away. The elevators barely work and make you feel like this one might be your last. The carpets are old, buckled, and worn out. There is litter and trash everywhere!

Our room wasn't clean, crumbs all over the floor, loud, outdated and totally not worth the price. Definitely will not be back. Worst hotel we've stayed at in the Duluth area. I will totally spend $50 more a night to stay at the inn in superior. This hotel is trash.

It’s not a terrible place to stay. There are a few positive things. Free parking & decent location. The negative things would be they definitely need to fully redo this whole building, not just new wallpaper and fixtures. NEEDS A FULL RENOVATION! Also small rooms and the elevators are TERRIBLE! I was taking the stairs each time to and from the 3rd floor. I know they are going to say that they will fix them, but if you look at old reviews, the elevator has been and still is a problem! For Duluth, Do better Radisson!

We stayed there last weekend and the rooms were over priced, the ac quit working in one of the rooms, the bedding was dirty in one of the rooms, and the elevators sounded like they were ready to give out at any time. On the plus side, the view was great, the showers were amazing, and the ac got fixed in a timely matter. The hotel definitely needs updating.

Bed Bugs! My wife and I stayed in room 1504 on May 7th, 2022 and were bit up all over the lower half of our bodies by something (we strongly suspect bed bugs) We informed the management and asked for a refund. The hotel manager Jordan Dols refused to provide a refund or any support because they couldn't find any bugs in the room. Never mind these things could come from any adjacent room nearby. He only bothered to inspect our room and chose to gaslight us into thinking this was something we picked up ourselves. There were no insect bites on our bodies before we went to bed that evening. We informed the MN department of public health. Hopefully they'll conduct their own inspection. 🕷

Complainants from people yesterday and today: (1) heat not working in 2 rooms (2) phone not working (3) 4 people got stuck in an elevator (4) buffet food was room temperature (5) our room and 2 others only had 1/2 roll of TP!

Not good HR process for people centered employment.

Horrible stay. Mold all over the bathroom. Disgusting. Breakfast was included in our stay but not offered till 9am. In all my many travels I have never seen a breakfast not offered till 9am. Dogs barking incessantly but they couldn’t figure out the room. Horrible guest services.

Do not make a reservation at this hotel. I will tell you why.
Dirty outdated front entry and dingy!
Rooms not sanitized. Photos with dust so thick on the trim boards were evident they had not sanitized in month's. Only 1 antiquated box to use for electrical source and 1 of the 3 didn't work. A person can not even plug in their cell phone from either nightstand. Had to plug in to the "box" across the room. Vanity sink floor dirty. 1st morning the Keurig wouldn't work, tried to call the front desk, rang over 25 X's no answer, tried calling again, no answer. Saw the front desk person walking up and down the front walk smoking. Mind you this is at 5:45AM. Finally got dressed went down to see if there was coffee in the lobby and he said no that is why they provide the Keurig's in the room. I explained that I had been trying to call him for 15 min with no success and his response that he was out walking the perimeter of the bldg that they are required to do. I said, "no you weren't you were out walking up and down the front walk smoking". I requested a Keurig be brought up, he said when someone could cover for him. Funny he didn't need anyone to cover for him to go out and smoke for 15 min. GEEEZ!
That evening after a very long day was looking forward in grabbing a bite to eat in the rooftop restaurant. I get in the elevator, press the "R" with no response to that button to go to the restaurant.

The JJ Astor and bowery pub were excellent… hotel over priced over rated. No fish coffee or fruit in lobby dirty rooms. Single ply toilet paper cmon man. Not for these rates. No housekeeping services on multiple day stays? don't tell me covid either. Plenty if hotels with more personal touches and services that continued through out… qill never stay again…

Rooms were discusting dirty doors dirty everything even pool but the workers were awesome.

Our room was pretty dirty and very small for the price we paid. It was supposed to be a fun get away with me & my fiancé away from baby for a day but instead we left the hotel to do other things because of this. Also, we waited OVER an hour and a half for our food when there was only 1 other table. The server was great, but the wait was not something we thought we’d have to deal with. I also emailed them about this almost 2 weeks ago & still haven’t heard anything back. Won’t be staying here again.

Got a nice Priceline deal, $140/night, which is probably closer to it’s value than the $220-30/night listed, but all of the places in Duluth are really overpriced. Room was clean, but small, a few things needed repair/replacing. Beds were comfy, nice view from the 10th floor.

Paid for a full service hotel that had no food Mon and Tue. Would have been nice if they had mentioned this when we made reservations. Room wasn't very clean, had to ask for a hair dryer, ice machine was broken so had to go to another floor for ice AND only one elevator car was operational so had to wait forever for it to get there! Definitely a HUGE disappointment. Would not recommend.

This place is a joke and should be reported for health and safety violations and ultimately ripping people off. Shameful.

This hotel was in a great location. The grounds were very clean. And the room was very very clean.

Misty at the front desk is very friendly and is willing to get us anything we need!

No public bathroom rude counter people.

Upon check in we waited in a line for 50 minutes. There was no parking spots left at 4:30pm. Our room had one bath towel and no shampoo, conditioner or soap. The shuttle that ran every half hour you needed a reservation for to get to Bentleyville. Was disappointed. When frustrations were shared the front desk was not friendly or helpful.

I had a lovely stay. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The views are spectacular. The JJ Astor revolving restaurant was classy and the staff is professional and friendly. The food was delicious. I recommend this as a place to stay. A hop, skip and a jump from Cansl Park. I will be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Close the bar in the basement or get a better bartender. Someone who will treat tourists cordially. We really had a bad experience in July with the heavyset bartender. He was very rude.

Room was poorly maintained! Air conditioner didn’t work at all, and was extremely noisy! The pictures are from around the window. Obvious they don’t care about the rooms and how they look. The only positive was the restaurant on the top floor. The view is great and the food is decent. One of the last rotating restaurants.

Amazing food in the restaurant! Our server Kyle were absolutely a delight, and the food was absolutely amazing, a perfect way to end our 26th wedding anniversary.
I highly recommend for everyone.

Stayed at Radisson for a wedding last Friday and Saturday. We were awakened at 4:45am on Sunday morning with water dripping from the ceiling on us in our bed! Also water running from ceiling down the wall on other side of room and down the windows! Contacted front desk and told them what was happening and wanted a different room. We were told there were no extra rooms available. They brought up a bucket to put on the bed. By this time the bedding and pillows were all soaked and there were puddles in the bed! We were not offered any dry pillows or bedding. We had no where else to go so just had to deal with it. At check out they offered us $150 off and I said I wanted the whole night and taxes off the bill, which they did. I think they should give a full refund for the whole stay! And I voiced this in my survey of our stay. Heavy thunderstorms were moving through but still should not be leaking like this They apologized for what happened and said they are replacing the windows. But we said that doesn’t explain the ceiling leaking across the room onto the bed! We were in 507 which leads to tower rooms so there is a fire door from main hotel right outside the room door! Every time someone came through that door it slammed shut and it happened all hours of day and night. The rooms are not very sound proof can hear people close by running shower, blow dryer and using the bathroom! The place is old and needs some updating. The elevator is so slow it is unbelievable.

It will be two years this November. Myself and all of my wedding Party can’t thank you enough for the amount of fun we had. The presidential suite was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend it for any couples wanting to treat themselves. The views of the harbor are even better.

We visited the restaurant and its amazing the service is wonderful, delicious food and the view is breathtaking.

The staff are wonderful. They have gone out of their way to make sure our stay is perfect.

Wow! What great views of Duluth … and Lake Superior. Modern asymmetrical rooms add to the charm of this iconic hotel with the rotating restaurant on high. Great sunsets and sunrises ~ and great times at the Cabin Fever Festival late March.

Family friendly! Dog friendly! Nice clean building and rooms.

Went there on family vacation/ Bowling tournaments. We got 2 rooms and both televisions didn’t work they fixed it the next day. In the the other room we had it smelled really bad and there was a glob of hair all over the pillow case and let staff know that was gross.
Also we went to pool and hot tub started acting up and water shooting everywhere.
And boy went to sauna and they they seen a cockroaches and they told security guy and he said it’s been an on going thing.
Heard lots of complaints when we where there.
And to top it off in the parking ramp there was a rat running in the parking ramp which that parts outside so I understand that.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was ok, though when I dropped my earring behind the dresser, we realized how dirty it really was. The toilet paper is like sand paper. The pool and sauna were awesome! I wish the hot tub was bigger, but it was clean. We didn't encounter a lot of staff, and since it was our anniversary a little extra perk would have been nice, but all in all it was a good stay.

Bathroom was barely stocked. Vending machines did not accept the bills posted on them. Tried to have a romantic dinner one evening. Despite us being one of the few customers left and plenty of room to space us out. They chose to sit a family with small and rambunctious children right next to us. The duck was served to us raw, had to be sent back and cooked further. The view was nice though.

This place is really cool, but things need to be updated… The price of the food is expensive but the staff and the "Revolving Restaurant" is really nice! When I walked out of the elevator I was astonished at the view of the place and the Revolving Restaurant. I would say if I were if I were the designing director at the Radisson Hotel, I would make a lot of things really cool. Super neat, our server named, Cindy thought it was kind of a special occasion, so she said that she would get us Desert on the house! I came with my grandma and she talked to Cindy, while I was in the restroom. Cindy also informed us it takes 72 minutes to get around the entire thing!

Location is great for Duluth. This hotel is located near the city's hub and best attractions. The building is definitely showing its age. Rooms feel like a mix of the old, and the fairly recently remodeled. The rooms were quiet, but parts of the rooms really were rough. We were there for a wedding and was an excellent site.

The location is fantastic but there isn’t enough parking so other vehicles park illegally and nearly block to get in and out. Thankfully we don’t have a larger suv or we would have never made it through the tight areas. Staff is not super friendly. Parts of the hotel have been updated but the elevators need to be replaced. At times we had to wait 5 minutes (no joke) for an elevator to arrive. And I’ll warn you the elevator doors hesitate to open and are jerky when stopping at floors. The conditions of the elevators are the worst I’ve ever seen and I reason I probably wouldn’t book here again.

Room was fine. View of the harbor was great. Restaurant up top was fantastic, as was our bartender. However, check-in process was pretty awful and the hotel is in need of updating. We were initially given a room that someone was still staying in. We walked in and could have walked out with all of their belongings… We talked to another guest who had the exact same thing happen on their check in. Hotel staff didn't seem too concerned and made no offer or gesture to apologize for the issue. Didn't instill much confidence in them or the brand. If you can, stay at a different hotel. But, go by and have a drink or meal in the restaurant!

I liked this hotel! The room was lakeside and had a wonderful view! The room was clean and the beds comfy! I thought the price of the room was reasonable. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on top. The view was amazing but the food was just ok. Not worth the price!

This is a run-down hotel. We checked in and water was pouring in from the window because of a recent rain, the rooms were dirty, everything was super old. You might expect me to give it a 1-star rating, but I didn't because the people were amazingly nice and helpful. Check-in was fast, the bartenders were nice, and everything was pleasant. But, seriously, so old and run-down.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was very unfriendly. They wouldn't even crack a smile or say hello to you when you pass by. Terrible customer service. I went to the top of the hotel, the JJ Astor, for dinner my first night there. The maitre d seated me in the lounge because they were too lazy to clean off a table. They sat me at a table in the lounge that was so low to the ground it would have been ridiculous trying to eat there. I saw a bit of a higher table next to me and asked if I could be switched. The bartender was obviously overwhelmed between watching the bar and watching the lounge. I ordered a steak for dinner and when it arrived it was so tough and marbley that I couldn't even cut into it with a steak knife. I had it sent back in which seemed to frustrate the bartender. The second steak was not much better than the first. The service was awful. However you can't deny the beautiful view from up there. They didn't even give me a discount on my meal which I think is in poor customer service considering how bad the first steak I had was. Finding parking was next to Impossible as the lot was always full and it was difficult getting into the hotel because of all of the road construction. The front desk staff definitely needs a lesson in customer service. They were rude and unprofessional. I walk with a cane. When I checked in I asked if someone could assist me in bringing my luggage to my room.

The people were very nice. The bed was very good. Decent shower. The room was a bit dated, and the common areas are sorely in need of an update. There wasn't a comfortable chair in the room. The parking was problematic. When we returned to the hotel after supper, finding a parking spot was extremely difficult. All things considered, it was a good stay, but not great.

Small elevators for as big as place is. Super slow to get around with only 2 elevators. Was lots of drunk people there when I had my daughter around. Parking a nightmare. Limited spots. Parking too spread out. Make sure if you have a truck its smaller then 6 ft if you try park under the ramp. Beds were comfy and pillows also. Room size ok with 3 people two big beds.

Pros: Rooms were modern and well kept. Nice AC and nice view. Access to swimming pool hot pool. Close enough to walk to canal park (15-20 minutes). Con: two elevators for the whole building that was slow. Swimming pool area is small so go after 10 when it is adult only.

I stayed here during my trip back home to Duluth, Minnesota, my hometown. The Radisson is an Awesome place for Families or if you want to just have some R and R, like I did. Great Room's, Staff was Excellent, the Food, Two on site restaurants, one is on Top Floor of Hotel, it slowly Revolves around for Excellent Views of the Harbor and Lake Superior. Indoor Heated Pool, Hot Tube, Sauna and an Elevator to get Wheelchairs and or Disabled People who can't climb stairs. I Highly recommend The Radisson.

My husband and I often eat on top of the Radisson and we have always loved the food and the atmosphere. The service has always been excellent with a staff that is personable, friendly, and prompt. The food is a bit pricey but that is to be expected with quality. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is because of the mode of transportation up to the restaurant… the elevators are ridiculously slow taking up to 20 minutes to even be able to get into the elevator. I recommend arriving early in order to make reservations on time due to the slow elevators.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My 3 Chihuahuas were allowed which was a plus, with only a $25 deposit! Room was clean, linens too. Food was good as well. Plenty of parking. Pool was awesome for the kids. Great hotel that doesn't disappoint. Thank you for helping all the great people from Wisconsin who were evacuated due to Huskie refinery explosion!

Stay away from this hotel! They don't fix/maintain the elevators. They do not work. I got stuck in one for half an hour, and the staff ''didn't hear" the alarm. Only after I had called emergency numbers did they answer. Also, they can't clean the rooms; hair on the pillows, used Band-Aids and toenail clippings were found in the bathroom and behind the bed in the rooms. And that's after they "cleaned"! They do offer a shuttle service, but it runs late, even after calling 3 times in an hour. Hard to tell if the management is stupid or the people are just incompetent, but either way, never stay at the Radisson!

Great view! Loved the rotating restaurant at the top floor! Absolutely had a blast staying here! The free shuttle service is top notch! Can't wait to come back there!

I've stayed in this hotel twice now. The first time was good. Clean room, and friendly staff. Their elevator situation however… very bad. The restaurant is amazing! So when visiting Duluth again my grand mother and I decided to stay here since last time went so well. We got in our room and it was FILTYH! Dirty refrigerator, hair in the tub, dirty toilet under the rim, water all over the mirror, definitely not vacuumed and all the surfaces were dirty with crumbs and sticky. We called the front desk and moved rooms, and the next one wasn't as dirty but was still bad. Toilet was dirty, mirror had water spots all over, hair in tub again and not vacuumed (there was a piece of popcorn next to the bed). Once we left, we left a note for housekeeping and told the front desk about how horrible it was. After returning home, my grandmother realized she forgot her kindle in the bedside table drawer. Our fault, not the hotels. BUT, after calling four times and no response my grandma decided to write a review and just buy a new kindle. A manager replied to one of her reviews saying that they did indeed talk to her and inform her that they never found it. That's a lie! I'm assuming they never found it because housekeeping is so horrible at their job and never check any of the drawers after guests leave. Never again will I go here (other than for the restaurant) and never again will I recommend it to anyone.

It is one of those hotels that sticks out in downtown Duluth and walking by it, I would assume most would imagine it must be pretty amazing to stay in. That's what I thought at first but amazing wouldn't be the word. Probably just good. Pros: The view we had was amazing. Our window faced towards the lake so seeing the city and lake first thing in the morning and last at night was gorgeous. The pool, hot tub, & sauna downstairs were really nice. The water was kept at a very nice temperature and the area was very clean. The hot tub was pretty small but its cleanliness made up for it. The spinning restaurant on top was neat as well. Lastly the staff were nice and helpful. Cons: The air conditioner in our room was loud. When it would start up, it would rattle and clang as if there was a person in there banging on the sides. It woke me up a few times throughout the night and I'm a pretty heavy sleeper. The water temperature kept fluctuating between cold and warm so that was weird. Also the room felt a little cramped but with just 2 people, it wasn't bad. For a Radisson hotel, it just didn't feel like it but I'm going to guess the building is older and it being a circular building, there's only so much you can upgrade.

The first thing we noticed was how quiet it was and our room was spacious and clean! We were going to Amsoil arena and it was an easy walk! Loved the rotating restaurant on the top. We would definitely stay here again!

So far so ehhh. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice and helpful getting us checked in. Once we got to the room (super cold) and still struggling to warm up an hour later. We settled into the pleasant 1970’s decor. The bed is a pretty sweet sleep number. Bathroom is clean, albeit disconcerting that there is quite a lot of rust in the tub and it doesn’t drain hardly at all… and last but not least even having a place to charge devices near the bedside would be helpful but virtually nonexistent. So, overall impression for the price? Not worth it. Apart from the bed I’d put the room on par with a motel 6…

We love the Duluth Radisson. We stay here for 5-6 days every year during the Deer Classic. It is so nice to have a restaurant in the hotel after a long day. The food has always been good. The rooms are clean and beds are nice! staff is great! The only reason they don't get 5 stars is the rooms are a little small, and the elevators were under repair which was a pain…

Really enjoyed the view of Duluth coupled with a nice romantic evening dinner with my girlfriend. Lived in Duluth for years but still a new experience seeing Duluth from a different view within the city. Great restaraunt and excellent service, highly recommended as one place you should visit in Duluth with your significant other.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds. If your room his facing the harbor or lake, you’ll have a great view. A point I consider neither good or bad:if you’re uncomfortable in oddly shaped rooms, you may want to avoid a room in the tower. Because it’s a cylindrical building the rooms are tapered. Three stars are because convenient parking is sparse if the hotel is fully booked. The immediately available parking garage is really old and tired looking as well. Additionally, room cleaners didn’t service my room and refresh the towels, sheets and most importantly, leave more coffee. Overall, for a $90 room I think the value was ok.

Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay in Duluth. We were there to go to Bentlyville and they offered a free shuttle bus and the driver was SO nice! The rooms were nice and had good decor. The bathrooms were a bit outdated and the beds were sleep number but didn't really seem to work. My only complaint is that they keep the rooms pretty cold so when you first get there it takes some time to warm up — not the best way to greet a hotel guest.

The body was perfect. The restaurant was so tasty. Return.

The day after my wife and I got married we had decided we would head to Duluth for a nights getaway. Already being exhausted from the wedding the night before we were looking forward to relaxing with a great view over lake Superior. Upon arriving we went to the front desk and came to find out our reservation was lost. A half hour later they found our reservation, but they were only able to give us 2 full size beds instead of a king. Any other given day this would have been okay with us, but being our mini-moon we were very disappointed. With that being said the restaurant on the top floor was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Amazing view of Duluth and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Duluth.

No breakfast, elevators are super slow, always a line to wait to use it. If you are going to stay here, maybe request a lower floor since you will end up walking half the time. We got lucky and were only on the 4th floor. (thank god because we had 3 little kids with us that ended up walking 4 flights of stairs each time the elevator never seemed to come to our floor) Pool and hot tub are fine, towels are hard to come by though, bring one down. There is a nice little area by the pool vending machines with brochures with local events going on. Closer parking is taken by 3pm every day, the bowling alley parking lot is fine, its just more of a walk. The best part about the Radisson is that its in a central location, you can walk to any event going on in the area. Not sure its worth the money that we spent to stay there… I don't know if id stay again. There are too many other options in the same area with better amenities.

Great location, very decent rooms. Our room was in the circular tower and it was very unique to be able to squeeze in (think triangular). Room was clean and quiet. Parking was free. Many of the rooms have a nice view of the harbor but ours looked at an uninteresting part of the hill and a parking structure. Fitness room is small but there was no waiting even on a Saturday morning.

Friendly staff, clean rooms/towels/sheets, great view. Plenty of lights and outlets, room temperature was comfortable. Wish the HDMI input was accessible on the television. The water didn't seem to get very hot in the shower, but was still warm enough. Parking was free and without hassle. Overall a good experience.

Hotel located downtown Duluth with great views of the lake. Parking is limited but they do have an overflow lot a block away. Hotel open early and until midnight for adults. Great staff.

Clean, quiet, upscale. Joe who is one of the shuttle drivers was awesome! We really enjoyed his sense of humor. Chandler at the front desk was very unpleasant and we avoided having to interact with her.

They are trying to dress up an old and outdated hotel. Mold by the ac unit, water damage all over the ceiling, just kind of disappointing all together. If you're paying $150 for this garbage, you might as well just spend another $50 and get a decent room. Almost forgot the worst part, the parking was across the street in the unsecured and unlit bowling parking lot. When you think Radisson, you generally think quality. This is not the case, we are actually debating paying the fee and just skipping the second night there all together. Just kidding I forgot one more thing. Windows are thin, have fun listening to all the drunk people outside till about 230. Update: We ended up just going home and didn't even bother staying there the second night.

Nice location near downtown and Bayfront. The room was pretty nice. A bit older bathroom. We weren't able to check in on time, which would have been fine but we had to get to a wedding. To be fair there was at least one event in town for the weekend.

I had a fabulous stay at the Raddison in Duluth. Due to overbooking our room type, they gave us a complimentary room upgrade to a much nicer room than we had originally booked. The facilities were beautiful and clean, and the staff were wonderful. The location is convenient and provides a great view! I would highly recommend a stay at the Radisson!

Our window faced towards the lake so seeing the city and lake first thing in the morning and last at night was gorgeous. The pool, hot tub, & sauna downstairs were really nice. The water was kept at a very nice temperature and the area was very clean. The hot tub was pretty small but its cleanliness made up for it. The spinning restaurant on top was neat as well. Lastly the staff were nice and helpful. Cons: The air conditioner in our room was loud. When it would start up, it would rattle and clang as if there was a person in there banging on the sides. It woke me up a few times throughout the night and I'm a pretty heavy sleeper. The water temperature kept fluctuating between cold and warm so that was weird. Also the room felt a little cramped but with just 2 people, it wasn't bad. For a Radisson hotel, it just didn't feel like it but I'm going to guess the building is older and it being a circular building, there's only so much you can upgrade. Still an enjoyable stay.

Check in and parking went well. Greeted by friendly staff, coffee and water. Went up to our room and upon entering we were happy about the room presentation. It was airy and bright with a view of the lake. Slept comfortably and no noticed noise from the halls. We would stay here again!

We ate at the revolving restaurant and the food was awesome! The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was that there was no air conditioning in the hallways. It was 85 degrees outside and very warm in the building.

Had a single room on the 11th floor, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only bad thing was the fire station across the street other than that room was very quiet. Hotel was within walking distance to DECC, Bayfront park and Canal park.

It's a nice hotel although it's showing its age. The room was as large as I had anticipated but in all it was comfy. I wish they served breakfast but it was a minor inconvenience since we were surrounded by many restaurants. The most attractive thing about this hotel was the rotating restaurant above the 15th storey which granted a pretty view to the city from all angles.

I've been working with these folks over the last year to host workshops and house clients; they've done a lot of renovating and a solid job of hiring good people to turn things around here. I've been pleased with the facilities and the personnel I've been exposed to here from 2015 to 2016, and I'm extremely optimistic that things are only going to get better here. On another note: the location is truly awesome, as are the views from most of the rooms, as well as the bar and restaurant on site. Once this new team manages to finish the updates to the facilities (which they're basically finished with), and establish a new approach from an operations standpoint, it'll be a return to this establishment's glory.

Loved my stay. Close to downtown, great food and great service. Rooms were clean and cozy with great decorators. Well done!

Took my wife here for her birthday because we thought the rotating restaurant in the top floor would have good views. It did. Unfortunately the food was terrible, as if the restaurant wasn't even trying anymore and had given up. I had the duck and it was dry and overdone, so too was way wife's pork, something that should not happen when ordering a $30 plate. The sides were given little thought and seemed to have been an afterthought and left under the heat lamp. We Ordered several drinks from their own menu that were worse prepared than if I had ordered them off menu from a dive bar. In particular, a cucumber cocktail came with pulped cucumber slices that looked to have been cut with a butter knife. I would never recommend this restaurant.

Great place to stay, house keeping did amazing just wasnt able to make the most of the ammenities in such a short time. Good deal for the money just wasnt blown away.

If I could have given it a zero I would have. I paid way too much for a suite that was supposed to fit five and it was supposed to have a separate area for entertainment. It was the smallest room I've ever stayed in it was 250 sq ft. Including a bathroom with was so small the sink was attached to the toilet and a small closest. There were two queen beds that filled the room… with a small desk and chair, and tv/ dresser. When I called the front desk, they stated it was because I bought from a discounted site and they are not held responsible. The only room bigger was the presidential suite. I was disgusted when they charged a roll away bed for $25 a piece. I only had four people stay; my husband, my sixteen year old and her boyfriend, which explains the roll away that didn't even fit! It was her sweet sixteen and golden birthday, then trying to make the best of our night we when to the hot tub and the bubbles didnt work worse hotel ever would never stay again ruining the Birthday so very disappointed. Name like the Radisson u expect more.

I would reccomend staying at this hotel specifically for the service of the staff, there was a small issue with the package that me and my girlfriend booked for valintines day and as soon as I spoke with the manager I believe his name was tristian, he squared the whole thing away, took part of our bill off because there was supposed to be an additional credit to jj astor the restuaraunt that is on top of the hotel (also extremmly recommended for a finer dining experince that isnt too pricey) so he took the extra amoubt off of ojr bill and also got us a reservation on an already booked out night (made the lady friend very happy) all in all a good experience, you will see us again in the summer.

Found this place on Priceline and I'm so glad we stayed here! Our room had an awesome view. The room was very nicely decorated. There was a flat screen TV, a mini Keurig, bottled waters, and the bed was super comfortable. The pool area was excellent and was open late. Overall very nice stay, well above expectations.

Nice hotel. Great view. Two elevators for 14 floors is not adequate. Badly needs updating. Rotating restaurant is beautiful but food is not worth the cost.
