Review of Radisson Hotel Duluth-Harborview 3*

Do not make a reservation at this hotel. I will tell you why.
Dirty outdated front entry and dingy!
Rooms not sanitized. Photos with dust so thick on the trim boards were evident they had not sanitized in month's. Only 1 antiquated box to use for electrical source and 1 of the 3 didn't work. A person can not even plug in their cell phone from either nightstand. Had to plug in to the "box" across the room. Vanity sink floor dirty. 1st morning the Keurig wouldn't work, tried to call the front desk, rang over 25 X's no answer, tried calling again, no answer. Saw the front desk person walking up and down the front walk smoking. Mind you this is at 5:45AM. Finally got dressed went down to see if there was coffee in the lobby and he said no that is why they provide the Keurig's in the room. I explained that I had been trying to call him for 15 min with no success and his response that he was out walking the perimeter of the bldg that they are required to do. I said, "no you weren't you were out walking up and down the front walk smoking". I requested a Keurig be brought up, he said when someone could cover for him. Funny he didn't need anyone to cover for him to go out and smoke for 15 min. GEEEZ!
That evening after a very long day was looking forward in grabbing a bite to eat in the rooftop restaurant. I get in the elevator, press the "R" with no response to that button to go to the restaurant. I took the elevator down to the Lobby/front desk and told the man I was having trouble getting to the restaurant. He said, "Oh no it is closed today". I said but the big signs in the elevator say that it is open at 6PM on Mondays, he said "nope not today". I asked well where can I get dinner. He shrugged his shoulders and said order out or there is a bowling alley down the street and then he looked down. I said ya know what I will never stay here again and will check out first thing tomorrow. He kept looking down and responded with, "that's fine". WOW!
Radisson really needs to get on top of this hotel with customer service, cleanliness to keep their customers safe, updating and amenity availability.
PS they don't have an avenue to post a revue on their website.
Good Luck Radisson this will take a chunk of working capital to make this happen.
