A real beauty. Great place to disfruatar of the sounds of nature, beautiful views, and the rooms extremely comfortable. I recommend room Heydi, which for my taste is the most beautiful. The pool is clean and the service spectacular. They are all so friendly. Luxury service!

Nice place right outside of town quite lots history on this Hacienda love this place.

Very nice property! Original construction in 1580, most recently renovated and opened for lodging and restaurant in 2012 by new owner. Small museum on the property with displays of various artifacts dating from the Spanish colonial era, lots of old clocks, and several old Surrey type buggies from the 19th century. There is also an old church on the property. There are hundreds of birds from at least a dozen species, including the turquoise-browned motmot nah older oriole, and of course the ubiquitous but always entertaining Mexican crackle (Quiscalus Mexicans). There is also a nice pool area outside the main castillo.

Incredible stay in April 2018. Very cosy & quite huge room with four poster bed. Very nice bathroom (bathtub/Jacuzzi not operating) Atypique venue, castle is like a museum to visit with its dining rooms, library, weapon room, etc. The parc is very well maintained. Staff is welcoming.

Unique, beautiful grounds, almost like staying in a museum! The Hacienda contains only about a dozen guest rooms, so it is quiet, not a high-touch resort. Restaurant closed at 4pm. Close to Ek Balam. Truly wonderful and memorable.

It is amazing this place, I loved it.

The Hacienda dates back to the 16th century and if you love history you will love to stay there. This place is beautiful and peaceful, perfect to relax. Customer service is excellent, all employees were super friendly and very helpful. Rooms were super clean. The restaurant on site has amazing food and great coffee. Perfect to stay there if you're visiting Chichen Itzá because it’s just 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Cancun airport and less than an hour from Chichen Itzá. I will definitely stay there again.

It is a very good place to stay to sleep, it has its own castle, it works like a museum, the rooms are very clean, comfort, good sign. Excellent service and accomodation!

Beautiful grounds on the site of a 16th century castle; the castle sits away from the rooms. Rooms are located in separate little structures; spacious; a mix of very nice and dated; very quite and peaceful; outside seating porch. Very reasonable price ($75). Restaurant located on the grounds served the best food we had while in the Yucatan; had late lunch and breakfast the next day. Easy freeway access, just outside Valladolid; located on the freeway frontage road.

Beautiful place, the main house/museum is gorgeous, the place and the rooms are very nice, the restaurant is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Highly recommend.

The hacienda is about 5 minutes away by car from Valladolid. This makes for a very pleasant and quiet location.
The property is from the colonial period, very well preserved and therefore absolutely worth seeing.
The rooms are very large, have everything you need, even a refrigerator. There is free Wi-Fi, two larger pools and a nice pool area for relaxing.
The place is very well suited to visit the neighbouring sights such as Ek Balam or Chitzen Itza.
The breakfast in the restaurant is also very good.
Only drawback, the restaurant is only open until 4 pm.

Beautiful hacienda-turned-hotel. Place of a lot of history. Well preserved.

Great atmosphere, very quiet touched us low season and had certain details with the staff so we gave it 4 but we hope to come back soon and change that rating to a 5 our honeymoon was Great in this place we recommend them.

It is the best option to stay in Valladolid is very close to Chichen. The hacienda is spectacular, the rooms are a literal fairy tale. Worth every peso paid in this hotel, super recommendable and I will certainly be back. Thank you for the excellent service!

Considered the first parcel in Yucatan, it is a historic place to visit.

The restaurant and bar in this hotel is fantastic I love going and sitting here anytime of the day, either for a drink or for breakfast and lunch the staff are amazing and very attentive and the scenery is stunning.

Outstanding property, mostly renovated with a beautiful castle and villas. The grounds are amazing and the pools are beautiful. Lots of history here and the service is fantastic. Very quiet too, we were the only ones here and it felt like we were the owners.
