Comfy spot near everything.

It’s very nice and it has very nice employees, and very nice rooms.

I would highly recommend it great place to lay over.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our Party of 17. From their shuttle drivers Steve and Kent, their great breakfast, the fabulous bartender Brian that even made us the Purple Rain Martini, the front desk staff thank you Donna Adams for having us all on the same floor.

This hotel canceled my confirmed room while I was stranded at the airport during a snowstorm. After they canceled my room, they said they would waive the cancellation fee… for THEIR mistake. However, they charged my credit card for the room. I have reached out to them twice with no resolution. Do NOT stay at this hotel. EXTREMELY poor customer service.

Very nice hotel. Felt very welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. Did not have to check in. Used cell phone to get into room. Love it.

Greg at the front desk was so kind and very accommodating. He called the shuttle to come back and get us instead of having us wait another hour. Tv was not working when we checked in, maintenance was there in minutes, it was a simple fix. Food at the restaurant in the lobby wasn’t the best and pricey but it did the job. Very clean, great customer service, updated rooms and close to the Mall and airport. Can’t beat it!

We came here on a family vacation. My first impressions were similar to my visit at a Holiday inn stay. Very simple, small rooms, small bathrooms, and finally an updated flat screen television. A couple things that I disliked was the dirty carpet and their squeaky mattresses. Overall, our stay here was relaxing and convenient. I don't think we will be returning to this particular hotel. Although, I think it was cheap and located close to several restaurants and other attractions.

Lots of people sitting around smoking at back door just as you come in with big cans full of cigarette butts and smelly water. Shady people hanging around the back door going in and out then up to the rooms etc. Made us feel uncomfortable. The indoor Pool has green stuff growing all around the edges and is EXTREMELY dirty! It looks like they never do a deep clean. Band-aids sitting poolside, Kleenex, rust, there were drops of blood near the toilet on the floor in the ladies room for 3 days in a row. The Chlorine smell is SO strong it gave us all headaches. Not sure if they have any vents at all. Elevator is often broken. I stay there when I come in town but may not if they don't clean it up.

Decent rooms. Pool is nice too. Fitness center is lacking in equipment, size, and cleanliness. Hallways have old, dated, stained, and peeling wallpaper. Room AC unit won't work properly so it was way too hot for our comfort. The staff was nice. I'd probably not stay there again.

Poor. Won't go back. When I booked the room I specifically asked if they had breakfast. They said yes. They have breakfast but it costs roughly $10 per person extra which they failed to tell me. Our TV remote was broke, AC didn't work right, light was broken, and to top it off there was a picture of a naked man stuck to the corner of the window. And the carpet was dirty and needing to be replaced. Not the friendliest restaurant staff. Very disappointed. Don't stay here.

Decent hotel and somewhat difficult to rate. First of all, the bed was great and the staff was friendly/helpful. They handled a bizarre person checking-in in front of me gracefully. The hotel is somewhat isolated with not much to do around the hotel, but the room cost are a little lower which makes it very affordable. The rooms are very dated but comfortable and roomy. On the downside, staffing at the front desk is limited at times, my room was not clean although I talked to housekeeping outside my room, and the restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner. You can order at the bar but may take a while. Myself and another group wanted coffee or tea at 11 a. M. And there was none in the hotel. If you have a west-facing room the larger front Hotel lights are very bright. Make sure you close the curtains tightly. Another plus is the shuttle runs to the Mall of America and every hour to the airport. No complaints there. Overall, an OK experience minus a couple items.

Room was spectacular… Very impressed with how big the room really was compared to the pictures. Pool was very nice. Front desk staff was nice and courteous. Front desk supervisor was helpful. Room was very clean. Overall, I would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The room so small, the staff not friendly at all, the pool is very small, and they charge for breakfast!

Pretty okay hotel. Good water pressure in the sink and showers, good air conditioning, comfy beds. Pretty good location, but slightly hard to find. It's off the main road. Ran out of hot water the third night, not very many outlets in the room (had to unplug the clock and a lamp), and the cleaning staff vacuumed at 7 am one morning, making it hard to sleep in. The A/C was way too loud so I couldn't have it on at night.

This place is absolutely amazing! Great place to sleep. Friendly staff! Had amazing conversations with people who work there. Loved the pool and thoroughly enjoyed the Kourig!
