It’s very nice and it has very nice employees, and very nice rooms.

I would highly recommend it great place to lay over.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our Party of 17. From their shuttle drivers Steve and Kent, their great breakfast, the fabulous bartender Brian that even made us the Purple Rain Martini, the front desk staff thank you Donna Adams for having us all on the same floor.

This hotel canceled my confirmed room while I was stranded at the airport during a snowstorm. After they canceled my room, they said they would waive the cancellation fee… for THEIR mistake. However, they charged my credit card for the room. I have reached out to them twice with no resolution. Do NOT stay at this hotel. EXTREMELY poor customer service.

Clean hotel, nice, but small lobby. The pool is on the small side, something to consider if you will be staying with children. The staff was professional and courteous.

Pretty decent inn. With all the facilities one would assume (pool, spa, meeting rooms, etc). Rooms are decent with a bed, TV, desk, etc. A plus for this would be complimentary ice water, coffee, or tea when you enter the lobby.

We love this place. Ali moved over to the Hampton, really miss him! However, Pathias & John at the front desk are awesome too. Both very friendly & always helpful! Wouldn't stay any where else unless we wanted to see Ali over at The Hampton across the highway!

I was there visiting a friend whose flight was delayed. The front desk clerk was very busy, as he was working alone. But, he still managed to be kind, attentive, and prompt regarding request. He deserves a raise and more staff to help him at night! Kudos, sir!

Excellent hotel. Location to major highways is great. Rooms are normal HGI rooms. If I get picky, I'd like a bigger tv. Otherwise room and beds and bathroom are fine. Breakfast buffet is very complete and server is on top of things. All staff is excellent. Rates were good too. Nice little pool and jacuzzi along with a very good gym. This hotel is very complete and in excellent shape with a great staff. Oh! Lobby fireplace couches and free coffee is major plus.

First of all Complementary breakfast wasn’t included and that’s what everyone looks for when traveling. Then on top of that 2 of the 4 rooms we had didn’t have and hot water and the staff had the nerve to give attitude when they inconvenienced us. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Super clean, up dated, staff was the nicest I've seen. My family really enjoyed it here. The beds, pillows were so comfy that I slept like a baby. That is rare for me. The free breakfast was a bonus. Man can't say enough. If you decide to visit The Mall of America, do yourself a favor and stay here. You will not regret it. The best of the best here. AA++

Greg at the front desk was so kind and very accommodating. He called the shuttle to come back and get us instead of having us wait another hour. Tv was not working when we checked in, maintenance was there in minutes, it was a simple fix. Food at the restaurant in the lobby wasn’t the best and pricey but it did the job. Very clean, great customer service, updated rooms and close to the Mall and airport. Can’t beat it!

This hotel is fine. It's clean and the staff is nice. But there's no Wi-Fi unless you use enternet explorer, which, as we all know, doesn't exist on tablets or phones. You can't even pay for it, which I requested. I'm just baffled and frustrated that a hotel in 2018 can sell rooms for this price with "free Wi-Fi" which isn't actually usable. I guess you can use it if you are on a laptop or desktop. If this isn't important to you, there are literally no other issues with this hotel. It's close to the airport and the bar is nice.

Nice hotel with a good location. They even have a shuttle service to the airport. No complaints.

I always stay Hilton. This is a nice hotel and close to my work. The shuttle is very beneficial and helped me not to need a rental car. Thanks for the great service. See you again in the future.

Very close to MSP and MOA. Nice spacious rooms, only issue was with the bathroom, easy to lock yourself out of the bathroom, the bathroom door swings the wrong way.

Room is fine, breakfast isn't included but was good for the price. Fitness center was modern and clean.

We stayed a couple nights during a business trip. Good coffee in the morning and (we didn't have breakfast). The best part was the shuttle to/from the airport.

The room was huge and so nice for the price! The hotel is right in the center of everything and only a mile walk from the nightlife of Minneapolis. I loved my experience and will definitely be back.

The rooms are clean and the lobby is nice. The breakfast was actually pretty good, they will cook to order and the food ready as well.

It was beautiful and clean, friendly staff. My only improvement to suggest is that they offer a complementary breakfast in the morning. That would have been so convenient.

Good location. We got the wrong room but they changed it easily and offered free food at the restaurant. Good service. Very clean. Pool was nice.

This hotel is clean and well kept up. The pool and hot tub are nice, and typically not to busy. Breakfast is fine, but $10.95 seems a bit steep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mid-range hotel in the area.

This place is absolutely amazing! Great place to sleep. Friendly staff! Had amazing conversations with people who work there. Loved the pool and thoroughly enjoyed the Kourig!

Rooms were clean and staff was very professional. Fook away one star because the bed sheets were dry and had lots of static. Bit of a distraction when trying to sleep. I think it was more due to the weather than their heating system. I will stay here again.

Great location, close to MoA, but far enough to be away from the crowd. Room was clean and very nice. Bed and pillows were comfy. Air was very dry and caused a large amount of static and breathing problems. Bed covers zapped and stuck to you. Turning on and off light switches were also a fun electrifying experience. Other than that, no complaints!

There was a used condom wraper under the couch in the suite. They said "sorry". Not the correct response. Make it right.

Right away I felt welcome. The staff were all laughing together and the atmosphere was light. The room was huge with several places to sit. Storage areas, fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. The pill.

The reviews are spot on. Very clean hotel and an incredibly friendly staff. Everyone is attentive and helpful. This is not a luxury hotel, but its great for business, I was in town for a meeting. Hot fresh coffee always in the lobby, convenient location, strong Wi-Fi and easy to get ahold of the staff if you forgot something. I travel all over the US and stay at the nicest hotels, this is not a Ritz Carlton, however the staff treats you as if it was. A+ all the way.

My Fiance and I went to the Hilton for a 'romantic; night out. Guest service was not the best, the suite we had was 'ok', kind of small as well as the whirlpool, missing pictures from the wall. Just odd for a master suite. Room service was awesome — they were very friendly. Moving forward, came home and looked at my account and they charged me 2 times! I called to speak with someone and his name is John, John Manner, that handled my call. I questioned my balance and was asked what the 2nd transaction was for — John stated thats how they do their transactions. He was arguing with me as I was asking to speak to the manager and he got his feathers all ruffled and kept repeating that he was the manager on duty and no other manager was available. This had put my checking account into over draft — and that smart ass tells me 'i shouldnt be spending money I do not have' — — — — — ARE YOU KIDDING!? at this point he still wouldnt transfer me to another manager — so for this — you lost a customer AND WORD OF MOUTH TRAVELS. My advice — watch your statements as they double charge! NEVER WILL RETURN AGAIN.

Great last minute price, clean and perfect room. If I was picky I would be disappointed with the "restaurant and bar", but I'm not. Okay its small and to the side of the check in desk, but they comped it.

By far the most accessible, accessible rooms of any hotel chain we've found. Rooms are new. Service is friendly. Price is good. Would suggest moving the shower head closer to the shower bench and making the bathroom door stay open.

Nice location close to places we liked, definitely a good price and comfortable beds.

I stayed at this hotel from August 3-6, 2013 with my family and it was a great experience. The room were very nice and clean (very comfortable beds). Each day when we return to our room it had been cleaned. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was good. Its about 10 mins from the Mall of America which was fine with us we didn't mind the drive. Overall I would definitely recommend staying there and will be staying there again.

Stayed at this hotel from july 19th to 21st very nice people and a great place to stay no complaints.
