One of the fanciest Hotels I've ever stayed in, ever!

The Hyatt Regency Bloomington is a beautiful hotel perfect for a stay when visiting Mall of America. Just a walk across the yard to the light rail station or a short shuttle ride to the Mall and the airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. The entry is welcoming and the rooms are nicely decorated with modern amenities. The rooms are very quiet and the beds are comfortable and great for an excellent night’s rest. I liked the sofa area, table and chair in the room. I was able to get work done in the evenings. My favorite thing was the light up mirror in the bathroom. The bottom of it glowed as a night light when the room was dark. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Bloomington when in the area and desiring a place to stay.

The club is not considered closed on weekends but there isn't anything going on. The suite is huge and ample space. We get free breakfast so that's a plus.

Beautiful hotel! We only stayed 1 night but we will definitely be back! Rooms were super nice! We did the pick up breakfast as the restaurant or the room service is only open certain times and we missed it. With covid room service I believe is not an option. Loved the free parking and the shuttle to the mall! Staff was super friendly!

Amazing staff and beautiful hotel! highly recommend!

I would suggest this hotel but barely. I know Covid threw a curveball so I’m being lenient here. First the pros: spacious rooms, pleasant staff, proximity to mall and other locations we were visiting. Cons: no more shuttle to the mall, a parking fee for a flat surface lot that doesn’t have security, room had a sticky substance all over the luggage closet, items in shower specifically the shampoo and body wash were previously used and last but not least there were beads? All over the mattress. We do a bed bug check every visit and noticed them. While they didn’t impact our sleep, I wonder why they were never vacuumed up so what other cleaning shortcuts are they taking. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and always had a pleasant stay. Maybe it’s short staffed? I don’t know but the decline in quality and amenities were very much noticed. On a side note, there was a wedding being held when we were there and the decorations and flowers looked absolutely stunning!

Staff is very nice, clean, quite. Central located.

Very disappointed waited an hour for the shuttle after being told it would be 30 minutes. Was told the restaurant was open fully but that was a lie. The only thing close to this place is Mall of America nothing else not even more restaurants.

Good service and excellent kindness.

Rooms are looks nice on surface but dirty. Sheets are dirty, refrigerator dirty, coffee cup in room dirty. Staff are pleasant to deal with thus house keeping needs training or are lazy!

Nice hotel, very well kept rooms, nice friendly staff. There is a bar, food and Starbucks there. I didn't like that we had to pay $10 extra for parking in an open parking lot. Not even a parking garage. That's a bit ridiculous to me.

Awesome place for recreation.

The property is very modern and clean. Rooms are spacious. The club level upgrade was great — the breakfast alone makes it worth the cost. The shuttle to Mall of America is very handy.

We enjoy it, clean nice and friendly people great food love the atmosphere.

Kathy truly represents the Urbana Craeft Kitchen at the Hyatt Regency Bloomington so well! We want to acknowledge & recognize her for going that extra mile! Excellent welcoming hotel with all the perks!

Very nice place. Nice rooms, great location, loved the pool. When we go there next time, we will definitely be staying here again.

The Hyatt handled a professional meeting with excellent service by the staff, great food, and competent meeting support like sound and audio-visual. I highly recommend this venue!

My boyfriend and I were scoping this hotel out for a potential event space for a community event. I didn't get to see the hotel rooms or the actually ballroom spaces, except from pictures he showed me, but the hotel's public spaces are very nice and clean. It's a new hotel, so everything is modern and has a bit of an upscale vibe to it. The food at the restaurant sounds pretty incredible, as some of their ingredients (including the honey) are grown/produced on site on the roof! They highlight these items on the menu. The staff I met were attentive and friendly. The location is as perfect as it gets so close to the airport. The lightrail stops directly in front of the hotel with a short 5 minute ride to the airport or the Mall of America in the other direction. There's a beautiful little park right outside that breaks up the space between the surrounding hotels really nicely and adds a great ambience. Overall, I'm really excited to go back!

Check in was quick and service was friendly. Rooms and amenities were good, but the AC made the room get drafty quickly. The shower door also didn't close completely and would open about eight inches every time we closed it. The business lounge only has one computer, so when I needed to print something, I had to wait about fifteen minutes for the previous person to finish. The lobby restaurant left a little to be desired, but I can't hold that against the hotel. The ballrooms were a good size for the event that I attended.

A relatively new Hyatt that has a great upscale modern new feel. The rooms are very nice, & relatively quiet given the proximity to the airport. The restaurant, albeit small is quite adequate. The menu is smaller, but I have tried most listed items, & they are all good. The bar area near the front door is a fun environment to hang out by yourself or friends. The bartenders are friendly. Front desk staff is friendly & attentive. Convenient lication to the airport & light rail. Small urban park outside the front door.

This hotel is very modern with crisp lines and sharp angles mixed with abstract paintings all over the place. It is very pleasing to the eye but lacks a little in the "homely and warm" feel that some hotels have. The friendly yet professional staff do make up for this shortcoming in a way. The restaurant and bar are excellently placed and offer excellent dining. Overall, a night well spent.

The shuttle to the Mall of America was very convenient and the schedule worked really well for us. The rooms were very nice and the bathrooms were spacious and accommodating. The beds we're comfortable and overall we stayed for two nights and we're really pleased with the experience. We are club members and the lounge was nice. It wasn't always stocked with snacks or a variety of beverages, but it was definitely worth the up grade.

Friendly helpful staff. Young energetic vibe flows through the hotel rooms and design of the hotel. Hyatt Regency as taylored for business people in mind electrified the hotels with modern designs and functionality to the hotel for modern day travelers. Shuttle to the hotel runs every 20 minutes and are convenient. Bathroom decor reflects and adds to the design flow of the room and hotel theme. Definitely coming back again. Very new property among the hotels nearby.

I drove from Canada to here for my 21st birthday, on my own for the first time. The staff here treated me fantastically, and made my birthday and trip really special and memorable! Especially Emma at the front desk, she made me feel great and helped give me places to explore in the city! The pool was cute, and the room was clean. The whole hotel was stylish and modern and cool. All around a perfect visit!

I stayed here on 7/27 with my teenager daughter and her friend. When we checked in we were offered a upgrade for $30 which would include breakfast in the morning and snacks throughout the day from 9-9. I did pay for this option, but there really aren't any snacks in the area throughout the day other than peanuts, so I felt this was kind of misleading. We went down bright and early for breakfast the next day, but it wasn't anything to get excited over. While we were down there and older lady tried to take one of our chairs. I told her that we needed it and her response was "well we do to". I guess she expected on of us to sit on the floor. She continued to make extremely rude comments loud enough for us to hear them the entire time we ate breakfast. I did bring this to the breakfast attendants attention and she said she would notify the manager. The manager never did show or ask us anything about the situation. We finish breakfast and head to the front desk to get more towels. Matt who was the gsa working front desk said they would bring them right up, 45 minutes later I go and track down a housekeeper to get my towels. We had to much to do that day to continue to sit and wait for towels. As we were packing our stuff to leave we started finding things that weren't even ours. The room was never cleaned very well and there was a hair stuck on the shower wall. I brought all of this to Matt's attention when we checked out and all he said was "I am very sorry to hear this". Really?

The hotel is very modern. The rooms are comfortable and the service is kind. It also has a restaurant service which is very convenient if your time is limited or can't go further from the hotel. It also has shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to Mall of America. Its located a few minutes from the airport and a walking distance from the mall.

We stay at this facility whenever we fly out of MSP. The rooms are spacious, clean and quite luxurious for the price. The shuttle service is dependable, the drivers are courteous and helpful, and the proximity to the airport is a plus. We have never been disappointed eating in the hotel restaurant, the food is quite good and the wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Even with the room charge, the rate for long term parking is considerably less than the cumulative daily rate at commercial parking lots. We will return to this Hyatt Regency again.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and the staff was polite. We also tried the restaurant in the hotel and the food there was really delicious and reasonably priced.

Amazing! Service was exceptional! Shuttle was so handy and driver was very friendly. Matt at the front desk was full on information and so helpful in all areas! Room was very clean and nice. Pool was clean, although a bit chilly, but the kids didn't mind. Would definitely stay here again.

Husband and I spent our wedding night here, and the entire hotel experience couldn’t have been better. Rooms were clean, stylish, and comfy, and the service was great. Reasonably priced. Loved it!

A hotel to relax and enjoy with the quality hyatt.

My experience was more or less. Nothing super special.

I had a 3 day intern orientation at the Hyatt Regency. Most of the meals were outdoors which were nicely setup. Waitress and waitresses were really nice and helpful. About 200 interns were placed into ballrooms 1, 2, and 3. Although a bit tight, it was still easy to move around the room. I had an overall, wonderful experience.

There are several hotels to choose from in this area but I'm glad I picked this place. The staff are friendly and the hotel is fairly new. It's in a quiet area close to the mall of America and the airport. Free shuttles available to both. The bed was super comfy and the room had plenty of space. The restaurant downstairs has some vegan and gluten free options. Already planning my return trip.

Stayed here overnight for an event. Decor is beautiful. Room was adequate size, food in restaurant was very good and our wait person was quite personable. Check in was easy and responsive to our request. Encounter with another person at desk, not so friendly and a little sharp with response. I would stay again.

I rate on functionality and practicality. Beds very low to the ground but very comfortable. Great water pressure and temp. Food during our event was mostly spectacular. Some food was cool or tepid, but I'll let that go as we had a decent sized cattle call to feed. Staff always helpful and friendly. I call this a 'chic' hotel with a modern design. Limited storage for multi day travelers as the dresser has been abandoned for a 'chic' black monstrosity on the wall the is purely decorative. There are 2 small drawers in some open air armoire sort of thing for storage. I just used the spare bed. If anyone figures out how to turn off the night light in the bathroom, please let me know. Great stay in a great location. Light rail right out the door so Mall of America and downtown very accessible without driving. Can't rate 1/2 stars but I'd give it 4.5 overall.

We stayed here 2 nights February 6th-8th on our mini Vacation to MOA. We were very impressed by this hotel. The service was Excellent compared to hotels we have stayed at in the past years that we have vacationed to MOA. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the decor. It was nice having a stand up glass door shower and the bathroom mirror was stunning! The room over all was gorgeous! After shopping all day at the mall we went down to the hotel bar for a drink. Drinks seemed very reasonably priced and were on point. We did not have a corkscrew in our room for our wine bottle. However, the staff was very quick to getting us one. Over all experience was great. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and will stay again in the future when we come back to MOA.

The Hyatt Regency Bloomington was readily available, clean and awaiting our last minute layover in Minneapolis. Hotel staff was courteous, knowledgeable in nearby attractions and the hotel shuttle was accommodating by providing a shuttle to and from the airport, the Mall of America and local restaurants. The hotel and mall were less than a 10min hotel shuttle ride away.

I did not book a room, but was involved in a small accident with one of their shuttle buses. Shorter story: Ice flew on one of their shuttle buses and hit my car and caused damage. Talked with the receptionist and was told the manager would get back to me the next day. Waited the next day and no phone call and I had to call to follow up. Then the manager tells me nothing could be done about it as there is no proof, but he can forward this over to the regional manager and he will call back. 9 days later, no phone call. Yes, I have no proof, but the way this situation was handled shows a lot about the management about this location. I came to the conclusion I would have to pay for the damages due to the neglect of cleaning snow/ice off their shuttle buses. (Which by the way is very illegal in the state of Minnesota. )

I was delighted to see the hotel was modern and nicely kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our queen bed is nice and comfortable. There's a convenient bakery/breakfast place that serves Starbucks coffee. Overall a fantastic place!

Great place to stay. Nice modern design. The beds are comfortable. The bar and restaurant are great too. Only issue we had was they allow people who are not hotel guests to long term park in their lot. So most of the spaces closest to the door are taken by people not staying there. Really sucked when it was 20 below outside and we had only one spot far away to choose from. My recommendation is they only allow long term parking along the lots perimeter so that guests can park closer.

Rooms were beautiful. Clean and updated. Hotel itself was very nice. Was couple minutes from mall America and had free shuttle bus every half hour. Full service bar and lounge. Service was awesome Definitely recommend and will be staying again.

I'm in Minnesota (Bloomington) frequently for my job but this was the first time I've ever stayed at this particular hotel. The Hyatt Regency is now my new favorite hotel while in Minnesota on business… Besides having clean and modern room the food was amazing at reasonable prices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I stayed here on a travel voucher after a flight snafu. The hotel had our key cards all ready so "checking in" literally took 30 seconds. Shuttle staff was cheerfully and courteous, rooms were large and comfy and I'room breakfast was timely and yummy. It was a great experience!

Room was clean. Food was high quality. Staff very friendly. Club lounge very convenient. Lounge had high quality snacks during the happy hour. Food menu prices are high.

Rooms were clean and beautiful. Lobby and employees were well kept and polite. Fitness center was adequate for a workout, but the pool is only 3"4 deep.

Stay was great. Had. Problem with price line and amenities but the Hyatt stepped up and fixed it no problem. It was clean and staff was very friendly. Rooms were super nice.

I have been there twice this yr, for both a company luncheon, & Xmas party. The food was fairly good both times, though there wasn't enough seating for everyone, at the luncheon. Additional pub tables were brought into the room, to stand by. For the Xmas party, the large ballroom was beautifully lighted in red and green, with a few white snowflakes, surrounding the stage. The wait staff and bartenders, were friendly. I would suggest having a coat room attendant. Some of the hangers in the room, had tear-off on them, to match up to your coat later. W/o an attendant, there isn't any point in taking a #, & ppl can run off w/ someone else's coat. There were also some hotel guests walking thru our party. We've had "party crashers" before, b/c the prev hotel didn't close off the area to our company. Very nice hotel, aside from these small issues.

Our room was very clean and the staff is very honest. We realized my husband forgot his phone in the room about 3 hours after we checked out. We went back and the cleaning crew had it ready for pick up.

Stayed for business travel. Rooms are small but modern. No closet. No baggage stand. Overall average or below. Finally got to the room at 11pm and TV isn't working. Was told to unplug LAN and power. Still didn't work and was told there was no "engineer" at that hour. Wanted to switch me to a room at midnight, no thanks.

Great place to stay! Came for a Vikings game. Was great to have a Light Rail stop right outside the hotel. Great rooms. Great T. V. Great shower. Great everything!

The rooms were wonderful and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The modern feel in the rooms made it very appealing. The location was prime and not far from the mall of America which I love to visit and I was glad it had shuttle service. I will definitely visit again.

The rooms are modern and very comfortable with great space in a king room. The staff was fantastic, offering to assist with our luggage. The location is great, and the only negative experience was the limited number of wait staff working the restaurant on a Friday night.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and had a modern look. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's really close to the mall of America and ikea. They offer a free shuttle to and from also. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

Great hotelthat's pretty close to the airport. T rooms are all good sized with fridges available in each room. Microwave access in lobby. The bar/restaurant are pretty good and have a decent selection. The train to downtown is right in front of the hotel so its super easy to go do things.

It is a wonderful hotel. The staff is amazing. Our experience at this hotel was the best we have had in a long time. I appreciated all of the quick service shuttles. Very fast and on-time shuttles to Mall of America (5 minutes) Airport (10 minutes). I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Probably the best food I have eaten on the entire trip to Minneapolis in 5 days! This place absolutely rocks it seems to be a little cafe, but it is SO MUCH more. Sit down and order their breakfast for lunch. Their aebleskivers for or their smoked salmon avocado and eggs with tomato relish or hollandaise sauce is amazing. Also there double shot of cappuccino with real whipped cream. Unparalleled breakfast destination.

Had a great stay at this lovely new hotel. Location near the airport and Mall of America is great — even on the light rail line and offers transfers to the airport or Mall if you don't want to rent a car. Staff was great all around, with a menu of great options and food was great. Love the design of the main floor from the lounge for relaxing or working (if you have to), to the bar area and restaurant. Flows great and very comfortable. Rooms are large and well done. I would recommend this for any leisure or business travelers.
