Good hotel to stay at. The staff is very attentive and detailed as to your needs. They're very friendly and do everything they can to make your stay great. I have stayed at way more expensive hotels that have had less amenities. The people here really go out of their way.

Upon finding ourselves in Rock Springs unexpectedly, we were happy to learn that the Holiday Inn has an airport shuttle! We took the shuttle to the hotel and were able to get a nice room at a fair price. Our room was in the executive part of the hotel. I don't know what that means, but it was nice and quiet! For dinner, Old Chicago is attached to the hotel so you don't even have to go outside to get there! Good food, good beer. The hotel is also within walking distance of other stores and restaurants, so we didn't need a car. The beds were comfy too!

Good people and clean hotel overall. Unfortunately we had a room 3 feet from the ice and vending machines. Heard people getting ice and soda a good part of the night til 1 am. They should include sound machines in the rooms that are right by these noise makers.

It was a nice room the lobby is beautiful. Bed was not as comfortable as I hoped, and the restaurant Chicago brought our food to our room, we ordered a cheese burger and fries for my husband and the order of fries was like 10 couldn't believe it! I ordered a salad but they didn't bring anything to eat it with or the garlic beard that came with it, also no ketchup or napkins. The server did bring me a fork and ketchup bit by then he had ate all of the 10 fries. So I think g…oing to the restaurant rather than room service is the way to go. The pet area was wonderful and my dog appreciated it very much. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hannah is the one who helped us with our reservation and she was an absolute angel. I would definitely come back to this hotel again but maybe ask for a different room with the more comfortable bed.

The food was less than expected. But we did enjoy the beers. The flight is funa and a good way to try more than one.

Mediocre room. You can hear everything in hallway from room. Not cool when you have a 10 month old with you. Staff is semi friendly, they don’t seem too customer oriented. Hair on top blanket of bed. I read another customer wrote that “pet” rooms are outdated, we have dogs so maybe that’s what’s going on with our room. Super frustrating considering we pay the same price as a regular room PLUS additional for our pets.

This place is a joke. After coming in with a group for a family reunion, we didn’t stay the whole time the others did. We checked in to two rooms for two nights (reserved that way months prior) when we left we told the front desk we were out and she said we were all good to go… come home only to see that I had been overcharged. Called the hotel and was informed that we had been charged both rooms for three nights since that is what the rest of the group did, we informed them that we did not stay the third night and never planned to and that the rooms were not reserved that way, to which they said, they had papers at check in that were for three nights and since they had it signed that they would not be crediting us back the extra night for either room.

Room located near the air conditioning motors, noisy all night. Small double Bed and room in general very small. Small positive note, very good restaurant with great beers, some prepared in the place.

Very nice staff & decent accomodations. Unfortunately, the room smelled so horrible that my nose ran & I sneezed the entire time. It was like a combination of cigarette smoke and carpet freshener. So gross!

The Holiday Inn, Rock Springs has a great atmosphere, clean rooms and a friendly staff. We woke up to shower earlier in the morning and had no hot water. A quick call to the desk and found a out the boiler had quit working. The desk clerk said if we came down to the desk they had rooms in another wing where we could shower. Breakdowns happen but it was the way it was handled that made the stay better.

I was there for Ink Fest. It was a nice event and the hotel had a great conference room. The amenities seemed very nice and I was surprised with how chic the hotel was inside.

Tv broken, ac/heat not working. Nice pool area that was avail 24hrs. Lobby and common areas very nice. Staff was all very friendly.

Good place reasonably priced. All the amenities you expect and a staff as professional and cooperative as I've ever experienced. In addition, the have an Old Chicago attached to the place. OC has over a hundred beers and some pretty good food, too. Check 'em out!

Went to Old Chicago on the holiday in. The hostess kept lying to us about not letting us sit down, had to wait an hour and a half. When we finally did get seated and our order was taken they were out of almost everything. The wait staff was treating us like garbage just because my friend and I had our kids with us, and it took them like almost 2 hours just to get our food to us. We only ordered pizza it's not like it was really fancy or anything. Won't be going back.

I had the best stay here! Great service, great room and the new restaurant is amazing :) I go 3 times a year.

It's a pretty nice place. It was really nice and really expensive for a while there. Then gas and oil tanked and it got really lousy. Now it seems like they are doing pretty well again and it's not too expensive. The Old Chicago next door has been remodeled really nicely too. No complaints.

Anyone thinking of reserving this hotel please check out Holiday Inn Express across the street, much better rooms and very friendly front desk staff. Front desk lied about the room before we booked. The pet rooms are outdated, you can hear dogs and people in other rooms. Would not recommend this hotel. The hotel front desk lied about the refund, they wouldn’t give us a refund. I checked in at the Holiday Inn Express across the street.

Staff is very friendly, but there is no continental breakfast, and the hot tub had so many chemicals in it that it bleached my swimsuit… I liked my room though. Very nice and spacious and nice bathroom/shower.

Staff incl staff at restaurant and Holiday Inn Kayla were helpful. Great Keurig coffee in room. New furnishings, clean. BUT, Holiday Inn staff please make sure dog poop is picked up around entire facility. Poop is in the grass everywhere.

The rooms were clean and quiet, everything worked, and the breakfast was really good. The restaurant was being remodeled during my stay. Easy to get to and decent ammenities.

Pool is large, but really cold. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was $3 a person. The employee taking money let us look at the food to see what they had. They were out of bacon and nothing looked all that appetizing, so we decided to eat elsewhere. There are plenty of food options within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Better deal than the Holiday Inn Express. Cheaper room rates and $3 all you can eat breakfast. Well maintained rooms. Friendly staff.

Clean room. Perfect place to stop on a long drive home for the night. Check out the $3 before paying. When we went, it was out of food. I felt for the employee. She was managing it all by herself (including making the food! )

It was good. The pool was big but only 4.5 feet deep. Fun for younger guests. The breakfast was 3.00 a person but we decided to eat elsewhere after seeing the food. They offer free looks ;).

We got a good night's sleep and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and open 24 hours. However, we were supposed to get a free breakfast and instead they charged $3.00 per person. The regular restaurant was under renovation so they had to bring in food from somewhere else, but that's no reason to charge people when the deal is that you get a free breakfast as part of the room rate.

Amber is the best most helpful person ever, but Pat came in a close second. Amber went out of her way to help us in a bind and made our quick overnight stay a pleasure. We were able to hit the road again on a full stomach from breakfast. The lady at the desk around midnight also was great, she brought us a roll away bed super late. All in all a great stay.

The hotel looks nice inside. I just had a few issues with the hotel. The shower was a bit clogged. Also the card they wanted on file for damages they took 25 dollars off of and said it may take ten days to get it back in my account. Other than that everything was fine. The bed was comfortable, and there are a lot of shops in the area.

Great property. I was looking for something simple, pet friendly and with laundry and this property offered it all. They gave me a ground floor room that had an easy outdoor exit to take the dog out. Staff was very friendly!

Upscale. Very clean. Great pool (24/7). Rooms are above average. Restaurants/fast food within walking distance; basically next door.

The people were nice but if you have the option, stay across the street at the holiday inn express.

Took my brother in late at night during our road trip. Front desk staff looked unenthusiastic but got the job done of getting us into our room.

The mattress was aweful. The staff mediocre at best. No breakfast comps of any kind. The coffee in the lobby was as bad as expected. Lucky us the power went out in nearly O degree weather. Overpriced.

It wasn't bad until I wanted to get out of my room! I was locked in with no way out and they refused to bother the guest in the adjoining room to let me out. They said he had a do not disturb sign out. Wtf? what about the guy locked inside his room next door? very unprofessional!
