Our room had a smell we could not detect. Beds were fair as far as comfort. Everything was clean but carpet could be replaced. Good rates compared to other motels.

The customer service was excellent at check-in. They moved us closer to the pool because we had young kids. Continental breakfast was good and the overall stay was fine since we stopped in without a reservation already made. Didn't give it 5 stars because the door to the hallway wasn't sealed all the way so we can hear everything happening outside. The doors were really thin too. And with young kids woke them up at night when someone would walk by talking.

Basic hotel stop — well stocked breakfast. Staff of 19/20 year olds… Not overtly friendly. Worked for us as we came late and just needed a basic stop for sleeping. It was nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Positives: friendly staff, close to shopping, and food, close to the highway, outdoor pool. Negatives: univiting lobby and eating area, hallways and bedrooms are dark and have low ceilings, they offer smoking rooms (no matter what you do the smell lingers), dirty carpet. So gross I wore shoes the whole time. Shower and toliet area so small that you could not close the door while you are using the toliet. The bathroom was just gross. Bathroom light was filthy and the bathroom fan was filled with dust. The ceiling was even dirty. The ceiling had food splashed on it and the bedroom was laid out awkwardly. The microwave and fridge were next to the bed. We paid $107.00 for the room. We would have been better off at Motel 6.

The pictures on the website do not show the reality of this dirty hotel. The paint is chipping all over the place, smells of smoke and the back of the bathroom door looked to be covered in pee. Seems to be a stop for many hard working laborers but not a family friendly, clean stay. We canceled our reservation for the trip back through a few days after the initial night stay because it was dirty, run down and attracts a rough group of clients. We opted for little america on the way back which was more expensive but much better.

The staff where very polite. And the bathroom is nice sized.

This place is the most hospitable & friendly of any motel we've stayed in — esp in this price range. All necessities are well-covered… & we enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, amazing fresh cookies in the lobby during the evening, decent continental breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area!

Friendly staff, cleanliness was top-notch, extra accommodations were met without problem, continental breakfast was extended with plenty of choices.

The hotel was amazing the help was sweet and they asked how things were I said it would be better with bacon and they made bacon there absolutely amazing rooms are awesome and good discounts.

Great food, the rooms were very comfortable. It was very nice that we could have our cats while traveling across country.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Baymont inn. The employees were all super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They made cookies every day too which was great!

It was a decent place to stay for the night after a long day of driving but I would try other places before I stay here again.

Reasonable for the price. It's clean, only the hard to reach places like underneath the bedboard I saw a thick layer of dust. It's what you expect for the price, 200 thread count sheets. Wonderful staff though, shining point of the property.

The staff is amazing. Nothing but the best to say. My only con is the beds could be more comfortable. But then again im used to sleeping on a tempurpedic at home. Hahaha.

Really nice room, comfy bed. Pet area is way too far from hotel and it's a very small area. Other than that, great.

We stay here for business purposes A minimum of four times per year, 7 to 10 days at a time. We have always found the room comfortable, clean and the staff more than accommodating. It is our place to stay in Rocksprings.

To whom it may concern. A few days ago, I applied for housekeeping at the establishment. I called and asked if they were hiring and, the lady in front desk said that, they were hiring. And that I should fill in an application. So I did fill out my appreciation & resume. Then I call today and spoke to the manager, who barely knows english, and tells me no. So Im assuming their not hiring. All I can say that, if your going to be in a position in the hotel, as management have some professionalism. Ive been in the hotel and travel business to know when being treated unfairly. Because of your skills and experience.

Nice room size, clean and has everything for quick breakfast. Staff is friendly and price is Great! Definitely recommend!

Listen, if you want to stay at Bates motel and pay 149.00 a night. Stay here. Yea their pet friendly, but they should be. The rooms are old and outdated, my sheet had a hole in it. I was afraid of the cleanliness, it looked clean but I was not sure. Our power went out in the middle if the night, you could hear nothing but highway noise all night. Also, the smell of the room was disgusting. Find another place, seriously. I will never stay at this Baymont again or any other, frankly, it wasn't even suitable for my pets.

The staff were nice. The room had curtains that would not close. So a lot of light was let in and this woke up my daughter vary early. That is not a nice way to wake up when you are tired from. Traveling.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and neat. The breakfast was probably the best I've had at a budget hotel. There was a ton of variety and one could prepare a full and nutritious breakfast. Cons: The shower head was so low my head touched it and I'm only 5'6". It only came to my 6'4" husband's armpits. We were in a ground floor room and our curtains were sheer and the heavier curtains were only for show and did not actually close so one could easily see into our room from the parking lot, especially at night. In the morning my toddler woke with the sun which means we all woke with the sun after a late night of traveling. I've never stayed in a hotel that didn't have functioning room darkening curtains. A few of the walls had water damage in the bedroom as well as the bathroom. The bathroom fan was broken.

The town itself was nice, the hotel was right next to a gas station and Starbucks was just down the road. But I have to say, I was not impressed with the room. It had the basics with a TV, fridge and microwave. The whole area said no smoking, but it reeked of cigarettes to the point that I was sneezing all night. The bathroom was incredibly outdated and rusty around the toilet, tub, and lights. Sound traveled throughout the hallway more than I am used to as well. My husband and I have always chosen La Quinta, but this was not at the level we're used to. We will be traveling back through the area again in a week but decided to cancel our reservation and try another hotel option the second time around.

AC didn't work, no elevator, blanket 1 had cigarette burn, blanket 2 was wet, bed was too small for bedframe, asked for extra towels and we had to get them ourselves. Lights flicker when door opens/closes, some lights burned out, room not vacuumed, outlets extremely loose (almost pulled the plate and socket out when unplugging the fan we bought). Supposed to be a non smoking hotel, hallway smelled of smoke. We have been staying in La Quintas on our entire cross country trip and this is the worst one we've stayed at. Even at $99, it's not up to par.

It is a place that seems that these end House, rooms very good and very clean everything.

Very nice staff. Very good internet. Pet friendly with no additional fees. Older facility in need of repairs and refurbishment. Had to change rooms due to a plugged toilet. It's never a good sign when there is a plunger in the bathroom.

Staff and early morning breakfast was excellent. Not having reliable Internet in 2016 is obsured. Couldn't even use the business center to print my itinerary. The wonderful staff allowed me you use theirs which I appreciate. If you need to do business requiring the Internet or video chat with your family DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could only give starts for staff they would get 5!

We got there got our room and when I got there I couldnt get it open I had to slam my shoulder against it to get it open. It was warped. My wife went to take a shower and found bugs in the tub. I got pissed and pulled the sheets back and they were stained and had bugs also. It did end up getting fixed because I brought my own sheets and blankets in. Went to breakfast in the morning and I have twin girls that are one year old. I asked for highchairs and they said they only had one that another family had. So they. I had to ask to speak to someone else because the woman working the front desk didnt speak english at all. I asked for a highchair and she said si and pointed to the regular chairs. I walked into their food area and it was covered in dried mud like everywhere. There was trash all over the floor and the trashcans were over flowing. So I just sat my daughters in regular chairs and because they like to move around one of them fell down out of the chair and the woman started laughin at us. I tried to push through but this place is horrible. We left and went to IHOP great service!

We travel year round for work and have two small dogs. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in at in a long time. Wonderful staff, great room and delicious breakfast with a large selection to choose from! Would recommend to anyone!

Great service! Decent buffet in morning. Work out facility is very lacking though. Good area with plenty of food and right next to highway.

Just off the highway, convenient. Average services and a clean room. Free breakfast is a stretch. Supermarket bagles and english muffins some bread. Pre-made biscuits and canned gravy, soggy bacon. You get what you pay for! Great pet policy though. No pet fees at all. That's the best part.

Room was clean. The dining room is too small. We were only there for one night and the service was average.

It's was a good the room were really good beds were great to sleep on good night sleep really great breakfast really good good food was hot fresh not old food so great place too stay so in joy it.

Room was relatively clean, bathroom was tiny and there were very few outlets. We had to unplug several things to charge phones, laptop, etc. Staff was great and gave us a room that was located at the back where it was quiet and close to an exit making it easy to unload our car. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

I don't even want to give one star, as that may have someone believing there was some small part of me that was satisfied in a way. And that, my friends, is false. I have stayed in countless hotels all over the country, some with perfect ratings, and others only out of pure desperation. Yet this is a fact: this place is, by far, the worst I've ever stayed in. *tub spicket was dripping when we arrived. Could not turn it off. *room smelled horrible, even though it wasn't as bad in the hall. *air conditioner just blows stale humid air. *water damage throughout the room *Wi-Fi was a joke. Short videos would pause and buffer for 5+ minutes *pool was warm, but dirty. *shower had horrible water pressure and temperature control was a shower-long battle. *toilet sounds like it is trying to suck down a space shuttle. *while showering, the tub did not drain well. (But hey, if you're a postitive person, it was like taking a bath and a shower at once! Yay! ) *the breakfast was a complete joke. Eggs were too dry, sausage a nasty boiled gray color, bacon wasn't even the cooked variety (pre-cooked packeged kind), husband said they couldn't even get prepackaged foods right as there wasn't any cheese in the so-called Danish, and even the yogurt is suspect because it's all just sitting out in a bowl on the counter (looked as if it had been sitting in ice at some point, but by 8:30 it was swimming in its own personal pool.

Stayed here one night. The hotel was clean, but a little dated though not as much as some hotels. It was very easy to access off the highway and was convenient to gas and a kmart.

As soon as we walked in the door the female at the front desk was so helpful she even offered baggies to freeze ice in for my teething son. The room was very clean. I loved all the pillows that were on the bed. It was very quiet even with the rooms occupied by a school very happy with my service I would recommend.

My co driver and I stayed here for a week when our truck broke down and was being repaired. We both were very impressed and very grateful to have found this place. The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. This place goes out of the way to make you feel at home and comfortable. They have one of the best hot continental breakfast's I have seen at a motel. Allot of tasty choices from eggs, to sausage, bacon, waffles, pastries, fruit, cereal, etc, etc. The have fruit out 24 hours a day and every evening they baked a wide selection of "FRESH" cookies. The smell of them cookin reminded me of home, and would draw me out of my room every time! They also offered fresh cheese and crackers in the evening. We were unfortunate to have broke down, but I couldn't think of a better place for it to have happened. The best part of it all was the staff. I have never seen a motel go so over and beyond the norm to make sure you taken care of. They were the best! Can not wait to go back and see them. Jus hope its under better circumstances! lol.

Overall, I had a very good experience at this hotel. Limited fitness equipment and the pool is outdoors. Conveniently located near a Kmart and various dining options. I stayed here on a Sunday night and it was very quiet. Very generous size and frig/microwave combo. Good internet service and it was nice to have breakfast included (although it was limited and pre-fab). Worth coming back to.
