Breakfast was late that morning. They have us an upgrade which they thought was helping but it meant that some adults had to sleep on a small pullout couch. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Really nice place in Rock Springs. The place looks new, the pool is open 24 hours and the free breakfast was great. The suites are big and spacious. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Wide hallways. Big rooms. Bright and cheery decor.

Location was great, the rooms were very clean and they were accommodating for our cat. Breakfast was good too!

I have stayed at a lot of hotels lately and this is by far some of the worst service I've had! The front desk clerks at check in were less that professional. They asked if I was a rewards member and I said yes but I didn't have my number and they didn't even offer to assist me with getting it so I would get my points. The room was mediocre. There was a dirty sock from someone else's stay in the room. The pool was freezing cold but it was open 24 hours. Breakfast was very good. Very over priced.

I was just picking up a friend that was visiting. Room was nice and big, staff was friendly. Liked that are pet friendly.

Got a first floor room like I asked for. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Courteous front desk. Nice stay.

We stayed here one night while on a roadtrip. Our pet was traveling with us, and although they have pet friendly rooms, there isn't much of a grass area to walk them. However, the rooms appeared clean and they served their purpose for the night. The free breakfast was nice too.

Loved this brand new hotel, but the shining spot was the staff, our son forgot his toy, we called, they set it aside and when we came back they even brought my son's toy out to the car. Extremely nice people.

Room was as advertised and accommodated our six person family just fine. Breakfast was delicious too — the best of our trip.

Only decaf coffee in room. Called front desk to have regular k cups sent to room. Front desk said I should go down to coffee station in lobby. Explained I wasn't going to do that at 5:45am and wasn't dressed. Said they would send k cups up. Never arrived.

The building had a new construction feel. Customer Service at the desk and breakfast bar was great. The location was great. The Wi-Fi was reliable. The bed was way too soft, and felt like I was sleeping in a trench hole. As well, the shower took forever to get warm, and felt like a real waste of water.

Rooms very nice and new! Unfortunately had plumbing issues with the toilet in the room, had to keep using the one by the lobby.

Hotel is clean, decorated nice, great layout, you have anything you need in the room. I’ve stayed here a lot for work, probably two months total out of the year. The beds aren’t comfortable (to me at least). Pool and hot tub are closed due to tile work right now, the girl at the front desk has been rude anytime I need help or ask a question. Overall it’s nice and I probably wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Was o. K for a bed for the night. Beds are comfortable. Room was clean. We were informed at check — in that the pool and hot tub were not working. We were not told that t. V. Didn't work. They do have a free hot breakfast which was o. K.

Spent a single night here and thoroughly enjoyed it. A new and comfortable interior with nice accommodations ensures I'll stay here the next time I find myself in the area.

Clean rooms, comfortable pillows. Spacious suites, and very polite staff. Not far from lots of shopping/food choices.

Clean hotel, nicely updated and very friendly staff. However, the bed was awful. I could feel every spring in the mattress and tossed and turned all night. It felt like I was sleeping on a super-saver, budget mattress. The springs squeeked everytime we moved. They are pet-friendly (and we stayed with a pet) which was so nice, so I'm not sure if that's why the bed was so awful, because usually HIE has wonderfully comfy beds. For this reason alone we will not be staying here again. A good night's sleep when on the road all day is crucial. Also, we booked a king with couch and got an ADA room with no couch so there were 3 of us (one being my 9 year old) sharing a bed, and they were full so we were stuck. Would have been nice to have what we booked.

Super clean. Everything is new. Large TV. Room is wider than most. 2 elevators. Breakfast just like other HI Express. Pets only allowed on 1st floor so no pet stain or smells on 3rd floor. Staff friendly. Close to restaurants and shopping. Town is very quiet after 9pm on Saturday. Excellent!

Staff was courteous and attentive. Everyone said hello when I walked by and made sure I had what I needed in my room. Breakfast was wonderful. The pool and workout rooms were cleaned and appropriately stocked.

Our stay was short, but nice. The girls at the front desk were friendly upon arrival and helpful. The room was updated, clean and felt good. The bed was comfy, as were the pillows! Nice big walk in shower, and we had everything we needed for a good night. We will stay at Holiday Inn Express again!

We had not stayed at this hotel previously but will definitely consider it for the future. The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The breakfast was decent; we found what we needed.

Everyone was very friendly. Hotel was clean and nice. The only issue we had was that we booked online and were not given the room we booked. Were supposed to have a couch and suite. We got a regular room. They said there were not more rooms with the pull out. My sister also had the same thing happen. If these rooms aren't available, they shouldn't be listed as what we were getting online. Other than that, the staff, facilities, and cleanliness were absolutely excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Clean room, suites were very nice. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The biscuits were much better than the ones from earlier in the week.

Very new hotel, with large rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed in a King Suite (EDIT: ours turned out to be a regular King Room; the King Suite is much bigger), which included a king size bed and a full size pull-out couch. When you enter the room, you immediately notice the large credenza with the mini-fridge, keurig, and microwave. The room is very spacious, but only has one television (not an issue for us, but might be if you have children with you). The restroom is also good-sized with a beautiful walk-in shower and great water pressure. The breakfast was fresh, with several choices and lots of juices, milks and coffees. We were here almost an entire week, and we were very happy with the hotel, amenities and staff. Housekeeping was so helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Excellent experience, and will definitely be back!

Great parking for U-Haul w/trailer. As we were getting our luggage, security was doing rounds;that was nice to see. Room was superb! Cleanest I've seen and very comfy. Front desk ladies (overnight attendant & morning attendant) were so sweet and helpful and full of smiles, very refreshing. Highly recommend establishment and would stay again. Well Done!

Super clean and comfortable beds for all 6 of us. Pool and spa were clean and heated. Friendly staff and all the accommodations an overnight stay needs. Even had a cork screw for the wine I had! Plenty of places to eat around plus a Walmart down the street. Breakfast was a full buffet including fresh pancakes and was delicious. Will stay again when passing through.

The people at the front desk seemed a bit inconvenienced when we showed up, but everything else was well worth the money.

Got a very nice upgrade. Newer place in Rock Springs and very nice. As with all others, lots of mine and oil workers stay here.

Clean rooms, easy access to the freeway and staff were very nice.

Was not planning to stop, but our family was exhausted after 15 hours of traveling. I'm from the South amd never been to Wyoming. Arrived 5AM on 23 January 2016. The guy at the front desk and the lady with the purple hair made me and my family feel welcome. Even gave us a room far from the elevators so we can get some rest. Was very professional and even sparked up a little conversation, made me feel more relaxed and dismissed the assumptions of traveling to states that I never travel to before. Great people in this state and I'm grateful that we had a great night of sleep. God Bless.

Great Hotel, good beds, nice rooms. Great at having pets. Trouble with the room keys and the hot tub had so much chlorine, it burned our eyes, the pool was so cold we didn't swim. Cold gravy at breakfast. Probably stay across the street next time.

Clean. Awesome staff. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff was very helpful. Good breakfast. Except for the gravy. ;) Overall excellent hotel.

Stayed ere for a week and soon to return in two weeks. My place for a getaway from the in and outs of daily life in a big City. Staff was trained exceptionally well in hospitality. Hot tub open 24 hours a day and a breakfast no one in 50 State's can beat.

Their policy stated that if you cancel prior to 6:00 p. M. You would not be charged. I phoned the hotel and spoke with a gentlemen that cancelled the reservation for me and said I should contact Travelocity for a refund. When I contacted Travelocity, they said the hotel refused to refund the charge for the room that was cancelled within their policy. Do not book with this hotel as they do not adhere to their own policies. If something changes for you on the road, as happens on road trips, you will still pay for a room — even if you cancel in policy. I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

Very welcoming staff. Clean rooms. Nicely decorated. Easy location.

Tiny, over-priced rooms. Poor TV signal. Shoddy Wi-Fi. No continental breakfast or anything offered. Rock Springs has several other hotels — check with one of those instead of this place.

I loved staying here. Pat was incredible, she is so nice and the service from all the staff was top notch. I stayed here for over a month, due to work reasons, and they became like friends. Comfortable, clean, and just all around wonderful.
