Front desk was super friendly. Room was clean. And the breakfast was awesome, especially Mary. She made sure we were well taken care of and she is the friendliest breakfast attendant I have ever come across in my lifetime. She deserves a high five!

Excellent stay… the front desk manager Autumn held a room for us even though the hotel was nearly full and we were still on the road. She didn’t want us to be without a room for the night. The breakfast buffet was also great and the service was phenomenal… something you don’t see expect in a western or southern town… the charm you don’t see in a big city. Everyone here was extremely helpful with information and were were very genuine. Again many thanks to Autumn! And thank you to Teresa and Elisa for their kindness! Precious place!

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn quite a few times and never has it been a bad experience. The employees that work at this location are very friendly and very helpful in the morning. The continental breakfast is by far one of the best I've had at a hotel.

I stayed here 3 nights. Hotel was clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. Only negatives are luke warm shower water and the crusty hard towels. Very frustrating that you can't make your shower hotter than a mild luke warm.

The rooms are very clean and they are a dog friendly hotel! Such a great place. Autumn at the front desk is incredible and so is one of the workers Kristina. As well as Maggie. They are all so friendly!

Customer service at the front desk when we checked in was horrible. Although we stayed at several Hampton Inns during our trip, this experience made me think twice about staying in another one. Only saving factor was the lady who set up the breakfast. She was pleasant and charming.

If you have to stay in Rock Springs, make it enjoyable by staying here. The staff aims to please. The rooms are clean, the common areas are clean, everything is modern, the amenities are great, plus there’s free breakfast.

Came here to work for a few days from Texas. This is probably the best hotel to stay in Rock Springs. Breakfast is awesome and they always have fresh coffee and cookies. The staff here is Kick-Ass and they make it a point to make sure that your stay here is Pleasant. It's not far from Walmart and a gas station so the location is prime. Make sure you indicate what type of room you want because this is a pet friendly hotel but they do have rooms strictly for people with pets. I have stayed at almost every hotel in Rock Springs and I would say this is by far the best. One of the ladies that works at the front desk even took time to put a list together of the best restaurants in town just so the guests staying at the hotel didn't have to try to search on their own. I can't remember her name but she's the one with the purple streak in her hair. Good job girl this reviews for you.

Nice hotel close to plenty of food options. Clean and quiet rooms with comfy bed. What else could you need in the middle of Wyoming?

For the most part I like Hampton Inn's, our stay here was ok, room was good size, clean, and the hotel had great staff, there were only a couple of things that kept our stay from being really nice. Hampton has started to put the world's heaviest comforter on their bed with just a sheet we were too hot with the comforter too cold with the sheet, ended up getting the light blanket from the closet. The other problem was their free breakfast, ok I know it not going to be that that great but this was not really trying. Little things but enough to make us change where we stayed the next night of our road trip.

Best place to stay if you're passing through Rock Springs. Very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. The breakfast is one of the best continental breakfasts I've had.

We just made it home from an amazing stay at the Hampton Inn. They were incredibly accommodating in every aspect. The staff was beyond friendly and the accommodations were phenomenal. If you are looking to be pampered at a reasonable price, this is the place to go! As an added bonus, the continental breakfast was incredible.

Not a bad place to stay. The room was smaller than I had hoped for the price and the title of being a king room. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the water would not get above luke warm for my morning shower. Other than that it was nice. The staff was great, and the breakfast was pretty run-of-the-mill nothing fancy bit not bad.

Loved the hotel. Great staff. The nightshift manager was completely slammed doing way more than he should have done alone, but did it really well. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. Free cookies and hot chocolate/coffee throughout the day.

Awesome friendly staff that greets you, very helpful in finding places to eat nearby, had trouble getting my key to work, desk lamp light was broken but front desk took care of it, found an half eaten yogurt with a spoon in the drawer next to the bed! Notified front desk and left it outside the room in the trash, carpet was still dirty in spots. Overall not what I expected.

Staff was very helpful. We were stuck over night due to a road closure. Hotel was clean and quiet. They served a great, hot breakfast and sent along a pack lunch. They helped us research road conditions the next morning to help us travel safe. I would highly recommend.

My family and I have been coming here for years. Excluding our last stay, where the coffee was too hot and watery, it's always been great. Good coffee, great breakfast, free water, internet, and most importantly, clean.

The kids even got a complimentary drink and candy. Staff was great and the breakfast was awesome!

The staff here are always friendly and eager to help. The pool and hot tub area is clean and stocked with towels. The breakfast is a mix of fresh fruits, fresh cooked eggs, and other items that vary by the day. If recommend staying here to anyone who wants an enjoyable, quiet place to sleep in Rock Springs.

Our stay here was very nice. Traveling is always crazy and at the end of a long traveling day you hope that the hotel you have never been to is good and not a flop. We where traveling from Warner Robins ga to Portland or with two child ages 3 and 1, and our service dog (who has never traveled out side of ga in 6 years). My husband suffers from PTSD and myself MS. At the last night of our 3 day trip we were done, the kids where done. When I came in to check in the two gentlemen at the desk had been more than kind and caring. The lady that came in after them was also very nice. I had forgotten to reserve a crib and called to the desk when I went up there they had sheets already in the crib, blankets and a small duck on the counter just in case we needed them. This meant a lot to me, and was a special detail. The lady at the desk at check out and the breakfast lady again had been kind. They had breakfast go bags out which was great for my husband be he didn't want to waste time eating and was ready to get home. I and the kids did and the lady on breakfast helped me with their food. This staff was amazing. The room was clean and the beds where perfectly white and looked brand new! We rested very good. That experience is what made us come back for are adventure back home.

Young man at the front desk was more than helpful when I needed a short-notice reservation after a terrible experience at the Super 8 nearby. Facilities are pleasant to look at, clean, and comfortable. No extra fees for pets and no limit on numbers per room; we are moving cross-country and have four cats, so this was a big plus. Very pleased with our stay, but you do certainly pay for it. Pricey, but worth it.

Great front Desk. The breakfast included omletes bacon potatoes and waffles. Plenty of parking. Comfortable bed and clean rooms.

Very friendly staff, they are helpful and always trying to solve any problem. The rooms are spacey and clean. There is also fresh coffee all day and sometimes cookies and pastries. Meeting rooms are well equipped and lighting is perfect. A couple of weeks ago I also had breakfast there which was good but could have a bit more variety and choice.

The room was clean, fright desk staff was awesome! The only downside is that the hotel is loud at night, you can hear other guests' tv's etc. Through the walls.

Well, I do have to say. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years. The Hampton in Rock Springs Wyoming is by far the best I've ever been to! The service is amazing, the room was amazing and the cleanest I've ever been in, the bed, probably the best I've ever slept in. I could go on and on. Bottom line is, this is three best, cleanest, and friendliest place I've ever been to! I highly recommend it! '

It would be great to be able to change the TV input so you could watch netflix. The TV changes slow and gets frustrations. I really enjoys the Hilton properties that use DirectTV.

This was a great place to stay! Beds were amazing, and the whirlpool in the room made it unique. The breakfast was probably the best a franchise hotel offers. The staff at check in and the lady attending the breakfast patrons was exceptional! I'd stay here again if I'm back in Rock Springs.

This was one of the best hotels I have been to in a long while. It was clean, great price and they allowed my 2 corgis to stay without a fee. I can't say enough how great all the staff were and the overall experience! I will definitely be going back again and now plan to look for Hampton inns to stay at in other places I travel too.

It was a convenient stop along I-80 and we got a decent price online. They are dog friendly with no pet fee! I had a decent omelette in the morning and I slept as well as I could, for not being in my own bed. My only complaints are that my room smelled slightly of old cigarette smoke. It wasn't overbearing, but it was definitely noticeable. I could not put the closed captions on the TV. I am very adept at navigating technology and if I couldn't figure it out, I don't think there was a way to do it. I need CC in order to enjoy TV so this was a big bummer. (Also, the hotel did not have AMC and I missed Breaking Bad! ) Lastly, the personal 1-cup coffee maker made very bad watery coffee, did I do it wrong? Not sure if I would stay again if the rest of the rooms were like mine. Also, the front desk suggested a restaurant in the area when we asked, but when we went to the restaurant it was closed. I guess we should have known better on a Sunday night.

The facility and staff are very nice. I was greeted upon entering and every question was addressed courteously and with a smile. I will definitely stay here again.
