Clean room, safe location and great for quick airport access.

The staff here is really great, friendly and helpful! The breakfast is very good. I just think the rooms need a little updating. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

As far as cleanliness goes, outstanding. Front desk staff, very courteous and friendly. Guest services, (housekeeping) extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants nearby and an airport shuttle that's always on time. Hot breakfast is a nice plus in the morning with again, a friendly kitchen staff. Would definitely recommend staying here next time you're in Grand Rapids. Also reasonably close to downtown attractions.

Comfortable mattresses, great that we can bring our dog, tasty breakfast options although it ends a bit early at 9: 30 am. The room air conditioner didn't get quite as cold as I would have liked, but the staff was very kind and accommodating overall. Will stay again!

Rooms were nice, comfortable. As nice as a Hampton Inn. Mini fridge, microwave, comfy beds. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was… hotel breakfast. Skip breakfast. Everything else was great.

We always stay at this hotel for work trips. I love the complimentary breakfast and the coffee they serve is actually really good! The beds/pillows are very comfy and the rooms/showers/bathrooms are always clean. The staff members have been nothing but friendly and kind each time I've stayed and wish you a great day on your way out the door. Thank you, Comfort Inn! See you again in August!

Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, nice sheets, friendly staff, good location Cons: small bathroom, under the window air conditioning the kind that cycles on and off, can hear shower, flushing and blow dryer in room next door. For a one or two night stay it's acceptable.

Affordable, clean, and very friendly front desk associates. We stayed when traveling and it was great to be able to bring our pet. It's a great place to just get some sleep if you're in town for an event or just traveling through. We attended a wedding and they also offered a shuttle from reception to hotel at the end of the night.

This was the first time that I stayed on a ground level floor. It was set up to be more handicap friendly so everything was close to the floor. I have stay at this place before on a higher floor. I like the high floor rooms better. More comfortable for taller people. I am 5 foot 7in. The food at breakfast was barely warm. They did have batter and a waffle iron so I got that hot. They had lots of hot coffee and that is always good. They ran out of whole milk. They did have 2% and orange juice. The room and bathroom were clean and they gave us water and pretzels when we checked in.

The location is very convenient; on a major road, close to the highway and good shopping and restaurants. Rooms are clean and the bed was super comfortable. Included breakfast was quite good, and the staff very friendly.

I found the room and daily maintenance of the room to be very good. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was well maintained and the food was replenished quickly. The Wi-Fi, unfortunately, was terrible. I needed to do work in the evenings, but even simple web pages would not load the majority of the time. If you're counting on strong internet, you might want to make a different choice. Our last night, some hotel guests were allowed to drink alcohol and be loud in the lobby lounge. Our room was quite near this part of the hotel, and it took two phone calls (the second at midnight) for the noise to abate.

Terrible. Ice machine has been broken for 3 days. We have had to replace our key card on a daily basis. Front desk staff has not been particularly gracious or understanding. Limited cable availability. Service for our rooms has been been good and rooms have been glean.

Excellent customer service and wonderful room! As a distressed passenger (flight cancellations) in an unfamiliar city the staff made me feel right at home. Brandy was incredibly helpful and set me up with a great room for the night. I would definitely stay here again if I end up back at GRR.

Our room is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The building is well kept and has easy access for those with wheelchairs it scooters. The staff has been lovely, especially Marie who tends the breakfast bar. There is always a concierge in attendance. If there was anything to be concerned about I would say taller customers (above 6') might not like the height of the showerhead, however it has good water pressure and is nicer than a lot of other hotels' showers that I've visited in Grand Rapids for a similar price. All in all I would highly recommend this place and if I need a hotel while staying in Grand Rapids I plan to stay here.

Stayed here in Grand rapids. The stay was wonderful. There are lots of places to eat if you are willing to walk down a street. Microwave is provided. Fridge is provided.

Great place. Visit was short trying to get some rest to catch a flight the next day. Great service. People was very friendly.

Really nice rooms for the price, excellent breakfast. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. This is a fantastic hotel all-around, I have stayed here a few times and anytime I come to the GR area I will look to stay again.

Humble looking hotel in a great location. Junior suites are very large offering space and new amenities. Breakfast area and lounge are located ideally for groups. Fireplace public area and conference room finish off the space nicely.

Good Hotel Experience. Nice cozy and cute little rooms with a balcony. The heating warmed up the room quite nice. Comfortable bed. Had a long exhaustive day of travel and that bed was a welcome feeling. Pretty quiet for the most part. Sometimes could hear a neighbor cough or chat on phone vaguely, so I'm guessing the walls aren't that thick but other than that, was a good, comfortable stay. Even found parking late at night, but had to part at back of hotel. Would stay here again if I had to.

Got this room for a great deal with a coupon from the Michigan welcome center. We loved the room and the fact that they are pet friendly! The linens were amazing and the breakfast was good!

Choice Rewards member, and frequently choose Comfort Inns when traveling. The breakfast and friendliness of staff was good. Excellent check in process. Our room was nice at first blush, however in the morning we noticed at least three univited guests. When checking out, I mentioned that one of the lights in the room didn't have a bulb in, the toilet had leaked onto the floor overnight, and showed photos of the bugs in the room. The response I received was, "Thanks, I'll let maintenance know. " I had to ask for a bill adjustment. Did not have a sense of concern over room condition by front desk staff. Would not stay here again.

Friendly staff. We arrived the same time as a bus of tourists and we were 'late check in'… no problem… everything went smoothly. Convenient to The Gerald Ford Airport and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Most important, for us, the king size bed is comfortable.

Room was clean and comfortable. For a continental breakfast it was good and has decent choices. Longer wait to check in than I would have liked but it appeared they were training which was ok. A good place to stay and a decent rate.

Far from a 2 star hotel! I've stayed at Double Trees and Holiday Inn's all week. This has been the BEST. My room was extremely clean and comfortable it almost felt like home. (Not to mention) they change the linen and that speak volumes! The best airport hotel!

Great place to stay when flying. They offer an airport special where you can park your car for free while gone. Considering the cost of long term parking at an airport, it's a no brainier to stay here.

I only stayed one night so I can't comment on daily services, but the room was attractive, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast hours were very accommodating, even with having to leave early for a flight. My stay was short and sweet, but I was very pleased overall.

An oasis in the middle of the night for our family. Friendly, caring staff. Clean! We left hang up items in the closet and made arrangements to have them shipped home. Would recommend!

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The lovely women who facilitated breakfast was a delight! She was kind and really cared about making breakfast perfect for the guests. Rooms were clean, no odors, and I witnessed cleaning staff really taking their time cleaning. Great overall!

I got a first-floor room with a king bed and was completely satisfied with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Complimentary breakfast was pretty typical and quite good, fresh sausages, scrambled eggs, hotel waffles, pastry's, serial and stuff like that. No problem just what I expected.

Came for one night and stayed two. Clean, comfortable with a helpful and friendly staff. Shout out to Harrison, our second day customer service guy. Very helpful with information about our stay.

Nice location right off I-96, and pretty good value. The staff is friendly and helpful; especially the lady that runs the breakfast area in the mornings. As for the breakfast itself, it was more extensive and enjoyable than I would have expected for the cost of the hotel room. You can also stop by the lobby anytime for a fresh glass of lemon water, which is a convenience I really appreciate from a standard hotel. The room was mostly clean, but we did find a small blood stain on the bed sheet. Also, when you step into the elevator, be prepared for a bit of a rickety ride. Renovations are ongoing, but the place is really coming along. I'd stay here again without any hesitation.

Very bad experience lots of construction… I booked ahead and was quoted one price and was charged much more. Customer service was horrible. While standing at the front desk in line three people ahead of me were very unhappy as well. I have stayed at a lot of comfort Inn's and was never treated like this… will never stay at this comfort in again. Rooms Were not clean and when asked for extra towel's we never got them. The manager was an arrogant jerk as well as his staff.

Convenient location to my company's Grand Rapid office. Have had good experiences each time that I've stayed here.

It was a good stay. Was with my teamates and we had a ball. Wish there was a pool though but beds were comfortable and breakfast was delecious.

Being welcomed by Jill and Emilio and Harrison at the front desk, with their warm smiles and helpful manners; enjoying breakfast presented by Marie and Brenda, both happy to accommodate our needs; resting in a comfortable, well-equipped room, cleaned by Karen and the housekeeping staff; it doesn't get any better than this. Oh, yes, it does. Thank you, Erin, for your kindness and help with arranging a private party in the meeting room. All of the staff, whose names I never learned, did their jobs very professionally and made our stay so special during a difficult time. Thank you!

Love this place! As a truck driver, our company books our rooms for us here. Friendly & courteous staff, clean & comfortable rooms. Great to feel at home. It's really nice to have a healthy delicious& hot (all-you-can-eat) breakfast before hitting those lonely highways!
