First we use to come here often. Reserved room online, was not told of Security deposit, which they knew. We also explained we just stayed at another Baymont and did not need a deposit. I also use to receive a military discount, but not anymore. Manager would not wave the deposit even tho it's not stated when you Reserve a room. We paid deposit, got in room and noticed the toilet was FILTHY. Gave us another room, which was sort of clean. I noticed crumbling tile and what looked like mold in bathroom. Bathroom also need to be swept. For the price of room, seems like it would be in better shape. Will not come here again and we use to be regulars at this location. Oh well their lost, far better places to stay. Photos show cum stains on bed and a nasty ass toilet.

I’ve stayed there before and it was awesome it was so awesome that I became an employee there I love the staff even the guest it’s a great motel.

Nice place and you have everything you need within walking distance.

I arrived at 930 pm and went to the desk to check in. No one came to the desk until 955 pm. I was informed that my room was being cleaned as their housekeepers had decided not to do anything that day. I was told that my room was ready at 1015. When I walked into the room, it obviously had not been cleaned as the floors needed swept, the bathroom counter and mirror had been wiped but not cleaned. The toilet was dirty, there was mold in the refrigerator and trash cans and the shower curtain rod had obviously came down and was put back up using drywall patch. This was the first Baymont I had ever stayed at. Not a good experience due to room cleanliness and unprofessional staff talking about and complaining of issues within the company. There will not be a second stay.

We arrived on a tour bus at 815 pm on Saturday August 4th to find out our rooms were not ready. I can understand of it was just the check in time but this is late in the evening. It isn't now 930 pm and we are still waiting on our. This absolutely awful service and you can tell that it was the front desk staff who are trying to clean the rooms. There were no apologies or even compensation to this ill event. So sad that the front desk staff is the one who is getting the brunt of the complaints. If there was a negative rating that is what I would give it — 5. But kudos to the front staff handling the best of the situation.

Truly it doesn’t even deserve one star. Our room was filthy! Of all the places I’ve stayed this was the worst. The floors were gritty from dirt and who knows when the last time the carpet was vacuumed. Dust everywhere. The window was so bad someone had written words on it. The young gal from the desk came up and swept and tried to clean the room though since she was in charge of the the entire Inn we told her it wasn’t necessary, she definitely had her hands full. She was the best part of the stay. My impression of this place was that they must be extremely understaffed, either that or their housekeeping staff just don’t do their jobs. If you are looking for a clean place to rest your head believe me, in my opinion, this is not it.

I am SHOCKED that this place is so highly rated. It was extremely bad. The first room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned at all (the bed not even made and trash all over the floor). Went back to the front desk figuring there was a mistake and she said the housekeeping is not very good. She then “upgraded” me to a jacuzzi room. It’s a regular room with an attached area with a giant jacuzzi tub in it. The tub was gross and dirty and gurgling loudly, making the sound a clogged toilet makes, and because there’s no door you could hear it from the bed. The room smelled like urine, as if someone had peed on the floor. I didn’t want to complain again and just wanted to go to sleep so I was going to just deal with it but I flipped back the covers on the bed and there was a FINGERNAIL clipping in the bed. I went back to the front desk again and she promised the housekeeper would clean a new room for me. Waited for close to an hour in the lobby for him to finish. The third room’s bathroom light was buzzy and blinking, but the room was finally clean (so much so that it smelled like bleach). And it was all topped off in the morning with the in-room coffee machine missing a vital part. I was promised a refund but I will never stay here again. I’m usually a pretty easy going customer but this was a terrible night. The only redeeming quality was that the front desk woman was extremely nice.

Jamie is an over grown squid who happens to be the assistant general manager. Sadly she is incompetent and very rude. It is quite unfortunate she gets to attend to guest because she has an awful bad breath and lacks personal hygiene ethics for a woman. Nicole is a slime ball. Terribly rude and exhibits gross incompetency. In my opinion she has no business in the hospitality industry but rather she should seek employment at the zoo or museum. Lastly, those Indians who operate the hotel should treat their workers with respect and dignity. They should start by firing those wrecking balls in Baymont (Nicole and Jamie). Thanks.

It was a pretty nice hotel. Wish they had a pool for the price. They are really under staffed which is too bad. I like the breakfast is different everyday. The rooms are ok. The refrigerator and microwave were really clean. Despite not having enough workers they were nice.

So I'll let the pictures speak for themselves and that was the second room the first one was as dirty and the Iron in the room never got cleaned and ruined one of my dress pants. After the manager told me she was going to take them to the cleaners she never did and to make it worse she only offered me a $20.00 credit for Docker's dress pants. I ask them if they could just give me the cash but no the can only credit the hotel stay that my company pay for amazing. The room keys are a joke almost every other I'll have to take the keys to get them re programmed. Garbage hotel.

The rooms are very clean, no smoke smell in the entire building. The staff are friendly. We'll look for Baymont wherever we go. They're nice.

Diamond member. Easter Sunday. Night crew is the best. Very respectful. We were awarded a free night and due to a issue made by system error the morning came with a call from the front office by Jamie insisting I go to the front desk to go over the bill. I did. She insisted I owed the bill. I explained my half and said payment was due immediately or she was calling the police. I had partial payment, I was only off a few bucks. I got paid on Monday. So she called the cops. The maintenance man came around "oh I ain't got nothing to do, I'm gonna stick around" all while Jamie's cleaning lady sidekick buddy was recording me and my girlfriend. Short time later the police pulled up. She explained I explained, he told her our side and said to write a bill. She then she accused us of theft and insisted we go to jail. JAIL! For a employee mistake, wow, she wanted action. That's probably the only action she's seen!. I had several options to get the bill taken care of. All logical. She never took anything into consideration. She lied us. She lied to the police. She lied to her boss. She lied to the maintenance man that she only eats once a day. Common! She wanted a story to have, she power tripped. Didn't get it her way, lost and felt stupid. She didn't care about lives being changed "charges" she didn't care that it was Easter and maybe god was testing her heart she didn't care about anything but herself. Don't make a reservation here.

Cleaned the rooms daily. Super cozy beds. Good breakfast. Only downside is weak Wifi. Oyher than that is awesome.

Baymont Inn charged my credit card over $4000 during the first 2 weeks I was there. And I had been using Priceline so I was only suppised to be paying $63 a night. I tried calling cooperate and talking to the manager to get my money back and I was not helped by anyone who was supposed to be in charge. They have continued to overcharge me and no one has corrected the issue. My bank said that they have other customers who have complained about this hotel over charging them but nothing is done about it. I will never stay at Baymont again seeing as how I have yet to recieve my money back and the staff are very rude and unprofessional. If you choose to stay at Baymont I suggest you keep a close look at your bank statements because they will without a doubt overcharge you.

My room smelled like smoke. I even bought Febreeze to try to make it bearable. I pulled back the sheets and there was a sticker from a new pair of pants stuck in them. Then I looked in the tub and saw a hair. The bathroom floor was so sticky that my shoes were sticking. The front desk was understanding when I asked for a refund and left for another hotel.

Hotel and room were ok. I got the giant Jacuzzi sweet tub room and the tub was huge! Nothing was perfect here but it was exactly what I needed.

Was in the area for a voulnteer event. Didn't get into the hotel until early in the morning. Staff was polite and prompt. Room was in good condition minus some minor things. Breakfast was good although a bit later than posted.

We came here for our Anniversary and really wanted a Whirlpool suite! We booked online and I must say the pictures are DECEIVING this hotel was BEYOND OUT OF DATE FROM THE OUTSIDE TO THE INSIDE! on the outside screens are ripped up. Curtains are dirty cig buds are all outside and the sliding doors where dirty as well as moving slow. Upon walking inside there was a OLD smell to the building like dirty. The vending machines where beyond old and had dust inside of them the pop machine was out of order and the elevator was small and old. Getting to our room the pillows where the size of a travel airplane pillow and the cases where dirty the bathroom was very small and smelled of mold because the shower curtain was getting wet they didn't have plastic inside. BUT the mini fridge and Microwave, TV and heat and Jacuzzi was AMAZING everything else was old and dirty with a smell and dust. THE SERVICE WAS NICE FROM 2 WORKERS! I have had FREE breakfast from a hotel before and this breakfast was HORRIBLE and there was not many selections AND it didnt start at 6am like they said but at 6:18am because the worker was late and didn't care. We paid $144 plus tax for our room and it was only worth $99 if you ask me the ONLY reason why we stayed was we had no choice no other room to go to! IT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED INSIDE AND OUT THIS ROOM SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER!

My party was booked into the Baymont through a travel company for business. Upon arriving, we were given four rooms. Two of my colleagues had to go and request different rooms due to the uncleanliness. Moreover, one of the second rooms provided was just as dirty, even finding what she thought was animal hair all over the sheets. Additionally, while I was trying to do some business work in the room I kept hearing very loud noises from the hallway. When I looked out, a child was running up and down the hall screaming. There was a housekeeper in the hallway talking to the child which I the eventually deduced was the child's mother. All throughout the two days that we were there, it was very loud and not at all very clean. One member of my party was kept up by two people arguing next door. Next to me there was also a room full of about 6 men, who look to be day laborers. The visit from the local police department downstairs also did not provide a sense of comfort. On a positive note, the desk staff were very nice. They do offer a very small complimentary breakfast which was also a benefit to us who required to be at a conference early. However, I cannot recommend this Hotel. It needs better upkeep and more dedication to cleanliness. Additionally, it looks to be a hotel that often houses day laborers and those not necessarily respectful of their fellow borders.

Overall everything was good but there was a odd smell. They are renovating, so that could have been it, but my wife says it almost smelled like stale smoke. And there was soft music playing on the speakers in the hall.

Rebecca the front desk manager was awesome very accommodating rooms were clean breakfast was great shuttle services right on time.

I've stayed many times and have never had a bad stay. Their breakfast is one of the better ones you can get from a hotel for free.

The first room they gave me had 40 lilttle black and red bugs in it all over the room they moved to a room across from the first one. The next room when I woke up in the morning there were black and red bugs all over the bed call the front desk and ask them for a refund they said that they couldn't get me one and that it's just that time of the year for these bugs this hotel was deplorable I would not recommend that anyone stays there until they get there bugs under control remind you I was in the jacuzzi suite the most expensive room they had.

I was going to give this place two starts only because the jetted stub was nice, but just read below. Unless all the other hotels around are booked and you can't find someone's basement to sleep in do NOT pay money to stay here. We stayed in the Queen suite with the jetted tub and it was not at all worth the money. It's so outdated paint is chipping in multiple rooms and it wouldn't be so bad if they actually kept it clean! The bathroom literally had spots on the floor and hair in the shower on the shower wall and floor, yuck. Then just when we had enough and we're going to call the front desk to complain we discover the phone doesn't work, neither does anything plugged up or any electrical socks on the wall that shares the air conditioner. At this point I'm sure we're in an episode of criminal minds and someone's coming to get us. I took a star away because the knob for the hot water in the jetted tub was broken so we had to play a game of jack in the box to see when the hot water would turn on and off. Lastly if you like to have the air on in the room with the jetted tub, too bad because the air conditioner in that room was so old it could've been blowing air for Jesus and the disciples. Just go somewhere else and save your money. They gave us 50.00 off the bill for this terrible experience so if you think it's worth, may the odds be ever in your favor :/.

Room wasn't too bad, however it did have a dusty smell once I turned on the a. C. The towels were the absolute WORST! They felt like I was sanding my skin and don't even let me start about the breakfast. The biscuits were so hard I couldn't even cut through them with the plastic knives! For the price I was extremely disapointed!

Very nice service & rooms! Breakfast could be better in the way of options. But other then that a very nice place:)

Room was very clean but kind of small. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay aside from something in the soap in the shower made my legs break out.

Pre booked this place… was told that my car would be able to be here for 3 weeks and they the hotel, would pick up the tab. I check in and I am told that isn't the case… $45 or $50 a week! What the heck? The front desk said they would call me after talking to the manager… guess what? no call back. AND I WAS TOLD A SHUTTLE… the shuttle is "shut down"… they will call me a cab and pay for it. I don't trust them at this point. I called because I could not get any local channels… it was down. But no one told me that when I checked in. The front desk said they would call the manager and call me back… guess what? no call back. This is not the place to stay! I will say it is clean… but service sucks. You people should get some customer service training!

It was ok. Everything was fairly clean. There was no shower curtain and the breakfast area was a cluttered mess in the morning. Overall not bad, just not that good.

Nice place, this is a 2 star hotel so please don't expect 4 star accommodations. That said it was great, clean rooms lobby, staff is friendly and breakfast was good. They hit all the points and I would definitely STAY here again.

Staff was friendly, once I got checked in. Took way too long for check in & check out. No communication upon checking in. She never had me fill out their paperwork, never explained the extra hold on my debit card (still on there after 5 days), and did not give me directions to my room (would have been helpful since there was a side door right by my room). Room air conditioner never worked. Room was fairly clean for what they charge.

I'm here on business, brought our Nanny and 2 year old son. It was awesome! The crib was in the room, 2 double beds. Amazing breakfast. I left before it was served. No worries, there was fresh coffee, fruit and granola bars available. Not to mention fresh baked cookies at the desk, and ice water with lemon and fruit!
