This place is like a prison. Can't smoke inside, no more then 2 guest, no guests after 8pm, I see roaches in the microwave and had baby's and they r quick to call the cops. I don't like this place, not worth it. It be better if they bring back the pool. Budgetel u only need to respond when problems are fixed.

I love this place frendly group of workers no disappointed customer here. Cheap clean quiet room I would recommend if u need something in town on a bus line 2 beds split the price with a friend great deal! Thanks Budgetel u aways there with light on waiting.

Not a bad place to stay. It's in an eh area, there are some issues with cockroaches and loud neighbours. Come on people, considering the alternatives — it could be so much worse. We needed a room for a week in a pinch, and it worked. I'd go there again.

I would not recommend this place unless you like the company of roaches and bedbugs.
Their advertising is mansongère for 80 dollars to two, for one night we were entitled to a room without whirlpool bathroom as promised on their site. No hair dryer. But by cons really weird people who you RAKET as soon as you get out of your room. Fortunately we spent only one night and we could not sleep because we spent our time chasing the roaches.
The boss is really not nice, because when my in-laws helped us get our suitcases up, he immediately asked them what he was doing here. He did not have a dealer's head or a macro, as opposed to what was hanging around the môtel. We felt safer outside the motel than inside.

It's ok they have good service.

Quick inexpensive place to stay. Although you tend to deal with a bit of nonsense from other tenants. Weekly tenants don't get sheets changed on a regular basis. Cockroaches and rodents on site.

The rooms were very clean and cosy. The staff was nice.

Cock Roche's everywhere and mice climbing on me as I was sleeping and I woke up and the mouse was on my blanket and running away. Roche's in the microwave and coffee maker. In The TV and bed bug's. I wouldn't stay here for free.

It wasn't to bad but I give five for the desk clerk he was awesome and so very kind.

Melissa at front desk we appricated so much, she was so polite, respectful, we would refer any places she works to everyone! I'm pleased to say our stay there for weeks was very enjoyable! Thank you all soo much.

We're paying for the Jacuzzi suite, have been here for about 3 days. Overall our experience has been great. Some weirdos hanging around outside, and some old man tried picking up my mother and wife we were getting our things out of the car. But it's just the location. Otherwise I say 4 out of 5 stars.

Rooms are not clean they need to re train the housekeepers if they ever were trained they mop the floors I don't really understand why or what it does because if you walk on them it will leave the bottom of your feet black cockroaches everywhere I could almost scrape the grime off the furniture with my fingernails there was piss all over the toilet everywhere other than the seat and toilet rim found animal food in the drawers food dirt and random things under the bed you would think this would be one of child and family services most frequent stops not sure why it isn't u can stay at Travelodge for a nightly rate for 5 dollars more there rooms are not 199 weekly if they were and you need sumwhere to stay it might be a ok price really don't understand what the housekeepers do other that change the bedding which is hard to believe they actually do put clean sheets etc on the beds.

Great location, reasonable prices, friendly staff and clean rooms. Seen some of the other reviews and know that they are bogus. Been staying here for 3 years and never had any problems.

Its a great place to stay if you are from out of town or have to stay awhile.

Have a one bc u have to rate to review, ithink it's sad abunch of illegal Mexicans, looking for prostitutes and buying/Salinger drugs can stay here so long instead of someone honest and legal. No means racist but it's all drugs and party out back and the curfew does not exist. People pass out in there cars and the guys in a van are just creepy so we checked out and went somewhere else. Wed been asked How much? Or if any Ice, k so I guess they've learned that much english. No one could rest with the music and traffic in and out. Weekends are the worst. Bc then not only is there drug and streetwalkers in and out, I'll also get asked multiple times to buy there beer. U can't blame management only, they rented not knowing the truth but it's there fault since they keep the trash around. Found a needle out back so I guess this is ur drop in hang out motel, we just won't stay here ever again and don't recommend it if u need somewhere clean and quiet.

This is a place addicts come to get high and tweak all over the building. Place stays quite active especially at night when normal people try to sleep. Place really gets active with criminal activity when weather warms up. If you want to see all the SEX OFFENDERS who live here look it up, it's all on the internet (HOMEFACTS). All the bad you here about this motel is 100% true. I've been here 8 months and have seen this motel go from bad to terrible. All the owners can say for them selves is IF YOU DON'T like it MOVE OUT instead of addressing the problem and cleaning up this place. What are your weekly rates. As far as the hotel it self, we stayed there a few yrs ago when we were working a pro wrestling event and the rm we had was quite clean, staff were nice. Yes there were a few tweekers and some problems but over the yrs I have seen a huge improvement. That's why we are trying to get weekly rate info.

Five star rating for sure… Most defintley one of the best motels ive stayed at. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean I have no complaints… Currentley staying here dont plan on goin anyhwere else!

Definitely can't expect that. But maybe that's why you work here and not a 267 A NIGHT hotel. The way you see things is; the only right way is your way. Unfortunately, not all of the population looks through your eyes. I'm sure the world would be so much better if we did. I would love to be an ass all day and belittle people because they aren't me. No I don't, But I can understand if you deal with a lot of scandalous people in your life but that simply DOES NOT mean everyone is. Weather it's 267 A NIGHT or a week doesn't matter. When you stay at a hotel you pay for hospitality. No matter who you are, position your in, or how much you pay… We are all still human beings.

A motel is only as good as the majority of its guest. No matter how good the location is. I am not a typical repeat guest. That being said. I've stayed in a room over a month now for $267 a week. Well above the advertised which it appears there must only be like 2 rooms available for an actual $179 a week which are apparently permanently occupied by persons who can't get an apt. Anyways, the reason I'm staying so long is because it's taking me that long to save a security deposit for a place and it's very convenient for my job because I don't have a license. I'm also staying because of the staff. For the most part the employees here are happy. And that says a lot about management to me. There are a few disgruntled in my eyes the ones that you'd least expect… Like the laundry queen that gets to sit at her desk all day and complains about people and life but yet does the least work and makes the most… Despite her negative aura the cleaning staff is still very cordial and pleasant though. You get what you pay for in life. This is a cheap motel. You can't expect $267 A NIGHT Room/service at a 267 A WEEK motel. I'm overall satisfied. Special s/o to the front desk people too for handling such a hectic place so well.

Horrible service. Just called to book for tomorrow as stated while the lady was on the phone on speaker with my husband as she informed us to call back after 11:30a. She now is stating I would have to call back on the day of to see if any are available. Traveling from Washington DC this is HORRIBLE customer service. Renovation is currently on going and most of the time they do not pick up at front desk. Called 20 times and finally got through after 18 minutes just to be turned away. DO NOT BOOK HERE! Cockroaches are still in hotels and they charge for breakfast that only consists of stale cereal and bread. My money will be used somewhere else. I wouldn't be surprised if they closed soon due to this horrible service. Also has laundromat that does not work and YOU are reliable for any and all things and money spent from the vending machines to the washer and dryers. This place is a joke!

TERRIBLE Way over priced. $244 for one week. Bathtub and sink drained slowly leaving scum residue. Key card would not work half of the time. Cockroaches in bathroom and microwave. Crazy person upstairs kept opening and closing sliding door day and night so I could't sleep. Basic TV. Wi-Fi sucks.

COCKAROCHES! Don't be fooled. Once you acquire them you will always have them. SHOULD BE CONDEMED! I am calling the city. Left immediately you should too!

You get what you pay for I guess… It's a run down hotel in a questionable part of town, looks like there are people living there too. The biggest red flag for me was a two page contract about how they aren't responsible for beg bugs and such. I've done a lot of traveling in my days, but that was a first for me.

Didn't even stay there a night. Went and paid for the room. When we finally got to the room we left. There were bugs all over the place. Even in the bathroom there were bugs crawling everywhere. We checked the beds and 5 cockroaches tried to run away. There were also bed bugs as well. Luckily we caught a cockroach, and brought it down to the front desk. The hallways smelt like drugs, and there were a lot of problems. I would not stay here period!
