They got bedbugs and was rude when I told them.

The woman at the front desk was awesome! I can't remember her name but I absolutely love her!

The room was one of the most disgusting rooms I’ve ever seen. I changed the sheets because there was someone else’s hair on the pillow from a previous stay. My feet were dirty after walking on the floor. Gross gross gross!

Helpful friendly clean room.

It's rated accurately. If you want a 5 star hotel this isn't it. If you want a cheap hotel this is a good one. We had free breakfast in the morning that had the basics. We stayed two nights and wasn't disturbed. The AC wasn't super loud but the bathroom fan sounded like a dying animal. (which we had a good laugh about). Our room did smell like it had been smoked in but was otherwise clean. The TV and minifridge worked as they were supposed to. I will say parking is kind of all over the place but not to terrible. Overall a satisfactory stay.

Valet Connections, the main reason for choosing the hotel, showed up 30 minutes late for our outbound flight (nearly missed it) and was late for the inbound flight with the first bus so crowded we could not get on and the second drive vet told me his only job was to drive the bus, not load and unload my wife’s medical scooter. Major Fail! Never again!

My main reason I would not recommend is we stayed on a Friday night and went to airport the next morning. We left our car and the keys, which I felt uneasy about, but realize you needed them. After a great vacation we come back to no one knowing where our car was and they had no keys! Long day of travel and we had to sit in limbo for almost 2 hours while you located them. Don’t know if you need a different service or a major overhaul on the one you have. The driver that picked us up to bring us back to your hotel, he talked on a phone while driving us and threw our bags like they did not matter, if he would have been in a accident with us cause of him being on phone, imagine the lawsuit there. Thank you for reading this and hopefully you correct a few things.

Rooms are disgusting and dont plan on getting on your scheduled shuttle. This place is a joke.

Had to pay twice using the stupid reservation line. Will reimburse in 72 hours one of the 72 something $. Out dated furniture, small room and especially small bathroom. No coffee pot in room. Flies in the room. Overall disgusting room!

Nice room at a good price we stayed on the 3rd floor. The room was large and both T. V. S worked fine.

I've had issues with each room I have had at this hotel. Last night was no different. The cable TV wasn't working, this morning I used the toilet and it wouldn't go down. I asked the front desk for a plunger, she said she would send maintenance to the room and I never saw maintenance. The next time I will stay at the Days Inn next door.

I give this hotel 3 stars only because of the staff… they were all so helpful. If my hotel room was clean, then it would be a 4 star review. The caulk around the bathtub faucet had black mold covering it. The desk chair had a broken arm rest. The resting chair in my room had black stains on it. The bed was semi comfortable. The blankets were more like a sheet. If you are looking for a place just to simply rest your head, the price is right. If you want a clean and comfortable stay, you may want to look elsewhere. The rooms need simple repairs and no expensive repairs, that should be done. Room.

Very poor maid service paid in advance for 3 nights sleep over. Came back for the 2nd night and room was not clean (not touched). Reported it for 2 days at front desk. Came back for the 3rd night and still not clean. Bed not made up, sheets still dirty, bathtub and sink still not clean, all trash containers running over, carpet not vacuum, none of the cleaning was done in 3 days, filthy, If only I knew that I will be paying for a room to stay uncleaned for that long. There will be know tip left this time. Slept in a lots of Inns and never had it happen like this. 0.

This place was HORRIBLE! I work in the airline industry and have been married to a disabled veteran for over 10 years so I’ve stayed a lot of places in my life, but this was by far the worst! From the moment we checked in it was bad. They first room we got smelled of mildew so badly I couldn’t even walk in past the doorway, I went back to the counter (the lady there felt very bad and was the ONLY good part of the stay as I knew she was trying her best to help) she gave me another room and it was better but still bad! The room was dirty, the bed sheets had hair and crumbs, I asked for new bedding and made the bed myself! I refused to shower due to the tub was brown from actual dirt and hair, there was hair all over and around the toilet, the fridge was broken. I wasn’t expecting something 5 star for the price but paying 60$ for the night I expected more than this! We originally booked for 2 nights but checked out after the first night and demanded a refund for leaving early, NEVER AGAIN will they have my business.

Night and day difference literally. Hotel was clean during the day… staff was hospitable. Became dirty at 11 pm with trash in the elevator and overflowing on the 3rd fl. At 4 am nothing was picked up. Was told they could price match and give a better deal for parking at the hotel (the offer wasnt extended), but when I talked with the night person a few days earlier was told to do fly, park and ride (or its equivalent) with no price match option and the lady knew I was shopping online rates trying to find best deal.

Good : The room was spacious and clean. The front desk on check in warm and welcoming. AIr conditioner was good and kept room cool. Bad : The beds were like double beds instead of queen as advertised. Was out of breakfast 1 hour before. Not even coffee or juice. We had a kid with us and felt very bad when she had to go back empty handed expecting breakfast.

The front desk was not very welcoming at all when I came to check in and get keys. I didnt go up to the room right away because I had dinner plans. We came back got up to the room and the door was open. We went in and checked it out, it was clean but the door frame/deadbolt was busted so the door wouldnt lock properly. Only by the latch. Went down stairs to tell the front desk and she was like either check out or I can discount $10 off room because they were sold out. So we stayed more so because my card on file was already ran through. I was happy they at least did something to try and resolve it. Staff needs to be more aware of these kind of issues and not to sell rooms not properly secured.

The attendant was not friendly. When arriving she was sitting on a chair talking to somebody on her personal phone. We arrived at our room and looked over the room to find that it was dirty. The floors were not vacuumed the bedding was reused and had blood stains on it in several places. We did not feel safe with the type of appearance the hotel had. There is no professional appearance at the attendance area. There was someone sleeping in a chair next to the doors that appeared to work there. We will never book here again…

This place is GROSS! Avoid this place at all costs. The room was disgusting, smelled strongly of mildew AND the was RAT POOP in the room!

Rented adjoining rooms, both were filthy, mattresse pads were stained, ceilings were stained, doors had been obviously broken into, key cards only worked one time… I could go on and on… only reason it’s getting 1 Star is because I couldn’t leave zero.

This was the most ridiculous place I've ever stayed! I made a reservation, only to be told that my room wasn't available upon arrival. The curtain was down in my room. I had to take the light bulb out of one lamp to put in another lamp, because there wasn't any in the other lamp. There was a blunt of marijuna under the couch cushion. There wasn't an iron in the room. The TV wasn't working! Also, the Wifi wasn't working either! Terrible place! Customer service people at the front desk was rude and ghetto acting, cussing and being loud.

Being a diamond member I have stay at several properties. I have to say this was the worse property I have been to. First, the property smelled when we walked in. The direct TV was out and not because of weather concerns. The phone did not work and we could not call to the lobby. We only had one washcloth and towel and had to go to front desk to get anything. The air conditioning did not work so our room was warm. We found hair on our bed along with hair on the shower wall. When we asked to talk to manager to complain, front desk clerk said she doesn't know if they still have one because she hasn't seen him in a while. The only positive comment I have is the hotel was close to the airport. I can assure you I will NEVER stay at this property again. Choice hotels should be ashamed of this property.

I am a repeat customer here and consistently I have received the finest customer service. He GM and her team are conscientious with the goal in mind of making customers comfortable. The rooms are clean, house keeping pays attention to detail, and the facilities feel safe. I am a consistently satisfied customer and I recommend you spending your next stay here.

The room was decent for the price. Bed was good. Definitely the best hotel in the area. Room was updated as very clean everything worked. Very comfortable!

Place was dirty and service was very poor. Tv was just viewable, no smoke detector, was supposed to be a none smoking room but smeal of smoke. One is generous!

If I could rate this dump a zero I would. What a disgusting so called hotel. Before staying here a better option I suggest is sleeping in your car. This place really needs to be torn down.

This place sucks. 1st no hot water. 2nd no TV remote. 3rd smells like absolute garbage. Very rude and untruthful staff. The website clearly says per friendly but do not bring your pet because they will make it a big deal and try to kick you out 3 days before your check out date with no refund. You will never be able to get away for a week and bring the WHOLE family. So be prepared to leave your fur babies at home. And if you risk it, good luck.

Nice joint. A little dated but the staff is excellent. The room was way better than expected and the park and stay package was totally worth it. Other locations are near by but dollar for cents this is the place to go.

The general manager knows nothing of customer service. Each visit I was given a dirty room. The hotel is in disrepair. The front and staff are very nice, however the GM did nothing to resolve issues and is incredibly rude nor does she know how to run a hotel. I have made formal complaint with Choice Hotels and the property never responded or addressed multiple issues across several different visits. I would stay away from this property for the time being until they get a new general manager. The housekeeping is terrible and they simply are just remaking beds. Was told that they were ordering new blankets, however they will just become dirty unwashed reused new blankets on the mattresses. While the location is good and right near the airport, since the new GM took over it has not been the best. Hopefully they will get a new manager. This is coming from a daimond member who is a long time veteran of Global Travel.

It was okay… nothing special. I had to wait for a while at check out because of some internal technical issues. I checked in late but prepaid and the desk clerk said he hoped they had a room that they were super busy. He only had one key to give me but that wasn't a big deal. Overall my stay was pleasant. I had children with me and the breakfast was a plus for me.

The price was too good to be true. This place got an award back in 2015, but it's clear why they haven't since. They only have 12 analog, fuzzy channels, the alarm clock wasn't plugged in and I couldn't find where to plug it in, one of the comforters had dirt stains on it, the heater was hanging from the wall, but worked. There were no washcloths, had to go to the front desk to get some. The continental breakfast was poorly stocked and staffed. The office type chair was heavily stained. The halls wreaked of someone smoking Marijuana…

Ghetto style amenities. Free kicked in doors complete with broken locks and bent steel door jambs. Continental breakfast of filth. Eat with your fingers home style waffle and imaginary fruit without muffin or bagel. Served for your not delight on the messiest unkept for counter in the world (Destination Location). Most of the lighting is not on or working to provide you with ambiance (during your rummage through storage space in search of napkins). This was my favorite part of the adventure package. Reasturaunt / Haunted House attraction was interesting but I decided against it as I left my wallet in the room and would miss out on the mugging part, although I'm not sure that was a good idea either. And to complete the scene, trash bins overflowing with discarded and half eaten breakfasts, and cups of unfinished coffee decorate the floor in an u underprivileged fashion. Thanks Hot Wire. I'll not ever be right back! I had not such a great time.

Value for money justified.

Filthy dirty place. Iron holder falling off wall. Group of bikers from hell raisers motor cycle group drinking in breakfast area and check in area. Staff does not know style of rooms as manager Anna never showed them. Ran out of eggs at 8 am first morning forks the next and creamer. Staff says they do it all the time. Breakfast in microwave cooked hard and sausage taste like cardboard. Stay away if I could give them no stars I would. People park their cars there and fly out thus no parking. Management company of hotel is just as bad.

I booked a reservation the night before a flight to Florida. It was reserved with a credit card. When we arrived to check in, we were told our reservation had been cancelled. The clerk insisted I had called and spoke to her earlier in the day and cancelled my reservation. When I stated I had never spoken to her before she kept insisting. Not only was our room gone, the clerk never once even apologized for the inconveniences. Her attitude was defensive and accusatory. Fortunately we were able to obtain the last available room at another hotel. I will be contacted the manger of that location as well as corporate to complain. If you choose to book here, make sure the charge applies to your card. We think they cancelled our reservation because our card was declined (fraud protection) and the woman either made up a bogus story or confused us with another customer.

Breakfast was super carb heavy. There were waffles, muffins, bagels, English muffins, toast and cereal. It offered one juice and no fruit. It ran out of sausage quickly and the eggs looked like cardboard. Not only did they not replace food as it ran out, but they started taking it down 10 minutes early. Also there was no soap in the bathroom. A maid told me it hadn't been delivered. I usually love Quality Inn and Suites, but not the one by the airport.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Worse stay ever, outdated furniture, no water pressure in the shower and a bad faucet, stained furniture, uncomfortable bed, TV had 3 channels, no cable and no sound, housekeeping didn't clean the room even though we were out until 3:30 pm and the staff was not very friendly except when we checked out 4 days early as we were not staying at this hotel. Really disappointed by Choice Hotels who recommended this hotel.

Super clean! very nice people especially the front desk worker her name Alyssa she is very helpful with big smile in her face, every body treated me like a king! THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO SAY WITH REASONABLE PRICE!

No pepper or peanut butter or even paper coffee cups at breakfast. The staff at front desk said there aren't any of these. I asked for a comment card at the front desk after breakfast, and the lady there (studying her textbooks) didn't seem to even know what I meant, and I didn't get one. The Valet Connection shuttle service was efficient, handy and prompt as usual, which we appreciate.

Avoid this motel unless you are seeking an old, out-of-date, dirty motel with rude staff. Our room featured 1950s furniture that was in poor condition, dirty carpeting, poor snowy TV reception, burn holes, no hairdryer and more. In the morning we were greeted by a shower that we could not turn on even with extraordinary effort. We did not eat breakfast; at 8:30 am the only occupants of the very dim breakfast area were 4 lounging motel staff members. We doubted the safety of the breakfast items after seeing the condition of our room and the public areas. We stayed primarily because the room was prepaid because of the airport parking arrangement with Park Sleep Fly. When a refund was requested due to the nonfunctional shower, I was greeted with rudeness of the staff and the absent front desk manager took 72 hours to return my call. She would not refund our charges because the maintenance man could turn on the shower after we checked out. Avoid this motel. .

Arriving at 9pm, the room is not ready. They give me another, without even apologizing. 2 out of 4 lights in the new room do not work. The case of the fire detector is broken. The sound insulation is zero: My neighbor on the right is on the phone and I can listen to the whole conversation distinctly. I also hear the children of the room on the left… Then the train passes regularly. To all this it is necessary to add that the employee at the reception yells at the customers. And don't count on the Wi-Fi… Don't go to this hotel!

The stay for 4 days was ok with the acception that the motel had TV issues. I would like to single out an employee Holly Rodger who is one hard worker. As the lady behind the counter there were about 10 people at the counter to check in and this happen at least 3 times that evening. She remained cool an collective an check everyone in without feeling overwhelmed.

I loved the bed. It was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but clean. It was quiet and relaxing. The night desk lady was very nice if I needed something.

Staff a little gruff. Room was clean and tidy. Great breakfast. Used to be free parking but now they charge. Good shuttle service to the airport.

We chose this hotel because we had an early flight. This hotel offered the shutter services to the airport while we were able to leave our vehicle on hotel site for a small fee. We will definitely use this service again.

The hotel is really due for an update. Don't expect much. Continental breakfast was ok at best. Price and convenience is great. Staff was friendly.

Easily one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at. People screaming ALL NIGHT! Management refused to do anything. Front desk did not take calls. We were close to calling the police. On top of that, front desk has no "extras, " if you forgot something, (even though the sign in the room says to 'just ask'). Not the cleanest room either.

If I could give it 1 star I would! I checked in with family and were put on two separate floors. I asked to be put on the same floor as my family and the gentleman told me he couldn't accommodate that for me. However, my husband talked to him after that and he switched our room. The issue started when I was double charged the next morning. I woke up to an additional charge on top of the reservation fee… the guy never fully switch our room so the hotel thought I checked in for one night into the new room. They gave me hell when I brought it to their attention and that I needed to be reimbursed. We also got checked out of our room without notice with our belongings still remaining in our room. The morning we checked out, we got back from breakfast and found two bed bugs! Not a happy camper at this point. We checked out immediately! I went to talk to front desk and she told me that I'm situations like that, that I would probably get refunded my entire stay! NOPE! They told me it's nothing they can do about that! Horrible! Still to this day they have been screwing up my checking account with taking unathorized money putting my balance at an extremely low balance; I'm talking $0.90! They refunded my over charge and took it right back! Why? I don't know! I do not recommend this hotel to not a soul not even a homeless person looking for a quick night of sleep! Poor choice of hotel! They need to exterminate and hire new staff! My experience was horrible from check in to check out!

Did the park stay and fly package. Come back from our vacation and someone has stolen the $1700 gps/radio/DVD player/ touchscreen system in our van. Well the employees have the keys while we are gone and instead of our van going somewhere safe it is left in their parking lot. No forced entry so obviously someone used the keys to get in. And of course they can't see it on cameras. Shady place. Avoid at all costs unless you want your stuff stolen.

Noisy as family next door had running screaming kids for several hours. Chair in room was lopsided. Door was difficult to open as it had been damaged and poorly repaired. Breakfast options were plentiful and nice quality. Location was very convenient for car rental return.

I only left a one because it wouldn't let me do less. It really is dirty, found a pubic hair on the sheet. And trash behind the lamp stand. Very visable they just didn't care. The line of spill from a trash bag leading from the elevator made my shoes stick to the floor, it had been there a while and ran all the way down the hall on the second floor. Also, the staff needs trained. I would stay at another location, the lack of job knowledge was unbelievable. several guests were having problems and the staff didn't know what to do.

After traveling miles from home and my family and friends. The room had not begin dusted and we had no hot water period the whole stay. The front desk people acted like they did not care about the water situation and we asked for a manger and that no would not be on site until Tuesday. It was our first time in Detroit and it was a horrible stay in this hotel I will never book another room wit the quality inn. And funny thing is I used to work for quantity inn in my home town.

Terrible experience. I had a missing remote, and the front desk claimed that they would find me one and call me so I could "come and get it", but forgot to call me to come and get it (she was playing on her phone when I got down there). When I did get it, a battery was missing. So, another trip to the front desk, even though I shouldn't have had to make one in the first place. Television has very few channels, the ones that do work are blotchy with horrible reception. Bathroom mirror has large streaks all over. All of the electrical sockets are old and need replacing; I plugged my phone charger in and noticed sparking. There were multiple hairs on my pillow, and the water pressure is extremely low. I don't like people that complain, and this is my first negative review of anywhere. But if I'm paying for one of the most expensive rooms, I expect decent quality (ironic, right? ). Do yourself a favor and go next door to Days Inn.
