The location was good and near the airport with rooms at moderate prices. Although they have no pull out beds, the rooms were still nice and the bathrooms looked clean for the most part. Breakfast was good as far as hotels go with lots of variety and toppings for just about everything. The pool was small and not lifeguarded but still a good experience except for the dirt on the pool floor. However, the exercise room was quite small and just had dumbbells and a few cardio machines Overall it was an excellent hotel with accommodating staff.

The Hampton inn is conveniently located close to the airport. A shuttle will pick you up when you arrive. The room is very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is ok. The breakfast is good, coffee, waffles, and bread. Overall I had a great stay.

Staff are pleasant but other areas had a few issues. False advertising there is a coin laundromat and sending guests next door to the Hilton is not ok and was inconvenient given that the amenity was very essential to our travel and because we had to trek our dirty clothes and wait in line for the one washer and dryer set we were not happy as it imposed on our time and put us back with our already limited free time. Will be contacting Hilton corporate office regarding this issue. Don't choose this hotel chain for misleading dishonest and false advertising. Hot tub does not work and was boarded off. We asked for towels and it was overlooked. Breakfast was just ok with a simple selection. Good that the coffee and tea station was 24hr. Overall, we paid $130 U. S. Per night under a sports housing requirement — which forces you to book a two-night minimum stay — not including taxes etc and it is obviously a gouge for travelling teams. Personally, I will try to not book with Hilton brand again if I can help it. Avoid it, there are plenty of other chains which provide better service and will appreciate your business.

I arrived at the airport with a 13 hour overlay and the Hampton gave me a complementary stay for the night. They helped me out so much their coustomer service is on another level. Super nice rooms. Some of the nicest I've been in. Comfortable beds too! I fell right asleep. This hotel is one of my favorites.

My stay at the Hampton Inn Hotel was amazing. The hotel was very clean and luxury, the beds were comfortable with very plush lining. The rooms are spacious. The temperature for the pool area was excellent. I really enjoyed the nice and friendly staff and guests. Free breakfast was also enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again. Their cancellation policy is ridiculous when it comes to baseball tournaments. Baseball tournament schedules oftentimes don't get posted until 2-3 days prior. Hampton Inn requires you to cancel 4 days prior. I booked Fri-Sun. We ultimately have no game Fri. Tried to cancel the Fri so I can arrive Sat. The customer "service" said, "You knew of the cancellation policy. " I DID? WHO TOLD ME? And Hampton Inn rep had only to respond, "It is what is it. " Well, I only stayed here because my team was required to by USSSA. But never again will I ever stay at a Hilton or Hampton Inn and I will make sure to tell everyone I know never to stay at Hampton Inn. Great job Hampton Inn! I will make sure you will lose more the $120 cost of the room you charge me!

Was just there for a business meeting, but I didnt see any restaurant, other than a small bar. The atmosphere was not very welcoming. Felt cool to me. Wasnt impressed.

Decent hotel, great location and good price but a little dated. The breakfest was good but busy. Very close to take out Lebanese food, pizza, subway, Chinese and a liquor store.

Nice hotel, I enjoy staying at this Hampton. The place is clean and all the staff is polite.

They told us they don't accept prepaid credit cards after they took and swiped the credit card. Authorized the money, then tried to not give us a room key. We reserved a king bed but paid $20 extra for a double queen. Even tho we are a cpl. I would not recommend this hotel. Service was not friendly or helpful. And since my room was paid for, I wasn't leaving to pay anybody else.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I have been though discrimination on my service animal as well as theft and the General manager is rude and Disrespectful. My service animal I have that is legal through the state of Michigan is not welcome at this hotel because my dog barked to let me know there was someone in the hall by my room and knocked on my door to clean my room.

Very clean and the workers are very nice. Wish I paid attention on how many people booked this place couldn't get the pool this weekend way to many children but over all nice. Wish pool didmt close at 10pm.

Been a while since I stayed in a hotel (mainly use airbnb) so I was surprised on how much I enjoyed and actually took advantage the amenities they provided. Breakfast (which was better than if we went out) and an all day coffee station were greatly appreciated.

I love this hotel! I have stayed in hotels for at least half the year and never slept as good as I did here at the Hampton Inn! The staff was amazing from the front desk to the breakfast crew! I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Michigan!

Very helpful staff, clean updated room, comfortable bed, great variety in breakfast offerings! Highly recommend for those flying out of Detroit Metro Airport — has 24 hour shuttle and offers nearby extended parking options.

We Always enjoy our stays there. Their staff is very friendly especially the breakfast staff! Mary Ann in particular. She makes you feel at home. We would recommend them to anyone.

Kyle at the front desk greeted us and checked us in. And he could not have been more helpful, hospitable, and kind to us. He is a great employee and ambassador for Hampton. The hotel was comfy and modern, just what we needed. But the employees here are what made this an excellent stay.

Very convenient for an early flight out of DTW. I was worried about noise, but pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was. Room was very good, with comfortable bed.

We booked thru Costco travel and thought we were getting a double with a pull out and we didn't. They upgraded us no problem! Staff was wonderful!

The room was very spacious, clean, and well lit. The service was efficient and friendly. As for location, the hotel is easy to find, with good parking and jusr far enough from the road where there are no sound issues. The morning breakfast was also nicely varied and well done.

Hotel was impeccable clean. No musty smell that you sometimes get at hotels. Airport was literally 5 minute drive (including getting to the terminal). Service was astounding.

Had a great experience at The Hampton. The staff was friendly and helpful. My family and I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but they were always wearing a smile. The location was great. A couple miles to the freeway and in direct takeoff pathway for the Metro Airport. My family and I enjoyed watching the planes taking off. The rumbling of the engines could be heard inside, but sleep was uninterrupted during the late hours, so no problem there. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but the basic requirements were met with waffles, cereal, and coffee. Will stay again if I'm ever in that area and need a place to stay.

Currently staying here on an 18 day business trip. The front desk staff is always friendly; greeting me each time I walk in. The shuttle is very timely, clean and friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Definitely a great experience and will stay again if I am in Detroit!

My bf plays vintage base ball during the big tournament that the Ford museum hosts and we usually wait until last minute to book a hotel room. I found this hotel last year for a great price! We booked a suite for under $100 and found a nice pizza place near by called Leonardo's. I have been scouring the internet and raking my my mind to remember the name of this place and I am happy that I found it! If we get a great rate this weekend, we will be certainly staying again! As a couple traveling from Columbus Ohio, we hear all kinds of bad and crazy things about Michigan, but this hotel makes it worth the drive!
