Rooms good. But had earplugs in room. I got the impression if you don't like the noise we won't do anything about it. It was quiet when I was there. Truck asking lot was all filled up.

Don and I had a wonderful stay. We want to say a special Thank You To Tom and his Parents, Tina, Suzie, Pam for all you did to make us feel like family. We will never forget you and I promise we will be back!

Rates were normal for a Wyndham property. Complimentary breakfast DID NOT include eggs and sausage as the night receptionist said, but the waffle machine, biscuits&gravy, coffee and toast options were well worth getting up early. The staff I delt with was pleasant and helpful. Was disappointed that the outdoor pool was emptied, but perhaps it was too early in the season. Room was on the smaller side, but looked nice and very clean.

Excellent stop for one night. Newly renovated, beds were very comfortable, clean, good price. Front desk very helpful. Even supplied us with a free drink next door. One note; wear the complementary earplugs because trains come through at 4:30 am and traffic noise starts right after!

Great friendly staff… tried to be really helpful. Remodeling in April 2018… when their done this will be a 5 star.

Quality room at a very reasonable price with AMAZING staff. I stayed at Baymont Inn & Suites a few months ago while I was in town for a wedding. The room itself was recently remodeled, clean, and comfortable. What I was even more impressed with though was the service. I had left a necklace given to me by my grandmother on the bathroom vanity and the hotel took the time to call ME within less than a day of checking out (before I even realized I had left it) and offered to mail it back to me at no cost as I live 3 hours away and was already home. I was blown away by their kind gesture and they had no idea how much it meant to me that they did this. Thank you to the housekeeper that found it and the administrative staff that contacted me who likely just thought it was a random necklace not knowing the sentimental value. I've been meaning to post this for awhile now, but kept forgetting because I never write reviews. I was so impressed with Baymont Inn & Suites though that I wanted to make sure I posted this (even if it is late).

Is this a 4 star hotel, no, but what you get for the money is great. My room was clean and everything is new, even the carpets. I stayed up on the second floor. There is remodeling on the first floor but I wasnt effected by it at all. They should be done in 2 months. Free breakfast is standard "2.5 star" fare. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no smoking rooms only and no sign (smell) of old smoke in the building at all. Just new carpet. I got a CDL discount and the room came to $70.00 with tax. They give other discounts as well. So book a room before it gets old (well used) again.

Inexpensive and clean, but breakfast was lacking, I would stay again. The free drink voucher for the restaurant next door is a winner too!

This is a really nice hotel. It is currently under a remodel but we got a room that has already been completed! Refrig. Nice space. Super clean and pet friendly for a small fee. We were super impressed that the owner was at the front desk himself! Really nice fellow who cares about his hotel & guests. It also has a restaurant. Give it a try! You will be pleasantly surprised!

Handicap room small. Daughter had to sleep in recliner. But the bathroom was amazing! Roll in shower was great.

It was ok, unfortunately we could hear all the trucks on the highway, not a very good night's sleep. The breakfast was great.

If you can't carry luggage up 15 steps, choose another place. No elevator. Currently under extensive renovation. Room was fine but no mini fridge. Breakfast was lacking. First Baymount we've stayed in that did not have sausage and scrambled eggs. No yogurt or bananas.

Would've given it a four star but it is under renovation so the mess made it a four. Great staff, really good bar and restaurant with nice staff there as well. Price friendly as well.

The doors leading to the rooms is not locked so it's not particularly safe. The rooms smell like smoke, even in nonsmoking areas. There are stray cats outside so be careful if you have allergies. All the rooms do not have fridges or microwaves.

Hallways smelled like stale cigarette smoke, but room smelled fine. Very basic room. Clean. Not my idea of a 2 1/2 star hotel.

New owners just took over. Used to be a Best Western. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was small, but adequate. Bathtoom completely renovated and very nice. Close to the Interstate. Lots of restaurants nearby.

It's about a 3.25 definitely not worth the price u pay tho for $75 u can be in something much nicer this has an old motel feel.

Broken bathroom door and strong smell of pet urine. All information was shared with front desk shortly after check in. No other rooms were available. Price point is good but facility maintenance is lacking. At checkout it was determined that the smell may have come from dogs urinating on the exterior of the A/C unit that extends through the wall into the parking lot.

Wanted a non-smoking room and all they had was a smoking room. Since I had booked online I wasn't able to cancel my reservation without losing my money. On the plus side the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good (and was available until around 9:30).

Clean, older but upgraded, very good price. Good place to stay a night for cheap when travelling interstate 70. Very helpful lady in office. Nice to be able to park right in front of room, we like hotels with doors directly to the outside. Good variety of restaurants & gas nearby. Main thing we appreciate is the cleanliness and nice staff.

Stay here often. Friendly people, just wish the have reward points for CLC.

We loved staying at the BW Raintree. It was so clean, accessible, friendly and comfortable. Having the Raintree Restaurant right next door is a real plus. The staff there was very accommodating and friendly. Awesome place. Will definitely stay there again when we are passing through.

Overnight from Philly to Arkansas. Just needed a place to crash. As advertised. Rooms seemed clean, though hallways and commons smelled of cigarettes. Room service came in long before check-out time. Overall seemed run down, but again as a place to crash…

Excellent service. Large, very nice rooms. Great gym! A very good value for the money.

Awful hotel. After staying the night, I found some makeup stains on the sheets. I told the manager, his reply was I don't change sheets. He also told me that I could change to a smoking room or get my money back. I decided to get my money back. Dirty and manager doesn't care so I won't spend another dime at this hotel. I will post the pictures I took on here. See for yourself.

I booked this motel by priceline. When I came here, staff said my booking was for next day. They gave me a room with next day payment. Staff is very kind and professional. Also, room is cleaned. I will definitely stay here next time.

Room was clean except for coffee filter from previous guest. Would have preferred at least a queen size bed but got a full size. Continental breakfast was adequate but we elected to eat at neimergs which was fantastic. I would recommend the restaurant! We also ate dinner there the night before. Very inexpensive and great food and service.

Before I stayed at Super 8. We stayed the night here. The overall experience was good. This was an older hotel, but it was renovated. The clerk was nice and the service was great. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The only things I didn't like was the hallway smell and the breakfast. However the Wi-Fi network worked excellently. The price for this hotel makes it even more compelling. So I recommend staying here you'll enjoy it. I promise.

Like the previous reviewer, I found this hotel to be very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. My room did have a closet, ironing board, etc. I chose the hotel due to the review of cleanliness, and I was not disappointed. It is an older facility, but well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and quick, no sleepy front-desk attendant. I did request a room away from the highway, and it was very quiet. Breakfast was carb-laden. It would be nice if they added hard-boiled eggs as an option.

The room was very clean, however, not very user friendly. There was no closet, rod or shelf provided for hanging clothes, no ironing board and no iron. We literally had to hang our clothes from the light fixtures. A number of family members stayed at the hotel as we were in town for a funeral. Upon visiting there rooms we discovered that they had racks for hanging clothes, ironing boards and irons (for the same room rate). The continental breakfast advertised on their website is more extensive than what is actually provided as well. Our room faced the interstate and there was a LOT of traffic noise. Check-in and check-out was very quick.
