The staff was very rude and the service was horrible. This was a very different experience from the other times I stayed at Extended Stay America in different cities. Almost everything here was dissatisfatory. The breakfast is fine but we didn't get double beds like we wanted and someone had to sleep on the floor. They also don't deliver the towels to the rooms. You have to return your old towels and exchange them from the front desk. They also only have rooms service once a week. If you're ok with that go ahead.

Room was very nice, and was rather large are being a single bed. Full size fridge and a stove top were nice amenities to have even though I didn't really need them. Bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of full size pillows as well. Bathroom was very clean and the shower was rather nice, especially since the shower head was up high which is always a plus as I am 6'4". Overall I enjoyed the night I stayed in this room and would consider coming back.

If I could give a zero I would. This has been the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. There’s a few things I looked past just thinking I was being high maintenance at first. The room is quite outdated. Things are chipped, old, dusty and dirty looking. We got the room on Priceline and later discovered it was only a queen room but were told we could get a roll away bed and they’d also upgrade our room in a few days when something bigger opened up. When night fall came we went down and asked for the roll away we were promised and were then told they have none. None at all at this location and whoever said that was mistaken. So I then asked for a couple extra pillows to accommodate our children and were also denied for that. We’ve been here for 3 days now and housekeeping has not once stopped by our room. When we went to upgrade our room we were told that wouldn’t be possible and again whoever told us that was wrong. Needless to say I am absolutely livid, sad and disappointed In the so called customer service provided to us. We are staying here because of an unfortunate event in our lives and this place has made things so much harder on us. Save yourself the headache and frustration and stay at the Marriott.

Doesn’t deserve a star! This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. Apart from two staff members, the managers, both assistant and general manager, are none accommodating, and failures at managing simple situations. The second floor is none smoking but there is still smoking being done. I have an 8mo old baby girl and she is being subjected to smoke when we reserved none smoking. The assistant manager, Calvin Jensen, was rude and condescending to my wife. He also promised us a roll away bed that wasn’t on the location premises. The rooms are very small, but there is no way of knowing and when you try to get another they charge you more. There is also no extra bedding or pillows allowed to be distributed. There are no pots, pans, or other dishes unless requested. The place itself is old, outdated, dingy, and dirty. Our sheets were not clean and house keeping hasn’t come by yet to swap them out. Please read this review before staying here save yourself. Here you don’t get what you pay for.

I enjoy my stay, the manager kayla was so sweet and my refrigerator needed upgraded but, the room was clean and brandy offered me a cold water at check In. She was nice too.

I stay here before and it was not good but I thought I give it another try. The manager was so nice I was shock. She smiled and was not commercial. She really cared. My room was clean and I even had a personal note saying thank u with some water. I'll be back I think her name was kaylah.

This place is a dump & needs major updates. You'll see water marks & leaks all through the hallway on the ceiling & walls as well. The staff is not friendly at all. They're hired to provide a service, yet it seems like we're inconveniencing them by staying at the facility. How are you going to get paid, if there aren't any visitors! The walls are extremely thin & you can hear the person breathing in the next room! We only stayed 30 mins into our planned evening festivities after we could hear other's TVs, conversations etc in our room. We were planning to have our own sex party & didn't want to cause any issues. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Worst hotel. Poor customer service, dirty elevator, bad smelling rooms. They charged me extra for a room change without telling me! Keep your money and go to red roof in next door they’re better.

Recharged me, they need new computers or something but, overall stay was really nice. Great prices/service!

A pretty average hotel with outdated appliances and a usually abandoned front desk. It was quiet, heat worked well, the bed and pillows were excellent. A 7 eleven and a few restaurants were in walking distance.

Great service, comfy bed, free breakfast. Sadly my room is next to the noisy utilities room.

The hotel manager rachel has an attitude problem and mean mugs me every single time I pass the front desk it's gotten to the point where I literally try to avoid walking through the front door so I don't feel uncomfortable I pay 400 a week and I'm made uncomfortable daily by the literal manager. Not to mention that there's never any coffee in the morning and a high employee turnover garbage usually overflowing. I stay here cause I have to but suggest you find another place.

The location of the hotel was fairly good, it was fairly close to my destination and didn't have much traffic around it. The staff are fairly friendly and accommodating and were able to answer my questions quickly and easily. The room was nice and large and had full amenities.

I stay here for work at lest 4 times a year for work it is absolutely disgusting. Last time I stayed appeared bathroom had not been cleaned public hair on floor in bathroom and used towels on floor. The carpet was stained red. This time there is mold all over top of fridge… I just hope my sheets are clean and no bed bugs!

Whole place smelled very bad like cigarettes and the rooms aren't clean at all — microwave had gunk in it. Additionally, when I checked in, there wasn't a person at the front desk. They also scam people with their "standard hotel room" which usually comes with either one king sized or two queen sized bed and the one bed in our "standard" room was queen sized. The place just feels run down as a whole. If you are considering staying here, only do it for one night, otherwise go somewhere else. The lobby is also very small and there are no public entertainment zones like pools or anything.

Cockroaches! The lady working the desk ALSO cleaned our room and ALSO was the manager and ALSO was the one mad when we wanted to leave. We get to our floor and there's an overwhelming smell of weed, and a call girl walks out of a room. Windows wouldn't close, cigarette burn marks on bathroom sink and kitchenette counter, phone didn't work, bed felt dirty, smell was awful. Bathroom was dirty and had pubic hair on counter. We had 4 rooms and they were all like this. We got out of there immediately. I'm from Cali so I know. I'm Amar not black but like only black girls.

Here for an internship and it's fine. Kitchen's a little small and they don't provide many essentials (plates, cups, cookware). Other than that, haven't had any problems.

We've been here 2 different times for my husband's job. Both times on the 3rd floor. Each time the floor smelt of marijuana and water pressure was horrible. I actually got hit up by another guest for a joint in the hall! The first week was decent and seemed to be tailored to our stay, issues regarding a busted ac unit and lack of dishes /towels were resolved quickly. The second stay has been ridiculous and we will not be back after this stay. 2nd week here, it's horrible! 2nd week with no offer to clean our room (not even vacuum), no water pressure (shower won't even run), daily key replacement cause they don't work, & we haven't had any hot water for past 2 days. Laundry is expensive & eats your $… also extremely dirty (I found a pair of dirty period panties on a washer). The staff has been friendly and apologetic but complaints have gotten us nowhere. I do know they are short handed but customer service shouldn't be this slack.

This is the worst hotel ever would not recommend this hotel to anybody they lie tell there guest there liars the asst. Manger lied on my dog tried to have me get rid of my dog didn't happen the district manger Wendy hopefully won't be working there long u make a complaint she covers up lies too for the Losey employees over the guest she worst of them all the place is dirty nobody there does anything maids nobody there rude nasty avoid this place at all cost iam going to make sure I spread the word to everybody about this hotel and have other people put in there bad reviews no wonder this is a 2 star hotel its all they got is bad reviews.

Stay was ok. The heater was blowing cold air from what seemed like outside into my room. It was fixed the next day when I mentioned it, asked for dishes and had to wait for a call to my room and then the dishes seemed to be dirty when I went to use them to make food for the night.

Best for everyone this hotel.

All the employees were so nice except the older man on days, I've never met anyone so rude and hateful that is the only reason I left and I've heard from several people at work he is why they left, we were all planning to stay at least 12 months this man lost them a lot of money.

Horrible service and extremely unfriendly and disrespectful staff… one staff member named latonya was so extremely unprofessional when she refused to give me the name of the district manager and her own name when I wanted to speak about how unhappy I was with the facility and level of service. I have had many issues with the cleanliness and my outright getto surroundings. I would definitely not recommended this hotel… Not worth the money!

Front desk woman very nice and professional. Building elements 7 equipment are outdated, need some improvements; I was given a set of dishes etc which included a most rusty can opener — very dangerous to use and unsatisfactory for guests. Someone on staff should have caught that. Otherwise, pleasant. I would not want to pay regular price, but the discount rate I got makes it fit my needs. "Free" Internet is slower than bleep unless u pay to upgrade, and breakfast is limited but decent.

Great hotel. Staff is what makes this hotel special. They will do anything for you and I say that as a handicapped individual. It is challenging getting up the ramp to enter but once inside the room are very nice. This isn't the Bellagio nor should it be. If you want a nice, clean, friendly environment at incredibly low prices (no I an NOT affiliated with the hotel) then this is the place for you.

I have stayed at numerous extended stay americas. I gave it four stars because I factored in the cost versus other hotels. They are all pretty much the same. I had no problems with this hotel at all. If you get the handicapped room, you will have a bigger room. If you want a cleaner room, choose the highest floor, because it is the least used. Now the other things: First and foremost, understand that this hotel is designed for people to stay a month at a time. So, there are things associated with longterm hotels. 1) People are staying there long term, so you will always smell different odors in the hallways, from all of the different foods being cooked. Good thing is that there is a kitchen, so you don't have to eat out every freaking day. 2) Do not expect customer service, because it a a longterm hotel (kind of like going to Walmart to buy clothes, versus Macys). 3) Dont compare it to the Holiday Inn or the Hilton Garden Inn. I stay in those hotels too, and they are 400 more a week. So, of course they have all the things I want. So, if you want a basic room, that is not run down like motel six, or days inn, or all of those dumps, then this hotel will do. However, if you have the cash for the better hotel, then, we'll, you know where to go.

I would not recommend anyone to come here. I been driving for 16 hr and have my 6 month old baby boy with me. We arrived early then the check in time and the lady before even saying hello. We don't do check in until 3pm. I was like really. Told her I been on the road forever and we are tired. She didn't even care. So me and my family slept in the car until check in time.

I've been here four weeks and I despise this place. Of the three things that I really needed — a gym, a computer lab, and reliable internet access — they have none. I mean, the free Wi-Fi they give is hardly enough to run a computer, and if you want to upgrade to a semi-decent connection they charge you. The place is drafty and cold, there's never anybody at the front desk so I have to yell back, and the continental breakfast isnt worth three dollars — half the time I miss it anyways bc its only served 6 to 930 and I usually work before that. The cleaning service only comes once a week (they told me thursday but its actually done on tuesdays), they wont even knock if your "do not disturb" sign is on (which I ALWAYS leave mine on), and even when I leave a HUGE note asking for more coffee they leave me NONE! This place flat out sucks, I absolutely hate it here and can't wait to go home.

This is the worst Extended Stay I have ever experienced. The room was dirty: bed linens have stains, carpet was old, and the ovens were broken. The front desk was rude and totally unwilling to address any of my concerns. They are not even willing to give out additional bed sheets — STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

I've been here a month and its a great place to stay. Had no problems and everybody is nice and friendly.

This hotel smells like indian cuisine, outdated carpets. In the room you can see dead cockroaches on the walls, that someone killed before. Wouldn't be surprised if there beds are infested with bed bugs. Just disgusting. Dont waist your money on this MOTEL.
