Awesome hotel, awesome staff.

Overall experience was wonderful.

We just returned from a weekend visiting family in Wheaton. I would recommend this hotel because it has a great location, friendly staff and a morning breakfast buffet that cannot be beat. We stayed in a two bedroom suite that worked perfectly for our traveling family of four adults and two children. Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shared living, dining, and well-appointed kitchen was just what we were hoping for! The pros are many and if we come back to the area; we would be happy to stay here again. There were a few cons though-after a 7 hour drive we arrived at 4:30. Unfortunately our room was not quite ready and we had to wait a bit while they finished cleaning. That's hard to explain to two granddaughters that had been in the car all day. Check in time is 3 so I did not expect a wait. The elevator is painfully slow but maybe that was just because we were so anxious to get to our room. There are 3 nice televisions in the suite and the first thing my family does is turn on each set to see what channels are available. Only one television's remote would work correctly — frustrating… My daughter (not a tubby) sat on the corner of her bed to try to get the TV to work and it broke, dumping her off to the floor. I called the front desk at that point since a crippled bed was not going to work! The maintenance department had gone home for the day but would be back in the morning and would repair it then.

Great place to stay if you need to do the proton therapy. They will take you back and forth to your treatment. The rooms are big and nice. The breakfast is great. The beds are amazing. The staff was caring and always willing to help. They are pet friendly and the staff even made sure our dog was comfy. Great place to stay.

Amazing staff. From accommodating and giving us a better space needed for our family upon check in, helping carry up bags and being a great shuttle bus driver… the staff were on top of it all. Tabitha and all the staff gave 150%. Thank you!

This hotel is wonderful! The breakfast is beyond amazing, including many choices and a made to order omelet station, you cannot beat that for the price you pay for your stay! I am excited to see how the new H bar turns out! When you walk in your are wow'd by the remodeled lobby. The Hyatt House is really looking great!

We have stayed at the Hyatt house every time we are in the area which is approximately 7-8 weeks in the last couple years. Obviously, we are very pleased with the service, rooms and amenities. They provide breakfast and Patricia makes an amazing omelette at the omelette bar (Monday-Thursday). Also provide substantial happy hour snacks with wine and beer (Monday-Thursday). The staff quickly restocks food options with a smile.
The reception desk is extraordinarily helpful with every odd request that we threw at them. We used the computers and printers services often and enjoyed the free Wi-Fi.
The rooms are clean, comfortable and efficient. It is nice to have a kitchen for extended stay. The beds are comfortable, even the sofa sleeper. There are washer/dryers available on site which is convenient for extended stays.
Though we don't bring our dog, there are walking paths provided for them. We like the outdoor grill and patio area and have used weather permitting.
They provide a shuttle service to local shopping and restaurants, though we have never used. Parking can be a challenge because the hotel is usually full. I would highly recommend the Hyatt House.

Hotel is great, more like an apartment in the 2 bedroom suite which is very reasonably priced. Free shuttle service to the train station is a huge plus, not to mention the free breakfast and dinner with beer I must add. The hotel even offers a complimentary grocery delivery service. Top notch I'd even recommend it to my grandmother.
