Very nice hotel! Staff was very friendly and our room was great. Clean! Would definitely recommend this location.

The studio suite was great, large fridge, ice maker, hot plates, coffee maker. Quiet where we were on the 3rd floor. Easy to find reasonable price. We will ask for a king size bed next time.

This hotel is awesome! Customer service is great very friendly and helpful staff and I'm so impressed with how clean it is and smells nice. I love all the extra amenities they give like free washing and drying and other free rentals from the lending locker, Games etc. Its definitely accommodating for families. The rooms are large and very clean. Its also very quiet in the halls. I love it here this is where I will be staying every time I'm here for a convention.

Room had a kitchen with dishwasher and full fridge & a free goodie bag. Only one elevator on the end of the hotel and my room was on the opposite end which made for a long walk. The hallway was rather strange with guests decorating their doors and it smelled very strongly of food. It had me worried for a bit but my room made up for it with the dishwasher and plates/mugs. There were also two weird green worms (? ) on the chair in my room which kind of freaked me out but other than that it was good and the reception staff were very helpful and nice. I'll also note that guests seemed to be mostly male. I don't think I saw one female guest but I didn't have any problems, just an observation.

Awesome place to stay for dog owners. Clean. Well kept. Large lovely rooms. Friendly staff. My only complaint is the need for more out door seating. We will definitely stay again!

The lobby should offer hot coffee in the morning for guests. The price is comparable to places that offer far more amenities. Not happy with this place.

Service was great! Everyone was very friendly. Explained what was going on with the construction which didn't effect me at all. Had me pick a rubber ducky for some extra points which was cool. However, I had a third floor room and their were lights right by my window under the eaves and my room was so bright even with the curtains drawn in both rooms. I even used my shoes to flatten the curtain against the window to keep our more light and it looked like morning dawn on my room all night.

Really nice rooms. Outside pavilion with grills was great too. Lots to buy from in the pantry.

It's a good place for long stays.

Top of the line. High quality service — way way way more professional and top of the line service compared to American extended stay hotel. If extended stay was a high school baseball team, Candlewood is in the majors — Chicago Cubs. I can't say enough on how please I am with this hotel.

I had a very good experience. Rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and wanted to make sure I was ok. I will stay again if I need to be in the area.

Nice hotel for a very low price. Customer oriented staff. Free popcorn in the room. Free gift bag for rewards members. They treat you very well.

Beautiful, clean, full kitchen was amazing, very quiet, the bathroom was wonderful! The only draw back I had was the site I found it on advertised them with smoking rooms, and even booked us a smoking room, get there and turns out the have been smoke free for a long time. But I'm sure to most that is a plus.

Front desk staff (David) was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Ideal for Extended stay, specially for the business travellers. The rooms are small and ideal for a single person to stay. Common Washing area and kitchen in all rooms. They don't have a pool and do not serve complementary drinks and snacks in the evening. If you want an economical stay then choose this place. Staff is helpful and always ready to guide you and help.

All of the little amenities of this hotel added up to probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Comfy beds, free book and game rentals, nice AC/heating, etc.

We checked in after 7pm. I was traveling with 2 of my adult kids and their significant others. We had a suite but both couples wanted the bedroom, Needed a second room, NO problem! Dave was at the desk, personable, friendly, extremely helpful and helped us out with an additional standard room. Perfectly happy travelers. Rooms, accommodations, gym, outdoor grilling area, laundry & GREAT staff — — We will definitely be staying here again.

I was having work done in my house and the family had to leave for 1 week. I have 3 cats and 1 dog this hotel is great with all your pets. Very very clean I would stay here again and again staff is totally awesome so friendly. Most of all it's clean the rooms are equipped with full fridge, stove and microwave so you don't have to eat out every night if you don't want to. The grounds are very well kept they have a patio area with 2 gas grills. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Nice place to stay. Peaceful. Has rooms with kitchen… Good ambiance… generally staff were cools. At times observed some staffs looked rude and answered straight forward.

Could use a pool, or hot tub. Room was very nice. Shower and tub is great sized. Has a stove top but not oven, which was ok because we used a slow cooker. Maybe could have some muffins or bagels for the mornings, not a whole Continental breakfast.

Got to be the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. A full kitchen with dishwasher. Free washer and dryer. A gym. Or I was very comfortable and everyone is very nice and helpful. Great quiet location.

Clean room and facility Good location Rooms are a little dated and mine on this stay had an issue with a mold or mildew smell. I'm sure it was just my room but I wasn't offered any compensation for it. Had I been in town more than 24 hours I would have been more aggressive about it. Overall a good place to stay, I'm sure my issue was a fluke.

Horrible management! I got told the wrong checkout time. Then they charged the wrong account causing me to go into overdraft. The GM was very rude and told me it was my fault then said they couldnt do anything for me. It was the worst customer service ever and that ruined the whole experience.

Beautiful location with well manicured lawns in a quiet setting. Customer Service was quick and friendly. The rooms are very VERY nice.

Easy to find. Rooms are complete with dishes and utensils. Theres a work out room and lounge.

Very friendly and comfortable place to stay. No breakfast but made up by the shop they have. It has almost all you need.

The Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. I love it here, and I wouldn't trade this place for another ever. The rooms are so well kept, and so clean. My suite is very spacious and nice. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I love staying at Candlewood Suites…

Great value. The heating / cooling unit didn't work, but we were given another room with a working unit. The beds seem worn out a bit and soft. The pillows weren't excellent, but functional.

The good: room was clean, desk service was pleasant, bed was very comfortable, and the digital climate control worked great. The bad: the walls are thin, the shower did not drain properly, the coffee maker seems worn almost to the point of malfunction. Overall: Aside those couple nitpicks, I enjoyed my stay and the price was very reasonable. I will likely stay again for my next business trip in the area.

Allows me to bring my dog, which I like. The location is convenient, the staff amiable and helpful. The room is a suite with a bathroom, a bedroom with a door that closes, a table with three chairs, and a kitchenette. The couch also functions as a pull-out bed, so although the room is small it can comfortably house 3 people plus a dog. The room has a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, but no oven so we can't cook. There are cooking utensils and such available for rent at the front desk, however, which is useful and very considerate. There are two televisions: one in the bedroom, and one by the couch. Internet is fast, there's a business room with a printer and computer, and a gym. There are also nearby woods in which I can walk my dog. I have a disability and can't walk properly, and the hotel is accessible to someone with my condition, and they placed my room on the first floor to make it more convenient for me, which I really appreciate. So far I am very happy with my stay at Candlewood Suites.

Great place to stay, even with kids. Very neat and clean hotel, and the best of all, courteous, nice people, and really helpful staff.

We were in town for an entire week and the Candlewood was very comfortable. Staff was very knowledgeable about the area and very helpful in suggestions of things to do. It is roughly an hour drive to downtown Chicago from here, but it was a very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all major highways. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no daily room cleaning. If you wanted clean towels or clean sheets you had to do it yourself. Other than that, it was well worth the money spent. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. If you do decide to stay here, make sure to check out Cantigny Park which is close by. Beautiful place.

My stay there was short, but very pleasant. The room was very clean, as was the lobby, hallways, and parking lot. The staff was very helpful. I was traveling with 2 pets and Candlewood made it very easy to stay there and accommodate us. I would highly recommend this location.
