Came here to visit some family who were staying there. Lovely room and the lobby was very welcoming. Free water and cookies in the lobby. Beds and sheets were comfortable.

Front Desk was very friendly! My room did not have Wi-Fi. They are currently undergoing a restructure of the network available, and had I been here a few days before or after wouldn't have had any issues. It would have been nice, to be told that upfront instead of after a few hours of trying to get it to work and having to call a customer service line to try to help me. This hotel is nice, my overall experience was 3/5 but I would still recommend staying here as it's a great location and more than likely anyone will have a better experience than I had. I also really enjoyed the fitness facility.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. I traveled here for business and I'm very happy. Breakfast is tasty and satisfying. The showers are nice looking and feeling, but the shower head is behind a glass panel (not a door) meaning you always end up with cold water on you when preparing a shower. That's my only complaint.

Clean and comfortable hotel, conveniently located near corporate offices and restaurants. Staff was polite and efficient. Only one complaint, could not get hot water in the bathroom. It got 'warm enough' for a comfortable shower, but not hot. All in all, a minor inconvenience.

Beautiful hotel, located in a very good area for dining and entertaining minutes away from Naperville center. It features many nice seating areas and has easy access to the interstate expressway. Within the hotel is nice bar and offers good eating options as well as a great workout area and pool for the kids.

No complaints here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is great with some food and coffee right near by. Staff was friendly and there was ample free parking.

Definitely one of the better Garden Inn’s I have stayed at. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Clean and quiet room. I even enjoyed the room service chicken sandwich! This will definitely be my first choice the next time I am in town.

I've stayed here for business trips twice. Both visits were great. Friendly staff, nice accommodations… This will be my first choice for travel in the area.

I would give them 0 stars! Yesterday we had to change our reservation one day due to bad weather driving in from Iowa. It was challenging, but they finally approved the change after calling them twice. Then today the roads were bad due to more snow so we needed to cancel. They informed me that they are charging me for our stay even though we cannot drive there due to bad roads. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Update… I was informed today that they will not be charging me for the night that we could not stay due to bad weather. I greatly appreciate them reviewing my concern. We have stayed at this hotel before and it is very nice. We will stay there again.

Excellent facility & very easy to get to from the airport/highway. The rooms are quite nice & kept well. & the staff seems very helpful & friendly. Not that fond of the breakfast though, it seemed a little over-priced for the offerings. The rooms are fairly quiet. We usually get hotel rooms to have sex marathons & given our freak/noise levels, we didn't get any complaints so that shoul dbe good news for light sleepers ;)

Great hotel. Very clean, outstanding staff. Be aware, the breakfast is $12 a person. After we sat down with our plates, my girlfriend and I were given a steep bill for coffee and eggs. Thankfully the management comped us, but I feel misled into thinking it was included. Still, a nice location.

The hotel is nice enough, but I've stayed in less expensive hotels that had better products in terms of shampoos, towels, etc. In addition, my room was prepaid but they insisted they needed a card to cover any damages. They put a $600 hold on my debit card, which was my rent money that was due the Monday I got home. It took 6 days of back and forth to get them to return the money. I was told on the Sunday I checked out it would be released on Monday. It was not. The staff was minimally helpful.

The room was very cozy. I liked the new digital key, that made getting in the room nice. I always like staying at Hilton Garden Inn's.

Loved the cookies. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk attendants were nice. I'd stay here again.

Staff was very polite and took time to show us around as well as explain how blocking out rooms works.

Very clean and nicely lay down with a coffee bar and fireplace. Typical Hilton Garden design. Staff at front desk was professional and courteous. Room was a king and very nice.

When you wake up covered in 2/4 inches of toilet water, stay at this Hilton. Truly disgusting the manager Julie was the most useless human ever met. Covered in toilet water as she charged me for the room she gave to wash toilet water off? Where can I post pictures of what done to my room because of incompetence?

A nice hotel. The staff was friendly. Hotel and rooms were clean and had a good decor.

Location was great, room was nice — clean and we'll furnished. Did not have USB outlet for charging. Nice to have restaurant for room service.

My first room had ants (second floor) and my 9yr old, and myself got bitten by laying on the bed (they were everywhere). The second room (3rd floor) almost killed me with the heater. It smelled like it was burning every time it kicked on. I get the initial first use burn smell, but this was EVERY time. The hotel was extra full with 3 weddings, so switching again wasn't an option. Breakfast was really yummy though, and the tiny little pool was just enough to keep my daughter entertained. The gym was adequate, and the staff was friendly even though they didn't know how to turn on the outdoor heaters so I could use the patio.

Hotel is clean and the staff are super friendly. They happened to be undergoing some maintenance during my visit, which was quite loud. Other than that, highly recommended.

Fine location, good room and great staff. There as part of a wedding block and were pleased with everything.

This hotel in need of repairs. One of the two elevators is not working and the other sounds like it is not too far behind the broken one. They say it just happened, but I was here in April and it was broken then. The beds are supposed to have adjustable comfort levels but the dials were broken and the mattress covers were worn and old. It's a nice place but it needs some work!

Very clean hotel. Front desk is really nice. I just dont get this joke with free bottle of ice mountain water when checking in.

Be very careful of this deceptive facility. They said that they provide breakfast and led us to belive that it was complimentary. Unfortunately after traveling hundreds of miles we found that they do have breakfast for 12.00 per person. We also asked at the time we made the reservation that they had an operating pool, they stated that they did, however this was not the case. The pool was drained during our stay here. There are many hotels in this area I would suggest finding one that appreciates it's customers. The main reason we stayed at their facility was because of the pool, after learning of the pool issue no compensation was offered. Don't stay here.

Room was clean and the service was good. The mattress was lumpy and slumped in the middle, so we didn't get the best nights sleep. At about 11:30pm there was an extremely loud lady yelling for Latisha in the hallway. This woke us up twice.

It was really clean and the people there were really nice. Just a really good inn.

The place was very nice and the location was great but they had a tiny pool and also didn't have a hot tub which you would expect at a place like that. The staff when we stayed weren't super friendly either. Other than that our room was clean, spacious, nice looking, and well kept.

This hotel was clean the service was excellent and I would definitely recommend it and take my family again.

Was recently hete for a conference and the hospitality was a solid 4 while the hvac was a solid 1. Room was cold then hot, cold then hot… Even after maintenance monkeyed around with the settings it did not improve.

Very helpful, respectful staff. Communal/ lobby areas very inviting. Rooms extremely clean and bed was SUPER comfortable (you can adjust the settings — — firmer/ softer). I like that there is a lot right in the area — — Chipotle, an Indian restaurant, a Starbucks, etc. And also a Super Target. Also, the hotel sits back from the major interstate (I-88) which means you don't hear any traffic. The area at night is very quiet, which makes for a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this property/ location.
