Never spend your money at this hotel! I was there this past weekend and upon returning back to the room I realized the housekeeper didn’t clean the room or change the towels. When I reported this to the Assistant General Manager and the General Manager they both basically called us liars and said that someone told the housekeeper not to clean the room. Why would I say don’t clean the room and especially don’t give us clean towels? My money will never be spent at this hotel ever again. The Assistant General Manager is Virdiana Diaz and the General Manager is Matt Holmes. They both need training in customer service!

Amenities are as advertised. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Some of our favorite qualities have been the in room fridge and microwave, the free, plentiful breakfast, and the warm pool. Facilities are very clean. Rates are slightly more expensive, but hotel deals can make the price quite competitive. Very good hotel!

Bad. All the standard amenities. Decent climate control. Adequate breakfast. Everything was clean. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, and the beds are comfy! Would recommend! Right off I-88 and Rt. 59, it's only a ten minute drive from the Aurora Outlet Mall and just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago!

I like my windows open at night with A/C off, but traffic noise if window is open in front-side rooms is noticeable. I have to close window drapes due to bright parking lot lights. This hotel features some nice areas for sitting down and congregating with friends if you have a big group that you're traveling with. In addition it offers quick and speedy access to the interstate for people that are traveling around the state or to somewhere else or looking to get to the city of Chicago. The hotel features more amenities than one would expect. In the hotel there is a more relaxed atmosphere which also features a pool and a small computer room for the office usage. The staff is very friendly and helpful and if one didn't want to check out the local area like Naperville, Warrenville, or Lisle there's very quick access to shopping for people to take in this very nice area of the West suburbs of Chicago.

Right between the Chicago premium outlets and the Fox valley mall. Up the road is top golf. And the metro station is south. Crackel barrel is also right next door. And hot tub is very nice.

Check in was easy, room didn't have any funny smells, bed was comfortable enough. The shower experience was kinda lacking however, the shower head was low enough I needed to duck to wash my hair. : (

The hotel was clean. The rooms were beautiful. The staff was polite. They have a pool and jacuzzi. The free breakfast had a lot of healthy options. It was a very good choice in hotel, especially because it was so affordable. I would definitely stay again if I went to that area again.

Don't get fooled by this so called four star hotel. Rude lady in the front! gives people attitude and just wants money. They take 20 dollars hold on top of your payment already… Very loud in the hotel especially the rooms on first floor no relaxation what so ever.

We have been having our business meetings here two years in a row Service is excellent, Rooms are spacious and well maintained and the conference area is clean.

I had a great overnight stay at the Fairfield inn. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Lots of options to choose from for breakfast. Good water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed!

Disappointed the Hot tub is down and when I ask to transfer to another Fairfield 5 miles away she said I would be charged for both rooms. She said the hottub needed to be cleaned, but I guess thats not possiable.

Room was great for an overnight stay. The pull out couch didn't come with any decent sort of blanket though which sucked for — 20 degree weather. It was a pillow top which was nice though.

Rooms are simple but clearln. Staff is polite and helpful. I signed up for Marriott points.

Check in was quick and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The only complaint is that our room was HOT! Only after turning the thermostat way down (it was only on 68 to begin with) and opening the window (when it was freezing outside) did the room approach a comfortable temperature. Nonetheless, we slept well and checkout in the morning was as quick and friendly as check-in had been.

Had an awesome stay… Didn't want to leave.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the staff were helpful.

I have only visited guests at the Fairfield Inn, but found the rooms to be quite good. Other amenities such as the pool room and dining area were also very nice.

Not a bad stay. The only 2 things that I'd complain about is the TV and viewing choices were horrible because the quality of the movies were like watching bootleg movies and then the heater unit was a bit noisy and squealed a little, but the rooms were very clean and comfortable beds with nice pillows, which seems to be rare in most hotels. Slept great, quiet rooms (besides heater), great showers with excellent water pressure. The pool was nice and the hottub decent. Last hour of the pool from 11-12 is without kids in case you want a little adult time. Staff was helpful and very nice. Great location right off the highway. Good shopping malls close by and lots of eating choices in the area.

I always enjoy resting at this particular hotel due to its studio apartment set up and feel. The executive suite rooms are always my choice due to two televisions which always you to watch two different programs or one with dynamic surround sound feel if set to the exact channel. Plenty of towels and usually seven king size pillows. Wow! There is always a great mixture of people and families and a super polite staff and workers.

The service was good and the room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

By far one of the nicest hotels I have been too. Very clean, with special attention to every small detail. Desk staff clearly enjoyed their job. Very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed later than 4:00 am so we could have enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Will definitely be returning.

Very nice stay so far, we're one out of two nights in. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good this morning. The pool could be a little deeper (only 4 feet) but other than that we are impressed. My dad loves that it's next to a cracker barrel.

Overall, staying here was a good experience. I liked the color-scheme of the decor. The room was clean and the Wi-Fi worked well even from the room at the very end of the hallway. There were just a couple of nit-picky things that didn't bother me much: noise from the highway was pretty loud from my room and the scrambled eggs at breakfast were not very good. I wouldn't let those couple things stop me from staying here again, though. There's nothing the staff can do about the highway and there were other things available at the breakfast bar.

Clean and comfortable business class hotel. Located near the interstate. Desk staff was helpful.

The staff was very professional & friendly and quick to respond to any requests that we had throughout our 4 day stay. We also used their gym, although small, it has a full rack of weights as well as water and towels, and also had their free breakfast and coffee which was great. We had family recommend this hotel as we were visiting from CA for a funeral. The manager was kind enough to give us a bereavement discount to keep our rate the same (instead of an up-charge during the weekdays we were there) which was very much appreciated after an exhausting few days. When we visit family, we will definitely stay here again.

This was the WORST hotel experience I have ever had. There was a mix up with the vendor that books reservations for my employer. So instead of two nights I was booked for one. When I initially checked in, I was told by the front desk agent I was there for two nights. The next morning I had a bill placed under my door. Before I left to head to metings, I went to the front desk with my bill and asked if this was a mistake. I was told yes and not to worry about it. Later that same day, 10/20, I received an email and voicemail from Vanessa Allen, Asst Gen Mgr, that the hotel only had me there for one night and there were no rooms available on the property and that a reservation had been made on my behalf at a sister property across the parking lot.
When I was able to get back to the hotel, and spoke with Vanessa, all I heard was passing the buck and taking no level of accountability or true customer service. #1: Vanessa indicated that the booking company made an error so it was there fault. No effort was made by Fairfield to reconfirm my room. When I inquired why I was told I was there for two nights by Fairfield staff, she did not have an answer. #2: the real issue was not about room availability, it was about room rate. Instead of conveying this to me via email or in the voice mail message, I was made to feel like I was not important to Fairfield. #3: even with the mistake not being on my part, I would have to pay a higher rate to stay in the same room.
